CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: If you are headed out to the airport this morning, just hold on a second, because our Air Traffic Expert, Travelocity's Rally Caparas, is here to tell us about possible delays.
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Probable delays. It's going to be a tough...

COSTELLO: Probable.

CAPARAS: Yes. We got plenty of delays to talk about this morning, folks. It's going to be a slow go if you are headed into the east once again.

New York City and Philadelphia, pretty decent conditions yesterday. It all changes today. Forty-five minute arrival delays are going to be a problem for just about the entire day. Could see some clearing later on this evening, but low clouds and fog are a problem right now. We'll see some rain and reduced visibility, as Chad has been telling you all morning long, expect delays. Could see hour to an hour and a half long delays. Be prepared for those.

D.C. Metros, expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays for you folks heading there today. Low clouds, dense fog and afternoon and evening rain and reduced visibility.

A little further west, over in the Great Lakes region, Detroit, Cleveland and Cincinnati-Covington airports will all see low clouds and fog this morning. And then strong gusting westerly winds are going to hassle their runway configurations. Expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays as a result, if you are heading into those three locations.

Chicago O'Hare and Midway, the Windy City is going to see plenty of that wind, up to 30 and 40 knot winds, possibly. That means 45 to 60-minute arrival delays. Low clouds and fog this morning are definitely a problem. The wind will be a problem later on this afternoon and evening.

Then finally, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, they don't usually see this type of weather, but they will see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays because of low clouds and rain, airborne holding, nothing on the ground.

I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest 'Eye on the Sky' -- Carol.

COSTELLO: All right. We appreciate it. CAPARAS: You're very welcome.

COSTELLO: Thank you, Rally.
