But wait, Mel`s divorce from his wife of nearly 30 years isn`t even final yet. The drunk driving, the anti-Semitic rants - and now this? Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT asks, Mel`s date debut - dumb move or no big deal?

Sex and the kiddies? Tonight, Sarah Jessica Parker is becoming a mom, again, at 44, by surrogate, and it`s twins. Will SJP inspire women everywhere? And will this finally put reports of her split from Matthew Broderick to rest?

HAMMER: And, President Obama`s first 100 days funnies. His most outrageous, his biggest mess-ups, caught on tape.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BARACK OBAMA, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES: I jumped the gun here. Go ahead and move it up.

TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer, broadcasting tonight and every night from New York City.

Tonight, the brand-new Mel Gibson divorce shocker just weeks after the big Mel divorce news that could cost him as much as a reported $500 million. Well, Gibson is now showing off his own lethal weapon. The mysterious drop-dead gorgeous Russian singer who goes by the name of Oksana.

Now, for the very first time, Mel is going public with Oksana, and I do mean public. Wait until you see where Mel and his belle showed up. Because tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is ready to reveal the story that is making big news right now.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

Meet Mel`s new belle. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT brings you this first ever look at Mel Gibson and his new girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva at the premiere of "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" in Hollywood. It`s their first public appearance together since Gibson`s wife of 28 years filed for divorce just 2 1/2 weeks ago. And it sent tongues wagging in Hollywood.

MELANIE BROMLEY, "US WEEKLY" MAGAZINE: Now, there are reports about Mel having a new girlfriend. But nobody was expecting Mel and his new girlfriend to turn up on a red carpet in Los Angeles.

HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT brings you all the details on Mel`s mysterious new lady. And the big question, is stepping out with a new woman so soon after announcing his divorce really a good idea, especially when that divorce could be Hollywood`s biggest ever?

Melanie Bromley of "Us" magazine tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT about Mel`s new lady.

BROMLEY: Mel`s new girlfriend, Oksana, is 38 years old and she is a musician. And she was hired by Mel to work on his film "Edge of Darkness."

HAMMER: And dating Mad Max is probably no big deal for Oksana. She used to date James Bond.

BROMLEY: She used to be with Timothy Dalton and she actually has an 11- year-old son with him. So she has dated high-profile people before.

HAMMER: The debut of Mel`s new girlfriend clears up a major mystery about the movie star`s love life lately. Last month, "Radar Online" published photos of Gibson frolicking on a beach a woman whom tabloids identified only as Oksana. And before you could say conspiracy theory, every Russian woman with that name was being linked to Mel.

BROMLEY: There was another Oksana who spoke to the British tabloids and kind of actually came out and spoke about how strong her relationship with Mel was and her hopes for the future and how the union was perfect. And she actually - it turned out, it was the wrong Oksana.

HAMMER: But now that the real Oksana has finally stood up, the question is, will she affect his potentially record-breaking divorce?

BROMLEY: Mel`s divorce with Robyn is potentially and probably going to be Hollywood`s biggest divorce. This is $900 million at stake. As far as we know, the divorce between Mel and Robyn is quite amicable and problem-free. They`ve got seven kids together and they are being respectful of that.

But who knows now whether with Mel walking out on the red carpet with his new girlfriend so soon after announcing his divorce, whether that`s going to affect anything.

HAMMER: Even though Robyn Gibson filed for divorce from Mel earlier this month, the couple had been secretly separated for three years. And now that Gibson is apparently dating again, his representative tells "People" magazine, quote, "Mel has been single for almost three years and it`s nice to see him getting out and enjoying himself." But will his ex or his fans see it that way?

BROMLEY: People are asking, is it too soon? Is it disrespectful to his wife that he is still married to? Was it a wrong PR move for Mel to make? And time will tell as far as what the public`s opinion of that will be.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Well, Mel`s bombshell date is causing an explosive debate. Did Mel step out too soon with his new girlfriend? And will this guarantee that Mel`s soon-to-be-ex-wife will get a reported $500 million settlement? We`ve got the great Gibson divorce debate coming up on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Well, tonight, Sarah`s surrogate pregnancy. The brand-new and startling news Sarah Jessica Parker is becoming a mom again at the age of 44. But she is not pregnant. She and her husband, Matthew Broderick, are expecting twin girls, and the babies are being carried by a surrogate mother.

