A.J. HAMMER, CO-HOST: Dennis Quaid`s first TV interview since his newborn twins almost died. You will see it only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. On SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, who`s sorry now? Dr. Phil. Well, sort of.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DR. PHIL MCGRAW, TV PSYCHOLOGIST: I certainly do not apologize for trying to help.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: For the first time, Dr. Phil talks about his controversial trip to see Britney Spears in the hospital. So, what`s he apologizing about?

Plus, deep thoughts with Britney. On Tom Cruise.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE REPORTER: Hey, Britney, do you think Tom Cruise is crazy?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wait until you hear Britney`s bizarre answer. Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with the new Britney bomb shells.

Colin drops the F-bomb on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Brooke Anderson. Hey, Colin you are live on CNN with Brooke from Sundance. What do you have to say?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

COLIN FARRELL, ACTOR: I guess (EXPLETIVE DELETED) that is Irish.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yikes! Wash that man`s mouth out with soap. But, wait. It gets better. Watch what happens when Brooke gets a follow-up interview with cussing Colin. Tonight, SHOWBIZ at Sundance with the (BLEEP) button raring to go.

(MUSIC)

Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer, broadcasting tonight and every night from New York City. Brooke Anderson is on assignment at the Sundance film festival where she`ll be bringing us two big stories tonight. Dennis Quaid`s first TV interview about the hospital mistake that nearly killed his newborn twins. And Colin Farrell on the F-bomb he dropped on Brooke. All of that is coming up.

But first tonight, Dr. Phil`s got a surprise - a Britney Spears apology. Yes, the good doctor did a big about face today about his now- infamous visit to Britney in the hospital after she had a meltdown in her house. And he did it on her TV show and if that`s not enough, we`ve got Britney answering a surprise Tom Cruise question. Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with a fresh brand new episode of as the Britney world turns.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

MCGRAW: If I had it to do over again, I probably wouldn`t say a word. I wouldn`t make a statement to anybody about anything.

HAMMER: A major mea culpa from TV`s Dr. Phil. On Monday`s episode of his talk show, Dr. Phil apologized for his actions after his disastrous hospital visit with Britney Spears.

MCGRAW: My intentions were good and I wish it had helped or had some positive effect, but clearly it did not.

HAMMER: He got that right. Because Britney spent the past weekend making more weird comments with that bizarre British accent.

BRITNEY SPEARS, POP STAR: You`re better off being homeless than being me, Sir.

HAMMER: Possibly kicking her paparazzo boyfriend to the curb.

KIM SERAFIN, SENIOR EDITOR, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": He seems to be out of the picture right now. No pun intended.

HAMMER: And displaying the same sort of strange attention-seeking behavior that caused TV`s top psychologist to come to her aid with less than ideal results.

MCGRAW: Frankly, taking my own inventory, I don`t think I helped the situation so far. And that pains me greatly.

HAMMER: The Phil flap happened soon after Britney was sent to Cedars-Sinai Hospital for two days after that strange police standoff at her house. Just before she checked out, Phil visited her at the request of her parents. And afterwards, he confirmed reports about the visit with a public statement. Not the best idea.

LOU TAYLOR, SPEARS FAMILY SPOKESWOMAN: What`s wrong with Dr. Phil`s statement is that he made a statement.

HAMMER: A spokesperson for the Spears` family went on the "Today" show and blasted Phil for publicizing his visit.

TAYLOR: Here you have Britney that needs to have some security somewhere. I mean, when do you ever rest in that if you`re constantly in fear of being exploited?

SERAFIN: A lot of people thought that was a little bit inappropriate and that he crossed the line in talking.

HAMMER: Dr. Phil dealt with a major public backlash which he freely acknowledged on the show.

MCGRAW: I have heard from so many of you, some questioning what really happened, and many that have been upset with what some folks have had to say about me and my involvement in trying to help in this situation.

HAMMER: The whole thing reportedly led to an investigation by the California Board of Psychology. The complaint reportedly alleged that in visiting Britney, Phil was practicing psychology without a license. Dr. Phil is no longer licensed to practice psychology, a fact he also acknowledged on his show.

MCGRAW: I don`t practice psychology privately anymore, opting instead to do this, to be here.

HAMMER: Phil says he went to visit Britney as a friend, not as a psychologist. And no one is expecting that reported investigation to go anywhere. But in coming clean on TV, he may end up repairing some of the damage the whole thing did to his rep.

KEN BAKER, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: At the end of the day, he`s at least owning up to the fact that it was a mistake to the go to the press.

HAMMER: Now, there are reports that Britney may have said adios to the boyfriend of about one month, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib. Some have accused Adnan of taking advantage of Britney by selling photos of the couple. He was out of town this weekend, and Brit didn`t seem to miss his company.

SERAFIN: She spent the rest of the weekend sort of hanging out with other photographers. She was inviting them into her car, inviting them to her house, hanging out with them.

HAMMER: One group of paparazzi said that Britney had filed a restraining order against Ghalib. That appears to be news to him.

