CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: If you are traveling this morning, hold on for just a second. Air Traffic Expert, Travelocity's Rally Caparas live on the phone with us this morning to talk about possible delays.
Good morning.

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol.

Well it's a much better day than it was yesterday, that's for sure. In the northeast, they saw two and three-hour delays in the major cities. And today, you will see some delays, but it's going to be because of strong, very strong gusting winds. Thirty-knot winds up in Boston Logan early. Actually, starting a little bit later this morning. They are delay free at the moment, but it will begin at about 10:00 or 11:00 this morning. You will start to see 45-minute arrival delays. Strong gusting winds and increased volume will be the problems, but nothing major.

Newark and LaGuardia, however, they will see 60 to 90-minute arrival delays once again. That same strong west wind will force less-than-favorable runway configurations. They will have to decrease the amount of airplanes that come in there each hour; hence, you'll have pretty long delays.

Philadelphia, 45-minute arrival delays. The same situation, some strong winds in the morning. But later on this afternoon and evening, they should see improved conditions for on-time schedules during the evening rush period.

Pittsburgh and Cincinnati, they will deal with some light snow, poor visibility that Rob was showing you. The snow is going to be falling in the Great Lakes region. And some departure flight de- icing. So expect 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays at Pittsburgh and Cincy today.

And then finally Chicago O'Hare, they will be delay free until later this morning. Then they will see 45 to 60-minute arrival delays. Low clouds, even some light snow, but mostly poor visibility and low clouds.

All points west of Chicago, however, clear, dry, on-time schedules, an excellent day for on-time flights.

I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest 'Eye on the Sky.' Carol, back to you. COSTELLO: All right. Thank you, Rally, we appreciate it.
