Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer, broadcasting tonight and every night from New York City.

ANDERSON: Hi, there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson, coming to you from Hollywood. And tonight, Angelina Jolie accused of having a heroin problem by TV`s most famous rehab doctor. But why did he say such an outrageous thing? Thatis coming up.

HAMMER: But first, tonight, Hulk Hogan threatened and it`s all caught on tape. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can now confirm that not only did someone make threatening calls to the Hogans, but wait until you hear what the police are now investigating. This is just another astounding development in the Hogan family drama that has unfolded since Hulk`s son was sent to jail for a car crash that nearly killed his best friend. Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is bringing you the very latest on what`s making news right now.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE CALLER: I`m going to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) on you and your family`s grave, Terry!

HAMMER (voice over): The remarkable troubles of Hulk Hogan`s family have taken a disturbing new turn. Police in Clearwater, Florida, tell SHOWBIZ TONIGHT they are now investigating threatening phone calls made to the Hogans. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you, they are incredibly disturbing.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE CALLER: Your kid`s going to bleed. Your little (EXPLETIVE DELETED) son is going to bleed slow. They`re going to bleed him and torture him slow, you (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

KATIE DARYL, TMZ TV: These voice mails that were left for the Hogan family are very threatening, very violent and quite disgusting.

HAMMER: It`s the latest fallout from that tragic street-racing accident that landed Hulk Hogan`s son Nick in jail and left Nick`s friend, former Marine John Graziano, in a semiconscious state.

DARYL: These were left at the Hogan household and they were given to "Bubba, The Love Sponge," who is a local deejay down in Florida who happens to be a friend of the Hogans, and he went ahead and played them on his radio show. TMZ obtained copies of them as well.

HAMMER: Police tell SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, a member of Graziano`s family is being investigated for the calls which refer to Hulk by his real name, Terry Bollea.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE CALLER: You got a (EXPLETIVE DELETED) mouth, Terrence. You got a big (EXPLETIVE DELETED) mouth. You disrespected the wrong (EXPLETIVE DELETED) person, you big mouth, (EXPLETIVE DELETED). Now you and your little (EXPLETIVE DELETED) son are going to cry your way through (EXPLETIVE DELETED) jail.

I don`t know who the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) you think you are, Terrence. But you are nothing. You are nothing. And every Marine, every gangster, every low-life, every crackhead and every (EXPLETIVE DELETED) - they`re going to be looking for you and your little (EXPLETIVE DELETED) kid.

HAMMER: The calls also reference those now infamous jailhouse tapes where we hear Hulk and Nick suggest that Graziano brought his situation on himself.

HULK HOGAN, WRESTLER AND REALITY SHOW STAR: For some reason, man, god laid some heavy (EXPLETIVE DELETED) on that kid.

HAMMER: The threatening caller was not amused.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE CALLER: You got a big (EXPLETIVE DELETED) mouth, and god`s going to put some serious (EXPLETIVE DELETED) on you, man. You and your family. You kept opening your (EXPLETIVE DELETED) mouth, so I`m going to put something in it, (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

HAMMER: It is not clear exactly when these calls were made. And police are not saying which of Graziano`s relatives they`re investigating in connection with the calls. TMZ`s Katie Daryl tells us they get even more graphic and disturbing.

DARYL: These messages go on to call Linda and Brooke Hogan whores.

HAMMER: Ever since that tragic crash last year, there`s been little love lost between the Grazianos and the Hogans.

DARYL: The Grazianos and the Hogans, bad blood.

HAMMER: The Grazianos are suing the Hogans in connection with the crash. And family members have vented their frustration at the Hogans both in court -

DEBRA GRAZIANO, MOTHER OF JOHN GRAZIANO: Since the crash, I`ve not seen one tear or heard one apology.

HAMMER: And in the media.

FRANK CARUSO, JOHN GRAZIANO`S BROTHER: My brother is in a hospital. We don`t know when he`s coming home. We`ve been there for nine months, Nick. You`ve been there for less than a month.

HOGAN: Yes, it`s been hard.

HAMMER: In his emotional appearance on "LARRY KING LIVE," Hulk Hogan tried not to say anything negative about the Grazianos.

HOGAN: We love John. And in no way would we ever want to hurt John or the Graziano family.

HAMMER: But the bad blood apparently remains.

DARYL: Hulk Hogan went on "LARRY KING LIVE" and the Graziano family said, "You know what? Those were crocodile tears. Those weren`t real, he`s fake. He`s a phony." And everything just kind of really comes to a head at this point.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE CALLER: I`m going to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) on you and your family`s grave, Terry!

HAMMER: And now that these disgusting tapes have been made public, it`s clear that the tragedies in this case have yet to reach their end.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Well, clearly, those were not prank phone calls. So should the Hogans be worried that their lives are in danger?

