Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

ANDERSON: Hi there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. Tonight SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has an eye opening and revealing rehab reality check for two of Hollywood`s most troubled young stars, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan. That`s coming up.

HAMMER: But first tonight, as we try to find words to describe every new bizarre twist in the Anna Nicole Smith drama, tonight it basically comes down to one word, unbelievable. What else do you say when you hear that one of the judges, who was right in the middle of the battle over Anna Nicole`s baby, has been busted by the cops?

ANDERSON: And A.J., what do you say when one of the men who claims to be the father of the baby claims a woman is stalking him? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with tonight`s episode of As The Anna World Turns.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON (voice-over:): Just when you thought the Anna Nicole Smith case couldn`t be more of a soap opera, new twists and new subplots remind you this case is playing out in a theater of the absurd.

ASHLEIGH BANFIELD, COURT TV ANCHOR: The whole thing is a little surreal.

ANDERSON: Now you have a drug bust, a leading man possibly being stalked by an admirer, and a continued court fight over the baby girl, born to a fading starlet, who died a tragic death. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has the latest in a soap opera that never ends, never bores and never, ever ceases to amaze. It`s the development that`s making everyone gasp with disbelief. A Florida judge, who ruled in the Anna Nicole Smith case, was busted in this park for allegedly smoking marijuana while some police officers just happened to be nearby.

CAPTAIN TONY RODE, HOLLYWOOD POLICE DEPARTMENT: They smell what they believe to be a very strong odor of Marijuana coming from inside the car. They basically follow their nose.

ANDERSON: Here`s the shocker. The busted judge was not Larry Seidlin. You remember him from the recent Anna Nicole Smith hearings. His strange asides --

JUDGE LARRY SEIDLIN, FAMILY COURT JUDGE: I can fight a ten-round fight.

ANDERSON: And unconventional manner.

SEIDLIN: That causes me to lose more hair than I already lost.

ANDERSON: Had more than one person asking just what the heck is that guy thinking? No, the judge in question is Lawrence Korda, who was given a misdemeanor citation in the alleged park bust incident. Korda heard brief arguments in the case to determine who fathered Anna Nicole Smith`s baby, Dannielynn. Funny thing is, compared to the more theatrical Seidlin, things were much more efficient and less strange in Korda`s courtroom.

JUDGE LAWRENCE KORDA, FAMILY COURT JUDGE: At this point, I don`t think that I have jurisdiction.

BANFIELD: Of the two judges in Florida who handled this case, Judge Korda seemed to be the more sober.

ANDERSON: Court TV`s Ashleigh Banfield tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she`s surprised at Korda`s encounter. But let`s be fair, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has got to say, if someone is forced to preside over the Anna Nicole mess, there`s no telling what he or she would have to do to unwind.

BANFIELD: I think he better hope that there`s a medicinal marijuana argument that can be made here.

ANDERSON: Still, Banfield tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, Korda`s marijuana bust likely won`t affect the case at all.

BANFIELD: I wouldn`t look to see any major overturnings in his ruling. He simply did what most other judges in his place would have done at that point and that is to say I don`t have jurisdiction.

ANDERSON: Meanwhile, down in the Bahamas, the players in the case showed up at the latest battle for little Dannielynn. Anna Nicole`s ex- boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, now telling reporters a mysterious blonde woman has been following him everywhere he goes, has been fighting for months to get a DNA test to show he`s Dannielynn`s father.

Anna Nicole`s companion, Howard K. Stern, says he`s the daddy. And Anna Nicole`s mom is fighting both men for custody. Court TV`s Ashleigh Banfield says, the funny thing, it ultimately may not even matter who the biological dad is.

BANFIELD: People need to understand that paternity doesn`t necessarily guarantee custody. In the Bahamas, there is something called the welfare test. Here we call it the best interests of the child. That`s what the most important thing is, when it comes to who is going to care for this little girl. Who can? Who can do it best. It`s not always the person whose DNA matches the child.

ANDERSON: So, with an unresolved custody issue, a possible stalker, and, of course, that pot bust, it`s clear that in the Anna Nicole soap opera, things may remain a little hazy.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: Now, the main players in the Dannielynn custody case aren`t the only ones in the Bahamas. DNA experts were in court as well.

HAMMER: And then, of course, there is the drama in the Bahamas to talk about. In full today, the battle over Anna Nicole`s baby and whether a court hearing is going to order a DNA test to get this whole thing settled once and for all. Joining me tonight from the Bahamas, Court TV`s correspondent Jean Casarez and from Hollywood, investigative journalist Pat Lalama. Your hair looks lovely, Pat.

