CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Want to get more on that developing story out of Jerusalem, that devastating suicide bus bombing during the morning rush hour. Happened a little more than three hours ago and it comes at a very critical time.
We take you live to Jerusalem and John Vause. He has more details for us.

John, bring us up to date.

JOHN VAUSE, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Carol, Bus No. 19 was traveling from Hadassah Hospital (ph) around 8:45 this morning when suddenly the blast tore it apart. It was traveling through an upscale neighborhood called Rahavia (ph), not far from the Israeli prime minister's residence, killing at least 10 people, wounding 45 others. Many of those are in a serious condition, though, hit by flying pieces of shrapnel and by metal which was packed in that explosives.

Now, Israeli authorities are investigating the strong possibility that this may have, in fact, been a female suicide bomber. The bus rider told Israeli television that he saw no one suspicious getting on the bus.