Will she inspire women everywhere? And will this finally put to rest those reports that her marriage is on the rocks?

Joining me tonight in New York, Lisa Bloom, an anchor for the legal network, "In Session." Also, in New York, Dave Karger, who is a senior writer for "Entertainment Weekly."

So the startling news came from a spokesperson for the couple who tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, quote, "Sarah Jessica Parker and Matt Broderick are happily anticipating the birth of their twin daughters later this summer with the generous help of a surrogate. The entire family is overjoyed." So the twins will join big brother James Wilkie who is now six years old.

Dave Karger, off to you first. Your magazine, "Entertainment Weekly," one of the first to break the news. So were you guys as shocked as everyone else when you heard?

DAVE KARGER, SENIOR WRITER, "ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY": You know, we were surprised because it`s been six years since Sarah Jessica and Matthew had their son. But one of their friends told us that they had actually been trying to get pregnant for several years without any success.

So they`ve wanted to make their family bigger. They just haven`t been able to until working with the surrogate. So it`s great news.

HAMMER: Yes, it`s great news. I`m so thrilled for them and it`s surprising because whenever a star is pregnant, obviously, there`s the baby bump watch, and everybody`s looking. Of course, that didn`t happen here. And these babies are due in just a couple months.

And Lisa, she is 44, so to a lot of people, they`re thinking, wow, that`s a little unusual, although not unheard of. Pretty startling.

LISA BLOOM, ANCHOR, "IN SESSION": Yes. Well, look, women in their 40s have babies routinely now. And I know that they had infertility problems which is why they went to a surrogate. If they`re having the baby this summer and it`s nearly May now, I`m assuming that the surrogate is probably six months along. And they wanted to make sure that everything was safe, definitely past the first trimester when things can be a little dicey before they announced it. I say good for them. Surrogacy isn`t for everyone, but if it works for them, maybe they`d be very happy.

HAMMER: Yes. And they certainly are going to have a busy summer. I mean, Matthew Broderick is currently starring in a play. He`s got a movie just out. And besides getting ready for these twins, Sarah Jessica Parker is also getting ready to, as we know, star in and produce the sequel to the "Sex in the City" movie.

So Dave Karger, you can tell me this, because everybody is wondering how this going to affect production.

KARGER: Well, that`s the beauty of it. She is not pregnant so she doesn`t have to worry about dealing with that while she`s filming the movie. Obviously, they`re going to be delivering these kids so she`ll have a lot more responsibilities at home.

But nothing as far as the physical pregnancy, which is ironic because there`s rumors that Carrie Bradshaw, her character in the "Sex and the City" movie, might be pregnant in the sequel, which no one`s confirming from the movie studio. But wouldn`t that be funny if she actually has to wear a fake pregnancy belly after having kids via a surrogate?

BLOOM: Wow. It would.

HAMMER: Yes. Well, I`ve got to say, I imagine running in Manolos when you`re pregnant is probably a difficult task. So that`s one of those fake pregnancy bellies, maybe it`s a little easier. I don`t know.

Obviously, we have seen the craziness and the demand for star baby pictures. It`s been going on for years now, but it`s getting worse and worse. And I think that Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick did a great thing.

In fact, they made pretty big news when their son was born. What they did is they went right on to the doorsteps of their house right here in New York City and they just let the paparazzi snap away at the photos which basically killed the bounty. It killed the frenzy for getting that first photo.

Lisa, I`m thinking they should probably do the same thing with the twins. Do you think that would be a good idea?

BLOOM: Well, that is nice. But I also like what Brad and Angelina have done which is auction off a nice cover photo to the highest bidder. I think they got something like $14 million for one of the pictures of the brand-new baby, and I`d give that money to charity.

I mean, what could be better than that, using a beautiful picture of your baby that you can have forever - everybody can see it - to actually help other people across the world?

HAMMER: Yes. I think that would be a really healthy approach to it as well. For a long time, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have just been dogged by these reports that have been floating around that there were problems in their marriage.

Dave, do you think this news is pretty clearly going to put to rest any rumors? I mean, why would they expand their family at a time when they`re having difficulties?

KARGER: Exactly. Of course, I heard those rumors a long time as well and always hoped they weren`t true. And it seems to me that if you`re a husband and wife in trouble, one thing you`re not going to do is expand your family by one or two. So this really does seem to me like a strong step forward for a very beloved couple.