Jean, I want to start with you because I know there are late developments coming out of this court hearing today. Finally it looks like we may be getting a swab of Dannielynn for DNA, or at least that`s been so ordered?

JEAN CASAREZ, COURT TV CORRESPONDENT: The DNA test, swabbing with a q-tip of Dannielynn, is supposed to take place tomorrow. But Howard K. Stern`s attorneys are going to try to appeal that overnight so it doesn`t happen. So what this obviously can tell us is that Howard K. Stern is not consenting to allow the DNA being taken of Dannielynn.

HAMMER: So wait a second. Finally, we have a legal order for this DNA to take place and it`s not going to happen. Now, Pat, I remember very clearly, early on, when this whole paternity battle was starting, one of Anna`s lawyers, who was obviously on Howard K. Stern`s side, said to me, on this program, that if a legal order for a DNA test is given, there will be compliance and there will be cooperation.

So, Pat, is there anything going on here, other than hiding the truth?

PAT LALAMA, INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALIST: Well, I`m surprised you believed him to begin with. I don`t think these people have shown much integrity and character to begin with, certainly not the best interests of the child. The interesting thing here, A.J., is that this is not a criminal case. A judge can`t force Howard K. Stern to do any of this. He can`t twist his arm or put him in handcuffs or stick a needle in his arm.

But what`s interesting is, in the end, a judge can say, I`m going to take this into consideration, I`m going to take the fact that you`ve been so resistant about this whole thing into consideration when I make the final determination. So it doesn`t make him look good at all. He just keeps digging his heel into the sand. I don`t know what he thinks he`s going to get out of it.

There`s rumors he`s doing behind the scenes talks with Larry Birkhead, trying to cut a deal. Maybe that`s why he`s still stalling. Maybe that`s why Debra Opri left the case. But, you know what, it`s sickening when you think about here`s this baby now reaching six months and still, who the heck is this poor little child really bonding with, and where does that child`s future lie?

HAMMER: Now you mention this behind the scenes deal, Pat. We`ve been talking about that night after night. Jean, I understand you spoke with Larry Birkhead today, and he told you, no, no behind the scenes deal. And it obviously seems to be making sense, is that right?

CASAREZ: No, he`s adamant about this. He says there is no deal, period. This isn`t a game show. I wouldn`t do it. I`m not going to do it. And that`s why I`m here in court with an attorney.

HAMMER: Last night, Jane, on the show, we were talking about the heroes and the villains in the case. This thing just won`t stop. We`re hearing Larry Birkhead, when he`s there outside the courtroom, where you are today in the Bahamas, when Larry Birkhead is showing up, people are cheering him. Is that kind of how he`s seen? Are people looking at him as the hero and Howard K. Stern as the villain in this case?

CASAREZ: Let me tell you, the crowd is with Larry Birkhead every step of the way. I do want to tell you that my producer actually saw Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern inside the front door of the courthouse, before they exited. They were talking. But it was not pleasantries, as you could see the expression on each other`s face.

HAMMER: And, from the you can`t make this stuff up department, Pat, as we heard in Brooke`s report just a couple of minutes ago, the Florida judge involved in the DNA baby battle got busted for smoking pot in a public park. Just classic, if you ask me. Does anything at all surprise you in this case anymore?

LALAMA: No, like I like to say, 50,000 Hollywood screenwriters went to the beach, because they can`t make this up. It`s just too good. Now, on top of this, A.J., you`re probably aware of this, apparently in Daniel`s clothing they found the business card of a private investigator. That private investigator is now saying that he was asked by Daniel to please start investigating his mother`s drug use. So, you know, add another chapter to this drama. It`s really just amazing. And yet I just keep thinking about this baby.

HAMMER: Yes, and it`s no wonder everybody has been referring to it as a three-ring circus. Jean, down there in the Bahamas, after Anna Nicole was buried, her burial site became a huge tourist attraction. Is that still the case? Is there still such a level of high interest down there?

CASAREZ: You know, I haven`t been there personally to see, but I have read the local newspapers. And there are some editorials from family members, saying, you know, now we can`t get in. Yes, they will allow us to see the grave of our loved one. We can`t be friends. I think some in the local community are concerned that what was the grave site for them freely to visit, the graves of those that they have loved and passed on, now is sort of off limits to just anyone to come in.

