CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: If you are traveling today, hold on for just a second, we have to check in with our "Eye on the Sky." Travelocity's Air Traffic Expert Rally Caparas on the phone now.
Good morning -- Rally.

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning -- good morning, Rally, I want to say, talk to myself this morning. Boy, do I need some sleep.

Yesterday we saw some horrendous delays in the northeast, folks. There were two and three-hour delays up around Boston, New York and Philadelphia. Today it's going to be a little bit better. You'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays. Strong gusting winds will still be the problem, but they should subside by the early afternoon hours. We should see some on-time conditions and schedules at Boston's Logan Airport today.

Newark, LaGuardia and Philadelphia, same situation, 45-minute arrival delays early. The gusting winds will still be a problem with the runway configuration. But by the time we get to the evening rush period, on-time schedules should prevail, good news for a change in the northeast.

The D.C. Metros to Miami, looking at excellent conditions all day long, on-time flight schedules. This should lead into tomorrow. Actually, we'll see some rain enter the area tomorrow, but to start the day, everything should be smooth.

Seattle-Tacoma on the West Coast, clear across the other side of the country, you will see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays all day long. Low clouds, rain, strong gusting winds, reduced surface visibility, just a nasty day out there at Sea-Tac.

And then finally San Francisco International, 45-minute arrival delays. The low clouds and marine layer fog will be a problem once again. Forty-five minute arrival delays until about noon Pacific Time, then everything burns off nicely. They'll have on-time schedules thereafter.

I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest "Eye on the Sky." Carol, have a fantastic day.

COSTELLO: You too. Thank you -- Rally.

CAPARAS: Sure.