HAMMER: So what do you think, Lisa? Women everywhere just rejoicing that, you know what? Hey, you can be a new mom, over 40, regardless of how you do it, and she`ll be inspiring to a lot of people?

BLOOM: Well, you have to have a lot of money to have a surrogate. So I don`t know how inspiring she is to everyone. I mean, I love her. I love her films. I love her television shows. I wish her all the success. But most of us couldn`t afford the, what, $50,000 or something it costs to have a surrogate. That`s really reserved the elite - the wealthy.

HAMMER: That`s only the smallest number in the cost. I know well from somebody who did it.

BLOOM: Really?

HAMMER: That`s just a little piece of the pie there.

BLOOM: That`s the low end?

HAMMER: Thank you both, Lisa Bloom, Dave Karger, I appreciate it.

And make sure you pick up your copy of this week`s issue of "Entertainment Weekly." It`s on newsstands everywhere.

I`ve got to tell you, when a star decides to go public in the most- read celebrity magazine without makeup, that is a huge deal. Coming up, some of Hollywood`s biggest stars pose without makeup. You have got to see what they look like and why they are "People`s" most beautiful people. Plus, we reveal who made the cover of "People`s Most Beautiful" issue.

And brand-new developments in the nasty Hulk Hogan divorce. Why has estranged wife Linda want a lot more money and it all has something to do with O.J. Simpson?

All right. So maybe when you hear Cincinnati, you`re like me. You think WKRP, right? WKRP in Cincinnati. Maybe you think the Reds baseball team. But probably not superhero. You`ve got to see this. Look, up in the sky - it`s a bird. It`s a plane. No, it`s the superhero of Cincinnati.

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer. Tonight, it`s a SHOWBIZ special report - Hollywood hearts of gold. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has teamed up with the fantastic "More" magazine to name some of the most amazing, the most spectacular, the most caring women over 40 who are giving back big time.

The one and only Oprah Winfrey continues to stun the world with her incredible generosity. And she`s just one of so many celebrity women who are giving back, from Salma Hayek to Ashley Judd, to Sarah McLachlan. Tonight, our exclusive look at how these extraordinary women are changing the world for the better.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over): These beautiful faces are doing beautiful things for the world. One of the most celebrated philanthropists out there dedicating her time and money to improving the world? The one and only Oprah Winfrey.

That`s why SHOWBIZ TONIGHT and "More" magazine are saluting her as one of the women over 40 who give back.

OPRAH WINFREY, HOST, "THE OPRAH WINFREY SHOW": I wanted to do for these girls what my father did for me.

HAMMER: One of the biggest highlight`s in Oprah`s lifelong commitment of philanthropy, the $40 million Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa. Oprah put up all of the money herself and calls it her dream school.

WINFREY: I brought you all here today to tell you that you will be a part of the very first part of the very first class of the Oprah Winfrey -

(CHEERS AND APPLAUSE)

HAMMER: It`s enough to bring tears to our eyes. But it isn`t nearly as touching or sad as this.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: This SPCA ad shows sad and abused animals over the heart-wrenching Sarah McLachlan song, "Angel." Sarah McLachlan makes the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT and "More" magazine list for women over 40 who give back for her incredible work with the ASPCA, an organization that finds homes for homeless pets and fights animal cruelty.

LESLEY JANE SEYMOUR, EDITOR-IN-CHIEF, "MORE" MAGAZINE: She`s raised $30 million for the ASPCA with that, which is extraordinary.

HAMMER: It is extraordinary, but so is this. Salma Hayek, talented actress, total bombshell, new mom, and influential spokesperson for a very special program. The Pampers-UNICEF One Pack Equals One Vaccine.

SEYMOUR: What they`re doing for every specially marked package of Pampers that you buy, they`re giving a tetanus vaccine to children.

HAMMER: Tetanus kills one child every three minutes. Salma is doing something about it by being part of a program that gives tetanus vaccines to pregnant moms around the world so their children have better chance at survival.

SALMA HAYEK, ACTRESS: At least with what we`re doing with the fight against tetanus, there is hope. There is a solution. There is a vaccine that prevents it completely.

HAMMER: Salma isn`t the only one who works tirelessly to improve lives of children around the world. Her good friend, Ashley Judd, does her part too.

ASHLEY JUDD, ACTRESS: Hi, I`m Ashley Judd and I`m the global ambassador for YouthAIDS.

HAMMER: Which is why Judd is one of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT and "More" magazine`s top women over 40 who give back.

