JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HOST: You won`t believe what a CNN reporter asked Paris Hilton that made her totally squirm in her pretty little seat.

I`m Jane Velez-Mitchell in New York. TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is asking, should we actually feel sorry for her?

A.J. HAMMER, REGULAR HOST, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT: There are those who said that this is more about you being on TV.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: It`s the explosive interview you`ll see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Plus, is country music`s entertainer of the year, Kenny Chesney, a total hypocrite?. Kenny complains that he won the award because fans voted for him. So how come he was actually pleading with fans to vote for him in the first place?

(MUSIC)

Hello. I`m Jane Velez-Mitchell in New York. A.J. Hammer is off tonight. And Brooke Anderson is on assignment at the Cannes Film Festival.

Tonight, Cameron`s sex confession. Our ears were burning today when we heard what the usually oh-so-private Cameron Diaz revealed about her feelings about sex and, get this, chest hair. I will tell you exactly what she said, coming right up.

But first, the amazing YouTube divorce war. Tonight, the woman gone wild in her YouTube attack on her very wealthy ex-husband is claiming her first victory. A judge has made a ruling that means she will not be put out on the street, begging for handouts. But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can now reveal that a brand-new video attack tonight has us asking, should we feel sorry for her?

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

SMITH: Victory.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Score of victory for the YouTube divorce lady.

SMITH: My victory is every woman`s victory.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you, Tricia Walsh-Smith, the bitter, high society woman whose rantings about her nasty divorce have become a YouTube sensation, has finally won a battle. Let the celebration begin.

SMITH: I`m going bonkers!

JO PIAZZA, "NEW YORK DAILY NEWS": Tricia Walsh-Smith met with the judge the other day and found out that she`s allowed to stay in her Park Avenue apartment, at least until the divorce proceedings are over. Thank god, because no one wants to see that woman running ragged up and down Park Avenue.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: For the past month, Tricia Walsh-Smith has been waging a one-woman cyberwar to keep her husband, Broadway theater owner Philip Smith, from kicking her out of his fancy New York City apartment.

SMITH: My husband still wants to evict me. If he does, I hope you`ll all donate and help me buy a tent.

PIAZZA: He`s been trying to kick her out of their apartment. She`s desperately been trying to stay. Her plea has been that she is going to be penniless and homeless.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: So Walsh-Smith has posted a series of YouTube videos so outlandish.

SMITH: I am the biggest f-ing idiot in the world.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Angry.

SMITH: Shame on you. How dare you!

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And just plain crazy.

SMITH: I`m going bonkers.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: They`ve been viewed on YouTube at least three million times.

PIAZZA: She`s absolutely off her rocker, but people love watching her. She`s got these crazy eyes. It`s kind of Glenn Close in "Fatal Attraction" where she`s, you know, in the bathtub and comes up and is all -

VELEZ-MITCHELL: There might be a slight resemblance.

SMITH: It`s not just about me. This is about women.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: But now, in her latest YouTube video shot before the judge allowed her to stay in the apartment, Walsh-Smith is actually playing a different role. Feminist.

SMITH: women of the world, we have to watch ourselves. We have to watch our back. We struggled for the vote. We struggled to get equal wages. Women of the world, if I win, you win.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Wow! First there`s Susan B. Anthony, then Gloria Steinem and now Tricia Walsh-Smith is the latest icon of feminism.

SMITH: United we stand, divided we fall.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And as everyone knows, being a feminist icon is expensive. So in her latest video, Walsh-Smith also puts up her PayPal address so supporters can send her donations.

SMITH: Whatever is left over that isn`t eaten up by my court costs fighting my husband, I`m going to form a foundation called Women Warriors of the World United. I`m going to help other women in my position.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And don`t forget the new battle cry.

SMITH: Women warriors!

PIAZZA: I`m just picturing this like plan of women banded together like Amazonian warriors, except instead of naked and dark-haired, they`re all platinum blond with the same plastic surgery.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Even though Walsh-Smith can stay in the disputed apartment, it is a temporary victory. The judge`s ruling applies only until the couple`s divorce trial begins next month. Keep your Internet connection plugged in because -

SMITH: I`m going to go down yelling and screaming.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And she`ll probably do it online.

And now, we want to hear from you. It`s our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day - "YouTube Divorce Lady: Do you have sympathy for her? Vote at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. E-mail us at showbiztonight@cnn.com.

Well, tonight, the fur is really flying in Lindsay Lohan`s life. And she`s going to have to go to court over it. Tonight, Lindsay`s image battered again. Lohan is being sued for allegedly stealing a $12,000 mink coat and wearing it all about town. Is Lindsay starting a career as a klepto?.

