Did Aaron Spelling diss his daughter after he died? Did she really get so little of his fortune? And will things get even uglier between Tori and her mom?
Tonight, the remarkable story that`s like an episode of "Dynasty."

ANDERSON: Hi there. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.
HAMMER: I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
Tonight, a Hollywood family feud.
ANDERSON: And what a feud it is, A.J. This really is unbelievable.
The name "Spelling" has become synonymous with everything from "Dynasty" to "Charlie`s Angels" to "Beverly Hills 90210." But even some of the plots of those shows can hardly measure up to what`s now happening in real life, following the death of the legendary Aaron Spelling.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
ANDERSON (voice over): The 1980s TV soap "Dynasty" featured an incredibly rich family that lived in the lap of luxury but every now and then got into a knock-down, drag-out fight.
Now it seems the famous real-life family of the man who created that show, the late super producer Aaron Spelling, are in a big Hollywood squabble over Aaron`s real-life dynasty. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell that you fight is getting about as nasty as something you would see in one of Aaron`s shows.
JOAN COLLINS, "DYNASTY": Let go, you bitch!
JAMIE BUFALINO, "PEOPLE" MAGAZINE: It`s not just your basic family squabble. It`s really gotten to soap opera levels.
ANDERSON: This squabble centers on Spelling`s daughter, Tori Spelling...
TORI SPELLING, "BEVERLY HILLS 90210": Thanks. You`re so sweet.
ANDERSON: ... the former star of Aaron Spelling`s hit 1990 show "Beverly Hills 90210."
Now, you won`t believe what Aaron Spelling left Tori when he died in June at age 83.
BUFALINO: Aaron`s estate is estimated at around $300 million. And it turns out that Tori is going to be receiving less than $1 million of that.
ANDERSON: How little is that? Look at this SHOWBIZ TONIGHT pie chart. Tori`s reported piece of the Spelling pie is tiny, very tiny, barely a crumb of this pie.
BUFALINO: I think the strange thing is that people think of Tori Spelling as this heiress, you know, that`s going to inherit millions upon millions of dollars. So, to find out that she`s actually not going to be receiving that much from her father`s will is kind of a shock.
ANDERSON: Not the kind of inheritance you`d expect from the TV icon who created dozens of hit shows from "Love Boat," to "Charlie`s Angels," to "Seventh Heaven."
(on camera): Here on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Aaron Spelling is immortalized as a TV icon, but as this Spelling family feud begins to resemble one of the campy TV series he created, one question comes to mind. How in the world did things get so bad?
(voice over): Except for a brief reported spat that was resolved before Aaron`s death, Tori reportedly had a loving relationship with her father. However, her relationship with her mother, Candy Spelling, Aaron`s wife of 37 years, now, that`s another story.
BUFALINO: She has this notorious feud going on with her mother, who is now the executor of Aaron`s estate. So it seems that, you know, that`s not helping her cause.
ANDERSON: This reported feud started with Tori`s over-the-top wedding in 2004.
HARVEY LEVIN, TMZ.COM: Tori wanted a bigger wedding than Candy was willing to give. And essentially, Tori felt that Candy cheaped out her wedding by only spending $1 million. And they were fighting. At times they weren`t talking. And that`s what really started the ball rolling downhill.
ANDERSON: To make matters worse, Tori got divorced less than two years later. So much for that million-dollar investment.
And then things went from bad to worse with Tori`s recent comedy series on VH1, "So NoTORIous," a semi-autobiographical look at Tori`s Hollywood life.
SPELLING, "SO NOTORIOUS": Why is it so hard to believe I don`t take handouts from my family, I live off my own money that I earned from being on my daddy`s TV show?
ANDERSON: Lonnie Anderson plays Tori`s mom as a less than perfect matriarch.
LONI ANDERSON, "SO NOTORIOUS": Now if only we could find you the right bra.
LEVIN: I`m told that Candy feels utterly betrayed by Tori with Tori`s reality show that really does make fun of her mother. And Candy Spelling really feels as if it`s a cheap shot.
ANDERSON: Could Tori`s paltry inheritance from the Aaron Spelling estate be her mother`s revenge? If it is, things could get ugly.
LEVIN: It appears that there was some Alzheimer`s involved when Aaron Spelling died. So if Tori decides to contest it and argue that her dad was not mentally competent to make the changes, she could contest this and it really could turn into a cat fight.
ANDERSON: And a sad cat fight it would be. There was a time when the Spellings gave the outward appearance of a stable nuclear family, a seemingly rare sight in Hollywood. That all has fallen apart amid this reported money fight.
LEVIN: This happens all over America every day, where somebody in a family dies and the relatives just start squabbling over money. I`m an attorney, and I`ve seen a lot of these cases, and I can tell you, in many cases, death brings out the worst in people.

