CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Right now, if you are heading out to the airport on your way to Las Vegas or anywhere, hold on for just a second, our Air Traffic Expert Rally Caparas live on the phone right now to tell us if there are any delays this morning.
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol.

Well it is busy get-away Friday and we're in for a good day. Finally a good day. We've seen some major delays throughout the week for obvious reasons, the snow and the poor visibility, very strong gusting winds in the northeast yesterday.

Today the winds won't be nearly as bad, but at LaGuardia's airport, we'll still see some delays. Delay-free morning will give way to 45-minute arrival delays into LaGuardia later. The strong gusting wind will force a less-than-optimal runway configuration and we'll have to reduce the amount of airplanes that land there per hour and that will mean some moderate delays. So nothing major, but moderate delays at LaGuardia.

Along the rest of the Eastern Seaboard, from Philadelphia down to Miami International, we'll see some marginal conditions, very windy around Philly, but nothing to cause any major delays, and then some rain down in Florida. But the story there will be delay-free schedules all day and evening for the rest of the east. So that's very good news.

Chicago O'Hare Airport delay free this morning. But again, they will see some very strong gusting winds out of the west, combined with their heavy volume period this afternoon and evening, and that will mean 45-minute arrival delays there.

Houston's George Bush, the site of the Super Bowl this weekend, you'll see some extra volume and low clouds and fog this morning and then some rain this afternoon making for poor visibility. And that will mean 30 to 45-minute arrival delays throughout the day at Bush.

And then finally on the West Coast, San Francisco International, they'll have low clouds, fog and their delays of 45 to 60 minutes for arrivals will last into the midafternoon hours, a little longer than usual, but it should clear out by the evening rush period for on-time schedules thereafter.

But overall, an excellent day for air travel, finally.

I'll be back on Monday morning with the latest 'Eye on the Sky.' Happy Super Bowl weekend, folks.

COSTELLO: Can't wait. Thank you, Rally.
