A.J. HAMMER, CO-HOST: Now, on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, the Jamie Foxx-Miley Cyrus outrage. Tonight, Jamie is speaking out about why he slammed the 16-year- old "Hannah Montana" star. Plus, Marlee`s surprising comments about the Rihanna-Chris Brown drama. It`s the emotional interview you`ll see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

And Hulk Hogan`s jaw-dropping brand-new bombshell. Why Hulk says he could have cut his wife`s throat like O.J. Simpson allegedly did.

TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer, broadcasting tonight and every night from New York City.

BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: Hi there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson, coming to you tonight from Hollywood.

HAMMER: Tonight, a Hulk Hogan-O.J. Simpson shocker. Did Hulk really say he could have handled his messy divorce by turning everything into a crime scene like, quote, "O.J. cutting everybody`s throat? That unbelievable story in just a moment.

ANDERSON: Yes, A.J. But first, tonight, target Miley. Brand-new outrage is spreading over Jamie Foxx and his totally crude attack on 16-year-old Disney star, Miley Cyrus, a rant in which Foxx even suggested the teen make a sex tape.

Now, Foxx is doing a major about-face, saying he meant no harm. But his apology may not be enough to soothe the firestorm sparked by his horrible words. The madness over Miley is making big news right now.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over): Jamie versus Miley. As far as celebrity feuds go, it doesn`t get any stranger.

JAMIE FOXX, ACTOR: Make a sex tape and grow up.

ANDERSON: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you, days after Jamie Foxx`s crude radio rant against 16-year-old Miley Cyrus swept the Web, it appears the Oscar-winning star has learned that launching a vulgar attack on America`s teen sweetheart is not a good career move.

FOXX: I so apologize.

JAY LENO, HOST, "THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JAY LENO": Yes?

FOXX: And this is sincere.

ANDERSON: On "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," a far different-sounding Foxx apologized to Miley.

FOXX: I just want to say I apologize for what I said. I didn`t mean it maliciously.

ANDERSON: But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you everyone from Miley`s famous dad.

MARC MALKIN, "E! ONLINE" COLUMNIST: A close family friend is telling me that Billy Ray is absolutely appalled.

ANDERSON: To the tons of people who`ve called us at SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

CALLER: I am a fan and I think what he said stinks. That was low, Jamie. Low!

ANDERSON: Are furious at Foxx. And though he`s saying, I`m sorry, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you, Jamie has dug himself a very deep foxhole.

MALKIN: I think most people, at this point, are appalled at what Jamie Foxx did.

ANDERSON: The rant started on Sunday`s edition of Fox`s Sirius radio show, "The Foxx Hole."

MALKIN: A caller called in complaining about Miley Cyrus and a remark she made a while ago that she was going to ruin Radiohead because Radiohead refused her invitation to meet her at the Grammies. Well, Jamie and his crew on the radio show went off on her.

ANDERSON: And boy did they. They ripped the "Hannah Montana" star`s appearance.

FOXX: The one with all the gums? She`s got to get a gum transplant.

ANDERSON: And lumped her in with troubled female stars.

FOXX: And make a sex tape and grow up. Get like Britney Spears and do some heroin.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Do like Lindsay Lohan.

FOXX: Do like Lindsay Lohan and start seeing a lesbian, get some crack in your pipe.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: So we can start respecting you as an artist.

FOXX: Get chlamydia on the bicycle seat.

ANDERSON: Foxx`s vulgar rant hit the Net and spread like wildfire, sparking tons of outrage, and even kicking off a major debate on "The View".

JOY BEHAR, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": What did he say, really? He was kidding.

ELISABETH HASSELBECK, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": First, he made fun of her gums.

SHERRI SHEPHERD, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": I think that kids should be off- limits. I really do. The girl - she`s 16 years old.

ANDERSON: "E-News Online`s" Marc Malkin tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that Miley`s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, was steamed.

MALKIN: He finds no humor in what Jamie did. The Cyrus family are big fans of Jamie, and they do not understand why he would go after Miley, especially since Jamie has his own teenage daughter.

FOXX: I`ve got a daughter too, and so I completely understand.

LENO: And this has really been bothering you.

FOXX: This has really bothered me.

ANDERSON: Indeed, during his apology on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," Foxx acknowledged he went too far.

FOXX: You know, I`m a comedian.

LENO: I know that.

FOXX: You know that?

LENO: I know that...

FOXX: You know my heart. I apologize, Miley.