JUDD: YouthAIDS is fighting the spread of HIV and AIDS in 60 countries across the world. Every 15 seconds, a young person dies of AIDS-related causes.

HAMMER: Judd`s passion is remarkable. She travels the world as a spokesperson for her program called YouthAIDS, educating kids about AIDS.

JUDD: More than acting, more than all that stuff that goes on out in Hollywood, this is my passion.

HAMMER: Passions come in all different shapes, sizes, and colors. Bette Midler`s passion happens to be green. More than 400 acres of messy, nasty park space in New York City converted to luscious gardens and parks all because of the one and only diva, Bette Midler.

BETTE MIDLER, SINGER AND ACTRESS: All you guys are big guys and we could use you.

HAMMER: Her work as founder of the New York City restoration project puts her on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s and "More" magazine`s list.

MIDLER: Whatever people could think of that they didn`t want in their houses, they would come throw in a park, a public place. It`s unbelievable.

HAMMER: Her project has hauled away over 875 tons of garbage and reclaimed more than 400 acres of rundown parks and turned them into spectacular parks and gardens.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

And here are some of the other names on the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT and "More" magazine list of women over 40 who give back.

The great Julia Louis-Dreyfus for raising big bucks for the environment. Mariska Hargitay for her work with victims of domestic violence. J.K. Rowling, who gives millions of dollars to multiple sclerosis research. Cynthia Nixon for her work with fellow breast cancer survivors. And my favorite Gloria Estefan who donates millions to non- profits around the country.

Well, for the very first time, Mel Gibson is showing off his new fabulous woman in public. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT right there on the red carpet to see this. But here`s the thing. Of course, Mel just announced his split from his wife of nearly 30 years just a couple of weeks ago.

Tonight, Douglas reveals brand-new details of the follow-up to his 1987 smash movie, "Wall Street." Now, Douglas won a best actor Oscar for his role of Gordon Gekko, the take-no-prisoners finance world villain. And according to Douglas, with the economy a mess, the time is right for another go at Gordon. Listen to what he told "Ellen" today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DOUGLAS: They had another title, "Money Never Sleeps." And then Oliver Stone, who directed the first one, read the new script, he said, "I want to do - we`re going to call it "Wall Street II."

And it sort of starts up a little bit, a couple of years ago. Gordon Gekko just got out of jail and we kind of deal with all the issues that are going on now. It`s an excellent script. I`m really excited about it. There`s going to be some really exciting casting news coming up in the next couple weeks which I can`t say yet.

ELLEN DEGENERES, HOST, "THE ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW": Wow. That will be fun.

TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer, broadcasting tonight from New York City.

And tonight, a double dose of Hollywood - divorce, drama. Mel Gibson`s girlfriend shocker. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, of course, right there as the superstar went public with his new girlfriend on the red carpet at a big Hollywood premiere, nearly three weeks after his wife of 28 years filed for divorce. So is Mel making a huge mistake?

Also, brand-new tonight, the Hulk Hogan divorce drama. His soon to be ex-wife, Linda, says she fears for her life and she wants more cash, more than $8,000 a month more from Hulk so she can move away from him. But does she deserve it?

With me tonight in New York, Lisa Bloom, an anchor for the legal network "In Session." Also in New York, Ben Widdicombe, the celebrity editor for StyleList.com.

Let us begin tonight with Mel and his belle. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT right there at the premiere last night of "X Men Origins: Wolverine" in Hollywood. Mel and his girlfriend, Oksana, were right there as you see walking the red carpet hand in hand. You know, here, they`re basically announcing to the whole world they are, indeed, a couple.

Lisa Bloom, to you first. What do you think? Is this a bad move for Mel so soon after the divorce news?

BLOOM: Well, I personally don`t care. And whatever consenting adults want to do is their own business. But he is still legally married. He has put himself out there as a very religious Catholic guy.

And I don`t know how long these two have been seeing each other. But the implication is it has been some time and it`s a serious enough relationship. All of that was done during the course of his marriage.

HAMMER: And it was strange to see because we saw Mel and his wife on the red carpet together so little over their 28 years of marriage. It happened from time to time but not that often.

In yet another whiplash moment, Mel`s publicist didn`t go the usual no-comment route in what could have been, you know, a pretty sticky situation here. The publicist actually seemed to be cheering Mel on about the data. What don`t you take a look at the statement from People.com. The publicist saying, "Mel has been single for almost three years and it`s nice to see him getting and enjoying himself."