SERAFIN: Adnan, who had been apparently in Santa Barbara for the weekend because of a funeral for a family member, has said he doesn`t know anything about this restraining order.

HAMMER: Neither does the LAPD which apparently has no record of a restraining order. But when paparazzi asked Britney about Adnan this weekend, listen to her strange and British-accented response.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE REPORTER: Do you have something to tell Adnan right now?

SPEARS: I don`t know who that is. I never met him before.

HAMMER: So, not only has Britney forgotten her boyfriend, judging by the accent, she`s apparently forgotten she`s from Louisiana. So whether she`s free of Adnan or not, Britney still has plenty of serious problems to address. And Dr. Phil, for one, says he is not making any apologies about trying to help her address them.

MCGRAW: I`m going to bet that you, just like me, have stood by shaking your head and said, "Why doesn`t somebody do something for this girl?" I tried. But I am, as you all know, the incurable optimist and I`m going to continue to hope for a good outcome for this family.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: So much to talk about, so little time. With me tonight from Hollywood, our good friend, investigative journalist Pat Lalama. Also in Hollywood, you just saw him in the story, entertainment journalist Ken Baker.

All right, guys. Let`s get right to it and start with Dr. Phil`s apology or non-apology, depending on how you looked at it. Because what he said today really goes to the heart of much of that initial criticism. It wasn`t a bad thing that he wanted to help Britney but the fact that he issued a public statement and said he was going to do a show about Britney. Pat, it really did look like he was capitalizing on what Britney had going on in her life, didn`t it?

PAT LALAMA, INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALIST: Well, here if you do a meter on the sincerity, I say with Dr. Phil, I didn`t feel it was sincere, the so-called apology. I think his handlers said, "Do something. You`re going to take a hit with the audiences. Fix it." And this is what he did and I didn`t think it was so sincere.

HAMMER: Well, sincere or not, he definitely felt the need to set the record straight on so many different issues.

LALAMA: Absolutely.

HAMMER: I mean, he went on for something like six minutes at the top of his show today. And of course, there`s plenty of publicity that he was going to do that, even addressed the controversy over whether or not Dr. Phil is actually a real doctor. So Ken, why do you think that Dr. Phil thought it was necessary to do what really seemed to be an extraordinary thing?

KEN BAKER, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: Well, clearly, he`s finally done the right thing and said, "You know, I was wrong putting out the statement." And that`s all the Spears` family ever said, was that the statement was the problem. It wasn`t in visiting.

And in his mea culpa, in that segment like you said, he says that he doesn`t apologize for going to the hospital nor should he. The family asked him to go there. That was never the problem. But clearly, for the last two and a half weeks almost, he has been taking a beating publicly in the press, and now this board investigation into his practices.

So I think he had no choice but to come out and apologize. But you know what? Most people probably would have done it right away. For two and a half weeks, maybe the Hollywood doctor has a Hollywood-sized ego.

HAMMER: Yes. Well, Dr. Phil obviously not the only one who`s been accused of trying to capitalize on what`s been going on with Britney. We also have her paparazzo boyfriend, if they`re still boyfriend and girlfriend, Adnan Ghalib, suspected of setting up Britney for pictures like her infamous trip to the store with him to buy pregnancy tests. Now, depending on who you believe, Britney has shown him the door or not. We`re not exactly positive that she told him to get lost. But let`s watch again what happened on Sunday night when a paparazzo asked her about Adnan.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE REPORTER: Do you have something to say to Adnan right now.

SPEARS: I don`t know who that is.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE REPORTER: You don`t know who that is? That`s awesome. That`s awesome.

SPEARS: I`ve never met him before.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Oh, there`s that bizarre British accent once again. Seems to me that maybe she has in fact said, "Hey, you`re out of here." We can only hope. What do you think, Pat Lalama, is really going on?

LALAMA: I think it`s so hard to tell, but one thing is certain. I looked at that footage today that your producers sent me and I studied every frame of it. And I am convinced everything she does is now manipulative and that we`re all buying into it and that she needs this attention and she knows she is going to get it.

Whether she`s got a boyfriend, doesn`t have a boyfriend, speaks British, speaks Louisiana, whatever she is, it`s - I don`t feel sorry for her anymore. I think she is making it all up and we are just buying right into it.

HAMMER: It`s interesting a lot of people have been speculating that. I don`t know if I`m on board with that. But we never know how she`s going to react.

LALAMA: That`s doesn`t mean she is not crazy though, A.J. She might still be crazy and I think she`s crazy like a fox and really knows what she is doing. And she knows - A.J., she sit there is and waits for the cameras to look at her. And then if they`re not looking at her, she creates a conversation or she does something silly to get them to look at her.

HAMMER: Pat, I want to quickly take a look at something else that happened in that footage that you saw today. You know, the pack that follows her, the paparazzi, always looking to get a rise out of her. Let`s look what happened when somebody threw out a question to her about all things Tom Cruise. Roll that, Charles.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE REPORTER: Hey, Britney. Do you think Tom Cruise is crazy?