HAMMER: That`s no good. It should be a place of respect. Investigative journalist Pat Lalama, Court TV`s Jean Casarez, I thank you both for joining us tonight.

ANDERSON: And A.J., we`ve got much more on the Anna Nicole Smith saga. Straight ahead, does Larry Birkhead have a stalker? That`s right. The shocking story of the woman who he says won`t leave him alone. You`ll hear from Larry Birkhead yourself 31 minutes past the hour.

HAMMER: Also, Lindsay Lohan, just out of rehab. I`ve got to ask, why the heck is she going out to clubs every night? Come on. Also Britney Spears, the question is, is 30 days enough for her to clean up her act? Coming up next, a revealing rehab reality check. Plus this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: If you think being a first wife is hard, try being a first wife in Hollywood. Every time your man dates someone else or marries someone else, you have to see it on the cover of every magazine.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: The first wives club, Hollywood style. You know, how would you feel if your husband ran away with another woman? Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with how the former spouses of the biggest stars feel and deal with seeing their men with new women.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. It`s time now for a story that made us say, that`s ridiculous. All right, so yesterday we told you about how supermodel Naomi Campbell is sweeping floors at a New York City sanitation department garage this week. Wow, that`s a mouthful.

This is all part of her community service, because she assaulted her maid with a cell phone. Well, on Monday she showed up in big heels and dark sunglasses, like she had just stepped off the cat walk. Well, today, check this out. She strutted in all glammed up again, wearing fur. Yes. Oh, get this, the New York City police officer who is escorting here -- can you see it there? He`s carrying her bag for her. Naomi, this is supposed to be punishment, not a fashion show. That`s ridiculous.

ANDERSON: Tonight, we`ve just got to ask, what in the world is going on with Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears? Right now SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is bringing you a rehab reality check. Everybody`s wondering if Lindsay is back to her old hard-partying ways. You know, while she left her posh L.A. treatment center just over a month ago, after a 30 day stay, the 20-year- old has been spotted everywhere this week, partying all night long at several New York clubs.

And will we be seeing Britney at the clubs? This week, she`s approaching the 30 day mark at her rehab facility. And it looks like she`s had enough. TMZ.com is reporting that Britney will be leaving Promises Treatment Center after having, quote, literally turned her life around.

Joining me tonight in Hollywood, Ken Sealey, lead interventionist for A&E`s hit show, "Intervention" and, in New York, David Caplan, "Star Magazine`s" deputy New York bureau chief. David, Ken, thanks for being here.

All right, David, I want to start with you. We`ve all seen the pictures; Lindsay out at the clubs every night it seems. I`m just incredulous when I see this. What can you tell us about what`s going on with Lindsay?

DAVID CAPLAN, "STAR MAGAZINE": Lindsay has been out of rehab for a little over a month and she was in New York for several days. She went out to so many night clubs and she was partying, having a great time. The interesting thing here is, one, she seems to be back to many of her tricks, which include chasing guys. She was trying to get cozy with Jude Law at the Box night club. Two, she`s surrounding herself with many of the same people that she partied with before, which are essentially enablers. Not the best thing to do if you want to get away from that world.

She`s also been hanging around with her mom again, who it`s always very murky whether or not this is a good thing, because her mom likes to have a great time as well with Lindsay as well. And Lindsay was not hiding the fact she was out to have a good time. She was DJing. Plus, she carries that water bottle, that many are suspect it`s really water in the bottle.

ANDERSON: Ken, let`s talk to you about this, because, as you just heard David say, she`s been all over the place, clubbing, back to her old habits. I`m trying to think of a comparison. Isn`t it like someone from gambler`s anonymous hanging out at the racetrack every day. Should we be concerned about this?

KEN SEALEY, INTERVENTIONIST: Absolutely Brooke. You know what I wish we were seeing is having the paparazzi following her coming out of 12 step meetings, working with a sponsor, doing things like that. If she went to as many meetings as many nightclubs -- just look at the hours that she spends there at these nightclubs. She could go to a meeting in the morning, a meeting at night, doing outpatient counseling during the day, and getting the help she needs to be the role model that she is.

She already is the role model, but we have to just direct her to the right path of what we want our young kids to be like.

ANDERSON: Yes, like it or not. Whether she likes it or not, she is a role model for millions and millions of young people out there. David, you would think that her publicist would just come out with a really strong statement, flat out just say, Lindsay is fine, she`s not drinking, she`s just having a good time. Instead, she says she`s taking it one day at a time. I mean, it sounds promising, but then it doesn`t sound promising. What does that say to you?