LENO: ... so I know you`re a good guy.

FOXX: So Miley, what can I - Miley, I apologize. I`ll call you.

LENO: I think that that`s sincere, right?

ANDERSON: But "E`s" Marc Malkin tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, don`t expect the Cyrus family to say anything much on this issue.

MALKIN: From what I understand, Billy Ray, Miley - no one in the Cyrus family is going to say anything publicly because they do not want this to escalate. They just want it to go away.

ANDERSON: In fact, Miley may have already said all what she`s going to say.

MALKIN: On her Twitter page, she did post, "If you don`t have anything nice to say, don`t say anything at all."

ANDERSON: Good teen advice that certain 41-year-old Oscar winners could take as well.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

And now we want to hear from you. It is our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day - "Jamie Foxx Slams Miley Cyrus: Should making fun of the 16- year-old star be off-limits?" Vote at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. E-mail us - there`s the address - showbiztonight@cnn.com.

HAMMER: Tonight, this is amazing. Hulk`s O.J. Outrage. In an explosive new interview, Hulk Hogan unleashes his anger over his bitter divorce. In the new issue of "Rolling Stone" magazine, the wrestling and reality show star says he was so upset seeing his ex-wife Linda and her 19-year-old boyfriend together that he could have cut their throats like O.J. Simpson allegedly did to his ex-wife, Nicole Brown. Wow! Has Hulk Hogan gone way too far?

Joining me tonight from Hollywood is Carlos Diaz who is a correspondent for "Extra." And in New York tonight is Lisa Bloom who is the anchor for the legal network, "In Session."

All right, guys. I have got to read to you what Hulk Hogan said. I just find it so completely outrageous. Here`s what he tells "Rolling Stone" magazine, quote, "I could have turned everything into a crime scene, like O.J., cutting everybody`s throat. You see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed with your wife. I mean, I totally understand O.J. I get it."

Holy molly. Now, of course, O.J. was not convicted in the criminal trial for his ex-wife`s murder. But, wow, that is an incredibly shocking thing for him to have said. Lisa Bloom, how stupid was this?

LISA BLOOM, ANCHOR, "IN SESSION": Oh, it`s really stupid. I mean, look at it this way - either he`s serious, in which way he thinks like a violent psychopath, or he`s joking, in which case he owes the Browns and the Goldman`s a big apology. I mean, this is not a joking matter to two families who had family members murdered violently and are still reeling from it.

HAMMER: Yes. That is a sense of humor I can`t get with. Linda Bollea released a statement to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Here`s what Linda is saying - this is Hulk`s wife, "Hulk`s serial cheating destroyed our marriage, our family, and our future. Sadly, his recent comments remind us that his definition of fair is much different than what the law dictates."

Carlos Diaz, off to you, it is certainly understandable that Hulk could be jealous of his wife and a 19-year-old. But, really, come on, is there any justification for what he said?

CARLOS DIAZ, CORRESPONDENT, "EXTRA": Not at all. And it`s despicable. When I read these quotes this morning, I could not believe what I was reading. I mean, that`s borderline - that`s psychopathic. You say to yourself, what`s going on in his head. Yes, he should be upset if there`s a 19-year-old kid driving his SUV, you know, living and sleeping in his bed.

But you don`t say those things. And it wasn`t a live interview. It was a magazine interview. He can have called them back and said, "You know what, don`t print that. I didn`t mean what I said."

HAMMER: Yes. This is exactly right. He went on the record and just put it all out there. Now, we also heard from Linda`s rep, who tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT this, quote, "We have always maintained that the fear that Linda has had to live with comes from the rage and instability much too often associated with pro-wrestlers."

So it`s clear, Hulk and Linda are far from over with this nasty divorce. And we do know that people say things in the heat of the moment that they don`t mean sometimes. You know, who knows what was going on when he was giving this interview, very passionately? But Lisa, I`ve got to ask you this. Given Hulk`s words and this rage that Linda`s rep refers to, should Linda actually be concerned for her safety?

BLOOM: I think she should. Anybody who would say such a thing does have violent tendencies. And look at the language he uses. It`s the language of control, "my wife, my Escalade, my pool." You know, these aren`t his items anymore, if they ever were. She`s free to live her life as she sees fit. She`s free to have a new boyfriend. Apparently, he doesn`t get that.