Also new right now, Lindsay`s mom, Dina, says Lindsay should not appear on Dina`s family reality show, "Living Lohan," for the sake of Lindsay`s career. What career, I ask? And to top it all off, Lindsay appears in a new music video that glorifies cocaine use. That can`t be good.

With me tonight in Hollywood, Ken Baker, executive news editor for "E!" And in New York, Carolina Bermudez, senior editor of "In Touch Weekly." Thank you both. Let`s begin with the story of Lindsay and the stolen mink.

A college student who was at a New York nightclub sitting near Lindsay loses her $12,000 mink coat. She has no idea what happened. Then later picks up a copy of "OK" magazine and, get this, she sees Lindsay wearing that mink coat. The coat has since been returned, but Lindsay isn`t admitting she took it. Ken Baker, this seems to be the last thing Lindsay needs right now, isn`t it?

KEN BAKER, EXECUTIVE NEWS EDITOR, "E!": Well, you know, she spent a lot of last year in rehab. This year was supposed to be about her making a comeback, landing some movie roles. There have been some bumps along the road. And the last thing she wanted was to come out of rehab, get back into Hollywood and be thrown into this kind of ridiculous squabbles. It is not good for her at all.

This is a girl who just three or four years ago was considered, you know, the next big actress. And now, she`s really just clawing and scratching to get her way back. So no, this isn`t a good thing for her.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And let`s not forget Lindsay`s been through rehab three times. Count them, she`s had two DUIs, reportedly hijacked a car, the night of one of those DUI arrests. Carolina, if the stolen mink story is true, would Lindsay run the risk of becoming known as the klepto carjacker?

CAROLINA BERMUDEZ, SENIOR EDITOR, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": Well, among other things, yes, she would be known as that. Lindsay`s already know as a risk on set. Movie producers and movie studios are very hesitant to employ her because of her behavior. So this isn`t helping her at all. And no producer or director in his right mind would want to have her on set doing things like this.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: By the way, this controversy is escalating by the minute. PETA has actually just weighed in, urging the woman who said that`s her coat to donate the fur to PETA and start wearing a faux fur. Sounds like a good idea.

Also right now, so much happening, Lindsay`s mother has that new reality show with daughter Ali called "Living Lohan." And now, she says Lindsay, her own daughter, should not be on the show. She tells "TV Guide" quote, "I told Lindsay I don`t want her on the show right now. Doing reality TV would almost be taking a step backward as far as her career goes. Ken, would it really be such a bad idea for Lindsay to appear with her mom on a TV show?

BAKER: Well, you know, I work at "E!" as you can see back here. So I would say, yes, I want to see her on the network. But is it good for her career? I don`t know. I mean to the point of career and what the status is of that, she does have some movie roles. She just booked a big role in a movie called "Labor Pains." In this comedy, she`ll play a pregnant woman. So she is getting work.

But lately, her work seems to be kind of deflecting all of this sort of gossip and crazy lawsuits and things that come up. And it`s really unfortunate and I don`t think that going into reality television is the best thing for someone who is really trying to re-establish herself as a top movie actress.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Now, speaking of getting work, right now, Lindsay is appearing in a new music video seen on AOL Music and all over the Internet by the music group N.E.R.D. called "Everybody Nose." This is the nose we`re talking about. The theme? Cocaine use.

Carolina, it seems she`s got to have a PR person who`s either on vacation or out to lunch or in a clinic somewhere.

BERMUDEZ: Oh, yes, Jane, or nonexistent. Lindsay is making her own choices and she`s sabotaging her own success and her own career. There`s nothing cheeky or cute or funny about addiction. We all know her history. I don`t know what this girl was thinking by making a cameo in this video.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Now, the good news is Lindsay will be appearing on the Thursday season finale of "Ugly Betty" and coming back for five more episodes next season. That sounds good. Ken, is this exactly what she needs to be doing right now?

BAKER: Yes. She needs to be working and I think if you kind of just break it down and just look at what professionally she`s been able to do, she almost always does really well in the roles she does. She shows up. She does her job. She had a blip along the way. There was some stuff that she had before she went to rehab when she was having trouble working. But ever since then, she really has done well.

And I think that, look, we`re sitting here talking about her. She`s fascinating. Just a few months ago, we were talking about her being naked in the spread in "New York" magazine. She just had that "it" factor where we`re fascinated by her. So all she has to do is not mess up and to keep moving in a direction where she`s working like on "Ugly Betty."

