CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: If you have a flight out this morning, Travelocity's Air Traffic Expert Rally Caparas is here to make your trip easier, at least we hope so.
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Yes, I hope so, too.

Well, happy Halloween before we get started.

Anyway, delays out in -- on the West Coast, they have been terrible at the beginning of the week. We have seen them fade as we've gone through the days this week. Good news today, SoCal and Las Vegas airports, smoke-related delays at the beginning, nothing today, expect good schedules, on-time flight schedules all day long. The visibility should be decent enough, won't see a whole lot of smoke at any of those locations, great news there.

Now to the East Coast, Philadelphia, you will see some 30 to 45- minute arrival delays this morning because of low clouds and fog. It will clear later on this morning in the Eastern Time Zone, so expect on-time schedules later on and great conditions for trick or treating later.

Fort Lauderdale's airport, here's a new one for you, expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays. Their annual boat show is taking place this weekend. You'll see increased volume and then strong gusting winds up to about 20 to 25 knots, so expect some short-term to moderate delays into that airport. It will be very busy down there this weekend.

Denver's airport, Chad has been telling you de-icing. He is correct, there is de-icing taking place. It will go on all day long. We have some light snow, some very poor visibility right now with one mile of -- with some fog, one mile or so down the runways. Expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays. The visibility will improve later, but they will still have de-icing and possibly light snow, so expect delays all day long.

And then finally San Francisco International will see their typical marine layer fog roll in. Forty-five minute arrival delays as a result. It will be gone by the early afternoon hours for on-time schedules thereafter.

A pretty good day to fly on your get-away Friday. I will be back on Monday with the latest 'Eye on the Sky.'

COSTELLO: All right, thank you, Rally, we appreciate it.

CAPARAS: You are very welcome. Sure.
