CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: A big chunk of that reconstruction money would go towards security, maintaining law and order in Iraq. It's still a struggle there.
CNN's Rym Brahimi live in Baghdad with news of a robbery turned deadly -- hello, Rym.

RYM BRAHIMI, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Hello, Carol.

Indeed, just an example of why security is such a problem here in Iraq, this morning an incident took place. Iraqi police say in that incident, two Iraqi policemen got killed and two Iraqi civilians got killed. It happened when armed robbers tried to steal a car from somebody. They actually shot the person who was driving the car and then ran away with that car.

The police chased them. Apparently two policemen got shot in that event. They managed to injure, apparently, two of the robbers. One of them they captured. The other one ran away and appears to have turned up somewhat later in a hospital, injured and bleeding, apparently in the stomach.

Now, this happened basically as U.S. military forces and Iraqi police try to battle the level of lawlessness that's in the streets. This incident happened in broad daylight in downtown Baghdad, in fact, not very far from here.

But at the same time, the U.S. is also trying to fight this guerrilla insurgency. In the west of the country this morning, we understand that one U.S. soldier, according to U.S. military officials, was killed, bringing to 63 the number of U.S. soldiers killed in hostile fire since the major combat operations were announced over on May the 1st.

Now, apparently there may have been the possibility of two other soldiers wounded in that incident in the western sector of the country. At the same time, U.S. forces are still working on trying to capture Saddam Hussein. We understand that they're spreading around some 130,000 wanted posters of the former Iraqi president, advertising the reward for $25,000 for his capture, as they captured Uday and Qusay, the two sons of the former Iraqi president. They're also distributing some stickers, wanted stickers of the former Iraqi president throughout the entire country -- Carol.