Now, the publicist there referring to the fact that Mel has basically been separated for three years. And that`s something we only learned when the divorce was recently announced. What do you think, Ben? Why is everybody making such a big deal over this big date?

BEN WIDDICOMBE, CELEBRITY EDITOR, STYLELIST.COM: Well, you know, Mel`s public image in Hollywood has been a man who has the very highest Catholic principles. And it`s from that pedestal, if you will, that he`s made very controversial remarks.

You remember that anti-Semitic tirade? He`s offended gay groups greatly over the years with remarks that were perceived to be homophobic. But you know, the one thing about being a staunch Catholic is you`re not supposed to divorce your wife.

And now, this very pious man comes out after an almost 30-year marriage and he`s dumping the wife. He`s on the red carpet which a much younger woman. I think he`s going to be seen as a hypocrite.

HAMMER: Yes. And you would like to believe that he talked to his family, at least his kids, about this. But what I`m hearing from a lot of people, too, is that, hey, a little insensitive as far as the kids are concerned, maybe that`s not the case, I guess. That`s for Mel to say.

But let`s not forget, this Mel Gibson divorce that is coming down the pike could become the costliest in Hollywood history. We`re talking half of his estimated $1 billion fortune being at stake here.

Now, Lisa, are you with me that, perhaps, Mel is thinking, "Hey, you know what? I stand to lose $500 million. What else do I have to lose? I`m going out for a night in the town with my girlfriend. What the heck."

BLOOM: You know, he may look at it that way. Bu this could cost him more in the divorce because his wife could get mad and she could decide to fight him tooth and nail and damage his public reputation which is worth a lot of money to him.

I mean, if she comes out of the woodwork and starts attacking him and saying, "He`s an adulterer. He was cheating on me during the course of the marriage. And by the way, he wasn`t single. We may have been separated, but wasn`t single - Mel. There`s a big difference." This could get uglier and costlier and more expensive for him.

HAMMER: Yes. That`s true. What do you think, Ben, as far as the money aspect of him saying, "You know what? Maybe I`ll go ahead and do this? And also, hey you know what? I announced the divorce. We`ve been together." Obviously, they didn`t just get together three weeks ago, "So I`m just going out and going public."

WIDDICOMBE: Well, I think Mel is a human - an adult human being. He has the right to live his life as he chooses. And ultimately, if his marriage is over, then he has the right to move on.

Of course, his wife, I think, is going to get a big payday out of this. They do have many children together. And she`s entitled to, of course, half of his estate. So I think she`s going to become a very wealthy woman for this process.

HAMMER: Yes. He may be an adult. He can do whatever he wants. But the standard, as we well know, guys, very different when the spotlight is shining so brightly on you.

OK. Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT divorce court remains open for business. Because also making news right now, Hulk Hogan`s soon to be ex-wife, Linda, now demanding more money from Hulk in their ugly divorce battle.

In a brand-new court paper, Linda claims that she fears for her life especially after Hulk told "Rolling Stone" magazine, quote, "I totally understand O.J. I get it." So now, Linda wants $8,200 a month more so she can move far away from Hulk.

Lisa, if Linda is truly that scared, what do you think? Should the judge really consider granting her the money?

BLOOM: You see what I mean about divorce being more expensive when you say stupid things or you do stupid things in public? Good for her. I say, you go girl. Soak him for everything he`s got after making a comment like that.

And on a more serious note, I think she does have real reason to be concerned. It does cost money to move. She`s entitled to maintain the standards she had during the marriage. I think she`s going to get a lot more money out of him because of what he said.

HAMMER: I hear what you`re saying. And I think, yes, if he`s going to say stupid stuff and it`s going to make her angry, why not go for whatever you can get? But she`s saying she wants this money to move away.

Let`s keep in mind, Hulk Hogan has been providing Linda with $40,000 a month. According to court papers, she spends more than $7,200 on clothes each month; $7,500 on maid services; $6,000 on vacations. That`s every month.

Ben, what do you think? If Linda really fears for her life, I`m wondering why she can`t use some of that $40,000, maybe a little of that vacation money that she`s already getting, to get the heck away from Hulk.

WIDDICOMBE: I`m just amazed, A.J, that a woman who dresses like she shops for clothes at a Margarita (UNINTELLIGIBLE) gift store can spend $7,200 a month on clothes. Where did the money go?