CAPLAN: That sort of statement to me says that, you know what, Lindsay, she may be having the occasional relapse, but in the big picture she`s trying to get healthy. A lot of us would like a statement that says, Lindsay is steering clear of nightclubs. She`s steering clear of liquor and all of the problems that landed her in the situation. But we`re not hearing that. That`s why it`s very suspicious right now.

ANDERSON: Yes, very worrisome. Ken, here we are this week, Britney Spears hitting that same mark that Lindsay did in the past 30 days in rehab. TMZ.com reporting that she wants out, that she`s turned her life around. But, Ken, you don`t turn your life around in 30 days. Or can you?

SEALEY: Yes, when have you ever seen that happen? Never. Never has that ever happened in the past. And a week ago she was saying she didn`t even have a problem. Now, a week later, she`s cured and she`s ready to go out there and face life? If I was her, I would really -- if I was her family, I would really not take anything she`s saying right now seriously, because it sounds like she`s just trying to control the situation, so they think that she is better, and then manipulate getting what she wants with the kids and the custody of all of that, when the reality is she hasn`t even touched the iceberg.

She`s not even nearly ready to get the help that she needs for what -- it really upsets me, because I don`t believe either one of these two know how bad they really are. What do they want to do, end up like Anna Nicole? is that what their goal is? Because if they don`t take this seriously, they will die. That`s the end result of this disease.

ANDERSON: It`s absolutely serious, and we can only hope that their treatments do turn out to be successful. Ken Sealey, David Caplan, thank you both so much for your insights.

Now we want to hear from you. It is our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day; Lindsay Lohan out clubbing, is she setting herself up for rehab disaster? Vote at CNN.com/SHOWBIZTONIGHT. Send us an e-mail at SHOWBIZTONIGHT@CNN.com. And don`t forget, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is the only entertainment news show that lets you express your opinion on video. So to send us a video e, just-mail go to our website CNN.com/SHOWBIZTONIGHT, and you can learn how do it.

HAMMER: Well Lindsay Lohan supposedly bumped a paparazzo with her car last week. But tonight I`m really shocked to hear about another big star who allegedly ran into a paparazzo with his Porsche. Brooke, I know you have got that coming up next.

ANDERSON: I do, A.J. And much more on the Anna Nicole Smith baby battle. I can`t believe this one. Is there a stalker who just won`t leave Larry Birkhead alone?

Also this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JOHNNY DEPP, "PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN": Why should I sail with any of you? Four of you have tried to kill me in the past. One of you succeeded.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Lots of people have really been waiting for this one, the next "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie, the last big battle for Captain Jack Sparrow, Johnny Depp. And we have the first look coming up.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Tonight, stars versus the paparazzi. There`s been another close encounter, and this time it was Keanu Reeves behind the wheel. The L.A. Sheriff`s Department says Reeves grazed a photographer with his 1996 Porsche while pulling out of a parking space last night. The Sheriff`s Department says the photographer was standing in the street and fell to the ground. Paramedics treated him at the scene and then took him to the hospital.

Nobody is saying what type of injuries he had. Keanu wasn`t hurt. No charges were filed but there is an investigation happening. You know, this type of star/paparazzi close encounter seems to be happening a lot lately. Just last week in New York Lindsay Lohan hit a paparazzi with her car. That photographer was treated for a bruised knee and released from the hospital.

HAMMER: Well Brooke, I`ve said it many times before and I`m sure I`m going to be saying it over and over again, I can`t believe what keeps happening with the whole Anna Nicole Smith saga.

ANDERSON: Yes, nor can I. And now there is this drug bust in the middle of the whole thing, among other things, crazy.

HAMMER: A drug bust involving a judge. Listen to this though, in addition to all that, coming up next, the shocking story of the woman who may be stalking Larry Birkhead. We`ve also got this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Jen famously said that Brad was missing a sensitivity chip when their relationship ended. That was clear by how quickly he entered into a full-fledged family with Angelina.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: The first wives club, Hollywood style. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with how the former spouses of biggest stars feel and deal with seeing their men with other women.

HAMMER: And we`re very excited about Captain Jack Sparrow, Johnny Depp`s last battle, your first look at the new "Pirates of the Caribbean," coming up.

(NEWS BREAK)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT for Tuesday night. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. And you are watching TV`s most provocative entertainment news show.