Joining me tonight from Hollywood, Atty. Darren Kavinoky of the Kavinoky Law Firm; and from the Tru TV studios in New York, Ashleigh Banfield, host of Tru TV`s "Hollywood Heat." Guys, I want to play again what I find to be really the most disturbing part of the voice mail threats. Listen to this -

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE CALLER: Your kind`s going to bleed. Your little (EXPLETIVE DELETED) son is going to bleed slow. They`re going to bleed him and torture him slow, you (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wow! I mean that is just so nasty and disturbing and disgusting. Darren Kavinoky, should the Hogans be worried?

ATTY. DARREN KAVINOKY, KAVINOKY LAW FIRM: Well, they should be very worried. Unfortunately, anybody who is stupid enough to leave something like that on somebody`s voice mail is just stupid enough to possibly carry something out. I mean we`re not talking about a criminal mastermind here. This is just some good, old-fashioned thuggery going on. So yes, I would be deeply, deeply concerned about this if I were in the Hogans` shoes.

HAMMER: And as we mentioned, there has been bad blood between the Hogans and the Graziano family for sometime now. Ashleigh, assuming that this person who made these calls is going to get caught, I have to imagine this is pretty serious for them.

ASHLEIGH BANFIELD, HOST, "HOLLYWOOD HEAT": Oh, yes. In a lot of communities, this rises to the level of criminal assault. I did say assault. You can say threats and be charged with assault. And I specifically refer you to some areas of these threats where the person says, "I`m going to" as opposed to "others are going to." It`s very, very serious. Police do take it seriously. And whoever was on the other end of that line better be very worried tonight.

HAMMER: And police, as we mentioned, are hot on the trail. And not only were these threats directed towards Hulk Hogan and his son, they also went after the Hulk`s wife and even the Hulk`s daughter. Listen to this part of the tape.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE CALLER: You and your family - you kept opening your (EXPLETIVE DELETED) mouth. So I`m going to put something in it, (EXPLETIVE DELETED)! I`m going to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) on you and your family`s grave, Terry!"

HAMMER: Darren, what strikes me is this really shows, it really exemplifies how absolutely nasty this whole tragedy has become, doesn`t it?

KAVINOKY: It does, and it`s going to get nastier, because of course, now that the criminal case has been resolved, we`re just going to be fighting about money, and people get awfully nasty when we`re fighting about money. So, yes, this one, I think, is going to get uglier. And of course, now that we`ve got this whole new element with these kinds of threats, it`s going to be more mudslinging back and forth.

And what we really are getting is an insight here. We tend to give more credibility to those statements that are made in private, just like the Grazianos were suggesting that we can put more stock in what Hulk Hogan said when he thought he wasn`t being recorded as opposed to what he said when he was on the "LARRY KING LIVE" show, giving his crocodile tears, or perhaps some prepared statements. So we`re really going to get some unique insight into what`s going on with both camps behind the scenes by listening to their seemingly private remarks.

HAMMER: Yes, and I don`t think whoever was responsible for these calls - this is just speculating here - ever thought they would be released to a radio show and a guy who`s a friend of Hulk Hogan`s, as we pointed out.

Now, we all understand how upset everyone is over what happened with the Hogans, with the car crash, with John Graziano being in the semi- comatose state. But Ashleigh - and this may seem like a simplistic question, but can anything justify these types of calls? I`ve been trying to wrack my brain trying to figure that out.

BANFIELD: No. I mean, you know, for you and me to say "yes" would be crazy. But at the same time, a prosecutor might go a little easy on a grieving family member who has been just deluged with press, has a family member lying in a hospital bed. Generally speaking, though, there might be some action taken. Whether it rises to the level of assault, criminal assault, I don`t know. But I will say this. Publicly, the benefit of all of this definitely goes to the Hogans.

HAMMER: Well, yes. And I want to ask you about that because even after the Hulk`s appearance on "LARRY KING LIVE," you know, he was on with Larry, trying to express his grief over everything that had happened. We even saw some tears. But we were still getting tons of letters here at SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. A lot of people still saying they have very little sympathy for Hulk Hogan even after he tried to explain it all away with Larry King. What do you think, Darren? When people hear these tapes, is that sentiment going to change at all?

KAVINOKY: I don`t think so. The sympathy notion isn`t like a see-saw, where one side goes down, the other side necessarily goes up. And as I said before, people really had a negative reaction to Hulk Hogan. I think they gave more credibility to the things that he said when he didn`t believe he was being recorded than his public statements here. And it`s interesting, in terms of now this thing going backwards on the Grazianos, I would certainly want to muzzle that kid.

We have to watch what happens with this. It`s far from over. Darren Kavinoky, Ashleigh Banfield, thank you for being here tonight.

ANDERSON: Hey, A.J., I know that Angelina Jolie has admitted to doing all kinds of wild stuff before she settled down with Brad Pitt.

