CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Let's check in with our 'Eye on the Sky' now, Travelocity's Air Traffic Expert Rally Caparas.
Good morning.

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: I think that sounded a little strange to everybody. You know you think about it, watch Jack get all upset about an e-mail and you realize, hey, that doesn't quite fit, right?

COSTELLO: Nothing to get upset about on that topic.

CAPARAS: No, exactly. Exactly.

Anyway today, folks, it looks like you are set up for a really good day to fly. There will be some locations with some minor delays today, still some snow in the area.

Let's go to the northeast. Boston's Logan Airport this morning, you'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays. There will be snow flurries, as Chad showed you on the map, some gusting winds later on. Runway treatment when they try to get the ice and the snow off the runways, make it safe so it's not so slippery, that will slow things down. They'll stop arrivals and departures for a period of about 30 to 45-minutes. They'll let things resume. Short to moderate delays there.

Newark and LaGuardia, delay free at the moment. They will see some light snow later on today, well throughout the day, actually. Thirty to 45-minute arrival delays as a result. Strong gusting winds in the p.m. hours could force those delays up to about an hour or so, so beware later on today.

Chicago O'Hare, expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays, low clouds. They even had some light snow just a few moments ago. I don't know if it's still there, but Chad will fill you in on that later. Some p.m. gusting winds force less-than-favorable runway configurations. Those delays won't exceed 45 minutes today.

SEA-TAC, they are doing some runway -- I'm sorry, some radar maintenance today. They'll have to stop arrivals for a little while and departures for a little while. Low clouds, fog, poor visibility this morning mean 45-minute arrival delays.

I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest 'Eye on the Sky' -- Carol.

COSTELLO: All right. Thank you -- Rally.

CAPARAS: Sure.