You know, as Lisa said, divorce is just a numbers game. It`s all about money. And although I think Hulk was very stupid in what he said about that O.J. remark, I don`t think it`s really a plausible threat of violence against Linda.

And really, it`s all about her attorney gouging another $8,200 out of him. It would be a 20 percent increase in the settlement if they get that $8,200. So I think that`s what she`s after.

HAMMER: Yes. But Lisa, you`re saying gouge away, gouge away.

BLOOM: Hey, look, he has not apologized for that remark. In fact, he sort of tried to apologize and then basically repeated it. I mean, he`s talking - you`re talking about O.J. You`re talking about a man who nearly decapitated the mother of his children. He`s basically admitted to that in a book that`s come out recently.

That`s a very scary thing for Hulk Hogan to even admit that he was contemplating. I think it is appropriate for her to be concerned about her safety. I hope he`s not dangerous. But I think it does make sense for her to move and I say give her more money.

HAMMER: Yes. I don`t think anybody would dispute these two should be as far away from each other as possible. I think that`s the smartest move. We`ll certainly see if she gets that money. Lisa Bloom, Ben Widdicombe, thank you both.

All right. Now, I would really like to hear from you. Here`s our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day - "Mel Gibson Separated -" what do you think? "Is it OK for him to go public with his new girlfriend?" You can keep voting CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. Our E-mail address, in case you have more to say, is showbiztonight@cnn.com.

HAMMER: Well, it is that time of year. We`re very excited. The most beautiful people on the planet. Tonight, Cindy Crawford, Eva Mendez, other stars without makeup. What they look like and why they`ve been named some of "People`s" most beautiful people. Plus, we`re revealing the stunning star who made the cover of "People" magazine`s "Most Beautiful."

So is Britney Spears really pregnant? Or is this just a wild circus of rumors? The SHOWBIZ truth squad is on the case.

Faster than a speeding bullet? Well, not quite. I mean, take a look at this guy. This real-life superhero does want to get rid of one city`s crime in a huge way. I mean, he`s got the mask. He`s got the cape. But the question is, does he have the superpowers to fight crime?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: If there`s anything I can do, please give me a call, all right?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE POLICE OFFICER: All righty, buddy.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: All right. Catch you later.

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN. And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news right now.

TEXT: Police to return jewelry to Rihanna from night of alleged attack. "Star Trek" movie postpones Mexico opening due to swine flu.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

Tonight, the most beautiful people. This is a list we wait each year for. And now SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can reveal to you who made the cover of "People" magazine`s 100`s most beautiful people. May I have a drum roll, please? This year`s cover girl is "Samantha Who`s" star Christina Applegate.

Wait until you see which stars on this list dared to go before the camera without makeup. It`s incredible.

Joining me tonight in New York, Julie Jordan, "People" magazine`s special correspondent.

Julie, let us start with the cover girl, Christina Applegate. She is a talented, gorgeous actress, one of my favorites in the business. It was a tough year for her. She had a very public battle with breast cancer. I`ve got to imagine, Julie, that Christina`s inner beauty really pushed her story to top of "People`s" list.

JULIA JORDAN, SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT, "PEOPLE" MAGAZINE: 1000 percent. She has shown such strength and determination and such resolve to take care of herself through her treatment and her recovery. She truly shows that beauty is not just skin deep. And she`s an amazing inspiration to so many people.

HAMMER: Yes. I love her and what a story - wow.

JORDAN: I think she`s beautiful.

HAMMER: I`ve got to tell you, I think it is a huge deal that again this year, the new issue of "People`s 100 Most Beautiful People" features some huge stars without makeup. I`m thinking, when does that ever happen in Hollywood, right?

JORDAN: Never.

HAMMER: And I`ve got to say 35-year-old Eva Mendez looks flawless au naturel. Supermodel Cindy Crawford - I saw her out with makeup on the town last night. She looked beautiful. But wow, she looks amazing at 43 as a natural beauty. No makeup there. That`s incredible. I`ve got to ask you, Julie, did Eva or Cindy have any reservations whatsoever about posing for your cameras without makeup? That`s got to be frightening.

JORDAN: You know, I think actually it`s kind of refreshing for them. Because they take away the smoke and the mirrors and it`s just their natural beauty. I mean, we`re talking no makeup whatsoever. Maybe some moisturizer, but that`s it. So this is as natural a state as you can see them in. But, I mean, there`s no denying these women are unbelievably gorgeous.