HAMMER: So Brooke, of course, you remember the movie "The First Wives Club." Well.

(CROSSTALK)

HAMMER: .it`s not just on the big screen. You know, the Hollywood landscape is just littered with famous first wives of famous husbands who have since moved on. You know, it`s not always easy for them.

ANDERSON: No.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JILL DOBSON, "STAR" MAGAZINE: If you think being a first wife is hard, try being a first wife in Hollywood. Every time your man dates someone else or marries someone else, you have to see it on the cover of every magazine.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Coming up, we`re going to take a look at how Jennifer Aniston and other Hollywood first wives deal with their former husbands finding new love. Because it`s bound to happen.

ANDERSON: Yes, it can`t be easy, A.J.

Also straight ahead, you know, we can`t wait for this one: Captain Jack Sparrow is coming back. It`s the new "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie. Here you see it. In this one, they`re going to sail off the map for one last battle. We have your very first look in the "SHOWBIZ Showcase."

HAMMER: Looking forward to that.

But first tonight, is there a stalker after Larry Birkhead, one of the men claiming to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith`s baby? A woman has been following Birkhead since he was in Florida in the wake of Anna Nicole`s death. His first thought that - was the one was a fan. And then she turned up in the Bahamas.

Well here`s what Birkhead told "Access Hollywood"`s Tony Potts exclusively about his frightening ordeal.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LARRY BIRKHEAD, CLAIMS TO BE FATHER OF ANNA NICOLE SMITH`S BABY: It weirded me out. And it just - I don`t want to be mean to anybody, but I just - at the same time, I have to protect myself and my safety. And I`m like, `I don`t know where you`re coming from,` and, you know - she said, `Do you remember me from Florida?` I`m like, `Yes,` you know, `how are you doing? Have a nice day?` But it was like, `You can`t get in the car with me.`

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Joining me tonight in New York, "Access Hollywood"`s Tony Potts.

TONY POTTS, "ACCESS HOLLYWOOD": Hi, A.J.

HAMMER: Nice to see you, Tony.

So - so tell me - tell me what the deal is with this woman and what Birkhead told you about what`s been going on.

POTTS: Well, we found out her name is Marjorie O`Connor (ph). And she is - over the weekend, at the Atlantis Hotel down there in Paradise Island - she attempted again to try to get in contact with - with Larry. In fact, offering from people - our sources tell us, money, to anybody who would give them an indication of what his room was, what his room number was, if indeed he was even staying there.

We do know that later on, on Saturday night, she was seen dancing kind of provocatively and a little bit of control in the club at the Atlantis. So she obviously was staying there.

I saw her in the Bahamas personally last week, last Friday. And I noticed her standing outside, and she tried to go in the courthouse. And I thought that was rather odd. In the Bahamas, by the way, I should tell people, it`s very loose.

HAMMER: Yes.

POTTS: I mean, there were people - there were people cracking open beers and drinking beers in front of the courthouse and throwing them on the ground.

HAMMER: That`s why people go to the Bahamas.

POTTS: Exactly. And maybe why Mr. Stern went to the Bahamas. That`s another story.

The question is though, is, why was she trying to get in the courthouse? So I asked one of the inspectors there, as the police are called, and he said, `Well, we have a word on her that she has been with him in Florida.` And I did see her in Florida one time, took no note of her. And then afterwards, when Larry left the courthouse, as he walked out, there was a big applause to him, and people were cheering on him, and saying, `Good luck` and what have you.

She was standing to the left of him as he walked out. She tried to maneuver around, and then as he left that throng and walked to his car - and I walked with him - I saw her come on the right-hand side. She came around, he went to get in the car, and then she tried to jump in the car and get in with him and give him another card.

HAMMER: That is frightening.

POTTS: Yes. And she has also been with him in an elevator as well, Larry told me, and he thought she was a fan at first.

HAMMER: So this is a woman that he clearly doesn`t know.

What - what do we know about her, other than her name?

POTTS: Just her name. We`ve been trying to track her down for quite some time. We believe she lives in Florida. We believe that for some reason she has an infatuation with him.

I talked to her just briefly the other day in the Bahamas. And she seems to be about 45.

HAMMER: Does she seem like a wacko to you?

POTTS: It depends on how you define wacko.

But no, not off - not off hand. She stood very patiently in the heat on Friday for hours waiting for that court thing to get done. So not off - not off the top of my head did I think she was a wacko.

