CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: If you are traveling this morning, hold on for just a second, we want to check in with our 'Eye on the Sky,' Travelocity's Air Traffic Expert Rally Caparas. He is on the phone right now.
Rally, any word on flight delays this morning?

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol. Well things are operating pretty smoothly right now. Most of the delays won't really take place until later on.

You see that blue stuff going through the northeast, well, New York City and Philadelphia, they are both delay free right now. But later on this afternoon and evening, late afternoon, early evening, actually, during the evening rush, expect 45-minute arrival delays. There will be low clouds, rain, wind and poor visibility into and out of the New York City Metros and Philadelphia airports this afternoon and evening.

Atlanta Hartsfield, further south, expect 30 to 45-minute delays into and out of that airport. We'll have low clouds, some rain and then isolated en route thunderstorm activity will be blocking some of the arrival and departure fixes and that will slow things down just a bit here in Atlanta.

Houston's George Bush Airport, you can expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays if you are headed there and going to be arriving before noon Central Time. They will have some low clouds and some fog, but that will clear later on this morning for on-time schedules in the evening.

Seattle-Tacoma, yesterday they saw plenty of delays. They will see the same today. Lots of low clouds, rain, strong gusting winds, up to 30 and 40 knots. Reduced surface visibility, that means 30 to 45-minute arrival delays throughout the entire day.

And then finally, San Francisco International once again will see marine layer fog. It will slow things down by 45 minutes until noon Pacific Time, then they, too, will have on-time schedules thereafter.

I will be back on Monday morning with the latest 'Eye on the Sky.' I'm a little tired this morning, I suffered through the Boston Red Sox loss last night, sad, sad, sad.

COSTELLO: You're a Boston fan, aren't you?

CAPARAS: Yes, ma'am, I am. COSTELLO: Our hearts are heavy for you this morning -- Rally.

CAPARAS: Yes, thanks.

COSTELLO: You go back to sleep now.

CAPARAS: Bye.

COSTELLO: Thank you.