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Very well put. She`s the "it" girl for better or for worse. Ken, Carolina, thanks so much.

Now, as I mentioned, we`ll have more from A.J. Hammer`s blockbuster interview with Dina and Ali Lohan. Dina tells A.J. why she had no choice but to do a reality show. No choice. That`s coming up right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Someone else who I think needs a real image makeover, Paris Hilton. And you won`t believe how one of CNN`s best-known reporters made her squirm.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PHIL BLACK, CNN CORRESPONDENT: As an heiress, it looks as if you stand to perhaps inherit a little less than the rest of the world expected you to. Did your grandfather`s decision take you by surprise with the announcement that he made?

PARIS HILTON, HEIRESS: Can we go to the next question?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Hey, CNN is the most trusted news network. Correct, nobody said these things would be easy. You`ve got to see poor Miss Paris face the tough questions, coming up.

Cameron Diaz has no problem answering tough questions. She`s an open book when it comes to her sex life. You have to hear what she says about what goes on in her bedroom. Oh, yes. She even talks about chest hair. I`m not kidding. That`s coming up.

Sort of related, Denise Richards opens up and sets the record straight about that wild story she wanted some of her ex`s, Charlie Sheen`s sperm, to have another kid. Let that sink in for just a moment. Did Denise really want sperm from her ex, the guy she is still in a nasty custody battle with? You don`t want to miss this. Coming right up.

Remember, you can watch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT video anytime. We`re always posting new stuff for you to watch at our Web site at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m Jane Velez-Mitchell in for A.J. Hammer. And tonight, Paris smells. Yes, I`m talking about Paris Hilton. No, I am not suggesting she doesn`t use deodorant. But you`ve got to check this out. Paris Hilton sat down with CNN`s international correspondent Phil Black to talk about her new perfume line.

Well, la-di-da, la-di-da. Everything was going just fine and dandy until Phil hit Paris with a real question that sent her into a tizzy. Wait is second, isn`t she usually in a tizzy? OK. Here`s Phil in London for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

PHIL BLACK, CNN INTERNATIONAL CORRESPONDENT (voice over): This was the moment Paris Hilton stopped trenting(ph), on London`s busiest shopping strip, part of an international tour, promoting the latest fragrance to carry her name. For several hours, she worked it, pouting and posing for cameras, delighting fans who lined up to meet her.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s amazing.

BLACK (on camera): You look like you`re shaking?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I am. I know (UNINTELLIGIBLE). I don`t get star struck easily. She went totally over my vacation.

BLACK (voice over): Can Can is Hilton`s fifth female scent. She says they all reflect her personality.

(on camera): What part of Paris do we see in Can Can?

HILTON: Can-can is very romantic. It`s probably my most mature out of all my fragrances so far. And it`s just very sexy, sensual and guys really like it.

BLACK (voice over): But this is only one part of Paris Hilton`s thriving industry.

(on camera): Let`s talk about Paris Hilton, the businesswoman. Is that how you would like to be thought of?

HILTON: Definitely. I`m a businesswoman, an entrepreneur. I have my own clothing line. I have my shoes. I have a purse line, my fragrances. I do hair extensions. I do jewelry. So I`m getting involved in everything.

BLACK (voice over): And then there are her singing, acting and television careers. Why is the Paris Hilton brand so successful?

HILTON: Everything in my line just completely represents who I am. I always make sure it`s the best product and that my fans really love my style and my fashion sense. And I`m always really great with my fans, too. I think that definitely means a lot.

BLACK (voice over): It has been almost one year since the drama that was Hilton`s conviction and time served in jail for driving offenses.

(on camera): One year on, how does that experience continue to influence you?

HILTON: Well, I`ve definitely grown up a lot. And I`m just focusing on my business and my relationship and I`ve never been happier in my life. It`s amazing.

BLACK (voice over): Her relationship is with Benji Madden with the rock band "Good Charlotte." He`s traveling with her. So, too, are her parents Cathy and Rick. The Hilton family were thought to be the heirs to a $2.3 billion fortune built on the Hilton Hotel empire. But Paris Hilton`s grandfather, Baron, has announced his intention to give most of his fortune to charity. For this self-styled heiress, it`s a delicate subject.

(on camera): As an heiress, it looks as if you stand to perhaps inherit a little less than the rest of the world expected you to. Did your grandfather`s decision take you by surprise with the announcement that he made?

HILTON: Can we go to the next question?

(voice over): But there is now a new multimillion-dollar Hilton empire built around one woman and the things she loves.

