SEAN CALLEBS, CNN ANCHOR: OK. We're tuning into some of this week's editorial cartoons. Gary Barbell -- is that his name? -- of the "Indianapolis Star" brings us America's new TV reality show, showing a viewer watching himself, watching himself, watching himself. You get the idea.
And Mike Luckovich of the "Atlanta Journal-Constitution" takes on the Medicare debate. He has a GOP spokesman saying, "Our prescription drug man encourages competition." The next panel is two older gentlemen suited up for a boxing match, and a spokesman saying, "Winner gets medicine."

HEIDI COLLINS, CNN ANCHOR: All right. There he is. Mike is joining us now. And in the last half hour has been drawing your pick for the week's top story. And this is not an easy one.

MIKE LUCKOVICH, EDITORIAL CARTOONIST, "ATLANTA JOURNAL- CONSTITUTION": No, I think the -- my enemies must be voting for these top stories of the week.

COLLINS: The Terri Schiavo case is what we're talking about.

LUCKOVICH: That's a difficult one to do a cartoon on. But I actually did two.

CALLEBS: OK.

LUCKOVICH: So, we'll start with this one. OK. You see folks here in a tug of war with Ms. Schiavo. On the end a couple is walking by saying that reminds me, we should get living wills.

COLLINS: Something we talked about this morning.

CALLEBS: Doesn't make you laugh, but it makes you think.

LUCKOVICH: Makes you think. Now here's one that I -- it's a little bit lighter hearted, maybe. This is a two-panel cartoon. In the first panel a gentleman is talking to a doctor saying, "Doctor I'd like to remove -- I'd like my wife's feeding tube removed."

Second panel, the woman is saying, "First of all, it's a straw."

COLLINS: I don't know how do you it.

CALLEBS: That's great. That's pure genius.

LUCKOVICH: You know, I was just saying it's pure genius.

COLLINS: Pure genius.

CALLEBS: It really is. You come in, sit down, we give you something, say come up with a brilliant idea, or else you look like an idiot on national TV.

LUCKOVICH: That's the thing. I love that; I love feeling that I'll look like an idiot. My fear is that I'm not going to come up with anything and I'll draw a crappy drawing of Snoopy. But I like the adrenaline rush.

CALLEBS: Great job.

LUCKOVICH: Thank you.

COLLINS: Thank you so much, Mike Luckovich. We appreciate it very much.
