CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Starting the work week with a business flight? Well let's check in with Rally Caparas our "Eye on the Sky," Travelocity's air traffic expert.
A pretty good day out there?

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: It's looking pretty good, Carol. It's always nice to say that on a Monday, folks. I know you want to hear it, and here it comes.

Boston to Charlotte today, the East Coast looking absolutely perfect for flight conditions and on-time schedules all day long. It's going to stay that way. Looks like we could see the same tomorrow.

Almost had to put Atlanta in this category, but it's not going to happen. This morning there's going to be some low clouds, some poor visibility, 30 to 45-minute arrival delays. The peak arrival rush is right around 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, so you can expect those folks, if you're going to the airport to pick somebody up, they're going to be 30 to 45 minutes late as they slow down the arrival rate. Then things will clear off nicely. We'll see some on-time schedules later on this afternoon and evening.

Down in Florida, Tampa, Orlando, Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports, once again we'll see seasonal thunderstorm activity. One of our people here on the set, they're flying on Thursday, they said will I have delays going into Tampa at 5:00? I'd bet on it. The seasonal thunderstorm activity will get you every time. Not too much as far as delays are concerned there, also.

Chicago O'Hare and Minneapolis-St. Paul, delay free at the moment, but there will be weather rolling through that area. You could see isolated thunderstorm activity, limited flight routes into and out of those airports. That means 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays are very likely there.

And then all the way on the West Coast, nothing happening in the intermountain west to speak of. On the West Coast, we'll see San Francisco with their typical marine layer fog for this time of the year. It will roll in, about 45-minute arrival delays until noon Pacific Time, then it will burn off. On-time schedules thereafter.

A really good Monday to start the week, Carol. I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest "Eye on the Sky" report.

COSTELLO: All right. Thank you, Rally, we appreciate it. CAPARAS: You're welcome.
