HEIDI COLLINS, CNN ANCHOR: Let's check what's making headlines now overseas in this morning's 'Euro Edition.' For that we turn to Tony Campion live in London this morning.
So what are we seeing on the front pages, a little bit of Prince Charles, I think, huh?

TONY CAMPION, CNN CORRESPONDENT: This is a doozy of a story, Heidi, good morning to you.

Yes, let me just show you a couple of the tabloids to start with, we've got the "Daily Express" here and we've got the "Daily Mirror" as well. See that, this is the very first thing to say, it's all lies, says Charles. That's the first thing to say. The second thing he says or the second thing that's on the front page of the "Daily Mirror," me and the servant, again, it's all lies. But there's a bit more in there, isn't there, me and the servant.

So what's this story about? Legal nightmare, if I said the wrong thing, I'm going to get hauled off to the bloody tower and that will be the end of me. You won't be seeing me back next week. But I mean, essentially what's happened is that there is a rumor doing the rounds, an allegation involving a senior member of the Royal Family. And there were going to be some revelations in one of the Sunday papers and one of his former aides, a guy who we now know is called Michael Fawcett, took out an injunction to have those details published. OK, that's the first thing.

He then took out another injunction preventing anyone from saying who he was. Now that's been overturned. So we know know -- we now know who it was who didn't want this stuff published. And this stuff, we don't really know what this stuff is. It's still a secret what the actual rumor is.

But there's more, Prince Charles has now come out with a statement. Look at this, this is the front page of "The Guardian." Now this was the newspaper which has successfully obtained an injunction enabling us to know who didn't want the details published. And the front page, Royals...

COLLINS: Now, Tony, let me just jump in for one second, if I could.

CAMPION: Go on.

COLLINS: How unusual is this for Prince Charles to actually come out and make a statement like this? I mean he's denying this stuff. CAMPION: Hugely.

COLLINS: It's not even available to the public yet, right?

CAMPION: Absolutely. It's hugely -- it's interesting you say yet, because obviously we all know what's going to happen on the Internet. But, yes, I mean it's hugely, you know, irregular I suppose you'd say. I mean you know the statement from Clarence House, which is his official residence, says the allegation was that the Prince of Wales, Prince Charles, was involved in this incident. It goes on, and I have to say this, the allegation is untrue. The incident, which the former employee claims to have witnessed, that's a third person, the originator of the whole story, did not take place. That's what Charles is saying.

But, boy, the papers are having a field day. I mean I showed you the front page of "The Mirror." Let's just have a look at the close- up that we can see. There's a photograph of Prince Charles on the right of your screen. And on the left of your screen, Michael Fawcett, the man who did not want these allegations published. We're not saying what the allegations are, but take a look at that photograph, and that's all I'm saying.

It's a legal nightmare. Here we are talking about a story that we're not allowed to talk about and going very close to the edge, but I think you get the picture.

COLLINS: Yes, he kind of looked a little sick to his stomach in that picture, didn't he?

All right, Tony Campion,...

CAMPION: Indeed, actually he also looked distinctly unpleasant (UNINTELLIGIBLE) the whole thing.

COLLINS: We'll check in with you a little bit later on. Tony, thanks so much, we appreciate it.