HAMMER: Well, beyond that, we also heard some pretty shocking things about his state of mind, because Hogan also admits in "The Rolling Stone" article that when Linda, his wife of 23 years, got up and left and had the kids in tow, he actually thought about committing suicide.

Here`s what he told "Rolling Stone" about that, quote, "I was drinking, eating Xanax. I couldn`t sleep. I was in a trance. I was walking around the house with everyone gone, going, `Where did everybody go? How did this happen?` I got crazy."

Now, here`s the sad, sad truth. This is a man who is a cultural icon. He was beloved by so many people. Carlos, the fact that he was such a hero to kids and adults around the world, really makes it all the more shocking, doesn`t it?

DIAZ: Well, if his wife`s claims are true that he did cheat his way out of the marriage, well, that`s where everybody went. I mean, you basically forced everyone out with your cheating, if what your wife saying is true.

But A.J., I completely agree - I`ve interviewed Hulk Hogan several times. He`s come into "Extra." He`s a charismatic guy.

HAMMER: Yes.

DIAZ: Everyone loves him. And you can`t believe that he feels this way behind the scenes, like he`s almost suicidal.

HAMMER: No. It`s sad and now, additionally, it`s scary. Carlos Diaz, Lisa Bloom, thanks, guys. Appreciate it.

ANDERSON: Hey, A.J., I know we`ve been talking about the octomom possibly getting a reality TV show.

HAMMER: Yes. And Brooke, understandably, a lot of people just fired up about that on both sides.

ANDERSON: That`s right. And tonight, I can tell you that it could be very close to happening and the details behind this octomom reality show are so shocking. In fact, this show might stick around for about 20 years. I`m serious - 20. The brand-new details, coming up.

And also, this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MARLEE MATLIN, ACTRESS (through translator): I remember thinking, what the hell am I doing? I mean, no one has ever treated me this way.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Marlee Matlin`s explosive confessions about being abused by her superstar ex. Plus, Marlee opens up to me about using drugs. It is an emotional interview and you will see it only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

ANDERSON: And what Bo knows. Tonight, we`re getting into the mind of the first dog. What does he really think of all the attention that he`s getting? You don`t want to miss this. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

HAMMER: And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news right now.

TEXT: Adam Sandler is named the most valuable comedian. "Law & Order: SVU" renewed, not clear if Mariska Hargitay and Chris Meloni will be back.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There`s too many people.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Not yet.

BARACK OBAMA, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES: It is spectacular. And well-deserved. He`s a star. He`s got star quality.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: President Obama showing off his family`s brand-new Portuguese water dog, Bo, at the White House, and revealing that Bo is definitely ready for the paparazzi.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. Now, more on this first dog frenzy. So we are all excited about meeting Bo, but what`s it really like for him? Wouldn`t it be cool if we could get into the mind of the first dog and find out what he thinks about all this attention?

Here`s CNN`s Jeanne Moos with what Bo knows for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT: You can see who comes first in this first family. All these reporters came just to see me. They`re the ones who had to be restrained, not the first dog. The press was asking dumb questions like whether I`ve had an accident yet and where I`ll sleep.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Going to be in a bed?

B. OBAMA: Not in my bed.

MOOS: My new master thinks his economic speech Tuesday was the big news.

OBAMA: The stakes are too high.

MOOS: My master says steaks - too expensive? I thought I could eat anything here at the White House. Being a Portuguese water dog, I`ve had to put up with a lot of jokes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No, no, no. Now, you get a damn foreign dog.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Worse (INAUDIBLE) - European.

MOOS: My breed has been examined from every angle, though what Sasha says is true.

SASHA OBAMA, OBAMA`S DAUGHTER: He doesn`t know how to swim.

MOOS: I guess I`ll learn in the White House pool. My breeder even posted my alleged baby picture. my relatives have been harassed by the press.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We got exclusive access to Crissey, Bo`s sister.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is the mother.

MOOS (on camera): Throw those press hounds some bones.

(voice-over): Malia said this about me to the president.

B. OBAMA: He`s perfect.

MOOS: But the press insists on exposing other Portuguese dog`s bad habits.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He steals all the magnets off my refrigerator.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She used to get in my sink and pull the drain out of the sink because food gets stuck in there.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: They will eat your house.

MOOS: Or at least vegetables from of the White House garden.

B. OBAMA: Portuguese water dogs like tomatoes.

MOOS: People are complaining about the name Sasha and Malia gave me. They say I`ll be confused that Bo is too close to "no."

(on camera): No, Bo. Bo, no.