But I did see her afterwards. She was walking behind the courthouse as Larry`s car sped away to his attorney`s office, three blocks away, walking with a bag. And then she had a suitcase. And just kind of aimlessly walking behind.

HAMMER: Is he concerned for his safety?

POTTS: I don`t think so. He told me that it`s a little - it creeps him out a little bit, but, you know, it`s not like some 6-foot-7, 800-pound guy with, you know, a machine gun. He feels pretty safe. He`s got a bodyguard around him at - at various times.

But he was in the Bahamas this weekend, hanging out and shopping, he told me.

HAMMER: Well - well, you mentioned that - that fans are coming out. Fans - it`s amazing to say, Larry Birkhead as fans, but that they`re coming out to - to show his support. You spoke exclusively with about that.

Let`s take a listen to what he told you about the kind of support that he`s been getting.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BIRKHEAD: People come up to me all the time, and I have people that, like, come up to me and they`re crying, or they`re saying - you know, they`re - they - they`re supportive. And I`ve had people that just - that tell me their personal stories. And sometimes a lot of that helps me. And.

POTTS: Gives you strength?

BIRKHEAD: Gives me strength.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: So he`s getting strength from those people.

The woman who was giving him strength from the very beginning, who filed the paternity suit to begin with in California, Debra Opri - and, of course, we all know that relationship ended last week.

Were you as shocked as we were to find out that that had come to a close?

POTTS: No, I had heard some rumblings for a while. I know that they weren`t getting along on various issues and what have you. So I knew something was happening, but I didn`t think it was going to actually happen. And it was his decision. He told me it was his decision. He thought about it for awhile.

He`s very thankful to Debra for what he did - for what she did at that point. But there were some issues behind the scenes, and as he gets further along in this - in this situation that he`s in - I guess we can call it a situation - and to finally be resolved in the Bahamas - he feels that he needs to have more control of what`s going on.

He did tell me that he felt very good to have his father fly down. And the way he put it to me was, it`s nice to have people around me who I trust, who I know and who believe in my best interests. But most importantly, Dannielynn`s best interests.

Now Debra Opra (ph) called me - Opri called me Friday night, as I was on the plane getting out of the Bahamas, and said to me, you know, tell Larry I love him, give him a big hug. And so.

HAMMER: Yes, she says she`ll always be pulling for him.

I - I got to go, but yes or no, do you think he`ll ultimately wind up with custody of this baby?

POTTS: Absolutely. Within 10 days.

HAMMER: Tony Potts from "Access Hollywood".

POTTS: How was that?

HAMMER: That`s pretty good. Nice to see you. Thanks for joining us.

Well, yesterday, we were asking you to vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT "Question of the Day." Here`s how it went: "Anna Nicole Smith Case: Are there heroes in the story?"

Only 9 percent of you say "yes"; 91 percent of you say "no," no heroes.

Among the e-mails we got, we heard from Penny in Virginia, who writes, "Howard is the hero. He stood by Anna through it all. I think he truly loved her, and has been treated too harsh."

All right, Penny.

Also heard from Tim in Tennessee, who writes, "There aren`t any heroes in the story. Every one is greedy, and they only cared about what Anna had, rather than her."

ANDERSON: In tonight`s "SHOWBIZ Showcase," Johnny Depp and Keira Knightley return in "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World`s End."

As the crew sails off to the end of the Earth, they must choose a side in a final, titanic battle in order to rescue Captain Jack Sparrow.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has your first look. Check it out.

ANDERSON: "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World`s End" opens in theaters on May 25.

HAMMER: So Brooke, would you ever consider getting rid of everything you own? I`m talking about in one fell swoop? Well, we are going to be meeting a guy who`s doing just that, literally - selling his whole life. Find out why, coming up next.

ANDERSON: Also, A.J., the new season of "Dancing With the Stars" is under way. Leeza Gibbons - she` s really cutting a rug, don`t you think? And she`s going to tell us what it`s like to be in the competition and how she feels about turning 50. That`s next.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Effect. Stand by, Brooke. Here we come, Brooke. 3, 2 - our mike dissolve. Cue.

ANDERSON: Thanks, Ali (ph).

And welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. This is TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I am Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

Now we all know that Hollywood couples fall in love, get married and get divorced faster than a New York minute, at times leaving stunned and somewhat bitter exes in their wake.

So SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is here to give respect to those who hold the title of not only ex-wife, but "first wife" to some of Hollywood`s leading men.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

DOBSON: If you think being a first wife is hard, try being a first wife in Hollywood. Every time your man dates someone else or marries someone else, you have to see it on the cover of every magazine of every newsstand you walk by.

