HEIDI COLLINS, CNN ANCHOR: Let's go in and check our 'Eye on the Sky' now. Air Traffic Expert Rally Caparas from Travelocity Business is on the phone with the early word on flight delays.
What do we have out there today -- Rally?

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Howdy, Heidi, in the spirit of the CMAs. It doesn't look good. We had a terrible day for people headed into the northeast yesterday, and it looks like we're going to see something close to a repeat.

New York City Metros and Philadelphia, you can expect 60 to 90- minute arrival delays, if you are headed to those locations. Low clouds, fog, rain. We could see some isolated thunderstorm activity later on in the day. It's going to be a long wait for a lot of you, get out the crossword puzzles and make some friends.

D.C. Metros, you're seeing 45 to 60-minute arrival delays today. Low clouds, rain, poor visibility all day and you, too, will see some thunderstorm activity later on.

Atlanta and Charlotte airports, expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays. Low clouds, rain, fog, poor visibility here all day long and thunderstorms are likely, also, later on in the afternoon.

Orlando, Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports, much like yesterday, 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays off and on all day long. Low clouds, rain, scattered thunderstorm activity, limited flight routes as a result of those thunderstorms into and out of those major airports.

Cincinnati-Covington and Houston's George Bush airport, expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays this morning because of low clouds and fog. But we will see clearing by the p.m. hours for on-time schedules during the evening rush, so good news there.

And then finally on the West Coast, San Francisco International will see 45-minute arrival delays. First because of low clouds and marine layer fog, then later on in the afternoon and evening because of rain and strong gusting winds. The delays will stick around throughout the entire day at San Fran, for a change, they usually burn off or dissipate by about noon.

The rest of the country, what's left of it, looks pretty good.

I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest 'Eye on the Sky.' Heidi, have a fantastic day. COLLINS: Hey, Rally, thanks so much. We appreciate that.
