CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: British Prime Minister Tony Blair is off the hook in the so-called dodgy dossier case.
The British parliament Intelligence and Security Committee has found that Blair's government did not sex up documents on Iraq's banned weapons. However, lawmakers do criticize the government's claim that Iraq was prepared to launch chemical and biological weapons on 45 minutes' notice.

And they say Defense Secretary Geoff Hoon had been unhelpful and potentially misleading for failing to disclose that some of his staff had expressed concerns about the Iraq dossier.