SPEARS: I think his little girl`s pretty.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Ken, you know, I don`t want to be naive here but it does seem like maybe they were trying to get a headline out of her.

BAKER: Yes. I mean, obviously, she was just sort of giving them something. But the real truth is that she has not seen her kids in about two and a half weeks. And that has to be really sad and I`m not of the camp that thinks, oh, Britney doesn`t want these kids. Look at her behavior. I think inside there`s a lot of pain and when she sees that face of Suri, she`s seeing the face of her own two children.

HAMMER: Well it is worth pointing out, though, the one good thing that she maybe did today was showing up for the long overdue deposition that she was late for last time around. Maybe she is finally waking up to what she needs to be getting done and perhaps even towards getting her kids back. Who knows? We`ll have to see. Pat Lalama, Ken Baker, I thank you for being here.

LALAMA: Thanks, A.J.

BAKER: Thanks.

HAMMER: All right. It was just a nightmare for Dennis Quaid and his wife. You remember their story? Their newborn twins had to fight for their lives after getting this massive drug overdose at the hospital. Well now, Dennis Quaid is talking for the very first time since that harrowing ordeal.

He is at Sundance with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s own Brooke Anderson. We`ll hear about that and exactly what he had to say. Coming up.

Also with Brooke at Sundance, the lovely Sarah Jessica Parker who co- stars with Dennis Quaid in the new movie that is at the film festival. Wait until you hear how she opened up to Brooke about what it`s like balancing he career and motherhood.

We will also have this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

FARRELL: I guess (EXPLETIVE DELETED) that is Irish.

BROOKE ANDERSON, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CO-HOST: Oh my goodness. I`m sorry about that. OK. Oh, I hope we caught that in time.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. Well guess what? You didn`t. He dropped the F-bomb and that wasn`t your fault, Brooke, of course. Colin Farrell cusses up a storm. Brooke Anderson did not just leave it there. No, not at our own Brooke. See what happens when she finally got a followup interview with Colin. That is still to come. You won`t want to miss it on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with Dennis Quaid`s first TV interview since his newborn twin babies almost died because a hospital made a frightening and nearly tragic mistake.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. We all remember the heart- wrenching story of Dennis Quaid`s baby crisis. It was during a hospital stay when Dennis Quaid`s twins were given a massive overdose of a blood thinner called heparin.

Well, after fighting for their lives, the twins later made a full recovery. But since then, Dennis Quaid and his wife have made it their mission to make sure this mistake never, ever happens to another family. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Brooke Anderson joining us tonight from Park City, Utah. She`s been there covering the Sundance Film Festival.

And Brooke had the chance to talk one-on-one with Dennis about the health of his twins. Good to see you, Brooke. What did Dennis tell you?

ANDERSON: Well, good to see you, too, A.J. I did speak with Dennis Quaid. It was for his movie "Smart People." And he was actually very upbeat, very open even though he and his wife have been through hell recently. As you say, their two-month-old twins when they were in the hospital back in November were given massive overdoses of the blood thinner heparin. It was a life-threatening situation. And in Dennis Quaid`s first TV interview since that happened, he told me how the kids are doing now.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DENNIS QUAID, ACTOR: The kids are at home and, you know, they`re doing just great. That is the bottom line. And it`s something I`m really grateful for and a lot of people prayed for them and for us. And we felt that, too. And really, I want to thank everybody who`s had prayers and thoughts for us.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: A.J., it was a very frustrating and frightening ordeal for them so I`m relieved and happy to hear that the babies are doing well now.

HAMMER: Yes. It is unimaginable what those guys must have been gone through and are still continuing to go through. It doesn`t - it`s not something you recover quickly from. Sitting next to the working dad, Dennis Quaid, was I noticed, working mom Sarah Jessica Parker. And you had the chance to speak with her, as well.

ANDERSON: I did. She co-stars with him in the movie "Smart People." She had a five-year-old son with her husband Matthew Broderick. And I asked Sarah Jessica Parker how she balances work and motherhood. Listen to this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SARAH JESSICA PARKER, ACTRESS: For me, the same way most working Americans do. You know, you always feel like you`re falling short - I should speak for myself but I always feel like, you know, I`m falling short or somebody`s being neglected and hopefully it`s not never my son, you know. But it`s like - I don`t know.

I feel like most people in this country are working mothers and it`s very hard and complicated. And you hope that your children`s best interest is really what`s being taken care of first and foremost and the rest has to fall in place or it just simply doesn`t happen.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. See, nothing really different just because, you know, she is in movies and on TV. All right, Brooke. Let`s get down to it. You know by the way, you`re now an Internet star because of what happened with you over the weekend. We`ve got to talk about this thing. I`ve been wanting to know firsthand what went on. A lot of drama. You were interviewing Colin Farrell live on CNN and then he said it and no, it did not get bleeped. The F-bomb.

ANDERSON: He certainly did say it, A.J. It was the F-bomb seen and heard around the world which Colin Farrell dropped on me as I was interviewing him live on CNN. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: I know Colin this was your -

FARRELL: I guess (EXPLETIVE DELETED) that is Irish.