HAMMER: Yes, but never, Brooke, did she admit to doing heroin.

ANDERSON: No, she didn`t. And I am just so shocked, A.J., that one of TV`s best-known rehab doctors is talking about Angelina using that drug. It just seems completely irresponsible. I`m investigating why he went there, coming up.

OK. Listen to what I`m about to say - Kevin Federline, Father of the Year. Hey, it`s not my decision. Somebody actually just gave him that award. And tonight, I`ve got a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT daddy report card, K-Fed versus Hulk Hogan, Michael Lohan versus Jamie Spears. I`ve got my red pen is all fired up and ready to grade them, coming up.

HAMMER: All right, Brooke. Well, you know, maybe K-Fed, who I know loves Las Vegas will actually hang out with Michael Jackson in Vegas. You have got to hear this. Michael might be planning a huge comeback in Sin City. Watch out, Wayne Newton. This is unbelievable and it is coming up next.

But first, remember you can watch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT video anytime with new stuff being posted all the time at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. And among the videos playing right now, Angelina Jolie opens up like never before about her sex life with Brad Pitt.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

Tonight, two big stories that are new right now. First, can you believe this? Pam Anderson and Tommy lee are back together again. Married once, split up a thousand times. What the heck is going on here?

And is Michael Jackson going to Vegas, baby? The former king of pop might be heading to Sin City to save his career and pay of his Neverland ranch debt.

Joining me tonight in Hollywood is CNN entertainment correspondent Kareen Wynter; and in New York, Michael Musto, entertainment columnist for "The Village Voice."

Kareen, Michael, welcome. First up, Pam Anderson and Tommy Lee - I cannot believe this - together again. Lee told this to "Rolling Stone" about his ex-wife, "Pamela and the kids have moved in with me. It`s awesome, man. It`s definitely working. We`ve only given it a try 800 hundred times - 801, here we go.

Sorry, correction here, 800 times, not a thousand times, and one sex tape. Michael Musto, what makes these crazy lovebirds think it`s going to work the 801st time around?

MICHAEL MUSTO, ENTERTAINMENT COLUMNIST, "THE VILLAGE VOICE": I actually think it might work. I mean I think they have matching his and her butt tattoos. But besides that, there`s something animalistic here that`s off our human radars. Maybe they should be in a zoo cage or something. But is something on a very basic level that attracts them to each other.

Way back in 2003, I wrote that they can`t live without each other and they can`t live with each other. So they`re going to go back and forth. They`re kind of like a modern-day Liz and Dick, but minus the talent.

ANDERSON: Yes, you wrote that Pamela is destined, perhaps doomed, to be with Tommy forever. And hey, Michael, I like that tuxedo. Are you gearing up for their maybe impending wedding?

MUSTO: I`m gearing up for the impending divorce and then the follow-up re- wedding.

ANDERSON: I see. I see. Well, you`re prepared. To say that Pam Anderson has been unlucky in love would be an understatement. Take a look at this. She and Tommy Lee first tied the knot in 1995, making that infamous sex tape on their honeymoon. Two kids later, the couple split.

In 2006, Pam married and divorced Kid Rock, followed by her marriage to fellow sex tape enthusiast Rick Salomon. He was the one that co-starred in Paris Hilton`s X-rated video. That marriage was annulled. Kareen, is getting back together with the father of her children a joke or could this finally work?

KAREEN WYNTER, CNN ENTERTAINMENT CORRESPONDENT: It`s a joke, Brooke, really. Really, it`s a joke. We know it`s a joke. Pam and Tommy, they`re living in a fantasy land, but we know the real deal. And the funny thing is, this couple, they`re a master at the whole publicity deal, the whole game they play with the media.

But I really think this isn`t a publicity stunt, that they probably like each other. There are some feelings there, sexually. You know, you sort through all the excess baggage. There may even be the love thing. Can we just tie in the love word? We forgot it in there.

But talk about a couple that needs some serious therapy here. I don`t think either of them knows how to commit. And I think we`ll be doing this story, the one we`re doing right now a few months from now where they`ve broken up and they`re back together again. But the 801st time may be the charm, but I wouldn`t hold my breath.

ANDERSON: All right. We will see if it works out this time. Let`s hope so for their sake.

OK. Another story that is new right now, is Michael Jackson going to be playing Vegas for a long time to come? Now, Jackson`s Neverland Ranch was saved when an investment firm paid off his $23 million in debt. Now, that firm is reportedly asking him to play Las Vegas to make that money back for them.

Michael Musto, can you see Michael Jackson in a Vegas spectacular and what would that be like?

MUSTO: Of course. This is more inevitable than Pamela and Tommy getting back together. He is Vegas. He reeks of Vegas. He belongs in the place with these 24-hour neon and crazy people throwing life`s fortunes away on slot machines. I always thought he was already in Vegas. I mean because his head should just be placed on the main strip and have the dancing waters pop up out of the two blow holes.

