CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: If you are heading out to an airport, hold on for just a second. Travelocity's Air Traffic Expert Rally Caparas live on the line to tell us about possible delays.
Good morning -- Rally.

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol.

Well, a lot of people headed into and out of the East Coast yesterday saw really, really good conditions. And it looks like we'll be able to squeeze one more day out of the good conditions. From Boston down to Charlotte and the major airports in between being Philly and the D.C. Metros, you can expect good conditions today, on- time flight schedules. It should stay with you all day and evening long. But it will end as early as tomorrow morning so be ready for that.

Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International will see 45 to 60-minute arrival delays throughout the entire day. This morning we're having some strong gusting winds up to about 25 to 30 knots. And then later on during the afternoon and evening, rain and poor visibility will enter the picture and will stick with us into the weekend. So delays -- moderate delays into Hartsfield Jackson.

Cincinnati and St. Louis airports, you can expect 45 to 60-minute arrival delays today, some snow, strong gusting winds. The winds really affecting Cincinnati. They have parallel runway configurations and the wind forces them to operate as though they have one runway once that starts up. Poor visibility at both locations and then there will be runway treatment as some snow and icing will be problems at both locations also. So expect moderate delays at Cincy and St. Louis.

Chicago O'Hare, they are delay free right now. And they better enjoy it while it lasts, because it soon will be two-hour arrival delays. Snow, slick runways, that means long delays into Chicago O'Hare.

And then finally on the West Coast, San Francisco International, expect 45-minute arrival delays once again. Low clouds, fog should be gone by midday in the p.m. -- I'm sorry, midday in the Pacific Time Zone out there.

There will be other areas seeing less-than-perfect conditions, short-term delays, however. Rest of the country looking decent on what is going to be a tough travel day in the east. I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest 'Eye on the Sky.' Carol, back to you.

COSTELLO: All right. Thank you, Rally.