ANDERSON: Oh my goodness. I`m sorry about that. OK. Oh, I hope we caught that in time. But you know, we - sorry. I`m a little bit ruffled now.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right.

ANDERSON: A.J. -

HAMMER: Wow.

ANDERSON: Go ahead. I was obviously mortified and completely flustered as was he. His co-star Brandon Gleason was also there. I was speaking with him live as well. He started laughing hysterically. But eventually, we were able to joke about it and kind of move on with the interview fortunately. He was extremely apologetic afterward about it.

HAMMER: Now, I know we`re going to see in just a bit a follow-up interview that you did. But when the cameras shut off, when your microphone was of and went back to whatever programming the news programming on CNN at the moment, was he just mortified and embarrassed himself? Or does he not really even care because, you know, he`s bad boy Colin Farrell?

ANDERSON: He`s a rebel. He`s dangerous. He`s sexy but he did care, actually. And I think he felt bad that I was so caught off guard and he was apologizing profusely. And then I did speak with him a little later on again and I asked him, you know, why he did that and why he, you know, got a little too comfortable which is actually what happened.

I think he just, you know, wasn`t keeping his language in check, got a little too comfortable. We`re here at Sundance where everything is relaxed. But also when I was speaking with him, A.J., I told him he is not the first celebrity to let the F-word fly recently on national TV. You know, Diane Keaton did it on "Good Morning, America." And we had to bleep his response to that. So it was a theme throughout the entire time that I spoke with him. But we will have that coming up a little later on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. You don`t want to miss that.

HAMMER: Well, looking at you and hearing what he said, it shouldn`t be lost on you us that well, it may be 20 degrees with the windchill at something like nine, so, you know, a little brain freeze is understandable. Brooke, we`re going to see you again in a little bit.

ANDERSON: Sounds good.

HAMMER: Well, it looks like Britney Spears has dumped her paparazzo boyfriend. I say good riddance. But you know what? She hasn`t dropped that British accent I think she got from him. Wait until you hear what she had to say when the paparazzi asked her how her ex is doing. It is truly bizarre.

Plus, could Lindsay Lohan soon actually be winning awards for her role in "I Know Who Killed Me"? Well, she could be winning some Razzy Awards. Maybe that movie should have been known as "I Know Who Killed My Movie Career." The nominations are in for worst performances of the year. I`ll tell you who else gets the honor and that is coming up.

And how do you like to go to school on the Pam Anderson scholarship? Sounds a little weird, doesn`t it? Well, believe it or not, Pam`s actually in the news for something other than getting married or divorced. Shocking. I will fill you in coming up next.

Well, now you can watch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT any time you would like. All you have to do is download our podcast which happens to be absolutely free. You will find the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT podcast on our Web site, which is CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. New ones being posted all the time. You can also download it on iTunes if that is your method of choice. Just type "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" right there into the search box. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is coming right back.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. Three big stories in Hollywood right now. And unfortunately, first, we have some sad news. Suzanne Pleshette, who played Bob Newhart`s wife on "The Bob Newhart Show," has died. She underwent chemotherapy for lung cancer back in 2006. She died of respiratory failure Saturday at her home in Los Angeles. Suzanne Pleshette was 70 years old.

Well, Kiefer Sutherland is a free man. The "24" star has been released from jail after serving 48 days on drunk driving charges. Officials say he was a model prisoner. He didn`t cause any problems and was on laundry duty the whole time. Sutherland is on probation for five years now. He also has to go to an 18-month alcohol education program and weekly therapy for six months.

And how`s this for a shock? Pamela Anderson is in the news for something other than getting married or getting divorced. She is offering a $28,000 scholarship to a school for troubled kids in Miami. Pamela jokes that she has a soft spot for the bad boys. Wow.

All right. This is going back a while but do you remember Pam Anderson in "Barbed Wire?" Yes, back in 1996, she won a Razzy that year for worst new star as it was a cinematic disaster. Well now, Lindsay Lohan may follow in her footsteps and get her own Razzy for "I Know Who Killed Me." She is up for worst actress, but does she deserve it? That`s coming up next.

HAMMER: We`ll also have this -

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

FARRELL" I guess (EXPLETIVE DELETED) that is Irish.

ANDERSON: Oh my goodness. I`m sorry about that. OK. Oh, I hope we caught that in time.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes, Colin Farrell dropped the F-bomb on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Brooke Anderson. But yes, Brooke took him to task for it with a follow-up interview with cussing Colin. You will not want to miss. We`re going to Sundance for that. Still ahead.

And a star-studded baby shower for Jennifer Lopez. Wait until you see who showed up to shower J Lo with gifts. That is coming up. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is coming right back.

(NEWS BREAK)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: On SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, oh, yes. It is really a manic Monday. Tonight, the wild outrageous stories that everybody`s talking about. Women everywhere revealing they`d rather be fat and rich than look like a beautiful star. The shocking thing that Eddie Murphy and Lindsay Lohan now have in common and Britney Spears, yes, using that bizarre British accent again. It`s just another manic Monday.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

FARRELL: I guess (EXPLETIVE DELETED) that is Irish.

