CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Travelocity's Rally Caparas is here to tell us about possible delays this morning.
RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Hi.

COSTELLO: Hi.

CAPARAS: An excellent day for a change -- Carol.

COSTELLO: Good.

CAPARAS: I feel good this morning, because I finally get to give you some good news, folks, especially in the east. Rob has been telling you excellent weather conditions. Well that means on-time schedules, not really much to talk about. All day and evening long you should run on time from Boston all the way down to Miami, so good news for a change there. You know it's not going to last long, so enjoy it while it does last.

In the central United States, much the same. However, down in Dallas, you will see some delays later today. A delay-free morning will give way to some low clouds and isolated thunderstorm activity blocking flight routes into and out of DFW today, Dallas-Fort Worth that is. So you can expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays later on during the p.m. hours, during the evening rush period between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. in the Central Time Zone.

Denver, they will see lots of snow, low clouds. Fog this morning is reducing the airport surface visibility down to about a mile, mile and a half. So you can expect 45-minute arrival and departure delays as a result. There will be departure flight de-icing off and on throughout the day also.

Seattle-Tacoma in the Pacific Northwest, they start the day with low clouds, fog, poor visibility and 30 to 45-minute arrival delays of the airborne holding variety. They'll spin you around a couple of times before they filter you into the airport behind your -- the flight that you are following, of course. That will improve by midafternoon for on-time schedules thereafter. They should have clear skies before the evening rush period gets there.

And then San Francisco International, again we'll see 45-minute arrival delays, low clouds. Marine layer fog should burn off before noon Pacific Time for on-time schedules thereafter.

But overall, I'd stake today as a 9.5 on a scale of 1 to 10 -- Carol. COSTELLO: And that ain't bad.

CAPARAS: No, it's not bad at all.

COSTELLO: All right. Thank you -- Rally.

CAPARAS: Sure.
