CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: It's time to check with our "Eye on the Sky." Travelocity's Rally Caparas is here with the word on flight delays.
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning -- Carol.

COSTELLO: It's a busy week ahead, don't you?

CAPARAS: It's going to be busy. It's going to be busy at the end of the week, folks. Let's leave that until the end of the week. Let's talk about today. I'm going to move through this quickly so stay with me.

Newark's Liberty Airport, you will continue to see 60 to 90- minute arrival delays all day. It's the runway construction for Runway 4 Left, 22 Right. I think I've got that right. Anyway, it's going to be long delays if you are headed to Newark's Liberty Airport today. It's going to stay that way until September the 28th. Expect it.

LaGuardia, Philadelphia and the D.C. Metros, you're going to see some delays also. It's soupy conditions up there, lots of fog, lots of rain, poor visibility. Forty-five-minute arrival and departure delays this morning because of low clouds and fog. And then later on, en route thunderstorms will block routes to keep those delays going.

Atlanta Hartsfield, you can barely see the tops of the buildings out here in the South. You can expect 45-minute arrival delays until later on this morning. It will burn off. We should have pretty decent conditions for on-time schedules this evening.

Detroit, Cleveland and Pittsburgh, expect 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays off and on all day long. Soupy conditions there also, low clouds, fog, poor visibility. Later on, thunderstorm activity will block routes into and out of those three major airports.

Then finally on the West Coast, San Francisco International will see 45-minute arrival delays. Low clouds, marine layer fog should be gone by noon Pacific Time for on-time schedules thereafter.

I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest "Eye on the Sky." Carol, back to you.

COSTELLO: That was quick. We appreciate it.

CAPARAS: Sure. COSTELLO: Thank you, Rally.
