CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Time now, though, to check on what's making headlines overseas in this morning's 'Euro Edition.' Becky Anderson live for us in London.
We love this segment, Becky, so go to it.

BECKY ANDERSON, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Well I've got a correction for you coming up. None of us likes to be wrong, but I'm going to have to admit we were wrong yesterday on one of our stories, but that's coming up.

First, let me do the story of the day across Europe and it's very much this one, "The Financial Times" telling the story that the Kremlin freezes a share stake in Yukos. And this a picture of a man who is now in jail. He is the richest businessman in Russia. He is worth about $8 billion. And Putin has put a lid on Khodorkovsky.

Now this story, let me just explain, this guy is in jail and a 44 percent stake in the company that he runs, an oil company called Yukos, has now been frozen by the Russian government. And there appears to be serious trouble at the top, like serious trouble at the top of Russian business and political echelons. There's a power struggle at the top. And it seems to be, there are people who have said there's a shift of power away from the business elite in Russia towards an elite of politicians who surround President Putin, who are less favorable towards the business elite than Yeltsin was in the past.

This may just be the tip of an iceberg, so do watch this story, the story of Yukos and Khodorkovsky who is inside at the moment.

The other story I've got to bring to you today is this one from the "Daily Mirror." I don't know if you remember this yesterday, but we announced live to you for CNN domestic and all your viewers...

COSTELLO: Yes.

GEORGE: ... that Paul McCartney had had a boy. Do you remember that? Well it was because of "The Mirror." "The Mirror" had got it wrong.

COSTELLO: Yes. Yes.

GEORGE: Do you see here, it's a girl they say this morning and she's called Beatrice, not Joseph. And the way they get around this is this. This is the third page on "The Mirror" today, it says boy, girl, well, can you tell the difference? And they've got a whole bunch of celebrity's children and they say can you tell the difference, nor could we. That's their excuse. I'm so sorry. I felt so embarrassed.

COSTELLO: That's a very clever way of correcting their error. It's not your fault. We were very excited to see if she even had the baby, frankly.

GEORGE: Exactly, and she's very well.

COSTELLO: Prince William meeting with the butler is not on the front pages there this morning?

GEORGE: The thing is we don't know when that's going to happen and we may never know when that is going to happen. "LARRY KING LIVE" has been interviewing Paul Burrell, of course the former butler and confidant of the Princess Diana, certainly going out here for the international audience this morning, the U.K. type. That meeting Burrell says he hopes will happen. It appears that the Queen has condoned that meeting. Now will we ever know when it's going to happen, who knows? It may be leaked, and if it is, we'll bring it to you.

COSTELLO: Of course, juicy, thank you. Becky Anderson reporting live from London this morning.