I was once at the Luxor Hotel, by the way, in Vegas and they made us all wait in line for the Nile River ride because Michael arrived with a bunch of kids - I don`t know how he knew them. And it made sense. We weren`t even angry. He belongs on the Nile River ride in Vegas.

ANDERSON: Kareen, Vegas known as a land of second chances. What do you think? Would he hit the jackpot with this or is it too big a gamble?

WYNTER: Oh, gosh. You`re talking about the Jacksons. Sure, it`s a gamble, but you know, you never count him out. They have nine lives and Michael`s been through a few of those lives with all the problems that he`s had really in the last decade. But I agree with everything Michael said, which is a little scary that I agree with him. But you know, you`re right on. This may be the comeback, the comeback of all comebacks if he can commit, but again, I wouldn`t hold my breath on this one either, Brooke. But you know, we`ll have to see.

ANDERSON: We`ll have to see. A number of people have had great success there including Celine Dion, Siegfried and Roy. Maybe Michael is next. Kareen Wynter, Michael Musto, great to see you. Thank you both.

HAMMER: All right. What do you think? Good idea? Bad idea? Is it going to happen? We want to hear from you for our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day - "Michael Jackson: Should he become a Las Vegas act? Let us know what you think by voting at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. If you`ve got more to say, well then by all means E-mail us at showbiztonight@cnn.com.

All right. Brooke, I`ve got to tell you, I cannot get over these shocking threats directed to Hulk Hogan and his family that were caught on tape. Amazing.

ANDERSON: I know, A.J. They are really, really frightening.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE CALLER: You disrespected the wrong (EXPLETIVE DELETED) person. You big mouth (EXPLETIVE DELETED). Now you and your little (EXPLETIVE DELETED) son are going to cry your way through (EXPLETIVE DELETED) jail.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: You have got to stick around to hear these jaw-dropping phone calls. But the question is, who made them? Are Hulk, his wife, daughter and son all in danger? Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with the startling tapes that are going to give you the chills.

ANDERSON: Yes, they will. And a lot of people have been furious with Hulk Hogan. But is Kevin Federline really a better dad than Hulk? Straight ahead, it`s the showbiz daddy report card - Michael Lohan versus Jamie Spears, Hulk versus K-Fed. Who are the best Hollywood dads? You do not want to miss this.

HAMMER: Well, no question about it, "Meet the Press`" Tim Russert was a great dad. And just like everybody, I`m still in shock over his sudden death. Really, really tough to get past this. Well, coming up next, a very special, emotional tribute from Bruce Springsteen. And Tim`s son, Luke, speaks out for the very first time since his father died on Friday.

You can watch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT anytime with our totally free SHOWBIZ TONIGHT podcast. Check it out at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. You can also get it on iTunes. Type "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" into the search box. And playing right now, "Nasty Hollywood divorces: Should these star couples just zip it?" We`re coming right back.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer. Everybody is still so shocked and stunned by the sudden death of the beloved "Meet the Press" anchor, Tim Russert. The tributes have been pouring in. And tonight, some very special words from Bruce Springsteen. Springsteen was one of Russert`s favorite singers.

Well, this weekend at a concert in Wales, before Bruce sang "Thunder Road," he had a very special, emotional dedication. The Boss said, quote, "Tim Russert was an important un-replaceable(ph) in American journalism. He was always a strong voice for honesty and accountability in American government. But beyond that, he was a lovely presence, a good father, husband and good guy."

HAMMER: On Monday`s "Today" show, Luke, Tim`s only son, was overwhelmed by what Springsteen did.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LUKE RUSSERT, TIM RUSSERT`S SON: You can`t say it any better. That just shows what type of guy Bruce Springsteen is and the whole E Street Band. Max Weinberg has been so nice to my family and I through all of this. And I think if any tribute, that`s probably what my dad loves most up there in heaven right now. If he got The Boss to sing "Thunder Road" to him, it can`t get any better than that, right?

HAMMER: No, it can`t. A really classy move by Bruce Springsteen. And by the way, Max, Weinberg, the drummer in E Street band. We all miss Tim a whole lot already, Brooke.

ANDERSON: I do, too. It`s so heartbreaking, A.J. And we`ve got so much more coming up on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I am just totally floored by these startling threats made to Hulk Hogan and his family.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE CALLER: You disrespected the wrong (EXPLETIVE DELETED) person. You big mouth (EXPLETIVE DELETED). Now, you and your little (EXPLETIVE DELETED) son are going to cry your way through (EXPLETIVE DELETED) jail.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Really scary stuff caught on tape. But who made the threats? This is making news right now and it`s coming up next.

HAMMER: Brooke, also making news right now, stunning words about Angelina Jolie. One of TV`s best-known rehab doctors is talking about Angelina using heroin. The thing is, Angelina has never admitted using heroin. So is this totally irresponsible? A lot of people really fired up about this and it is coming up.