(voice-over): She could whack the people impersonating me on Twitter. People are already cashing with Bo T-shirts and a "Bo Obama, a dog we can believe in" mouse pad. At this point, Sasha`s more interested in me than her big deal dad. No matter what, this first dog is never going to wear one of those lion cuts, and I don`t care if my master is the president. That doesn`t mean I`m saying his name.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Say Obama.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: So cute. That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

HAMMER: Yes, Brooke, I don`t know if you`re aware of this, but there has been a lot of barking and growling going on the "Showbiz on Call" phone lines. Now, our "Showbiz on Call" operators - they are so doggone busy fielding so many fired-up calls about Jamie Foxx slamming 16-year-old "Hannah Montana" star Miley Cyrus.

ANDERSON: You`re right, A.J. And listen to this call from Amaya in Florida who wants people to boycott Jamie Foxx.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

CALLER: I`m calling for a boycott of Jamie Foxx`s new movie. I think it`s atrocious what he had to say about Miley Cyrus on his radio show. It was very unprofessional. Let`s remember, people, she`s only a 16 1/2-year-old girl. And for him to say those things about her was outrageous.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: Thank you, Amaya. We also heard from Missy calling in from Ohio who says, "So what? Who cares?"

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

CALLER: I don`t see a problem with what Jamie Foxx said. That`s his opinion. Hey, you know, you call it like you see it. Miley is living a pretty wild life. She`s not that innocent little girl the media wanted to portray her as. So I don`t have a problem with what he said. I`m a fan of Jamie Foxx and I stand with him.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Thank you for that, Missy. You call us at "Showbiz on Call." Let us know what you think about this or anything else that is on your mind. The "Showbiz on Call" phone lines, open 24/7, 1-888-SBT-BUZZ; 1-888- 728-2899. Simply leave a voicemail. We`ll play some of your calls right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

And your calls to "Showbiz on Call" are also now online. That`s on our home page, CNN.com/ShowbizTonight.

HAMMER: Brooke, I`ve got to tell you, I love Marlee Matlin. Today, though, I learned some truly frightening things about her. This stuff is unbelievable.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MATLIN (through translator): I remember thinking, what the hell am I doing? I mean, no one has ever treated me this way.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Marlee opens up to me about being abused by her superstar ex- boyfriend. Even her struggle with drugs. You definitely do not want to miss this. My emotional interview with Marlee Matlin. You`ll see it only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, coming up.

ANDERSON: Also tonight, the brand-new octomom reality show shocker. We`ve been talking about this for a long time, but tonight I can tell you that Nadya Suleman could be even closer to getting a reality show. And the details are staggering. Let`s just say if this show happens, it might be around for 20 years or so.

HAMMER: Oh, no. And the take-no-prisoners showdown between Ashton Kutcher and Larry King. Why these two are going at it. Hey, play nice, guys. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

ANDERSON: And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news right now.

TEXT: Leonardo DiCaprio will auction stuff on eBay to support Global Green USA. Ellen DeGeneres will auction off her clothes on eBay to support Humane Society.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. Here are some more stories making news right now.

This morning on "The View," Elisabeth Hasselbeck said she is fine after being hit by a bike messenger in New York. The pregnant co-host was trying to grab a cab when the guy hit her and ran. Elisabeth said after it happened, she sent a message from her phone to her husband and then posted an update on her Twitter page saying, quote, "The belly is OK."

HAMMER: Well, thank goodness for Twitter. And speaking of Twitter, tonight, Larry King taking on Ashton Kutcher in an all-out Twitter showdown. Ashton issued a challenge saying he could get 1 million people following his page before the network could. Well, tonight, Larry King is stepping into the ring and telling Ashton, "Dude, bring it on." Take a look at Ashton`s challenge.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ASHTON KUTCHER, ACTOR: If I beat CNN to 1 million followers, I will literally go and ding dong ditch Ted Turner`s house while I`m in Atlanta. I`m going to be in Atlanta shooting my movie, and while I`m there, if I beat CNN to 1 million followers, I will ding dong ditch Ted Turner`s house and I`ll video it and post the video of me ding dong ditching Ted Turner`s house.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. By the way, ding dong ditching is, you know, when you ring somebody`s doorbell and then run away. Well, here`s CNN`s own Larry King. Larry is fired up.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LARRY KING, HOST, "LARRY KING LIVE": Hey, Kutcher. I got your message. It`s Larry King. Do I have to tell you who I am? Anyway, are you putting me on? Are you kidding? Do you think you can take on an entire network? Do you know how big we are? Do you know what CNN is?

