CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Right now we want to check with Rally Caparas, Travelocity's Rally Caparas, to see if there are any flight delays out there for you to worry about.
Good morning -- Rally.

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol.

Well, it looks like we're off to a pretty good start all up and down the East Coast and all the way down, well the West Coast a different story.

LaGuardia and New York this morning -- I'm sorry, Newark Airport this morning, they are both delay free, but they will see some delays later on this afternoon and evening as the volume hits the airport. We will see some strong gusting winds reach 20 to 25 knots. Runway configurations will be poor, so they'll have to limit the amount of airplanes that can land at those airports during each hour. Hence, you'll have some moderate delays.

Buffalo, Syracuse and Rochester, all day long, basically, they're going to see some of that lake effect snow Chad has been telling you about. Forty-five minute arrival and departure delays. Low clouds, strong gusting winds blowing that snow around and departure flight de- icing will be problems there.

Chicago O'Hare Airport, once again they'll see 45-minute arrival delays, just like yesterday, despite pretty clear conditions. Gusting west winds will force less-than-optimal runway configurations at that airport.

Down in Houston, I heard Chad say something about the fog. Well, this morning you can expect 45-minute arrival delays into George Bush Airport. Low clouds, very dense fog, about a fourth of a mile visibility at this point, or lack of visibility is probably better said. Later this morning, we will see clearing for on-time schedules thereafter, so not too bad. It should be gone by about 11:00 a.m. Central Time.

And then on the West Coast, San Francisco International, typical low clouds, marine layer fog, poor visibility. Should be gone by noon Pacific Time. But until then, expect 45-minute arrival delays.

I'll be back with you in the studio tomorrow morning. Carol, have a great one.

COSTELLO: You too. Thank you, Rally.
