CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Travelocity's Air Traffic Expert Rally Caparas is here to tell us of possible delays this morning.
Good morning.

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol. What a titillating game last night, huh? Wonderful!

Anyway, folks, today's delays. There will be some major delays, especially if you are coming out of the Super Bowl.

But on the East Coast this morning, Atlanta Jackson or Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson, still getting used to that new name, they'll experience 45-minute arrival delays all day long. It's going to be gusting winds up to about 25 knots this morning. Then the winds will die down a little bit and clouds and rain and poor visibility the rest of the day. Expect those delays to last in to the evening hours.

Chicago O'Hare and Midway, major delays up there. They are delay free right now, but that won't last long. About the next two hours or so, we'll start to see two to three-hour arrival delays develop. There will be lots of ice, some snow, slick runways, poor visibility. It's going to last into the evening hours. Be prepared, grab a cup of coffee, be patient, they'll get you in to that airport eventually.

Minneapolis-St. Paul, a little bit shorter delays, 45- minute arrival delays, low clouds and snow, departure flight de-icing off and on throughout the day.

Houston's Bush and Hobby Airport, William Hobby Airport, the other major airport in Houston, you will see some delays for departures. A heavy volume getting out of the city, as you might expect. And then there will be some thunderstorm activity limiting flight routes as a result. So some short to moderate delays there.

And then San Francisco International, they'll see 60-minute arrival delays again. Low clouds and fog early, rain and wind later.

I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest 'Eye on the Sky.' Carol, back to you.

COSTELLO: All right, Rally, thanks so much.

CAPARAS: You're welcome.