Kutcher, you`re playing out of your field. You`re in another time zone. This isn`t going to work. CNN will bury you. But we won`t take any ads saying we buried Kutcher. What would be the big deal in that?

But I`m proud to say that I`ll participate in anything you want. You come on my show, I`ll go on your Twitter or whatever it is you do. Now, if you want to give something or do something crude to Ted Turner, I hope you know that he doesn`t run this network anymore. Some people think that, but he doesn`t.

However, he`s a good friend. There`s a strong possibility he would participate. If you ring his bell, there`s also a strong possibility that he`ll send some bison to your house. The man takes strong repercussions.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. And Ashton, you`d better watch out, because those bison are pretty big.

ANDERSON: Yes, they are, A.J. And you know, I wonder how many people are following the octomom on Twitter.

Now, the SHOWBIZ lineup. Here`s what`s coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

The brand-new octomom reality show shocker. Yes, she could be even closer to getting one and it could be around for, get this, the next 20 years.

And the octomom, not the only one doing the reality show thing. Impeached Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, yes, him too. Incredible.

Also, Marlee Matlin`s stunning confessions about being abused by a superstar boyfriend. Plus, Marlee opens up about the Chris Brown-Rihanna drama. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

HAMMER: Now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news right now.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Now, on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, the brand-new octomom reality show shocker. Is the octomom even closer to getting a reality show? And if so, will it be around for 20 years? Are you kidding me?

Also, this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MATLIN (through translator): I remember thinking, what the hell am I doing? I mean, no one has ever treated me this way.

Plus, more stories breaking from the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker."

TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer, broadcasting tonight and every night from New York City.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson, coming to you tonight from Hollywood. And tonight, the octoreality bombshell. Just as we get a first look at all eight octuplets together at home with their mom. New tonight, brand-new details about a reported octoreality show deal in the works. Will Nadya Suleman and her 14 kids really be on TV for 18 years?

And the octomom, not only one cashing in on their infamous image. Impeached Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich is facing federal charges for allegedly trying to sell Barack Obama`s Senate seat. But first, he could be heading to Costa Rica for a reality show. Are you kidding me?

And jailed football star Michael Vick is shopping a post-prison reality show of his own. Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is asking, is reality the new image rehab?

With me tonight from New York is Jane Velez-Mitchell. She`s the host of the fabulous show, "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL." It can be seen weeknights at 7:00 p.m. Eastern right here on HLN. And Ben Widdicombe, who is the celebrity editor for StyleList.com.

Hey, Jane, Ben, two days after Nadya Suleman welcomed her final octuplet home from the hospital, she is said to be no negotiations for a reality TV show that will air - drumroll, please - in England. Nadya Suleman reportedly tells "Life and Style" magazine that the show will follow her and her 14 kids until the octuplets are, get this, 18 years old.

Jane, cameras for the next 18 years. Does that just blow your mind?

JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HOST, "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL": Well, nothing blows my mind, Brooke, when you start with a totally inappropriate premise of having 14 kids. It`s off to the races after that.

ANDERSON: That`s true.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: But this is disgusting. She is now effectively turning her children into lab rats for the entire world to study. Because, you know what, if they like it in England, you know it`s going to run in syndication somewhere here in the United States.

And for 18 years, what do teenagers crave more than anything else? Their own privacy. That`s how they develop psychologically and emotionally. She`s robbing them of that. And she`s turning these kids into commodities. Are they going to make any money off it? Do they have any say in it? No, it`s all for her.

ANDERSON: If she cuts this deal, check out how it will play out. The octomom`s reality producers will reportedly film her six times a year until the octuplets are, as we said, 18 years old. Suleman insists it would be a documentary series and not a reality show.

Ben, does it make it any better that they won`t be there 24/7, 365 days a year? Or is the possibility still outrageous?

BEN WIDDICOMBE, CELEBRITY EDITOR, "STYLELIST.COM": No, in some ways, it`s worse that she`s mortgaging her own family`s privacy for the next 18 years. I mean, clearly, Nadya is a woman who doesn`t always make the best choices for herself or her family. But I think Jane hit the nail on the head. It`s one thing not to give a 5-year-old a choice as to whether they`re going to be on television or not. But when they`re 12, 13, 15 - you know, those kids have to be allowed to protect themselves and not be shanghaied into this project because mom signed a contract.