ANDERSON: Well, I think Angelina`s boyfriend, Brad Pitt, is a great dad. But is Kevin Federline really better than him? Someone just voted K-Fed Dad of the Year. Tonight, I`m grading the biggest dads in Hollywood, Hulk Hogan, Michael Lohan, Jamie Spears. It`s the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT daddy report card. And let me tell you, I am not holding back one bit.

HAMMER: On SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, the Hogans threatened, absolutely stunning phone calls caught on tape. Who is making the chilling calls? Are the Hogans in danger? Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with the late-breaking twists and turns.

It`s time for a daddy report card. Who`s a better father? Lindsay`s or Britney`s? How does Hulk Hogan stand up against K-Fed? And would you believe someone is calling Kevin Federline Father of the Year? Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is grading the dads.

(MUSIC)

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer, broadcasting tonight and every night from New York City.

And I`m Brooke Anderson, coming to you tonight from Hollywood. This is TV`s most provocative entertainment news show.

HAMMER: Well, tonight, two big Hollywood stories that are new right now, including the really scary threatening phone calls made to Hulk Hogan and his family. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has the shocking tapes. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can also tell you, police are hot on the trail of the caller who threatened Hulk, his wife and his children.

Also new right now, TV rehab doctor, Drew Pinsky, refused to comment today about his outrageous claim where he gave Angelina Jolie advice about her heroin addiction. One problem here, as far as anyone knows, Angelina has never had a heroin addiction.

Joining me tonight from Los Angeles, Atty. Darren Kavinoky. Here in New York, Ashleigh Banfield, host of Tru TV`s "Hollywood Heat." Also in New York, it`s Michael Musto, entertainment columnist for "The Village Voice."

Gang, I want to begin with yet another unbelievable twist in this Hogan drama. Now, police in Clearwater, Florida - that`s where the Hogans have a home - did confirm to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT they`re investigating at least two threatening phone calls that were made to Hulk and his family. Police also confirmed to us that the calls were made by a member of John Graziano`s family, but they wouldn`t say exactly what did it.

Now, Graziano, as you know, was seriously injured in a car crash that ultimately sent Hulk`s son to jail. You`ve got to listen to this.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE CALLER: I don`t know who the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) you think you are, Terrence. But you are nothing. You are nothing. And every Marine, every gangster, every low-life, every crackhead and every (EXPLETIVE DELETED) - they`re going to be looking for you and your little (EXPLETIVE DELETED) kid.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wow! I mean that is scary. You hear the caller refer to Terrence, that`s Hulk`s real name, of course. Darren, should Hulk and his family be worried about this?

KAVINOKY: Yes, that`s some real, old-school, low-life criminal activity that we`re hearing here. And the really frightening thing is that anybody who`s stupid enough to leave this on a voice mail message is probably stupid enough to carry it out.

So I don`t know if the Hulkster was considering a little extra protection or a security detail, but it would probably make sense. It`s much better to have those things and not need them than to need them and not have them. So I would certainly be concerned.

HAMMER: Yes, No question about that. I`ve got to say, I didn`t think this whole mess with the Hogans could get any uglier than it already has. What do you think, Ashleigh? Should Hulk`s family be worried about the calls?

BANFIELD: Yes. I mean I think Darren is spot-on with this one, and I would even go further to suggest if the police have at least told the Hogans who the caller is, they can get a TRO - temporary restraining order, or a PPO - personal protection order. Not that that necessarily stops someone but it does make their activity a whole lot more illegal if they come anywhere near you.

And on top of that, I know they have a whole lot of money, more than most people. And Darren said they could hire their own protection detail. And if the suggestion is mobsters and Marines are coming after them, might not be such a bad idea.

HAMMER: Yes. What do you think, Michael Musto? Are you shocked that somebody would make a call like this to the Hogans? Or does it really just show how passionate and emotional some people have become over this whole mess surrounding their family?

MUSTO: Absolutely, A.J. And I can understand the rage behind this guy`s actions. But it`s a shame that he has to fight violence and stupid behavior with more threats of more violence. Rise above, if you can. Hulk Hogan is a clown figure. He pummels people`s faces for entertainment, Reacting with this kind of phone call is the most damaging phone call, actually, since Hulk Hogan talked to his son Nick in jail and made those disparaging comments.

HAMMER: Yes, no question about that. And what I have to tell you I find even more disturbing is that the caller doesn`t only go after Hulk; he goes after Hulk`s wife and daughter, also. And the caller also says that Nick should actually be attacked by other inmates while he`s in jail for that accident that left John Graziano in a semi-comatose state. Listen to some more of this startling tape.

You and your family - you kept opening your (EXPLETIVE DELETED) mouth. So I`m going to put something in it, (EXPLETIVE DELETED)!