ANDERSON: Oh my goodness. I`m sorry about that. OK. Oh, I hope we caught that in time.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Colin Farrell - you potty mouth. Tonight, Colin drops the F-bomb live with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s very own Brooke Anderson at the Sundance Film Festival. Shame on him. You`re not going to believe what happens when Brooke gets a follow-up interview with Colin. Tonight, SHOWBIZ at Sundance with cussing Colin.

(MUSIC)

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer broadcasting tonight and every night from New York City. Brooke Anderson, on assignment at the Sundance film festival. We will be hearing from her in just a moment.

But first, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT declares today manic Monday. First up, remember how Britney Spears was dating that paparazzo, Adnan Ghalib? Well, it appears that they have broken up and cameras have now caught her denying she even knows who he is. Really, Britney?

Also, what do Lindsay Lohan and Eddie Murphy have in common besides their big-life dramas? Well, today, they got nominated as the absolute worst actors of the year. Do they deserve it?

And a question for you, ladies, if you have to choose between having a body like Jennifer Aniston or a million bucks, which would you take? You are not going to believe how a majority of women answered that question in a new poll.

Joining me tonight, once again in Hollywood, investigative journalist, pat Lalama. Also, entertainment journalist Ken Baker. And in New York, publicity expert and founder of Spotlight Communications, Maggie Gallant.

Hey, just like the Bangles said, gang, just another manic Monday with so much to cover here. But we`ve got to start of with Britney Spears who had us all scratching our heads once again collectively. Everybody knows that Britney is dating this paparazzo guy, Adnan Ghalib, for weeks. Now, we think that they may have broken up because, now, well, Britney denies even knowing the dude. Take a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE REPORTER: You had fun? You have something to tell Adnan right now?

SPEARS: I don`t know who that is.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE REPORTER: You don`t know who that is? That`s awesome. That`s awesome.

SPEARS: I`ve never met him that before.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: He doesn`t know who that is. Pat Lalama, she`s got to be playing us, right?

LALAMA: She is channeling Princess Diana, I think. I mean I don`t know what she thinks she is. But, yes. Absolutely. I said it before; I`m convinced now she is playing us all like fools and we are the lemmings running around. The unfortunate thing is I think really what`s down deep behind - beneath all of this is that we`re waiting for the train wreck that I hope never happens. But yes, she`s playing us. She knows what she`s doing.

HAMMER: Well, I don`t know if she knows what she is doing with that British accent. Ken Baker, what about you? Because that thing really freaks me out.

BAKER: Well, before I get to the British accent, I want to say there was a clip of that same incident there last night where she was being asked questions where someone said, "Do you have any money for a homeless person -"

HAMMER: Hold on. Don`t get ahead of me, Ken Baker because I`m going to show that in just a moment here. Address the British accent now.

BAKER: OK. All right, all right. I`m not going to get ahead of you. The British accent - here`s how I look at it, OK? We have pink-wigged Britney where she`s kind of like a 15-year-old who`s just like completely nuts. We have really mad, angry Britney who`s like lashing out at the paparazzi that has real grimace on her face. And then we have British Britney. And you know what? I like British Britney. I could go for British Britney for a long time. And in fact, it is a really good accent.

HAMMER: How many pounds for a latte?

LALAMA: You`re a sucker, Ken.

HAMMER: All right. All right. You brought it up, Ken. So I`m going to move it up in the pile here because this was pretty weird. Britney was getting grilled by the paparazzi and a homeless man basically decided to get in on the action with all the cameras going off. He started doing some high-end begging of Britney. This is what happened here.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Britney, help these men out.

SPEARS: I don`t know where my purse is, Sweetie.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I don`t know where my purse is, Sweetie. Maggie, it is official. I declare it right now - everyone`s trying to make a buck off of Britney Spears. It just doesn`t get more surreal this.

MAGGIE GALLANT, PUBLICITY EXPERT: I think you`re absolutely right, A.J. But I`ll actually keep the British accent to a minimum. But I would like to say that I`m not totally convinced that was a real homeless man. Those paparazzi do absolutely anything to grab a headline.

And isn`t it awfully convenient that a homeless man is walking right up to Britney, got through the hordes of paparazzi? I think it`s more likely that some of them were trying to get a headline out of Britney if she didn`t give money to a homeless person. "Britney Hates the Homeless." I mean, can`t you see that as a headline?

LALAMA: A.J. -

HAMMER: Ken Baker had something to say, Pat. Let`s let him slide in on this.

LALAMA: OK.

BAKER: There was part of that clip that went on where she said, "You know what? You`re better off being homeless than being me," and I`m paraphrasing. And I think with Pat and with all due respect how we`re being played, I thought that was a great insight. Here is somebody who`s making over $700,000 a month, who has worldwide popularity. She`s, you know, more famous than anyone and the most photographed woman in the world right now. And she`s basically saying, "You know what? I`d rather be homeless than be Britney Spears." And that actually is really sad.