ANDERSON: Yes. And you know, no doubt she needs the resources, but as Jane said, she`s got to be careful not to turn the kids into commodities. And with this new reality show set to begin, six kids, eight newborns, to say that Nadya Suleman has her hands full is the understatement of the year. Check out her latest video diary on "Radar Online" as she tries to introduce us to all eight babies.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SULEMAN: Here we have Makai, and the one crying right now who just came - Jonah. And then the right there is - who`s that? That`s Nariyah. And this is Maliyah. This is Isaiah. This is Noah. Jeremiah is right here and that`s Makai.

This is Nariyah. This one`s Jeremiah. Nevertheless, they`re all here. And they`re all extremely healthy. And they have really, really good lungs. (INAUDIBLE).

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Granted, they are beautiful babies, just precious. But, Jane, is it just totally shocking and kind of freaky at the same time, to see all of those little babies on her lap. Do you think that the Brits will tune into the octomom reality show, just like people are already glued to her every move?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, you heard that little baby crying - you know what makes for bad television, calm, polite, well-balanced behavior. You know what makes for good television - I don`t care if this is a documentary or a reality show - drama, dysfunction, embarrassment.

Who, as a child, hasn`t done something embarrassing? Those TV cameras are going to zoom in on that, making these kids shame-based about things that should just be normal, developmental experiences.

This is exploitation. And you know what, Brooke, she said it herself, when she was asked on camera, "Will you have a reality show? She said, "No. That would be exploitation." Those were her words.

ANDERSON: Yes. She`s trying to couch it by saying it`s documentary style. You`re right, Jane. And I do want to move quickly now, to another soon-to- be reality star, Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. Now, this guy just pleaded not guilty to trying to sell Barack Obama`s Senate seat.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has learned NBC wants Blago to go on the reality show, "I`m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here" in Costa Rica. Now, NBC says he`s already signed on, but there is only, you know, one little glitch. He`s got to convince the judge that he should be allowed to leave the country.

Ben, this guy still in a heap of legal trouble. Is it completely shocking that he would even consider doing a reality show? I mean, it doesn`t seem like it will help him.

WIDDICOMBE: Well, you know, it can`t hurt. They used to say that patriotism was the last refuge of the scoundrel, but now it`s the reality show is last refuge. He really has two options. He can write a book or he can do a reality TV. I don`t think he has enough credibility that anyone would buy that book. So really, public buffoonery for money is his only option right now.

ANDERSON: Jane, very quickly, 10 seconds, is reality TV the new image rehab?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes, obviously. And I think that it`s appropriate in sort of buffoonery cases, perhaps. But definitely not in the case of Michael Vick. That guy killed dogs. That`s sadistic and he does not deserve a reality show, for money, especially.

ANDERSON: We will see if it happens if he`s rewarded with a job and with money through that reality show. Jane Velez-Mitchell, Ben Widdicombe, thank you both.

HAMMER: All right, Brooke. I adore Marlee Matlin, but she really is shocking a lot of people with her very candid confessions.

SHARON STONE, ACTRESS: And it was just, really very much, by the grace of God that I survived.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: An emotional Sharon Stone tells CNN`s Larry King that she suffered a head injury similar to the one that caused Natasha Richardson`s tragic death. But how did she survive? Sharon reveals her dramatic story, coming up.

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. Tonight, it`s Marlee Matlin`s dramatic new confessions to me. The Oscar- winning star is making big headlines with her new book called "I`ll Scream Later" in which she reveals she was abused by superstar William Hurt.

But when I sat down with Marlee earlier today, she revealed for the very first time what she thinks of William Hurt`s brand-new reaction to her allegations of abuse. Marlee also shared with me her unique take on the Chris Brown-Rihanna drama, and she told me why she decided to finally tell her story some 20 years later.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MATLIN (through translator): It really was cathartic. At the same time, I`m a mother of four kids and my eldest is 13. And 13 is where I started everything that was in my life, having to do with drugs. And so watching her grow up brought it - just as any parent would, brought it back to me and I wanted to make sure that they would have a better life than I did.

And naturally, at the same time, I saw things that were going on out there, for example, with Rihanna and Chris Brown, knowing that this kind of stuff still occurs. So I wanted to bring it to light.