HAMMER: Yes. I mean, let`s be honest. Not everybody could pull that off, right?

JORDAN: Not everybody.

HAMMER: I mean, look at her. Look at her. All right. Listen, it`s 2009. You certainly couldn`t do a most beautiful issue this year without mentioning Michelle Obama. First lady listed as one of Barack`s beauties.

Julie, Michelle`s beauty and fashion have certainly been all the buzz. And I`m guessing they will continue to be the buzz. So would you say this would be the first of many appearances for Michelle to come in "People`s Most Beautiful" rundown?

JORDAN: Most definitely. She`s so elegant, so beautiful. And she credits her father and her brother for telling her she was beautiful all throughout her childhood and kind of says she hopes every girl has that. Because it instilled in her, her own confidence, you know, and the fact that she`s so graceful and as our first lady, of course. But also, just as a woman and a wife and a mother, she`s someone people really aspire to be like.

HAMMER: And as beautiful as she is, I`m guessing, growing up, she never imagined she would wind up on a list like this. I don`t -

JORDAN: No. Not expected, but deserving. That`s for sure.

HAMMER: I know. I don`t think that she ever felt it was her destiny.

JORDAN: Right.

HAMMER: But really, doesn`t Michelle Obama`s appearance on "People`s" list, the "100 Most Beautiful" issue that we see every year - doesn`t it truly prove that she`s not just the first lady, but she really is bona fide star?

JORDAN: Of course. And again, that`s why you`re going to see her in future issues for sure. You know, her celebrity and her power transcend generations, ages - she`s just all encompassing in terms of what we want in a first lady, and you know, for a wife and a mother and a woman.

HAMMER: Well, from the new first lady to the new stars in town, "Slumdog Millionaire`s" Frieda Pinto and Dev Patel. I met these two - actually, that`s one I`m standing with them at the Academy Awards this past season.

The duo just confirmed they are, in fact, dating. I guess there really was something to the magic that we saw between them in the film. And now, these two really do stand to give hot couples like Brangelina and TomKat a run for their money, don`t they?

JORDAN: They`re just so cute together. They have such chemistry. We saw it on screen. Now, we`re seeing it off screen. And people are really rooting for them because it`s kind of a fairy tale. And to see the two of them together and having this relationship, it`s something all of us are going to be drawn to.

HAMMER: Really quickly. Christina Aguilera, Angie Harmon - they landed on "People`s" list under the category of "Beauty After Baby." A lot of women worrying about their bodies after a baby. But Angie Harmon, for one, really has learned to embrace everything that motherhood brings, doesn`t she?

JORDAN: Yes. And she`s embracing her curves. She says it takes a year after you have the baby to really get back to your pre-baby shape.

HAMMER: Yes.

JORDAN: But post-baby, she`s happy and she`s got a healthy baby and that`s really what counts.

HAMMER: And a healthy, healthy attitude.

JORDAN: Yes.

HAMMER: Great list. We love it every year. Julie Jordan, I thank you so much.

JORDAN: Thanks, A.J.

HAMMER: And you can check out the entire list of "People`s 100 Most Beautiful People" when the magazine hits newsstands on Friday.

Tonight, President Obama`s first 100 days and the biggest White House bloopers. We have got the president and the first family`s top 10 most outrageous mess-ups and his biggest faux pas all caught on tape. Here now, CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): When it comes to faux pas, former President Bush set the bar high. And in his first 100 days, you couldn`t expect President Obama to misstep quite this high. Nevertheless, we present the new administration`s top 10 faux pas. Number 10, the oath.

JOHN G. ROBERTS, UNITED STATES CHIEF JUSTICE: I, Barack Hussein Obama -

B. OBAMA: I, Barack -

ROBERTS: Do solemnly swear.

B. OBAMA: I, Barack Hussein Obama.

MOOS: OK. So it was really Chief Justice Roberts`s fault. But the next one, the president can only blame on himself.

(on camera): Number nine. The head bump.

(voice-over): It happened boarding Marine One. But the president has since learned to bow his head.

(on camera): Number eight, a bow they said never happened. A bow the administration says we`re imagining.

(voice-over): Look at this video of the president greeting the Saudi king.

ROBERT GIBBS, WHITE HOUSE SPOKESPERSON: He bent over to shake - with both hands to shake his hand.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Ray Charles can see that he bowed.