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right, Darren, everybody`s saying Hulk needs to have a bodyguard. Whoever would have thought that Hulk Hogan, a large man, I must say, would actually need protection like that? What does he need to do? Does he need to have a guard post at his house and somebody with him at all times at this point, perhaps packing heat?

KAVINOKY: Well, that would certainly make sense. You know, let`s face it. These calls - really, it`s a crime that we`re hearing here and it could be prosecuted under a variety of different statutes. It could be harassment. It could be stalking. It could be called criminal threats.

And the person who`s making those calls, once their identified, really faces some significant criminal charges that can carry time in jail or time in prison. So I like the idea of making sure that everybody`s protected. That`s certainly a wise course of action to take. And I like Ashleigh`s suggestion about going the extra mile and getting those protective orders, too.

HAMMER: Well, I have to say, you know, as you mentioned, Darren, if somebody was stupid enough to leave that on a voice mail, perhaps they were stupid enough to not block their caller ID. And as I mentioned, police hot on the trail of whoever left this messages.

All right. Moving on right now to some fighting words from TV rehab Dr. Drew Pinsky. He gave a new interview to "Playboy" magazine. And in this thing, it`s unbelievable, Dr. Drew gives his thoughts on Angelina`s past heroin use.

Let me read what he says, quote, "I`m concerned with what`s really going on with Angelina Jolie. I`ve never seen someone remit heroin completely. You`re either still on heroin, OxyContin or something else. Is she still using something? Is she in recovery? I don`t see any evidence of it because people in recovery invest themselves in simple, selfless acts of service, not global self-serving acts."

Well, Angelina has never admitted to heroin use, despite the fact that there have been rumors on the internet for years. Michael Musto, do you find it disturbing that Dr. Drew made this kind of a statement based on really little more than a rumor?

MUSTO: Yes, this guy obviously believes urban myths. He probably thinks Rock Hudson really married Gomer Pyle. He probably believes in all terrible things. Look, he`s going by blind items and trashy tabloids, which I write. But look, don`t go by that kind of stuff, people.

Maybe he`s confusing Botox which perhaps Angelina has injected now and again. And of course, she did carry vials of blood with Billy Bob Thornton. But she is not a heroin addict, never has been. She`s the new Mother Teresa and why won`t people realize that?

HAMMER: And it just seems so irresponsible. Now, we did call Dr. Drew today to ask him to explain why he said what he said. As of show time, he hadn`t responded. So, Ashleigh, it really seems to me to be a little reckless, diagnosing Angelina for a drug addiction she doesn`t even have.

BANFIELD: Reckless, careless - I`m not sure though that it would rise to the level of defamatory because celebrities fall into a whole other category. You have to prove malice and that`s something I don`t necessarily see that with Dr. Drew. I don`t think he does this to be mean or nasty or have blatant disregard. I think he was just careless in the interview. And who knows if Angelina will ever hear about it or respond?

HAMMER: Well, careless, also, as Michael pointed out, because she really has transformed herself. I mean she was that wild child that we all knew years ago. She`s now a global ambassador. But that`s no good, according to Dr. Drew, in this article. He says that people in recovery, as he believes Angelina is, shouldn`t take part in, as he says, global, self- serving acts.

Darren, what do you think? Dr. Drew seems to be attacking her charitable work as self-serving? Does that seem wacky to you?

KAVINOKY: You know, I`m so sad to hear this story because I`m a fan of Dr Drew`s in the sense he`s done a lot of great work for people who really have a problem. But hearing this story is kind of like finding out your really cool, crazy uncle was a Nazi war criminal who`s on the run or something. It just doesn`t make any sense.

And is there anybody besides me who is concerned about the irony here that he`s talking about people in recovery, doing selfless acts and on a private scale? And here he is, a person who deals in recovery all the time, and he`s doing his show "Celebrity Rehab." There seems something incongruous about that.

HAMMER: I`m with you on that. I`ve got to wrap you there. Darren Kavinoky, Ashleigh Banfield and Michael Musto, thank you all.

KAVINOKY: Thanks.

ANDERSON: Question, A.J. Can you believe that somebody`s has named Kevin Federline Father of the Year?

HAMMER: No, I can`t. Not at all.

ANDERSON: Well, me neither. But it is true, and it got us thinking, it`s time for a daddy report card. Who has a better dad, Lindsay or Britney? How does Hulk Hogan stand up against K-Fed? Coming up, we`re grading the dads.

HAMMER: Also, the premiere of "The Dark Knight" is in just a few weeks. I`ve got to tell you, I think this is probably going to be bittersweet since the death of Heath Ledger, one of its stars. But there will be some really special guests at the premiere to remember Heath. We`re going to tell you who`s coming a very long way to be there. And that is coming up.