ANDERSON: A Spelling family representative tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT the family will have no comment.
HAMMER: Well, yesterday we told you about former `N Sync member Lance Bass revealing that he`s gay. Well tonight, Bass`s former band mate, Justin Timberlake, is showing his support.
Bass says during his time with `N Sync, he had four other guys` careers in his hands, so he hesitated to come out while the band was so wildly popular. Well, now, Timberlake tells "People" magazine through his representative, "Lance is one of my great friends. I support him and wish him all the happiness in the world."
ANDERSON: In last night`s "Question of the Day" we asked you: Gay in Hollywood: Does your opinion of stars change when they come out?
We are getting an overwhelming response to this question. More than 43,000 votes so far. Twenty-nine percent of you say yes, 71 percent of you say no.

HAMMER: Now on to a sensitive topic that`s starting to get a lot of attention, child actors in TV shows and movies that include graphic sex scenes.
Now, given the news that Hollywood`s biggest child star, Dakota Fanning, is starring in a new movie in which her character is brutally raped, we`ve just got to ask, how far is too far?
Joining me from Hollywood, Anne Henry. She is the cofounder of the nonprofit organization BizParentz that was established to help families with kids in the entertainment industry.
Anne, thanks for being with us.
ANNE HENRY, COFOUNDER, BIZPARENTZ.COM: Thanks.
HAMMER: I know your daughter appeared in a very graphic rape scene. She was a part of a the scene that was shot for HBO`s series "Carnivale." And that happened when she was just seven years old.
Now, why did her appearing in that scene compel you to start BizParentz?
HENRY: Well, when I -- when we first started in the business, we didn`t have the benefit of what a lot of parents have today. The Internet wasn`t as prevalent. It was just tougher to get information.
So, a few years ago, Paula Dorn, another showbiz parent, and myself decided to show a Web site called BizParentz, which turned into a nonprofit organization. And we help parents share information, learn about laws that affect the child actors, their trust accounts, taxes, just the business aspects of being in the business.
So, when my child did "Carnivale" that was before we started BizParentz. And actually, I learned quite a bit from that experiences, and good and bad, and decided to share our experiences with others so maybe others wouldn`t have to take that hard road.
HAMMER: And there`s a lot to protect the kids from. I mean, it absolutely amazed me, it was totally shocking to find out how many images from various TV shows and movies involving young kids actually wind up on these Web sites.
I mean, with the Internet, things are all over the place. And these images get out there on these Web sites that are aimed at perverts. The kids are being exploited in ways that people have no idea about.
What kind of stuff are we talking about that`s getting out there?
HENRY: Well, we can pretty much assume that all TV shows and movies will be screen capped, or a little piece of them taken. Head shots, still photos, red carpet photos, pretty much all end up somewhere on the Internet forever. And that`s a fairly new phenomenon for child actors.
It used to be that we could choose to do a role or our children could choose to do a role, and they would truly be acting, and when the movie came out it was over and we`d move on. These days we have to be really conscious of what our kids do because we have to take into account that 20 years down the road it`s going to show up on the Internet, and that some kids are going to end up being the target of pedophiles.
HAMMER: And as disgusting as it may sound, you know, you`re talking about an image, let`s say there`s a child actor who`s appearing in a scene in an emergency room in a hospital, they happen to be sitting on a gurney with their shirt off. That is getting screen capped, as you call it. The still is being taken from the show and getting out there on the Net.
HENRY: Absolutely. Probably 99 percent of what child actors do is absolutely safe and is absolutely filmed in a way that the child actors are exposed to no danger whatsoever. But the finished product is Hollywood. It`s a little sparkle, it`s a little glitz, and things are edited to look scarier than they are. That`s what the magic of Hollywood is.
Unfortunately, sometimes those end products end up in places we don`t want them to be. So, as responsible parents we have to factor that into our decision about which roles to take and which ones not to take.
HAMMER: Well, real quickly, I want to ask you about the role Dakota Fanning took. Her character brutally raped in a very graphic scene in an upcoming film.
When is it acceptable for children to appear in these very violent scenes? Or is it ever?
HENRY: Well, you know, I think that`s a really individual decision. Each of us as parents know our children. We know how the -- how it`s going to be filmed that particular day.
Lots of things in filming are not real. She probably had photo doubles. We don`t know. Body doubles. We don`t know if things were computer generated and she may not have even been in some of those scenes.
So no one really knows that information but Dakota and her family. And seeing that she is surrounded by a pretty good team of experts, we have to trust that her family knew what they were doing when they made that decision.
HAMMER: And chances are it will always be a part of movie making as we know it.