HAMMER: All right. Pat? Real quickly if you have something to chime in on this.

BAKER: Even with the British accent, it`s sad. The British accent can`t cover it up.

HAMMER: Pat, I`ll give you 15 seconds on this. We`ve got to move on.

LALAMA: On this one, I say my gosh, Ken, you have such a big heart looking for the deep analysis on this. That`s all I got to say about that one.

HAMMER: Got the point there. Another reason we`re calling this a manic Monday because the Razzy Awards were announced today. These awards honor the very worst of the year. They come out about this time every year. Lindsay Lohan, Eddie Murphy, neck and neck for the title of worst actor. Lindsay has been nominated for nine Razzies for her role in "I Know Who Killed Me" and Eddie Murphy, eight Razzies for his stellar role in "Norbit." Pat, where did your vote go here? Who should be absolutely the worst in 2007?

LALAMA: Well, my vote is - I have a whole new category called the "nasties" and that`s for Lindsay`s behavior off screen last year. And I think that`s supersedes all of that. So I`m going with that one.

HAMMER: All right.

LALAMA: Actually - and I actually think her bad acting in that movie reflected her bad times in her life last year. I think she was transferring it to the screen.

HAMMER: OK. Back to Eddie Murphy for a moment. I wanted to take a closer look at what they call bad here. I want to play a little clip from "Norbit" and I want to know what you really think. Let`s decide how bad this is for ourselves. Go ahead, Charles.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: Excuse me. Excuse me. Ma`am?

EDDIE MURPHY, ACTOR: What?

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: Are you wearing bottoms?

MURPHY: Of course, I`m wearing bottoms.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. All right. It is that bad. But when you think about it, now remember, this time last year, Eddie nominated for an Oscar for "Dream Girls." Maggie Gallant, I can`t imagine a Razzie Award would really hurt his reputation at this point.

GALLANT: He goes from "Dream Girls" to - by the way, where do they even find a bra that size? I mean, the one thing I love about the Razzies is it reminds us all that everybody in Hollywood is just one bad script away to being a really big joke. And it`s so great around award show season to get a little reminder of how quickly you could fall.

HAMMER: I remember being at the Oscars live last year for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. And right above where we were standing out there by the red carpet, there was a big bill board for "Norbit" and it just seemed to be a massive contradiction.

All right. We`ve got to get to our final story that makes this a very manic Monday. A new "Women`s Day" magazine poll, asking women, would they rather have $1 million or Jennifer Aniston`s body? Listen to this; 78 percent of women said they`d rather have the cash. Pat Lalama, does that surprise you?

LALAMA: I`ve got two thoughts on that. Many thoughts. One is that I`m happy that women are happy with who they are and don`t want to be somebody else. B, you can take the million bucks and do whatever you want with your body. But C, I have three brothers. They always taught me when I was growing up there are two kinds of women - the ones you could never get near and the ones you might have a chance with.

And I think Jennifer Aniston - she`s not like to me the belle of the ball in terms of beauty. If you want to give them the choice of being Angelina Jolie or Charlize Theron I say, maybe - but look, she`s - Darling, go get a woman -

BAKER: She`s lovely. What are you talking about? Jennifer Aniston is absolutely gorgeous. She is like one of the top five most beautiful actresses.

LALAMA: She is - no, no. She`s very cute but she`s not hot, hot, hot. No, trust me. She is cute.

GALLANT: Cute?

LALAMA: She is cute.

BAKER: Yes, you and Brad Pitt have obviously agreed. No, I think - here`s the thing is that, you know, in Hollywood out here there`s an old adage that you can never be too rich or be too skinny, OK? Now, you have to be skinny in Hollywood before you get rich. It`s just the way it is. Even the ones aren`t skinny eventually go on diets and get skinny anyway. So rich and skinny go hand in hand out here.

HAMMER: A perfect way to end it. All right. Ken Baker, thanks so much. I almost said Susannah Hoffs because I`m thinking of The Bangles` "Manic Monday." Maggie Gallant, Pat Lalama, and thank you for the Bangles for inspiring our "Manic Monday" segment today. I appreciate it.

LALAMA: Cheers.

GALLANT: Thank you, A.J.

HAMMER: All right. Well, it was a manic Sundance for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s very own Brooke Anderson. Look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

FARRELL: I guess (EXPLETIVE DELETED) that is Irish.

ANDERSON: Oh my goodness. I`m sorry about that. OK. Oh, I hope we caught that in time.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, apparently we didn`t. Colin Farrell, young man, we`re going to have to wash your mouth out with soap tonight. Colin Farrell says the F-word live at the Sundance Film Festival. We all know Colin is a bad boy but come on, man. Why did you have to do that with our sweet, innocent Brooke Anderson? Who I wonder how she will feel about me calling her sweet and innocent. You`re not going to believe what happens when Brooke gets a follow-up interview him. That is next.