ANDERSON: Also, remember when Brad Pitt said he and Angelina Jolie wouldn`t get married until everyone who wanted to could legally tie the knot? Well, California is allowing gay couples to get marriage licenses. And I talked to a big star who`s getting one. He`s speaking out about Brad and Angelina`s plan. That`s next.

HAMMER: Remember, you can watch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT video anytime. We`re always posting new stuff for you to watch at our Web site, that`s CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. And among the videos now playing, Angelina Jolie tells all.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HOGAN: There`s nothing more important to me than my children, Nick and Brooke. If I`m overprotective, that`s my greatest fault.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Hulk Hogan may have told CNN`s Larry King that he`s a protective dad, but does that make him a good one?

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

Tonight, a showbiz special report, who`s the daddy? Here`s a Father`s Day shocker. Britney Spears` baby daddy, Kevin Federline, was just honored over the weekend by a Vegas night club with a Father of the Year award? Are you kidding me?

Does that mean K-Fed is a better dad than Hulk Hogan? Is Jamie Spears the best daddy of them all? Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s final exam for Hollywood`s most notorious daddies. Who`s making the grade and who`s headed straight to detention?

With me tonight in New York, clinical psychologist, Dr. Judy Kuriansky, and in Hollywood tonight "MomLogic.com" expert and family therapist, Dr. Shannon Fox.

Dr. Judy, Shannon, thank you both for being here. And I want to kick off our daddy report card with Britney Spears` ex-husband, Kevin Federline. He is the father of Britney`s two children, two-year-old Sean Preston, one- year-old Jayden James. He`s kept the kids and himself out of the spotlight during Britney`s meltdown. I give him maybe an A-minus for effort for that.

But Shannon, does K-Fed pass or fail in your book? How would you grade him?

DR. SHANNON FOX, FAMILY THERAPIST: Well, Brooke, I honestly never thought I would hear myself say these words, but Kevin Federline has turned out to be a good father. I would give him an A-Minus. He`s really stepped up to the plate in a very, very difficult situation. Divorce is always tough on kids.

But he has to deal with an ex-wife who`s been in and out of rehab. She`s had some very, very - really unusual behavior recently. So that`s the mother of his kids. And he`s really stepped up. He`s kept his kids out of the spotlight and I have to applaud him for that.

DR. JUDY KURIANSKY, CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST: Oh, no.

ANDERSON: Dr. Judy, would you agree with that? Very quickly. I know you want to hop in.

KURIANSKY: Absolutely not. You know, that`s called grade inflation, a huge problem in teaching today. Look at what he did to Shar Jackson`s kids and how he abandoned them. No A-minus in my book.

FOX: No (UNINTELLIGIBLE) necessary.

ANDERSON: What would you grade him?

KURIANSKY: It doesn`t matter. With a D for that, you could at most even it out to some C-plus, B-minus.

ANDERSON: OK. No grade inflation for Dr Judy there. All right. Well, also in Las Vegas over the weekend was Britney herself. She was there with her father, Jamie Spears, celebrating Father`s Day. So next in our daddy report card, is Jamie Spears.

You know, we all remember Britney`s wild days, from the head-shaving to the paparazzi frenzy, night after night, to her visit to the psych ward. Things have really calmed down since Jamie became the conservator of her estate. Dr. Judy, what`s your grade here?

KURIANSKY: Well, that`s why he`d eke out a B in my book, but just barely, Brooke, because take a look at what`s happened to his other daughter. She`s in a mess right now with having gotten pregnant. So it`s not just about how he stepped up to the plate with Britney at the last hour, by the way, where was he all the rest of life? A grade has to be based on a whole history of how we`ve behaved and how you are with the other kids and also how you are with the family. And really good fathers don`t get into addictions. And so all these things again have to be taken into account. Jamie, B for me.

ANDERSON: Yes. It`s about being selfless and devoted from the time they`re born and their entire lives.

I do want to move to next on our daddy report card, Lindsay Lohan`s dad, Michael Lohan. He was in jail on various charges, including drunk driving, during much of Lindsay`s crazy days. He told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that her problems were actually his fault.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MICHAEL LOHAN, LINDSAY LOHAN`S FATHER: Soon I was taken out of the equation and she didn`t have her dad there to help her and put my foot down in certain areas of her life where I think it needs to be done now, everything started to fall apart.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: OK. Shannon, what do you think? Do you believe Michael that Lindsay would be better off with her father in her life? What grade do you give him.

FOX: You know, I give Michael Lohan a D-minus. And I do agree with him that her problems are his fault. But not because he`s not involved; because he was involved and setting a terrible example for her all her life.

He`s been in jail recently for assault on his brother-in-law. He`s had plenty of substance abuse issues. Lindsay`s mother has a restraining order against him. He is constantly seeking out the attention that his daughter gets. As soon as he got out of jail, he was right back in her spotlight. He`s all about her reflective glory and that`s unacceptable as a father.