HAMMER (on camera): It certainly still occurs, but usually it occurs in a very public way. Now, when you were having a lot of your troubles, this was really when your career was taking off. You were coming off of your Oscar-winning performance in "Children of a Lesser God," and you`re going into rehab. And you had abuse going on and all sorts of things. Yet, you were able to keep it hidden which, by today`s standards, is remarkable. How did you do that?

MATLIN: Well, I mean, I was told not to tell. I was told to keep it a secret. I was sort of ordered - and I didn`t know how to deal with it. I was 19 and William Hurt was 35.

And I was in the middle of a drug addiction and I didn`t talk about it as well because I didn`t want to get in trouble. And it`s just the thing that I wasn`t educated that it was OK to ask for help. I was a drug addict and it overtook my life.

HAMMER: One thing that certainly has gotten a lot of attention since you`ve been out talking about the book is the admission of the abuse by William Hurt in that relationship some 20 years ago. You guys were involved for two years. There was drug abuse involved at that time.

When this was going on, when the abuse was going on, Marlee, did you immediately recognize, hey, something is not right about what`s happening here? Or did it take a little while to click?

MATLIN: No. No, no. Again, I wasn`t aware of it at the time that I should be talking about it. I just wasn`t ready to talk about it. I just wasn`t ready.

HAMMER: But when it was going on, did you recognize that it was a bad thing that was going on? Because we hear from a lot of abused people, they don`t know that.

MATLIN: You know what, that`s a good question. That`s a very good question. I was young. The drugs, again, as I said, were overtaking my life. And I thought - you know what? I knew it wasn`t right.

But naturally, being a person who is in that mind-set, when you`re with somebody who shows you love and they be it goes back and forth and back and forth and I`m thinking, wait a minute, there`s a loving relationship here. Obviously, there`s something that`s positive. He`s taking care of me, but at the same - and he`s giving me attention. But it`s all for the wrong reasons, you know.

HAMMER: Did you blame yourself?

MATLIN: Absolutely. I remember thinking, what the hell am I doing? I mean, no one has ever treated me this way. And I didn`t know how to get out. I didn`t know who to talk to. But now, I have a big mouth and I talk. Well, and I`m saying - not like the book title. I`m screaming now.

HAMMER: I loved your acknowledgement to him in the back of the book. You acknowledge all of these people who had a big impact on your life and William Hurt is right there. I`d like to read the acknowledgment that you wrote. You say, quote, "Despite the good times and the tough times, I could not be where I am without having known you" - that to William Hurt. So do you forgive him?

MATLIN: You know, you have to forgive in life. You have to forgive. I do forgive. I hesitantly forgive, but I don`t forget. There are things you can`t - there are things you can`t dwell on.

HAMMER: I do want to read the reaction that William Hurt has given to what you say in the book. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT did reach out to him and here`s what he said, quote, "My own recollection is that we both apologized and both did a great deal to heal our lives. Of course, I did and do apologize for any pain I caused. And I know we have both grown. I wish Marlee and her family nothing but good." How do you react?

MATLIN: My only reaction is that I wish he would have spoken for himself. I don`t think he should have put in the "we."

HAMMER: And it shouldn`t even taken you coming out with this book and talking about it for him to come forward.

Matlin: Absolutely. Absolutely.

HAMMER: Do you think his statement, then, does serve as this public admission that he did abuse you?

MATLIN: I think it`s sincere. I think it`s sincere. I`m grateful that he did that. But the "we" thing bothers me a little bit more. But, at the same time, you know what, he stepped up to the plate, so what can you say?

HAMMER: Obviously, as you know, domestic abuse getting a lot of attention because of Chris Brown and Rihanna and what has happened with them. And Rihanna got a lot of criticism for getting back together with Chris not long after he allegedly abused her. A lot of people just couldn`t understand why she would do such a thing. As someone who comes from abuse, do you understand?

MATLIN: I understand. I left Bill a lot of times. He left me a lot of times. I shouldn`t speak for him. I take that back. I left him a lot of times, but I went back. And my intentions were - I was young, I was in love. He was a movie star, and he treated me with - I mean, he gave me everything. He gave me everything.

And I fell for that. And I did think, "Well, you know what? I got a career to think about. And oh, my god, where am I going to live and who are going to be my friends if I left him?

You know, you get wrapped up in this little, weird mind-set. And it`s not real. It`s almost like you`re in some sort of strange little world. And it`s a very unhealthy way of thinking.