ANDERSON (voice-over): And Brad Pitt`s first wife, Jennifer Aniston, knows that tune all too well. After their divorce in January 2005, Brad wasted no time getting over Jen.

DOBSON: Jen famously said that Brad was missing a sensitivity chip when their relationship ended. And that was clear by how quickly he entered into a full-fledged family with Angelina.

ANDERSON: In a matter of months, Brad was hot and heavy with "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" co-star Angelina Jolie. Two years and four kids later, the Jolie-Pitt clan is hard to escape.

No one will ever know how the first Mrs. Pitt really feels about her ex. But she let the world know that life would go on.

COOPER LAWRENCE, DEVELOPMENTAL PSYCHOLOGIST: Jennifer Aniston got herself on the cover of "Vanity Fair" to let us all know she`s fine. She looks great, and she` great. So imagine having to do that.

ANDERSON: Hollywood is full of first wives. Ivana Trump is one of the more famous. Her status as the first Mrs. Donald Trump - Marla and Melania followed, respectively - even scored Ivana a cameo in the comedy hit "The First Wives Club."

IVANA TRUMP, DONALD TRUMP`S FIRST WIFE: (INAUDIBLE) everything.

ANDERSON: And actress Amy Irving took that advice to heart. Amy, first wife to director Stephen Spielberg, walked away with a cool $100 million of Spielberg`s fortune - a payout that might have lessened the pain of seeing Stephen remarry and live happily ever after with second wife Kate Capshaw and their six children.

Other first wives might take the sweet revenge approach, perhaps best- portrayed in the Hollywood hit "The First Wives Club."

BETTE MILDER, ACTRESS: I want him dumped (INAUDIBLE). My mascara (INAUDIBLE). How about every one in the Western Hemisphere? On the 6:00 news? OK?

ANDERSON: And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has another first wife who may echo Bette Midler`s thoughts exactly. May Jo Eustace watched as Tori Spelling ran away with her husband, Dean McDermott.

DOBSON: Dean McDermott was married to his wife Mary Jo for more than a decade, even after he met Tori Spelling on a TV movie that he shot with her. And immediately, the fireworks flew.

Tori and Dean`s relationship moved very quickly. They got engaged right away, got married right away, and just recently had their first baby.

ANDERSON: May Jo isn`t talking this sitting down. She is set to release a tell-all book. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can only imagine how unflattering it`s going to be to Tori and Dean.

DIANE KEATON, ACTRESS: Well, I gave Aaron (ph) a home, and I gave him a daughter. I washed his short. I ironed them and I starched them.

MIDLER: You did?

KEATON: Yes. Well, I mean, I supervised.

LAWRENCE: We made the guy what he is. We - we - we put him together. We trained him; we cut his hair; we dressed him. And he`s fabulous. And now she gets him. She gets the benefit of our hard work.

ANDERSON: Heather Locklear and former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres are two more members of the first wives club who had to watch as their hubbies said bye-bye to them and hell to the next Mrs. Right.

Heather is wife No. 1 to Bon Jovi`s Richie Sambora.

DOBSON: It appeared that Richie left Heather for her best friend, Denise Richards.

ANDERSON: Former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres feels that pain. She married Latin singing sensation Marc Anthony not once, but twice.

DOBSON: Very quickly after his marriage ended with Dayanara, within months, he was with Jennifer Lopez and walking down the aisle again.

ANDERSON: So SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has an idea for the first wives of Hollywood: unite.

GOLDIE HAWN, ACTRESS: I mean, if all the first wives of the world got together, what else do we need?

MIDLER: Just one amazing attorney.

ANDERSON: And "Star" magazine`s Jill Dobson tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she agrees.

DOBSON: First wives of Hollywood, here`s my advice to you: follow Ivana`s motto: "Don`t get mad, get everything."

ANDERSON: And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has your leader: Demi Moore, first wife to Bruce Willis, and now first wife to Ashton Kutcher, who is 15 years her junior.

LAWRENCE: She didn`t wallow. She looks better than ever, and she`s with this much younger, really hot guy that any one of us would be thrilled to be with. So she`s a really good example of a first wife who`s just (INAUDIBLE).

KEATON: The first wives club will come to order.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: And here`s a little first-wife trivia for you: who was Tom Cruise`s famous first wife? It was actress Mimi Rogers. The couple married in 1986 and divorced in 1990. Here she is.

