CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Time to check on the skies this morning. Travelocity's air traffic expert Rally Caparas live on the phone.
Any flight delays to speak of this morning -- Rally?

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol. Well, I'll tell you what, the northeast is finally going to get a break from all that rain they have been seeing. It looks like they are going to have pretty good conditions.

However, Philadelphia, D.C. Metros, Atlanta and Charlotte will all see some low-lying clouds this morning and some fog, poor visibility. That means 45-minute arrival delays into those locations, but it should clear by later on this morning. And finally they may see some on-time schedules this evening, so just some really good news for a change for the eastern half of the United States.

Orlando, Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports, they are going to see 45-minute delays today, arrivals and departures. Low clouds, strong gusting winds as that low pressure systems skirts across the southern portion of Florida there. Heavy rain and thunderstorm activity is likely going to bother things, especially in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, so be ware.

Chicago O'Hare and St. Louis, expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays early because of low clouds, fog and poor visibility there also, but that should clear by noon Central Time for on-time schedules thereafter.

Houston's George Bush Airport, they will see some thunderstorm activity right around the Texas Gulf Coast, 45-minute arrival and departure delays off and on all day long.

And then finally out west, San Francisco International, 30 to 45- minute arrival delays. Once again, they will see low clouds, marine layer fog. Should be gone by noon Pacific Time.

I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest from Travelocity's "Eye on the Sky." Carol, have a great day.

COSTELLO: You too. Thank you, Rally.