And it`s - Rihanna is also very young. And she has everything going for her, and she has fame, she has a career, she has money. I mean, she`s got a - she`s beautiful. She`s got family and friends. And all I can say is - you know what? There are people that are just - that she can put in her life that don`t necessarily treat her the same way.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All I can say is, what a remarkable woman. Marlee Matlin`s new book is fantastic. A great read. It`s called "I`ll Scream Later." It`s in stores now.

ANDERSON: Tonight, Sharon Stone`s startling revelation she suffered a head injury similar to the one that caused Natasha Richardson`s death. Richardson died after falling while skiing outside Montreal.

Sharon, who worked closely with Richardson as a fundraiser for the AIDS research organization AMFAR told CNN`s Larry King she nearly died from a brain injury like Natasha`s.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

STONE: My vertebral artery tore and I hemorrhaged into my brain. And at first, they missed it, so I ended up bleeding into my brain for a very long time before - nine days, in fact, before they understood what was happening to me.

It`s my understanding that what happened to Natasha was not dissimilar, that she had something happen in a similar way and that, at first, didn`t understand the severity of what happened. And by the time that they did, she had an irreparable damage to her brain. And it was just too late for them to fix it.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Stone says Richardson worked tirelessly for AMFAR. And the organization will work even harder in honor of her memory.

HAMMER: All right. Tonight, is Tori Spelling battling an eating disorder? Tori sets the record straight and she fires back at her mom who claims Tori won`t return her calls and won`t let her see her grandkids. Is thing ever going to end? The fiery Spelling feud continues, next.

ANDERSON: And now, more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news right now.

The Michael Jackson memorabilia auction has been canceled. Let`s just say Jackson was not thrilled about the auction. He took legal action against the auction house selling his most prized possessions. Both sides have agreed to keep the items on display. But eventually, Jackson will get his stuff back.

And mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest female in Hollywood? In a brand-new "Vanity Fair" poll, Angelina Jolie wins the title of the most beautiful woman in the world by a landslide. Falling way behind in second place, supermodel Gisele Bundchen and in third, the lovely Halle Berry. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Thank you. Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer. Tonight Tori Spelling strikes back. Yes, in a brand-new interview, Tori is revealing if she`s finally make up with her mom. And she`s setting the record straight on whether she`s battling an eating disorder.

Now, Tori has been publicly feuding with her estranged mother Candy since her dad, legendary TV producer Aaron Spelling died. Candy claims that Tori ignores her E-mails and her phone calls and does not let her see her grandkids.

Well, from what Tori said this morning on "The View," it doesn`t look like this family feud is going to end any time soon.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BARBARA WALTERS, CO-HOST AND EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, "THE VIEW": Why don`t you just pick up the telephone and call your mother?

TORI SPELLING, ACTRESS: You know what, it`s really about at this point, I think, the children. And if she would like to be in their lives and be a presence in their lives, I would love that. But I really feel if she is serious about it, then she needs to reach out and, you know, she has my phone number. She has my E-mail. She knows where I live. She could write me a letter.

WALTERS: Yes, but you`re the kid, so why not call the mommy?

BEHAR: Why not the mother call? You both seem very prideful, it seems to me. Both of you are very prideful on this. I`m not going to call. Let her call. She`ll call. It`s baloney. Life is short, Tori.

SPELLING: I hear you. But I`m - no, understand that. I do. I really do. And you know, it`s a lot more complicated than it actually seems, you know, just talking out loud. But I`m not actively seeking a relationship with my mother. But if she wants to be an active grandparent, I would love that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right. Tori slammed reports that she`s battling anorexia saying people just have a short memory.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WALTERS: You did say in "People" magazine that you are not an anorexic?

SPELLING: I`m not.

WALTERS: OK.

BEHAR: You`re just skinny?

SPELLING: I`m just.

(CROSS TALK)

You know what I think? People don`t remember what I looked like not pregnant. I`m sure you had that problem going back. Yes, it`s just 2 1/2 years - I`ve been pregnant.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, when she was asked what her father would think of this whole feud, Tori said that he would want the whole family to be together.

ANDERSON: On Tuesday, we asked you to vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day. It was - "Mel Gibson`s Divorce: Should his wife get half his fortune?" 74 percent of you say yes, she should; 26 percent say no.

Here are the e-mails we received. Chelly from New York writes, "Mel Gibson and his wife were married for 28 years. It wasn`t his wealth, it was their wealth. She has earned half."

Sandra from Maryland: "Half, half of what? And why? Twenty-eight years and that means Mel owes her something? I think not."

HAMMER: Well, that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thanks for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