HILTON: I love fashion. I love to entertain people. I love to make people smile. And I love life. I really feel like you only live once and I like to make the most of it. And I`m really just having the time of my life.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Deep thoughts from Paris Hilton - very, very deep. Boy. That was CNN`s Phil Black for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Also tonight, Denise Richards is speaking out like never before, the startling story that she wanted Charlie Sheen`s sperm to have another child. They already have two kids together and as you know, their divorce and custody battle is one of the nastiest in Hollywood. So Denise set the record straight with CNN`s "LARRY KING LIVE." Did she or didn`t she write an E-mail saying she wanted Charlie`s sperm?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DENISE RICHARDS, ACTRESS: Every chance that Charlie tries to discredit me or say negative things about me in the press, he does. And the fact of the matter is, I have no desire to have another child with Charlie, nothing against his sperm. We have two beautiful kids, but I don`t want any more of it. And I can get it elsewhere.

LARRY KING, HOST, "LARRY KING LIVE": So there`s no E-mail that exists?

RICHARDS: No truthful E-mail that exists.

KING: Is this supposed to be an E-mail from you to him?

RICHARDS: There`s supposed to be an E-mail from me to his girlfriend.

KING: Saying?

RICHARDS: Saying that I want his sperm and wanted to get back together, which the date of that E-mail, I was with Richie. So if I wanted anyone`s sperm, it would be Richie`s sperm, not Charlie`s.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Richie is Richie Sambora, Heather Locklear`s ex who Denise ended up dating. Remember that?

Now, coming up on Thursday, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s A.J. Hammer is going one-on-one with Denise Richards. You do not want to miss this explosive interview. A.J. has some other very tough questions for Denise this Thursday.

OK. Stunning news tonight about this nasty split. No sperm involved here, thankfully.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SMITH: Is he threatened by me because I`m saying it`s wrong to be thrown in the street? I`m supposed to just accept it? Well, I don`t. I`m going to go down yelling and screaming.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: The YouTube divorce lady wins a big court battle. But I`ve got to say, these nutty videos of hers, I think they`re going to come back to haunt her. And then again, she may not be able to afford her Internet connection because tonight, I can tell you she is literally begging people for money. I`ve got the bizarre story coming right up.

And you don`t want to miss this, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s A.J. Hammer goes one-on-one with Lindsay Lohan`s mom, Dina and her sister Ali. Is Dina putting Ali in a reality show for her fame? The explosive interview you`ll see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

I`m totally shocked by how brutally honest Cameron Diaz is about her sex life. It`s Cameron like you`ve never heard her before. She has some stuff to say about chest hair - yes, chest hair, next.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Jane Velez-Mitchell. And here`s a story that`s new right now. Tonight, Cameron Diaz is speaking out like never before about her sex life. And, yes, even chest hair in a revealing interview in the June issue of "In Style" magazine.

Cameron says, quote, "Sex is the best! You really have to enjoy being sexy. Not fake anything. Sexy is being in the moment, whether that means being coy or coming on hard. Faking is always lame and it never comes across the way you want it to. I love chest hair. I`m not saying that I want a huge amount, but the right amount is very sexy," end quote.

OK, guys. There you go. Want to get with Cameron Diaz? Don`t shave your chest. Read more about Cameron`s dating life in the June issue of "In Style" magazine on newsstands this Friday.

Well, I`ve got to say I would be very happy if I didn`t hear anything from this lady again.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SMITH: Is he threatened by me because I`m saying it`s wrong to be thrown in the street? I`m supposed to just accept it? Well, I don`t. I`m going to go down yelling and screaming.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: The YouTube divorce lady. And tonight, I`ve got the stunning news of a big court win for her. But I`ve got to ask, will these wacky videos ever stop?

And then there`s this - should we actually feel any sympathy for her? That`s coming up.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, I`m one of the many people who just can`t wait for that "Sex and the City" movie. And tonight, Charlotte, Kristin Davis is opening up like never before about her dramatic, painful struggle with alcohol.

I still cannot believe that Lindsay Lohan`s mom, Dina, is putting her young daughter, get this, in a reality TV show. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s A.J. Hammer asked her, is Dina doing this to help her career. That`s coming up.

(NEWS BREAK)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: On SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, the YouTube divorce lady scores a big victory. The woman warrior herself wins a round in court, but can she win the support of women everywhere with her wacky videos?

