School Raid: Drug Search Furor

CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: A drug raid, police draw guns, dogs sniff for evidence, people are handcuffed. Didn't happen at a crack house but in a high school.
CNN's Gary Tuchman tells us what's being done about it now.

(on camera): The lawsuit asks for monetary damages, but no specific amount is mentioned. But this is not just a story of civil action, the prosecutor says he is conducting an investigation of those who conducted the raid.
