CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: And if you're traveling this morning, our air traffic expert, Travelocity's Rally Caparas, is here to tell you of possible delays.
I know yesterday was quite messy.

RALLY CAPARAS, TRAVELOCITY: Oh, it was a mess. It was a mess and it will still be a mess today, folks. The schedules are going to be disrupted by the effects of what yesterday did, dumping the snow. Up in Boston today, New York City and Philadelphia, you can expect to see somewhere in the neighborhood of 60 to 90 minute arrival delays, not goods news for Carey Lee (ph), who's going home to New York later.

Low clouds, poor visibility, strong gusting winds and some cleanup still. Long delays into the Northeast once again. The D.C. Metro, mid-Atlantic states, expect 30 to 45 minute arrival delays as a result of those same strong, gusting winds up and down the Eastern Seaboard.

Pittsburgh and Cincinnati/Covington, they will see 45 to 60 minute arrival delays and departure delays. There's freezing fog. It's kind of a weird phenomenon. Poor visibility as a result. There will be improvement later on this afternoon and evening. We could have on time schedules during the evening rush.

Chicago O'Hare, they will see southerly winds. Winds coming out of the south don't mix well with their runway configuration. You can expect 45 to 60 minute arrival delays there, as a result. And then in Texas, I'll be headed there later on. Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston, you can expect to see delay free mornings, but later on 45 minute delays.

I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest Eye On the Sky -- Carol.

COSTELLO: And we appreciate it, Rally.

Thank you.

CAPARAS: Sure.