Plus Kenny Chesney complains about being country music`s entertainer of the year. But he may have to eat his words when people find out what`s on his own Web site.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ALI LOHAN, LINDSAY LOHAN`S SISTER: The public can say whatever they want. My sister - look where she is and look where those people who are writing this stuff.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Lindsay`s little sis speaks out. Ali Lohan is ready to step into Lindsayland, chasing fame on her new reality show. But is it really Dina who`s after the spotlight? Dina and Ali Lohan sit down with A.J. Hammer in the explosive interview you will only see on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(MUSIC)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m Jane Velez-Mitchell. A.J. Hammer is off tonight. Brooke Anderson is on assignment at the Cannes Film Festival.

Tonight, two outrageous stories that are new right now that we just have to talk about. A victory in court for that YouTube divorce lady. A judge has just ruled she can stay put in her Park Avenue pad, a victory indeed considering her brand-new, very nutty video in which she is pleading for donations.

Also new right now, this is really incredible. Did you hear that country music star Kenny Chesney complained, yes, complained about being named country music`s entertainer of the year because it was the fans who voted and gave him that honor? Well, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can now reveal that before the vote, Kenny was actually lobbying his fans to vote for him on his MySpace page.

Joining me tonight in Hollywood, Ken Baker, executive news editor for "E!" In New York, Carolina Bermudez, senior editor for "In Touch Weekly.: Also in Hollywood, comedian Godfrey.

All right. Let`s start with a big victory, gang, in the courtroom for the YouTube divorce lady. We all know who she is. Tricia Walsh-Smith who is now out with her brand-new video on her bitter divorce, including her appeal to the world for - no, not world peace, but for a dollar. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SMITH: Hey, sister, get a PayPal account. So I have - www.paypal.com. And you write in you want to send money to helptws@hotmail.com. If every woman watching this who is not an MTP(ph) watching this sends one dollar, that`s an awful lot of money. Whatever is left over that isn`t eaten up by my court cost fighting my husband, I`m going to form a foundation called Women Warriors of the World United.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: She should be on QVC. New video or new lease on life, or at least a new lease on her apartment. Ken Baker, they said she was nuts after the first video came out. But is this rather scorned socialite starting to turn it around?

BAKER: Well, a few things here. She said in that video if every man and woman donated money - well, first of all, she better cut her expectations in half because I don`t see any men giving her any money, to be honest with you. I think men are afraid of her.

Now, on one hand, I appreciate the girl power. She`s going for it. She has put the message out there. But on the other hand, she does come across as a complete wackadoodle. And the thing here is that I really feel like - you know, the first video I sort of felt like, you know, she`s really out there. I can sympathize with her. But now, you look at it, I felt really sorry for her. She just seems so desperate. And now the fact that she`s broke, it`s just becoming very sad whereas before, it was just this entertaining spectacle.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: That said, well you, Ken Baker, feel sorry for her. Godfrey ...

GODFREY, COMEDIAN: Yes.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Is she on to something here, though? You know, make a crazy video, win in court. Are scorned women everywhere just getting those video cameras out of the closet?

GODFREY: I think it`s awesome and she`s like - she reminds me of Mills. She`s kind of sexy. I like that. I like her little dance. I think she should be on like those people that make the houses - the home improvement, the guy that comes in. And I think she`s going to take advantage of this. Now, she`s going to make an "Oprah" appearance. Once she gets on "Oprah," it`s over! All the women around the world are going to unite, because Oprah is going to - she`s going to get a book. She`s doing the smart thing and she`s hot! She`s hot!

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Godfrey, you raise an important point. First of all, she`s available soon ...

GODFREY: Oh, yes.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: So you might be able to score with the YouTube divorce lady.

GODFREY: I like the little dance. I like the little dance.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes, it`s working for you. I can tell. OK. Calm down. Carolina, you think women everywhere are actually cheering Tricia or perhaps are they - is she embarrassing women?

BERMUDEZ: Absolutely. Please don`t lump me in the same category. And Godfrey, get your eyes checked, buddy. I`ve seen way better-looking (EXPLETIVE DELETED) walking down the streets of New York.

GODFREY: YouTube is kind of fuzzy.

BERMUDEZ: Yes. Look, you know what? She could use a little bit better resolution. But here`s the thing. This just reeks of desperation. It really is kind of sad. Where is her pride? Go get a job, sweetheart. Stop ranting and raving on YouTube and asking people for donations. You know, there`s MyFreeImplants.com. Just a little bit different than this, OK?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I think she`s an aristocrat. I don`t think they work. I have to say this, Tricia is just a tad bitter about men. Take a look at what she has to say in her new video.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SMITH: The male chauvinist pigs in this world - I mean they`re out there. (UNINTELLIGIBLE) And things like, "Oh, look what feminism has done. This stupid little woman thinks that she can have an opinion."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Godfrey, I know she turns you on, but isn`t she doing herself a disservice here by criticizing the entire male population in the same video that she asks for money? I mean we cannot talk about this without talking about the fact she`s talking about money. Godfrey?