Time now for a story that definitely made us say "That`s ridiculous!" A story of a 25-year-old woman in Brooklyn who got a toe tuck.
You heard me right, not a tummy tuck, a toe tuck. This woman actually told "The New York Post" that after years of wearing stilettos, boots, her toes started getting really big. So she got the procedure.
Incisions were made in her toes. The excess fat was trimmed off. But there`s more.
As it turns out, the toe tuck apparently very much in demand in New York. In fact, one doctor says some women even want their pinky toes cut off so they can really fit into those very pointy shoes. A toe tuck takes about 20 minutes of your time, costs you about $1,250 per toe.
And Brooke, that now explains to me why you are missing one of your pinky toes.
ANDERSON: Yes. Whatever, A.J.
But they want their pinky toes amputated? I can`t even believe that! It`s only a matter of time before that makes its way over to the West Coast and we start hearing more about it, unfortunately.
HAMMER: Getting a toe tuck, we say "That`s ridiculous!"
ANDERSON: "That`s ridiculous!"
HAMMER: Well, not so ridiculous is the new power celebrity gossip Web sites and blogs are wielding. In fact, Lance Bass says one of the biggest factors in his coming out was the amount of chatter and rumors concerning his sexuality.
There are a number of celebrity gossip sites and blogs, and one of the most popular is defamer.com.
Here`s Kyra Phillips with a "CNN PRESENTS" special report, for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

CINDI BERGER, CELEBRITY PUBLICIST: The thing about publicists is we have a very long memory.
Great.
If someone has burned us in the past, it`s pretty hard to erase.
KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice over): Gossip blogger Mark Lisanti could care less about burning a publicist.
MARK LISANTI, EDITOR, DEFAMER.COM: I`m sure I have missed off plenty of publicists in my day.
PHILLIPS: Unlike the glossies, an exclusive with a celebrity is the last thing on his mind.
LISANTI: We`re not dependant on access at all. So we`re a lot more comfortable taking shots at them because we`re not going to get an interview yanked by a publicist. We`re not worried about Joe Simpson coming in and kicking down the door.
PHILLIPS: From a computer in his small Los Angeles apartment, 31- year-old Lisanti heads up defamer.com. It`s one of hundreds of blogs devoted to starky Hollywood gossip.
LISANTI: It`s just a different way of kind of looking at the entire world of Hollywood and celebrity. And not everybody is going to want to read it in this packaged way that is being presented to them. So, we`ll present it with more of a humorist slant, a satirical look at it.
The best known thing that we have done on the site was this video montage of Tom Cruise`s now incredibly infamous appearance on "Oprah" when he jumped on the couch. Tom Cruise shows up to talk about the new love in his life, then immediately starts wrestling with Oprah.
I think it was the best two or three falls that day. He won them all.
PHILLIPS: Defamer`s sarcastic and often hilarious approach has made it one of the most successful gossip sites on the Web. Bloggers like Lisanti scour daily trades for scoops, get tips from well-placed sources...
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So good to see you.
PHILLIPS: ... and on occasion grab a power lunch with an industry insider.
TED CASABLANCA, E! ENTERTAINMENT GOSSIP COLUMNIST: Only an idiot would ignore the dynamic that blogs are creating. It`s an answer to something that the public`s thirsty for, which is that sort of up-to-the- minute, last-second breathing bit of information that they have just got to know.

