CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: On the phone right now, Richard Quest. As I told you just moments ago, he is on board the Concorde for its last flight to London.
Richard, are you there?

RICHARD QUEST, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Carol, indeed I am. I am now in my seat, which is 12C. It -- not sure who is going to be sitting next to me. At the moment, it's an empty seat, but believe me, of the hundred seats on board, none will go empty when Concorde finally leaves New York this morning.

The other thing to note, the other passengers that we have seen so far, we have seen the model Christy Brinkley. We have seen Jodi Kitt (ph), the model. Joan Collins, the actress, is also getting on board, along with a whole host of chief executives. These are the people who over the years have really been the bread and butter, if you like, of Concorde. And now I'm on board it as well, the last flight. Exciting. Exciting.

I suppose you -- I suppose you would like to know what we're going to be eating, because I know that...

COSTELLO: Yes.

QUEST: ... I'd like to know. We've got this lovely souvenir packet which is done out in beautiful Concorde pictures. We will be having lobster or lamb or there will be an omelet or you can have Greek yogurt with berries. So there's plenty good and there's plenty of Concorde souvenirs.

COSTELLO: So you don't -- you don't have the Chex mix on board or the peanut packages -- Richard?

QUEST: No, no. Well I think -- I think further back maybe they may be getting some of those. But what is facts (ph), now look, I've got to start catching some souvenirs. I've already got one blanket in my bag. I've got to take a few of the cards on board. Basically, if it's got Concorde written on it, Carol, I'm going to nick it before we get to London.

COSTELLO: Yes, because you know those might -- that might be worth money some day. Hey, I was just wondering about Joan Collins, is she with her very young husband?

QUEST: Well, let me see if I can go and see where she is. Hang on a second. There with -- no, I can't see her. I think she might be a couple of rows in front of me. Just bear with me one moment, Carol.

Good morning, a very exciting day this today. This isn't Joan Collins, this is Julia Venderbot (ph). An exciting day.

JULIA VANDERBOT, CONCORDE PASSENGER: Yes, it really is.

QUEST: There we are, let's keep moving forward. There is Christy Brinkley. You know we don't want to talk to -- morning, Ms. Brinkley, are you well? This is CNN. Good morning.

CHRISTY BRINKLEY, MODEL: Good morning, CNN.

QUEST: There we are, you'll get all the people on this program. Stay with me. Stay with me. I can't see Joan Collins. I'm told -- I know you've got to go and do something there.

COSTELLO: No, keep going, we love this.

QUEST: I don't think she's actually got on board yet. No, she's not...

COSTELLO: Well go back and talk to Christy Brinkley for goodness sake.

QUEST: All right, I'll go and talk to Christy Brinkley.

Morning, Ms. Brinkley. Now you are on Concorde. It's the last flight. You must be very excited.

BRINKLEY: I'm very excited. I can't wait.

QUEST: But this isn't your first time on board so what's so special?

BRINKLEY: Well, I mean the most special thing is that in three hours we'll be in jolly good England.

QUEST: Unfortunately, we'll all be having to go subsonic in the future.

BRINKLEY: I know, that's a drag.

QUEST: Can I have your souvenirs if you don't want them?

BRINKLEY: I've already put them in my purse.

QUEST: You see, I'm not the only one who is stripping this plane. There's many (UNINTELLIGIBLE). Everybody is taking anything that is moving.

COSTELLO: Richard, thank you very much for entertaining us this morning, and our thanks to Christy Brinkley as well. A safe flight to you all.