GODFREY: I think, listen, first of all, our dollar stinks anyway so she can take my money because the euro is much stronger than the dollar. And plus, men don`t care. I can understand she`s like 20-something, we`d really care. But you know, she`s kind of like - she`s kind of over.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Washed up.

GODFREY: I`m sorry, tally-ho. .

VELEZ-MITCHELL: All right, Ken, you think she`s bonkers, but I think she might be crazy like a fox. What do you think?

BAKER: Well, if her goal is make us all think that, she`s totally achieving it. And you know what I hope her is that this is some sort of elaborate performance art, because she`s really sucking us all in. It`s entirely believable that she`s totally off her rocker.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes, I think your diagnosis may very well be correct, my friend.

Now another entertainer with questionable judgment. It`s going around these days. Kenny Chesney, who was just named entertainer of the year at the Country Music Awards whined - and I mean whined - that such an important decision was made by mere fans voting on the Internet.

Whoops! Uh-oh. Turns out Kenny neglected to mention that he was asking for his fans to vote for him on his MySpace page. Ken, is this a clear case of foot-in-mouth disease?

BAKER: Well, you know what? Here`s the thing. I saw that show. I saw the Academy of Country Music Awards and it was a great show. It was all really entertaining. But you know what really me is that a lot of people just aren`t really honest in the country music community. And I`m a fan of country music. I mean at least he was honest. Like - it`s all cookie cutter now. It`s like old school. Like what happened to Buck Owens, you know, like guys who were keeping it real? I say good for Kenny Chesney. He`s speaking his mind.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: All right. Well, cowboy hat and some honesty can get you a long way. Let`s take a good listen -

GODFREY: Right. Straight shooter.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Let`s listen to Kenny whining, though, about the fact that fans were able to vote on this award.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KENNY CHESNEY, COUNTRY MUSIC STAR: I don`t think it`s right that they pick the one award that means the most, that all the artists sacrifice the most for. They`re turning it into taking it from what the award really represents into a sweepstakes to see who can push the people`s buttons the hardest on the Internet.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: All right. You heard it there. Godfrey, is Kenny going to have to go to a podiatrist to get that foot out of his mouth?

GODFREY: First of all, his hat is too big for his head. And another thing, if you`ve got a cowboy hat, you`ve got to come with it and man up and just take your award and keep moving. He`s making all the tough country singers look stupid. Quit crying, you little baby. You know what I`m saying. And listen, you`ve got to know when to hold them, know when to fold them. See, Kenny Rogers - we need him back. We need the Conway(ph) twins back.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Carolina, very, very quickly -

BERMUDEZ: Yes?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Do you think this guy in the cowboy hat, Kenny, is sexy? I mean we heard Godfrey was turned on by the YouTube lady?

BERMUDEZ: Yes. You know, he just doesn`t do it for me. I`m sorry. I think I need him to keep the hat on if anything, if we were going to go back to the bedroom.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: OK.

BERMUDEZ: But I have to agree with them. I think he`s right for coming out and saying he was upset about the fans` votes.

GODFREY: Oh, stop it.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I think we have covered it all, my friends. Thank you so much for weighing in on that. Ken Baker, Carolina Bermudez, Godfrey, thanks for joining us.

We`ve been asking you to vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day - "The YouTube Divorce Lady: Do you have sympathy for her?" Keep voting at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. E-mail us at showbiz tonight@cnn.com.

How about Dina Lohan? Do you have any sympathy for her? I can`t say I do. She`s putting Lindsay`s little sis in a reality show for Pete`s sake!

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

D. LOHAN: I think we have no other choice but to let you into our homes. We`ll let you judge. You be the judge of us.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Oh, really? Wait until you hear what else Dina had to say. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s A.J. Hammer asked her point-blank if she`s doing this show for Ali or for her own fame. That is still to come in the interview you will only see on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Also, the "Sex and the City" movie is less than two weeks away. The anticipation is at a fever pitch. Now, one of its stars is opening up like never before about struggling with alcoholism. She doesn`t touch a Cosmo or any other kind of alcohol these days. But in her 20s, it was a totally different story. I`m going to tell you who that is, coming right up.

And Katie Holmes coming back to New York, this time not to run the marathon but swamped with a schedule that`s almost as grueling. I will tell you about Katie`s new job. All that and so much more excitement coming up right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m Jane Velez-Mitchell in for A.J. Hammer.