ANDERSON: And certainly sites like Defamer are not alone. Two of the most popular celebrity blog sites out there are Perez Hilton and Pink is the New Blog.

PEREZ HILTON, PEREZHILTON.COM: Thank you.
ANDERSON: Good evening.
OK. We mentioned earlier Lance Bass -- I`m going to throw this one to you, Perez -- Lance Bass, mentioned that he came out publicly and said he was gay because of all the rumors that were circulating. I have to say, your blog, guilty as charged. You were speculating about his sexuality, in all fairness, mercilessly sometimes.
Do you think he was talking about you?
HILTON: Well, it wasn`t speculation. It was information that was given to me by my sources. And, you know, I think there`s a bit of a double standard. If it would have been two heterosexual celebrities, because Lance is in a relationship now with Reichen, who in the gay world is a known person, he`s a figure, he`s a celebrity...
ANDERSON: Formerly winner of "The Amazing Race."
HILTON: "The Amazing Race." And he models and does other things. So, if it would have been two heterosexual celebrities, the media would have been all over it, even if they were trying to keep it a secret.
It just so happens that one of the two wasn`t very vocal about his status as a gay man, but they were doing very public things, you know. Lance and Reichen went on vacation to Palm Springs, to Mexico, Las Vegas, Province Town.
So, when you`re doing public actions, you need to be prepared for public consequences.
ANDERSON: And he ultimately did decide to go public with it.
Now Trent, you do the same thing, you post this celebrity information, this gossip online on your blog.
VANEGAS: Right.
ANDERSON: Is there ever a time when you think that`s too far, I cannot post this information, it`s too sensitive? Is there a line that you don`t want to cross?
VANEGAS: For me, personally, I think that there are lines that I don`t like to cross. I like to keep it fun. I like to keep it not quite so serious, lighthearted.
But we live in an age where the information on the Internet is lightning fast. When Mike Drudge can bring down the president because of his gossip Web site, I mean, these are the sorts of things that you can`t control it. Like, the information comes out and it really takes it over. It takes control.
ANDERSON: Do either of you think you`ve ever gone too far?
HILTON: Not yet.
ANDERSON: Not yet? You make it sound like you might eventually.
HILTON: I have to follow my gut. I mean, there are things I won`t talk about.
I personally get a lot of flack for outing people, but I don`t have an issue with it. To me, I think the only way that change is going to come is visibility. It`s a very controversial thing, but there are certain things I won`t talk about.
Like, my friends tell me everything. My sources tell me everything. They may tell me, "Oh, guess who I saw in my Alcoholics Anonymous meeting? A teeny bopper actress that everybody will be shocked to know." I won`t reveal that, because to me that is a major invasion of privacy.
ANDERSON: So you won`t cross that line?
Have you gone too far, Trent?
VANEGAS: I don`t think so. I mean, for me, it`s all about fun. I don`t really like saying, I heard so and so was wherever.
I mean, I really like to talk about things that are known, things that have been published, and then comment on them from my point of view. Not so much trying to out people or drag them out.
ANDERSON: Right.
One of the amazing things to me -- I go on your sites, and not only the information that you post there, but the amount of it. You say you have your sources.
Are any of them within the celebrities` inside circles? Are you getting information from publicists? How do you get it all?
VANEGAS: We pretty much get information from all kinds of sources. We get them from regular people, from publicists.
You know, who knows where they come from a lot of times. They are anonymous, or "Don`t use my name." But you`d be surprised. People like to talk.
ANDERSON: And you were hesitating there.
HILTON: Well, I mean, I pride myself on the information that I put on my Web site and making sure that it`s accurate. You know, I was a journalist before I began this site, so I still hold myself to that level of authenticity. And I don`t want to betray my audience`s trust.
So, it has to be very legitimate for me to post something. And a lot of times it will come from celebrities themselves.
ANDERSON: Times have changed in the way that people are getting their information, that`s for sure.