MOOS (on camera): Number seven, the first lady touches the queen. But Queen Elizabeth didn`t seem to mind.

Number six, the president pulls a gutter ball with this gaffe about his bowling. From bowling to dancing. Number five, stepping on his wife`s dress. Number four, tripping over teleprompter.

B. OBAMA: In addition to John - sorry. I just noticed that I jumped the gun there. Go ahead and move it up. And friends -

MOOS (voice-over): Leading to that frozen prompter moment.

(on camera): Number three, talking too much. No, not the president - his two little daughters interrupting their mom.

MICHELLE OBAMA, FIRST LADY OF THE UNITED STATES: Moving their bodies. (to her daughter, Sasha) Get out. We don`t have peanuts.

MOOS (voice-over): Someone should have interrupted President Obama at his first news conference.

(on camera): Number two - dissing former first lady.

B. OBAMA: I didn`t want to get into a Nancy Reagan thing about doing any seances.

MOOS (voice-over): Actually it was astrologers, not seances. President Obama quickly called Mrs. Reagan to apologize. Mrs. Obama should apologize to the dog for this gaffe.

(on camera): Number one, putting the first dog second.

M. OBAMA: You`ll get to see where Barney - not Barney. But where Barney used to run, and now Bo.

MOOS (voice-over): Bo, Barney - Barney, Bo - unless the gaffe that bites.

M. OBAMA: He loves to chew on people`s feet.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: I love it. That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

All right. Spider-Man always says that with great power comes great responsibility, right? Well, what if you don`t have any superpowers? This guy wears the mask. He has the cape. And he is fighting crime for a big city. But how does he do it? I`ve got the fascinating tale behind Shadow Hare.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Shadow Hare. Now, more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom that are new right now.

Donald Trump and Barbara Walters will come face-to-face on "The View" next week, the first time since the big Rosie O`Donnell feud. Trump and Barbara already made amendments over a satellite radio show. That was a few week ago. But now, they`re going to be playing nice in person.

And it`s sunnier days for Al Roker. Roker announced on the "Today" show that he`s going to be hosting a show on the weather channel called "Wake Up With Al." It`s going to get under way this summer. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Is Britney Spears pregnant? Well, on his radio show, Ryan Seacrest said that a reliable source told him that Britney is expecting her third child. Well, the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT truth squad jumped on the case and her reps tell us that Britney Spears is 100 percent not pregnant. Case closed.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. Did you see this? It`s a bird. It`s a plane. It`s Shadow Hare, the Cincinnati super hero. Yes, take a look at this guy. He`s got the whole getup. He`s got the mask. He`s got a cape, a utility belt and even though he can`t leap over buildings in a single bound, so for as we know, he is ridding Cincinnati of evildoers.

His name is shadow Hare, and his mission is to fight crime and help the needy. Twenty-one-year-old man behind the mask will only say that he is from Milford, Ohio and that childhood abuse and living in foster homes inspired him to help others.

Shadow Hare has joined forces with other superhero wannabes across the country to fight crime. But Shadow also has a local posse called the Allegiance of Heroes.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Allegiance assemble.

"SHADOW HARE" CINCINNATI SUPERHERO: We help enforce the law by doing what we can in legal standards. So we carry handcuffs, Tasers, pepper spray, all the legal weapons. We do citizen`s arrests. And we will intervene on crimes if there is one happening in front of us. If there`s anything I can do, please give me a call, all right?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE POLICE OFFICER: All righty, buddy.

"SHADOW HARE": All right. Catch you later.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right. Laugh all you want, but Shadow Hare is serious about his crime fighting. In fact, he even dislocated his shoulder two years ago when he was trying to rescue a woman from an attack.

Well, on Tuesday, we asked you to vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day. This was it - "Susan Boyle: Is she a bigger star than Brangelina?" Most of you don`t think so. Look at that - 27 percent of you say yes; 73 percent of you say no.

But we did get some different opinions in the E-mails that we received. One from Jan in California, Jan writing, Susan Boyle is certainly more talented than the Pitts. Look how long it took them to win positive public opinion. She gets my vote."

And Victoria from Delaware writing, "I think Susan Boyle is bigger than Brangelina because more people can relate to her. She is down to earth and people want to see her to succeed."

So it`s - move over Brangelina, here comes Susan Boyle. That is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. You can always catch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on the 11:00s - 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific. And in the morning, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern on HLN.
