CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Someone drives a beat-up Oldsmobile up to an Iraqi police station and sets off a bomb. At least eight Iraqi police officers are dead.
Live to Baghdad now and CNN's Harris Whitbeck.

Good morning – Harris.

HARRIS WHITBECK, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Good morning, Carol.

Iraqi police and rescue workers are still sifting through the rubble of that explosion, which occurred this morning. Again, the police are now saying eight people are confirmed dead. They continue looking.

And they have asked relatives of those who were inside the police station to show up at the scene to help identify those who were killed.

At least 32 people were injured, some of them in critical condition. Among the injured are three construction workers, civilian construction workers who were inside that police station at the time.