Also Brooke caught up with the always entertaining Jack Black at Sundance. Love this guy. No curses involved here. But she was able to get his take on what`s happening with his baby on the way or was she? You`ll find out in a moment.

And a big day for Jennifer Lopez. A big baby day, that is. She looks like she is going to pop at any moment now. So the question everybody`s asking, is she having twins? Inside her star-studded baby shower coming up next.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. Tonight, the Colin Farrell F-bomb he dropped on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Brooke Anderson live that was seen around the world. This went down at the Sundance Film Festival. Brooke back with us tonight from Park City, Utah. And you know, it`s funny, Brooke. So many people want to get as close as they can to Colin Farrell. You were in an unenviable situation though. I wouldn`t have wanted to be in your shoes.

ANDERSON: It was pretty awkward, I will tell you that, A.J. While I was interviewing him live on CNN for his new film, "In Bruges" which he is very proud of, he did let loose with the F-bomb. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: I know, Colin that this -

FARRELL: I guess (EXPLETIVE DELETED) that is Irish.

ANDERSON: Oh my goodness. I`m sorry about that. OK. Oh, I hope we caught that in time. But, you know, we - sorry. I`m a little bit ruffled now.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

I was so flustered about it. But luckily, we were able to kind of joke about it, brush it off and then move on with the interview fortunately. And I did speak with Colin Farrell again, a little bit later on and his co-star Brandon Gleason. And asked him why did he drop the F- bomb on me and also I informed him that he is not the only celebrity to recently slip up like that on national TV. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: You did drop the F-bomb live on CNN. Did you know -

FARRELL: F-bomb.

ANDERSON: Did you know - don`t worry about that because did you know, Colin -

FARRELL: Why does it have to be about war? F-bomb. (EXPLETIVE DELETED) Bombs.

ANDERSON: The F-word, we`ll call it that. And there it was again. Did you know that Diane Keaton had actually recently done that on "Good Morning America?" So you weren`t the only one. Were you trying to -

FARRELL: I`m sure she didn`t use it in that vitriolic fashion, did she?

ANDERSON: Neither did you.

FARRELL: No, not at all. It`s actually a lovely word used in some crisis. Very misunderstood. Like yourself.

BRANDON GLEASON, ACTOR: Isn`t it?

ANDERSON: The FCC might be after me now.

FARRELL: The FCC. Who are they now when they`re home?

ANDERSON: The Federal Communications Commission.

GLEASON: They are only two letters away from something very interesting.

FARRELL: Forward it to me. Forward the message to me. We`ll have a chat.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: I was kidding, obviously about the FCC, A.J. They don`t regulate language on cable but I thought that his response was pretty funny.

HAMMER: I`ve got to ask you. So, you know, if you do have to be in touch with him now, did he give you a phone number or E-mail address or you know, do you have a way to be directly in contact with Colin?

ANDERSON: I think I could figure out a way to contact him, yes. But I don`t know if I would want him to speaking to the FCC on my behalf.

HAMMER: I don`t know if you have done this yet, but when you have the opportunity, when you are back in the hotel room later tonight, you go on the YouTube and do a little search. It has become absolutely viral. People are watching this thing all over the planet.

You know, it`s never funny when somebody swears on national TV but it sure makes for interesting TV.

ANDERSON: I`m a little frightened to see it on YouTube.

HAMMER: Yes. It`s been a whirlwind couple of days. You are out there again. You`ve been speaking to all the big stars. Jack Black among them?

ANDERSON: That`s right. Jack Black stopped by to tell his new movie, A.J., "Be Kind, Rewind." And he`s also a new dad now. He`s got a 19-month old son and I asked Jack Black if he is the kind of free wheeling, free spirit softie kind of dad that we expect him to be. Listen to this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JACK BLACK, ACTOR: No, I`m a little paranoid, though, you know. I`m like - what`s he playing with? Poisonous? No. I won`t - but yes. He probably gets away with a little more - yes. Because I don`t want to be the party pooper at all, no.

ANDERSON: Yes. The fun dad.

BLACK: Yes.

ANDERSON: And you are expecting another baby - your wife.

BLACK: Another one coming. Bun in the oven.

ANDERSON: That`s great. Boy or girl?

BLACK: Not telling nothing about nothing. Nothing.

ANDERSON: But you know?

BLACK: I do know.

ANDERSON: So you can decorate the nursery.

BLACK: That`s right. You are a very investigative journalist. You are trying to break me.

ANDERSON: This is the hard stuff right here, Jack.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

He is so silly, A.J. and I will have more, of course, from the Sundance Film Festival over the next few days.

HAMMER: All right, Brooke. Great job out there and a lot of fun getting to see the kinds of trouble you are getting yourself into. And, Brooke is not going anywhere. She said we`re going to keep her out there freezing her butt off along with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s producer Jenny D`Attoma working really hard and we do appreciate it.

Tomorrow, a huge day by the way. The Oscar nominations are out. Brooke`s going to have all of the star reaction because they`re all hanging out there at the Sundance Film Festival.