And just wait until you see what happened when A.J. went one-on-one with Lindsay Lohan`s mom, Dina. Wow! Dina`s new reality show about to debut is called "Living Lohan" and she has been slammed for putting her 14- year-old daughter, Ali, in it. Now, this is not the first time she`s been criticized for the way she`s brought up her kids. Not to mention her bitter divorce.

The new reality show is just the latest in a long string of questionable choices by the Lohans. And we`ll get to see a whole lot more drama, you bet. Dina and Ali tell A.J. they want to use the show to set the record straight about their family. And Dina tells A.J. why she`s not worried about the so-called reality show curse.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Ali, "Living Lohan" is focusing largely on getting your showbiz career jump-started and going. How excited are you about being on TV?

A. LOHAN: I mean I`m really excited for people to see how much I do love singing and acting and how much I have a passion for it. I`m not just doing it because my older sister does it. I`m doing it because I love it. And also we did the show just to set the record straight and defuse all the tabloids. And we`re not this crazy family that the tabloids make us out to be.

HAMMER: Dina, you know all too well the pitfalls of being young in Hollywood through your daughter Lindsay and what we`ve seen her experience. A lot of people are saying that is a huge mistake, facilitating getting Ali involved in show business. What do you say to that?

D. LOHAN: That`s kind of a silly statement because, you know, if your father is a doctor and you aspire to be a doctor, that`s what you do. She sees her sister`s been successful and loves what she does. And she has her own dreams and she`s her own person. And so I think, you know, whether Ali wants to be a professional soccer player or a singer, you know, that`s her choice. And it`s not really -you know, you`re not comparing what happened to Lindsay or what`s going to happen to somebody else. You know, I think it`s just facilitating a dream, whatever it is.

HAMMER: But then, why through a reality show? Because we certainly have seen what has happened with other families who have gotten involved with reality shows ...

A. LOHAN: You know, initially ...

HAMMER: ... and not come out so well on the other side? And you know, there certainly are other ways to get involved with show business, waiting a few years, acting school, singing lessons, that kind of thing.

D. LOHAN: I don`t know about coming out on the other side. I don`t really follow reality shows. But you`re saying there`s a dark side? I don`t know - your question. You know, you said come out of the other side -

HAMMER: Sure. Well, no. If you look at some of the families who we`ve gotten to know through reality shows, whether it`s the Osbournes, whether is the Hogans -

D. LOHAN: They were very successful.

HAMMER: They were very successful at their shows and then once the shows were done and they had all the fame that they had because of the show, they had lots of problems, not necessarily because of the reality show but certainly could not helped living your life with the cameras constantly there.

D. LOHAN: Well, it`s different. It`s definitely different than two years ago. I mean Ozzy Osbourne was hugely famous before the show. So, you know, I don`t want to compare them. I think they were the first and they were very successful and they were very brave to take that step. And I think we have no other option. I mean even when the Osbournes, you know, started, there were no tabloids weekly. I mean this is just - it`s kind of new in the past two years. And it`s so fast and furious and there are so many rumors about my family.

HAMMER: The pressures of being young in Hollywood certainly have added to the troubles we`ve seen your older sister, Lindsay, go through. She had stints in rehab. She was in jail before she was 21. And you have said that you`re going to make things different for Ali. How do you plan on doing that to make sure she doesn`t fall into the same traps?

A. LOHAN: I just want to say something. My sister - we shouldn`t really be talking about that - but my sister is hugely successful. And that`s mainly like - the tabloids can say whatever they want. My sister - look where she is and look where the people are writing this stuff. Like- that`s my picture of it -

HAMMER: Oh, no. And I understand that.

D. LOHAN: Go, Ali!

(CROSS TALK)

HAMMER: Th0ere`s a truth to that. But the reality is -

D. LOHAN: Well, you`re under a microscope.

HAMMER: The reality is she`s had some difficult times and - Everyone`s had difficult time ...

(CROSS TALK)

A. LOHAN: Yes, nobody`s perfect.

HAMMER: ... and part of the pressure, let me make this point. Part of the pressure is the fact that she is young and in Hollywood with all this swirling around her. So my question to you is, how do you plan to prevent Ali from going down that same road? Because I`m sure you didn`t intend for Lindsay to go down that road.

D. LOHAN: No, I mean Lindsay`s on a fine path. But you`re believing what you read, which is kind of sad.

HAMMER: I`m sorry, but she was - she did her jail stint. She was in rehab, and she`s had difficulties. We should acknowledge that right?