ANDERSON: And I am Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. This is TV`s most provocative entertainment news show.
A.J., David Hasselhoff has been accused of being drunk and unfit to fly at Heathrow Airport. But he`s saying that`s not the case at all. We`re calling it "Hasselhoff Hassled." And we`re going to have that story just ahead.
And also, was Tori Spelling left out of her famous, multimillionaire dad`s will? Aaron Spelling. We`re talking hundreds of millions of dollars that she could have had but reportedly did not get.
HAMMER: Wow. Wow. That is wild.
Well also tonight, Katharine McPhee, "American Idol" runner-up had the very public admission of her battle with bulimia recently. Now that came after she had the courage to tell one of the closest people in her life: her sister. So how did Katharine approach this very difficult conversation with sis? You`re going to hear in Katharine`s own words coming up in just a few.
ANDERSON: That`s right, A.J.
But first, with school being out, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is warning you about video that`s creeping out onto the Web more and more. But first we have to warn you that the video you`re about to see is kind of hard to watch: girls going after each other, fighting in the streets. Now that`s disturbing enough. But what`s really scary is who`s part of the crowd just watching it all play out.

TED ROWLANDS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): This cell phone video of two girls fighting is hard to see, but it`s the audio that`s most disturbing. The father of one of the girls is not only watching the fight, but he can be heard coaching his daughter.
This is another girl-versus-girl fight recorded in Fresno, California. Again, a parent, in this case a mother, is watching. The video of this fight goes on for almost seven minutes. The mother of the other girl, who was clearly losing the fight, says she was horrified to find out that a parent was there and didn`t step in.
DIANE THROWER, MOTHER: I could not believe that the mother was actually there helping her daughter fight my daughter.
ROWLANDS: Rosalind Wiseman, who wrote the book "Queen Bee Moms and Kingpin Dads," says you`d be surprised at how many parents actually encourage their children to fight.
ROSALIND WISEMAN, AUTHOR: I know it sounds crazy, but they really feel that they are teaching their child to stand up for themselves, that they are, you know, protecting their child from, you know, something that`s happening to them that`s not fair, that they think that there`s -- you know, that people are out basically to get them.
ROWLANDS: Terry Paulson is a Los Angeles-area psychologist and author of "Can I Have the Keys to the Car?"
TERRY PAULSON, PSYCHOLOGIST/AUTHOR: We have become more concerned about being their friend than we are being a parent, where you provide the structure.
ROWLANDS: Females fighting, which years ago was usually only seen in B-Hollywood movies or as comic relief is now, some say, becoming part of mainstream culture.
Some experts think this is making girls more open to fighting in the schoolyard. In Chicago, where a 2003 high school hazing incident involving girls received national attention, more than 500 girls had been disciplined for fighting this school year alone, up 30 percent from last year.
JAMES GARBARINO, AUTHOR, "SEE JANE HIT": In the past, you might have said to your girl, "Girls don`t hit," and be able to back that up with what she saw in the larger culture. Today, that`s simply not true; it`s not true. Girls do hit, and they can see evidence of that. So they are being given permission.
ROWLANDS: But not everyone agrees that female fighting has actually increased.
MIKE MALES, UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA SANTA CRUZ: There`s very little statistical evidence that we`ve seen more violence among girls. In fact, they seem to be safer and less violent today than in the past.
ROWLANDS: Whether it`s on the rise or not, many experts do agree that the appetite to watch girls fighting is very real. DVDs, like "The World`s Wildest Chick Fights," are available at video stores. Clips of girls fighting are also available on the Internet.
The Fresno video of the two girls fighting was posted on the popular teen Web site MySpace.com.

