CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: If you are traveling this morning, hold on for just a second, our Air Traffic Expert Travelocity's Rally Caparas live on the phone with us now to tell us of flight delays -- Rally.
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol. Well of course there are. And I'll tell you what, this winter it seems more like springtime with all these warm temperatures across the northeast.

But we will see some delays up around Newark, LaGuardia and Philadelphia later on. They are delay free right now. As Chad told you, the weather is on its way. Won't be there until later on this afternoon. Expect 45-minute arrival delays as low clouds, rain and then strong gusting winds up to about 25 knots at those three locations later on this evening. So expect some moderate delays into those three big airports.

Detroit, Cleveland and Cincinnati-Covington, they are seeing the weather this morning. It's not very heavy, but expect 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays this morning. Low clouds, some light snow and strong gusting winds of up to 25 knots or so reported at Cleveland already. But the p.m. will bring clearing conditions and delay-free conditions later on this afternoon and evening, so good news there.

On the other side of the Great Lakes, Chicago O'Hare, they'll have a delay-free morning. Mostly clear skies all day long. But they will see some 45-minute arrival delays later on this afternoon and evening as windy conditions combine with the heavy volume. The poor runway configuration caused by southwest winds will create those delays.

And then in Las Vegas, they are seeing something they don't normally see, 30 to 45-minute arrival delays are expected this morning because of low clouds, fog and yes, they are seeing some light snow right now. But that will all go away later this morning, early afternoon for on-time schedules this evening.

And then on the West Coast finally, San Francisco once again will see low clouds. The marine layer fog will roll in. It should be gone by about noon Pacific Time clearing the visibility situation for on- time schedules thereafter.

The rest of the west looks pretty good, despite some of that weather off of Los Angeles.

I'll be back in the morning with the latest 'Eye on the Sky.' Carol, have a fantastic day.

COSTELLO: You too. Thank you, Rally.
