CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: If you are traveling today, if you are at the airport right now or heading there, pause for a second to listen. Travelocity's Air Traffic Expert Rally Caparas live on the phone.
Any delays this morning -- Rally?

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol. Yes, indeed there are along the East Coast. Much like we saw yesterday, the moisture in the air is creating a lot of fog along the Eastern Seaboard.

Philadelphia and the D.C. Metros, they've already gone into delays. You can expect 45 to 60-minute arrival delays, folks, if you are headed into those two major airports. And those delays are going to stick around until later on this morning Eastern Time. We'll keep you updated. But we should see some improvement by noon, at the latest. On-time schedules this afternoon and evening, so not such bad news if you are flying later on.

Charlotte-Douglas, a little further south, you can expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays as a result of the morning fog. And then later on this afternoon and evening, they will see some heavier rains, as Chad told you just a moment ago, possible isolated thunderstorm activity and 30 to 45-minute arrival delays as a result.

Atlanta Hartsfield, we won't see much rain, but we will also see some low clouds and poor visibility to start the day. Thirty to 45- minute arrival delays as a result. And there is a possibility that we will have a ground delay program implemented by the FAA because the ceiling heights, the cloud heights aren't expected to improve much. So expect delays all day long here in Atlanta.

Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston's George Bush in Texas, the fog is a problem there also, 30 to 45-minute arrival delays as a result this morning. And then arrival and departure delays could become a problem later on in the afternoon and evening as isolated thunderstorm activity is expected to break out throughout the state of Texas.

And then finally on the West Coast, San Francisco and Los Angeles International, if you are arriving into those airports anytime before 2:00 p.m., or let's make it noon p.m. in the Pacific Time Zone, that's 45-minute arrival delays. And then they should see clearing and on- time schedules thereafter.

I'll be back tomorrow morning sitting with you, Carol, in the studios. COSTELLO: OK. Thank you, Rally, we appreciate it, we think.