ANDERSON: And these types of video are still very popular on teen Web sites. That was CNN`s Ted Rowlands for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.
We should also tell you that the mother on that video has been charged with misdemeanor battery, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two counts of misdemeanor child endangerment.
HAMMER: Big news: Suri Cruise exists. Well, anyway, that`s what actress Jada Pinkett Smith tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.
OK, so we want to know: what does she look like? Where has she been? Well, we`re not getting that information. Considering how out there Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were, they`ve really been keeping a low profile as of yet.
Now there`s buzz that there`s getting married this weekend. You may have heard something about this. But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can report to you right now that`s not true. Not going to happen.
Meanwhile, Jada tells "People" magazine Suri is - quote - "one of the sweetest babies I have ever met in my life." Full of black hair, and that she`s daddy`s little girl.
All right. So let`s see her already.

In tonight`s "SHOWBIZ Showcase," "Children of Men." It`s a post-war world, and something has made the Earth`s population infertile. So in the middle of anarchy, Clive Owen has the task of saving the world.
SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has your first look.

CLIVE OWEN, ACTOR: I can`t really remember when I last had any hope. And I certainly can`t remember when anyone else did, either. It was really since women stopped being able to have babies. What`s left to hope for?

ANDERSON: "Children of Men" opens in theaters September 29.
HAMMER: Well, she may not have won "American Idol," but Katharine McPhee certainly won over the women of "The View." "The American Idol" sat in the Star Jones memorial chair, so to speak. And from all accounts, she did a great job. McPhee was all set to tour with the rest of "The American Idol," but she was sidelined because of damage to her vocal cords.
Now there was buzz going around that the damage was actually caused by her bulimia, which she has admitted to. But she told viewers that wasn`t true. Her admission of an eating disorder was the subject of the new syndicated daytime talk show hosted by Dr. Keith Ablow. She appeared on the show with her sister Adriana, and SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has your very first look at this compelling interview.

DR. KEITH ABLOW, TALK SHOW HOST: After a very long time, you said, I`m going to tell the truth to these people.
KATHARINE MCPHEE, SINGER: Right. Right.
ABLOW: And so how did that happen? Tell me how you did it. What was the moment you decided, I`m not going to keep this a secret anymore, I`m going to share this.
K. MCPHEE: You never want to, like, reveal something that is uncomfortable to reveal. So...
ABLOW: And what were you going to have to tell her?
K. MCPHEE: That, you know, this is what I`ve been doing to myself for, like, the past three months. You know, binging and purging and, you know, starving myself. Towards the beginning, it was a lot of starvation.
ABLOW: It had gone on for years.
K. MCPHEE: It would be OK for awhile, and then it would be not OK.
ADRIANA MCPHEE, KATHARINE MCPHEE: I remember, I was in - I was in shock and kind of denial because...
ABLOW: So you hear this, and you`re like, This can`t be.
A. MCPHEE: I thought, there`s no way that my sister, my sister, could have this.

