CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: Heading to the airport, hold on for just a second, our Air Traffic Expert Travelocity's Rally Caparas live on the phone with us right now to tell us of possible delays.
Good morning -- Rally.

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol.

Well it looks like a pretty good day. As Chad showed you on the weather just moments ago, from Boston all the way down to Miami International along the Eastern Seaboard, you're going to see good conditions and on-time flight schedules all day and evening long.

But down here in the south, Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International, we've seen lots of low clouds, rain and poor conditions generally over the entire weekend. And today, everything except the low clouds and visibility will improve to start the day. Expect 45- minute arrival delays. Those low clouds are lingering, some fog, poor visibility and that could last into the p.m. hours, so beware. I'll be keeping my eye on that.

In Texas, Dallas-Fort Worth that is, 30 to 45-minute arrival delays are likely this morning. Some low clouds, fog, poor visibility, but that will clear up by the late morning hours in the Central Time Zone for on-time schedules thereafter. So it's not too bad in Dallas.

Seattle-Tacoma in the Pacific Northwest, they are delay free right now and should stay that way until the early p.m. hours. And then you can expect 30 to 45-minute arrival delays, low clouds and rain. It will be the type of delay where they spin you around in the sky a couple of times, just filter you in to the airport. Nothing on the ground, so you'll be airborne delays there.

And then San Francisco International, a delay-free start will give way to low clouds, rain and wind, meaning 45-minute arrival delays this afternoon and evening. Look out for the visibility there, it's going to get poor by midday or so.

But overall, an excellent day for air travel nationwide, Carol. I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest 'Eye on the Sky.' I'll see you then.

COSTELLO: All right. Thank you, Rally.