Tom`s second wife was Nicole Kidman.

He is now married for a third time, and that is to Katie Holmes.

HAMMER: Well, Heather Mills may not be in the first wives club - she was, of course, Paul McCartney`s second wife. But she`s now known in another kind of a club. After making her debut on "Dancing With the Stars," she`s the first contestant with an artificial leg to compete. And the judges called her an inspiration.

She danced the foxtrot last night. She got a standing ovation in the process from some of the audience. Mills say she`s just glad she didn`t fall over.

Well, Leeza Gibbons may not have gotten a standing ovation after her dance on "Dancing With the Stars." But who wouldn`t applaud the fact that she is proudly turning the big 5-0 in just a couple of days? I find that hard to believe, but it`s true.

And after working 30 years in TV and radio, you`d think she`d be a little less nervous about dancing on the most famous ballroom floor in America. But as she told me, doing the show was not only a challenge, but empowering as well.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: I am a big believer in taking on new challenges as life progresses and we get older, because that`s really all that`s going to happen. That is exactly what you`re doing, as you said, with "Dancing With the Stars."

So - so tell me, give me an assessment of - of how that`s all going. How you holding up with it?

LEEZA GIBBONS, "DANCING WITH THE STARS": This is such a walk into the unknown. I mean, you have to be insane to say yes to this show. Truly.

And when I first got the call, I went, `OK, you are kidding me.` And there`s all that heart pounding - I can`t do it, I`m not enough, I - I wouldn`t look good in the costumes. All of that.

And I let that sort of quiet and subside. And my daughter, and at 17 years old, she goes, `Mom, you`ve talked about empowerment. Here`s a chance for you to really demonstrate what it means to be empowered.`

So I`m starting this journey. And even now, I feel like, I`ve already won. Because I`ve shown up for my life in a way that three weeks ago, seemed really scary. And now, seems like - wow, maybe I can actually do this.

HAMMER: So Leeza, my momma always told me that I should never go around revealing a woman`s age. But I happen to know for a fact that you`ve been going around town telling everybody that on the 26th of this month, you are turning 50, and you are proud of it.

How do you feel?

GIBBONS: I`m fearless at 50. That`s the deal.

And we do come - I come from a - a mother who also said to me, `Oh, a lady would never reveal her age.` And to me, that denies the essence of who you really are. We`re in this culture that`s youth-obsessed, that`s, you know, perfection-focused.

And the reality is, we all exist in time and space. And you start hearing, `You`re going to get here.` And the choice is only, how do you arrive at this point? And I want to arrive celebrating. That`s all.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: As lovely as they come.

And you can catch Leeza Gibbons on "Dancing With the Stars" Monday nights on ABC.

ANDERSON: All right. Have you ever thought, `Boy, I`d like to get rid of some of the clutter in my house`?

Well, we`re going to introduce you to a guy who`s getting rid of everything he owns. Literally, selling his whole life. We`re going to tell you why and how much he`s asking for it.

That`s next. Stay with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Time now for another story that made us say, "That`s Ridiculous!"

Now, what was that (INAUDIBLE) Youngman used to say, "Take my wife, please." Right.

Here`s a guy who says, "Take my life, please." Talking about Chris Fox from Utah. He`s getting rid of everything in his apartment, so he is selling all of his worldly possessions on eBay in the process. From bikes to his couch to the TV - tables, medals for competitive mountain biking even. And even his trusty minivan.

But wait - that`s not all.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I want to take $100 bills and walk around town and just give them to people walking down the street. I want to surprise that are just normal, everyday people, going to work, trying to make ends means.

They`re not expecting anything. They`re just maybe walking to the train stop or going to their car. And I`m just going to see them, walk up to them, and say, `Here, here`s a 100 bucks. Hope it helps you out.`

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Right. If and when somebody buys everything - he`s listed it all for 100,000 bucks online, he wants to take to the streets in 10 U.S. cities, and hand out half of the money to complete strangers, and make a movie about it.

Yes, maybe that`s the thin mountain air up there has got him - gotten to his head or something. I don`t know.

Sounds like Fox is crazy like a fox. That`s why I say, "That`s Ridiculous!"

And by the way, just before we were reporting this story, I checked on eBay - no takers yet.

Tomorrow, I`ll be asking the KISS guitarist and his longtime love why they decided to get cosmetic surgery, and why they decided to face it together. That`s tomorrow on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.