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
It is time now for another story that made us say, "That`s Ridiculous!"
Of course, everybody`s used to format changes in radio. Happens all the time. Big-band stations change to Top 40. A country music station changes over to, say, all news. But there`s one radio station in Fresno, California, that went from Christian music - you know, things like Bible readings and sermons and spiritual healing - to sexual healing. Yes, from the Good Book to good times, station owners at KFYE now call the station, porn radio. All sex, all the time. And they do have the suggestion that people under 21 not listen.
It`s got a lot of people in Fresno groaning, not all in a good way.
You know, Brooke, can you imagine turning on the radio in the evening of that format change for your evening - I don`t know, sermon or whatever - and hearing, well, something completely different?
ANDERSON: It would be shocking. And, you know, the station plays songs with suggestive titles and lyrics such as "Sexual Healing" by Marvin Gaye.
But A.J., the tamer songs they play? They actually heat those up by adding recorded moans and groans and that sort of thing.
HAMMER: That`s classy.
ANDERSON: It makes us say - 24-hour sex radio? Now "That`s Ridiculous!"
All right. David Hasselhoff accused of acting drunk in an airport; the wacky world of Pamela Anderson and her upcoming wedding; and a Tori Spelling family feud. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is all over tonight`s "Hot Headlines."
With us tonight is Harvey - Harvey Levin, managing editor of the entertainment-news Web site TMZ.com. Harvey joins us from the TMZ newsroom in Glendale, California.
Harvey, good to see you.
HARVEY LEVIN, TMZ.COM: Hi, Brooke.
ANDERSON: Hi there.
What`s the deal about David - David Hasselhoff? We hear, you know, people accusing him of being drunk in an airport. I`m (INAUDIBLE) I get on the plane and fly.
What happened?
LEVIN: Well, I mean, my theory is that he was celebrating his divorce, because his divorce became final yesterday. So it kind of all adds up for me at least.
But apparently he was kind of - well, we had video actually that showed he was just really out of it when he was at the airport. For some reason he was - you know those carts that - that they sometimes take disabled people on to the plane?
ANDERSON: Yes.
LEVIN: He was actually - he was actually one of those, kind of going like this.
ANDERSON: Oh!
LEVIN: And it was pretty apparent something was going on.
ANDERSON: Celebrating the divorce or maybe wallowing in his misery. Who knows?
But Hoff`s people say, You know, he wasn`t drunk; this wasn`t the case. They say - we talked to a spokesperson today, Harvey, who said it was due to medication he was taking for an infection in his hand.
What do you think? Do you - or an injured hand.
LEVIN: Well...
ANDERSON: And that he got sick, and - and requested to be put on a later flight, actually.
LEVIN: I mean, listen, that - that may be true. But I`ve never heard on TV when they say, Side effects may include acting insane on a golf cart. So...
(LAUGHTER)
LEVIN: I don`t know.
ANDERSON: Insane on a golf cart. OK. We will remember that.
You got to love this next one, Harvey: Pamela Anderson. She says she`s seen the light. She`s going to marry Kid Rock, but she`s not having a wedding, Harvey. She`s having weddings, plural.
We`re not talking multiple grooms here. What`s this whole thing about?
LEVIN: Well, she wants to get married, I guess, in places where she has a connection to Kid Rock. So apparently it`s going to be three places in the United States, plus St. Tropez. And, you know, the best I can figure out is she really needs a large - or lots of - maybe needs three...
ANDERSON: Well, she (INAUDIBLE) after all those weddings.
Why a sudden rush to marry him? You know, a lot of people didn`t even realize they were back together.
LEVIN: It`s really crazy. She was actually going with a guy who`s kind of a gazillionaire in Las Vegas. He`s a developer named Lawrence Hallier. And that was going on and even going strong until just a few months ago. So I think this took a lot of people by surprise.
ANDERSON: All right. We should say that they were engaged a few years ago, but then broke that off. But here they are getting back together once again.
And Harvey, we reported earlier: Tori Spelling almost disinherited. Her rich, multimillionaire father Aaron Spelling died recently. But she`s getting what`s really a drop in the bucket of his fortune? I mean, that seems like a slap in the face from the grave, if that`s the case.
LEVIN: Well if indeed that`s the case, it is. I mean, it`s a - it`s a million - almost a million dollars. And to most of us, that`s a heck of a lot of money. To her...
ANDERSON: Right.
LEVIN: ...it`s kind of like the world of Spam. So, you know, this - you know, this was - this is a - this was an estate that was worth around $300 million. So - look, she was in a huge feud and still is with her mother. And the word is that four months before Aaron Spelling died, he kind of disinherited her. There were a lot of trusts, and there was a will involved. But apparently he made some changes to that. And Tori got a lot less than she might have gotten earlier. But the root of all of this is the feud, the bitter feud, between herself and her mom.
ANDERSON: Do you think Tori`s going to take it lying down, or will she call her lawyers and say, Boys, let`s - let`s get ready for court?
LEVIN: Well, I`ll tell you, there - there are report...