D. LOHAN: Regardless of whether you`re in Hollywood or not, you`re going to stumble and fall.

A. LOHAN: Nobody`s perfect.

D. LOHAN: You know, we all have. So Ali is, you know, not perfect, and neither am I and neither are you. You know, she`ll just have to find her own path. And God willing - you instill moral correction and have her do the right thing - we`ll see where that goes.

HAMMER: Well, Dina, you said that "Living Lohan" is a lot about setting the record straight. So let`s set the record straight on something. There are those who have said that this is more about you being on TV and using your kids` fame for your own gain. What do you say to people who say that?

D. LOHAN: Well, first of all, the word "fame" - my daughters are talented. And you know, Lindsay`s a talented actor, and that`s her craft. Ali loves the business as well. So it`s not about fame. It`s just about protection as a parent and I think Ali has already been ridiculed before she`s even out there. And I think just to show her, you know, in what she does and who we really are. And they are saying I`m that person, and I`m completely opposite. And when you watch this show, you`ll see that.

A. LOHAN: And she`s not - I just want to - the main point is she`s not some just freak mom who`s a backstage mom. She`s just like any other mother in America who is helping their kids fulfill their dreams in life.

HAMMER: What`s the best piece of advice Lindsay`s has given you about getting into this business?

D. LOHAN: You can tell him.

A. LOHAN: Basically, just to keep your head up high -

D. LOHAN: Watch your shoulders -

A. LOHAN: Stay strong. Don`t say something that you know a tabloid will twist. That`s happened a lot. And basically, just to stay strong and make your dreams come true.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Fascinating stuff. And you can watch as Ali Lohan tries to make her dreams come true on "Living Lohan" starting this Memorial Day weekend on "E!"

Well, Katie Holmes is coming to Broadway. Mrs. Tom Cruise will make her Broadway stage debut in a revival of Arthur Miller`s "All My Sons" this fall. The play also stars John Lithgow, Diane Wiest and Patrick Wilson. The exact dates and theater have not been announced yet. This will be Katie`s first play since, get this, high school. She will be on stage six nights a week. But she certainly has the stamina. Remember, she ran the New York City marathon after all.

The "Sex and the City" movie is almost here and the anticipation is at a fever pitch. Now, one of its stars is opening up like never before about struggling with alcoholism. She doesn`t touch a Cosmo or any other kind of alcohol these days. But in her twenties, it was a totally different story. I will tell you who it is, next on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: "Sex and the City" star Kristin Davis is opening up like never before about her struggle with alcohol. Kristin says it started in her early 20s. She tells the British edition of "Shape" magazine that she turned to alcohol to help overcome shyness. She says she drank because she wanted to be free and to express herself, something that she says doesn`t come naturally to her.

Kristin hasn`t touched alcohol in years and there`s no doubt she`s unbelievably expressive now. Kristin sat down with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s A.J. Hammer to talk about the highly anticipated "Sex and the City" movie and what it was like to work as part of that famous foursome once again.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KRISTIN DAVIS, "SEX AND THE CITY" STAR: We were all kind of together in life, like I know that publicly we weren`t together, but we never really were separated. So we didn`t have - like everyone keeps saying what was it like to get back together? We were never really apart.

HAMMER: Right.

DAVIS: So it didn`t have that strange like, "Oh, my gosh, who are these people?" Like it was just a fluid thing for us, you know. But it feels amazing that we actually made the movie and then it`s done and that people can see it. It`s kind of strange, just like almost like you`re seeing our private lives in a weird way even though it`s our characters.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: You can see Kristin Davis in the "Sex and the City" movie. It`s in theaters, May 30th.

Well, on Monday, we asked you to vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day about Ellen DeGeneres announcing that she and Portia De Rossi are planning to get married. We asked, "Ellen`s Gay Marriage: Are you happy for her?"

Get this, we got an overwhelming response. Here are the results - 74 percent of you say yes. Twenty-six percent of you say no.

Here are some of the E- mails we got. Michelle from Indiana writes, "I don`t get why people freak out, because if she were straight, we wouldn`t hear another thing about it."

But Kimberly from Pennsylvania writes, "Marriage was originally made for a man and a woman. Gay couples have introduced themselves to a commitment unintended for them, and should never be."

That`s SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Jane Velez-Mitchell in New York. Remember, you can always catch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on the 11:00s - 11:00 p.m. Eastern, 11:00 p.m. Pacific, and in the morning, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern. The very latest now from "CNN HEADLINE NEWS" is up next.
