CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: But now it's time to listen to Rally Caparas, Travelocity's Air Traffic Expert, to tell us if there are any delays across the country.
Good morning -- Rally.

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol. And I guess I should start with my condolences to all of those American men watching that hand glitter this morning, as Chad said. Too bad, guys, you missed out.

Anyway, the delays today, Boston, New York City Metros and Philly, as Chad told you -- showed you on the map earlier, that blue stuff that you see to the west is moving to the east rapidly. It is delay free at those major areas this morning, but when we get to about 3:00 or 4:00 this afternoon, you can expect 45, possibly even 60- minute arrival delays into those major metro areas. The p.m. low clouds and rain are going to obscure visibility and slow the arrival rates; hence, you'll have delays there.

The D.C. Metros down to Miami should see a good day for on-time schedules all day and evening long.

Detroit, Cleveland and Pittsburgh, expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays just about the entire day. Low clouds, fog, some rain, reduced visibility will be the primary problem there.

Chicago O'Hare in the upper Midwest, expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays. Low clouds, fog, poor visibility and then there will be some gusting west winds later on, so those delays should pester that airport just about the entire day also.

And then all the way to the West Coast, Seattle-Tacoma Airport will see 30-minute arrival delays, only of the airborne holding variety where they spin you around one time for extra space and for safety. Low clouds and rain the culprits.

The rest of the west looks very good.

I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest 'Eye on the Sky.' And, Carol, again, congratulations.

COSTELLO: Thank you, Rally, I appreciate it.
