Explosions Heard in Jerusalem

JUDY WOODRUFF, CNN ANCHOR: And we want to bring you some bad news from Israel, and that is a second apparent explosion in Israel. earlier today it was in Tel Aviv. But just moments ago, a huge explosion is said to have rocked a part of West Jerusalem outside of a cafe. It is the Bacca neighborhood, according to Reuters. There are witnesses saying there are at least four bodies on the ground.
And again, this would beep the second explosion this day in Israel. Earlier in Tel Aviv, an explosion. At least seven dead as a result of that. And now, this, what is described as a huge explosion rocking western Jerusalem. Sirens have been heard. At least four victims seen already.
