CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: If you are traveling this morning, stick around for just a second, our Air Traffic Expert, Travelocity's Rally Caparas joins us live on the phone.
Any word on flight delays this morning -- Rally?

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Well, Carol, there are going to be. There aren't any as we speak, but in Philadelphia and the D.C. Metros, they are delay free and they see good conditions until later on this afternoon. Then some low clouds and rain, thunderstorm activity is going to press up against the East Coast and that will create 45-minute arrival and departure delays into Philadelphia and those three D.C. Metro airports, so be ware.

Atlanta Hartsfield further south, we'll see low clouds, some rain later on. Reduced surface visibility will be the problem just about the entire day. Expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays as a result into Hartsfield.

Detroit, Cleveland and Pittsburgh, delay free early, but they will see 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays. Lots of strong gusting wind. As Chad told you earlier, some thunderstorm activity is likely later on this afternoon and evening, hence, we'll have those 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays.

Chicago O'Hare, Midway and St. Louis, they'll see a good part of the day 45-minute arrival and departure delays. Strong gusting winds up to 30 and 35 knot wind at Chicago. Thunderstorm activity to the east will restrict flight routes to -- in -- or to and from that direction. Runway configurations will be poor, so expect 45-minute arrival delays into those three major airports.

And then the west, basically it's another country. No delays to speak of.

I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest 'Eye on the Sky.' Carol, back to you.

COSTELLO: All right, Rally, many thanks.