Well, I can guarantee you one thing. There is not going to be any cussing going on at tomorrow night`s "Hannah Montana" concert. I have a feeling it`s just going to be a whole lot of happiness. It is a big night for one amazing little girl.

This is the story you heard only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Five-year-old Jada Carlson who was all set to see one of her favorite stars, "Hannah Montana" actually gave away her own tickets. These are those sold out tickets, so hard to get, selling for thousands of dollars in some cases and she gave her tickets away to a sick classmate. Absolutely amazing. And I had such a special exclusive surprise for Jada.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MILEY CYRUS, STAR OF "HANNAH MONTANA": Hey, Jada. How is it going. It is Miley Cyrus. I was so excited to see you on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with your story and what you did for your friend Gabby. So in return for the amazing work that you did, you and your friend get to come to my Phoenix show. I hope really hope you can make it and I can`t wait to meet you guys. See you all there.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: See? Miley Cyrus, "Hannah Montana" herself. Such a wonderful young lady. I was so thrilled to be able to get Miley on board for all of this. She was so pleased to do it. Jada and her friend are heading to the "Hannah Montana" show in Phoenix, Arizona, tomorrow. Have a great time, guys.

Well tonight, a very fancy baby shower for a very pregnant star. Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony celebrated Saturday on the roof top of the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York City. Our friends at TMZ - well they were right there as the stars came out for this one. Actress Leah Rimini, designer Roberto Cavalli, Diane Sawyer - they were all on board among others.

Everything was decked out in blue and in pink. Now, J. Lo just a few weeks away from giving birth. The rumor is she`s having twins. When you look at her, it kind of looks that way anyway. But just like when we tried to get her to confirm her pregnancy in the first place, you remember she held out on us for that one? Well, this girl from the block is also keeping quiet about whether or not she is carrying twins.

And now we want to hear from you for our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day, chime in on this. Dr. Phil made a shocking apology today, sort of, about visiting Britney Spears in the hospital after her meltdown. "Dr. Phil: Do you think he can help Britney Spears?" Let us now at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight or E-mail us at showbiztonight@cnn.com.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: In tonight`s SHOWBIZ first look, a big issue for so many women out there - having a baby. Well, the very funny "Saturday Night Live" duo take this very serious subject and bring a whole bunch of laughs to it. Here`s "Baby Mama."

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

TINA FEY, ACTRESS: I`m 37 and I want a baby so I`m pursuing all my options. I met with an adoption attorney who was very encouraging and I recently began the artificial insemination process. So with little bit of luck, I could be pregnant right now. Oh. I said too much for a first date, didn`t I?

VOICE OVER: What Kate wanted was a baby.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: I just don`t like your uterus. Your chances of conceiving are very low.

VOICE OVER: What she got -

UNIDENTIFIED ACTRESS: Our surrogate fee is $100,000.

FEY: It costs more to have someone born than to have someone killed.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTRESS: Takes longer.

VOICE OVER: Was a baby mama.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: When I first thought about Angie carrying someone else`s baby, I thought, my wife has got to have sex with someone else`s husband to do this?

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: That`s going to cost extra. It`s out of the question.

FEY: Hey, I want you to put your baby inside me.

POEHLER: I want to put my baby inside you.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: You got you a baby mama. I`ve got two of them.

FEY: No, I`m paying her.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: You pay the bills. She had a baby. That`s called a baby mama.

FEY: What kind of food is this for a pregnant woman? What you eat, the baby eats. What you listen to, the baby listens to.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: If you listen to DMX, the baby comes out going -

FEY: She`s crazy. It is like living with a child.

FEY: Did you just stick your gum under my coffee table?

POEHLER: I don`t know.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTRESS: You will be literally living with a child soon. You just get used to it.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTRESS: What is this all over you? Is that chocolate or poop? Is that chocolate or poop? It`s chocolate.

FEY: What if that had been poop?

VOICE OVER: Universal pictures presents -

FEY: This whole thing is very important to me and I`m a little bit jealous.

POEHLER: How can you be jealous of me?

FEY: You get to experience it while I just watch.

VOICE OVER: A comedy -

POEHLER: We need to go out.

VOICE OVER: About putting all your eggs -

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: I`m sure an early jump on your baby proofing. Do not worry about a thing. Shouldn`t be a problem for anybody over the age of seven.

FEY: Great.

VOICE OVER: In someone else`s basket.

POEHLER: There`s something wrong with your toilet.

VOICE OVER: Tina Fey. Amy Poehler.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTRESS: Your partner can help you flex for the great stretch. Massage the area daily to prevent tearing.

POEHLER: Excuse me. Can I just spray a little Pam(ph) down the area before the baby comes out?

VOICE OVER: "Baby Mama."

FEY: Your water is breaking. We have to get to a hospital.

POEHLER: Should we clean that up?

FEY: No, no. Somebody else will get that.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Yes. I don`t think you can use Pam for that. "Baby Mama" will be in theaters this spring. And that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thanks for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. The latest from "CNN HEADLINE NEWS" coming up next.