ANDERSON: OK. D-minus from you for Michael Lohan. Well, I do want to get to Hulk Hogan. You know, he and his family all starred together in that reality show, "Hogans Knows Best." But now, a year later, his son, Nick in jail for reckless driving. We`ve heard those jailhouse phone calls where Hulk is telling Nick that he`ll help him get a reality show. Dr. Judy, that`s not good. What grade do you give the Hulk?

KURIANSKY: I`m sorry I`ll give him an F, and that`s tough for me because I`ve been a teacher of graduate students for many, many years. And so it`s hard to give somebody an F. I know that Hulk Hogan is getting sympathy factor. I loved what he said on "LARRY KING" that he said he was spiritual and religious and he would really repent in some ways.

But I don`t think it`s been enough. I think the things that he has said have been awful. And besides that, it is totally unacceptable, his running around with a girl who is the age of his own daughter, keeping that secret - I think all those behaviors are very bad as role models. And who really deserves the Father of the year is a good role model, besides being good to all his kids. So I`m sorry, Hulk Hogan gets an F.

ANDERSON: Hulk Hogan fails in your book. OK. Well, there`s always time for redemption, I feel, for these fathers. So maybe the next time we speak to you both, they will have improved their grades. Dr. Judy Kuriansky, Dr. Shannon Fox, thank you both for your insight.

HAMMER: Well, here are some more stories that are new right now. The family of the late Heath Ledger plan to travel from Australia all the way to New York for the premiere of "The Dark Knight" next month. Ledger played the Joker in the latest edition of the "Batman" franchise. The premiere is just six days before the six-month anniversary of his death.

Well, "American Idol" winner Jordin Sparks is back on tour with Alicia Keys. This is after vocal hemorrhage had her complete vocal rest for weeks. On "Live with Regis and Kelly," Jordin talked about what a scare it was.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JORDIN SPARKS, "AMERICAN IDOL" WINNER: My vocal chord was basically bleeding and it was really crazy. You should see pictures - actually, no, you shouldn`t. But it was very crazy. I was sitting and rehearsing something and all of a sudden I felt my voice wasn`t working. And I was like, "OK, got to get this checked out." And it was crazy. The doctor was just like, "You can`t sing for - you know, until this has healed." And I said, "Just tell me what I need to do so that I can heal it." And three weeks later, he was like, "OK, you`re good."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, I`m happy to hear all is well. Jordin says that after that scare, she really tries to warm up more to keep her voice in shape.

ANDERSON: Remember when Brad Pitt said he and Angelina Jolie wouldn`t get married until everyone who wanted to could legally tie the knot? Well, California is allowing gay couples to get marriage licenses and I talked to a big star who is getting one. He`s speaking out about Brad and Angelina`s plan. That`s next on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

HAMMER: You know, you can watch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT anytime at all. It`s really simple. All you have to do is download our podcast and it won`t cost you a thing because it`s free. You`ll find the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT podcast right there on our Web site at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. You can also download it on iTunes by typing SHOWBIZ TONIGHT into the search box. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is coming straight back.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. You remember George Takei as Mr. Sulu from "Star Trek." And now, he and his partner for 21 years, Brad Altman, are making history. They`re among the first gay men getting a marriage license in California and plan to get married in September.

I sat down with George and Brad and I asked them what they thought about a really strong statement from another celebrity couple. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON (on camera): Brad Pitt has said that he and Angelina Jolie will not marry until everybody who wants to marry is legally able to do so. Now that California has granted that right, is that good enough or should they hold off until every state makes it legal?

GEORGE TAKEI, ACTOR: Well, having taken that principal position, I think they should be consistent to it. And you know, there are a lot of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie fans all over the country. And it`s now up to them to make sure that Brad and Angelina are not living in sin.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Be sure to tune in to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, Tuesday for my full interview with George Takei and his partner, Brad Altman. They are such a great couple, a real pleasure to speak with. And we talked about everything from coming out in Hollywood to why William Shatner isn`t invited to the wedding. That`s Tuesday on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

HAMMER: Oh my. Well, on Friday, we told you about the fascination with Hulk Hogan`s wife dating a much younger guy. I`m talking much younger. We had to ask you to vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day - "Linda Hogan Dating a 19-Year-Old: Will it last."

And I can`t say I`m surprised at all by these results. Look at that. Only four percent of you said yes; 96 percent of you said no.

Let me read a couple of the E-mails, including one from Martha in Indiana who writes, "Who is she kidding? Most of the time when older women date younger men, it does not last."

But we heard from Carol in Michigan who writes, "Linda Hogan is just on the rebound with a young guy. If she is happy, more power to her! Men do this all the time."

You know, that`s pretty much right. And that`s it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. We thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. Hey, remember, you can always catch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on the 11:00s - 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific. And in the morning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern. The latest from "CNN HEADLINE NEWS" is next.