HAMMER: It is time now for the "SHOWBIZ Guide." Tonight in "People"`s "Picks and Pans," new movies from a who`s who of Oscar winners and nominees. We got Jamie Foxx in "Miami Vice"; we have Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts in "The Ant Bully"; and Greg Kinnear and Toni Collette in "Little Miss Sunshine."
Joining me in New York is "People" magazine film critic Leah Rozen to walk us through each and every one.
Now Leah, "Miami Vice," I am not ashamed to say, one of my favorite television series in history. I do not want to be disappointed by this movie.
LEAH ROZEN, "PEOPLE" MAGAZINE: Yes. But are you Crockett or are you Tubbs?
I think - I think you`re going to be somewhat disappointed. This is one of those movies I always say, Tastes great, less filling. It just - I mean, it looks terrific. Really cool-looking. You know, the photography, the way they`ve shot it. Some of these fast boat scenes.
But story, you`re just kind of - this incredibly, unnecessarily complicated plot that you can`t even really begin to follow. And it`s not worth following. So it`s kind of disappointing.
And it`s more than two hours long, which just seems sort of longer than you need to be spending here.
HAMMER: And some good actors in it, and Michael Mann, who did the original "Miami Vice"....
ROZEN: Michael Mann, who did the original "Miami Vice," has done this. You know, he`s made a lot of great movies - "Collateral," things like that. But this one has to chalk up there as a disappointment.
Jamie Foxx is in it, Colin Farrell. Neither one has that much to do. And Colin Farrell is sort of a torpid performance.
HAMMER: All right. Tell me about "Ant Bully" then.
ROZEN: "Ant Bully"`s a kids` movie. It`s animated. And I liked it.
This is - it will remind you of "Antz," which came out a few years ago. But this is about a little boy who is - he`s just - he`s bullied by other children, so he`s nasty to ants. He squirts water from his water gun on their anthill. He is shrunk down to ant size, and learns to see the world from another perspective. Lot of good actors like Julie Roberts, Meryl Streep, Nicolas Cage get to do the voice work and clearly had fun.
HAMMER: All right. Finally, "Little Miss Sunshine."
I loved this movie. Probably not for everyone though.
ROZEN: I loved this movie.
This is a - was a hit at Sundance. It`s a comedy about an incredibly dysfunctional family on a road trip. It stars Greg Kinnear, Toni Collette, Steve Correll. It is terrific. Smart writing, goes places you don`t expect it to. Absolutely worth seeing.
HAMMER: Not the kind of a road trip that you would want to take yourself probably. And people when they see it will understand what I`m talking about.
ROZEN: Well, their VW van doesn`t seem to work well.
HAMMER: Leah Rozen, as always, thank you very much.

ANDERSON: You just head Leah Rozen`s take on the new movie "Little Miss Sunshine." I recently sat down with Toni Collette. She plays stage mom to a child beauty pageant contestant played by little Abigail Breslin. With 9-year-old Abigail coming to work on the set, I asked Toni what she thinks of real-life stage parents.

TONI COLLETTE, ACTRESS: I don`t know. I mean - well, take Abigail. She`s an - she`s an - she`s an amazing young actress and has an innate talent. And it`s something that she`s compelled to do, and her family`s incredibly supportive. But - but they`re not what you would, you know, call stage parents.
And I think there`s a fine line between allowing what you want your children to do and - and then kind of, you know, being completely dragged into that world and forcing them to do it, you know?
But, you know, kids have a will of their own also. And I think in any - in any (INAUDIBLE) inclination is what spurs the - the whole event.

ANDERSON: Toni also told me that she`s never been in a beauty pageant herself, but she did start acting at the young age of 17.
