KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN ANCHOR: Our John King, once again, joining us. He's in Washington, D.C. and he's been following a number of developments there via homeland security and other sources. John, what do you have for us?
JOHN KING, CNN ANCHOR: Well, Kyra, again, no definitive word from the federal government as of yet but as we watch the scene here on the Hudson River, ferry service pulling away from the dock. The federal government is saying, all indications so far is, as the New York City officials have been saying, that this was a power outage, started in Ottawa, Canada. No indications of a terrorist attack. Federal officials saying they just simply do not want to flatly rule it out just yet until they can collect a little more information, but they are operating under the assumption that this was a power outage.

They, of course, want to know how that happened. As Kelli Arena, our justice correspondent, said a short time ago, one thing the FBI is looking into is the possibility this could have something to do with that worm virus affecting computer systems around the world in recent days.
