THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

NANCY GRACE, HOST: Tonight, exclusive enclave, Ponte Vedra coast, Florida. A high-powered money man comes home to find his young wife with cover girl good looks, the mother of his two little girls, gone, vanished. Left behind, a handwritten ransom note demanding $50,000 in exchange for the life of wife and mother Quinn Gray. She allegedly suffers a horrific ordeal of kidnap, abuse, sex attack.

After the $50,000 paid in cold cash, cops close in to nab the alleged kidnapper and accomplice. Kicker, it`s Mommy, Mommy herself, along with her brand-new boy toy. That`s right, they faked it.

But what Mommy doesn`t know is that while she and boyfriend secretly plan the fake kidnapping, he`s recording the whole thing at a local motel, including action between the sheets. Tonight, we have the tapes. Bye-bye good times, hello hard time, Mommy.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

JASMIN OSMANOVIC, BOYFRIEND: Let`s see what happens at the hotel. She`s been staying at the hotel all night long. Like, I said, I don`t know. We`ll see. I`ll talk to her right now. If Quinn figures out what we need to do, that`s what`s going to be done. It`s ultimately her decision.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

OSMANOVIC: We`ve been staying at the Emerson Inn on Phillips Highway. It was room 207. She stayed the whole night by herself. She didn`t want me to stay with her. So I`m going to right now back to there. As you can tell, I`m driving. My radio is -- right now, I`m turning it on you can hear it. Walking up the hotel now.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

QUINN GRAY: Hi.

OSMANOVIC: What`s up? You`re crazy, you know that?

QUINN GRAY: Why? Why? Why am I crazy? (INAUDIBLE)

OSMANOVIC: Well, they didn`t go by the plan. You know, they called the cops and everything. I mean -- but I got a definite plan. I don`t know. There are some people in front of outside here, so we`ll just talk when we get out. I don`t want to talk here.

QUINN GRAY: OK.

OSMANOVIC: Just -- I don`t know. There was one standing in front of your door as soon as I left. Did you see him (INAUDIBLE) there?

QUINN GRAY: He`s been out there a lot.

OSMANOVIC: All right, now I definitely need you for five minutes. I`m going crazy about you.

QUINN GRAY: What?

OSMANOVIC: I`m going crazy about you. You`re probably the reason I didn`t sleep well to begin with.

QUINN GRAY: What are you doing? (INAUDIBLE)

OSMANOVIC: (INAUDIBLE) I text your mom, and your mom is, like, Oh, I didn`t have to leisure to call the cops. I said, Well, you know, all you have to do is type her name into the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) Internet, it pops up first thing, you know what I mean? So -- you`re definitely in the news.

QUINN GRAY: Well, it`s not what I want.

OSMANOVIC: Well, it`s not, but you`ll (INAUDIBLE) another plan.

QUINN GRAY: I don`t know what the new plan is.

OSMANOVIC: Well (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

QUINN GRAY: Just tell me you have one.

OSMANOVIC: Yes.

QUINN GRAY: A lot of cars there, I assume.

OSMANOVIC: Uh-huh.

QUINN GRAY: Good. Maybe make Reid (EXPLETIVE DELETED) at least for a little while.

OSMANOVIC: Yes, Reid is probably (EXPLETIVE DELETED) himself in the pants right now.

QUINN GRAY: I`m not a slut, you know.

OSMANOVIC: Does Reid get this much action?

QUINN GRAY: You know he doesn`t!

I guess we`re just not that sexual. I don`t know.

OSMANOVIC: If they just knew you were here by yourself all night long with a gun...

(LAUGHTER)

OSMANOVIC: ... they would have a fit.

(LAUGHTER)

QUINN GRAY: That`s why I`m starting to feel like I`m the sinister one, doing this to my family.

OSMANOVIC: It`s Reid, remember?

QUINN GRAY: I know, but they`re suffering, too.

OSMANOVIC: Your family`s going to be fine. Promise.

QUINN GRAY: When this is all over, I have your word?

OSMANOVIC: What?

QUINN GRAY: Whatever story we come up with, you stick to it.

OSMANOVIC: We both have to stick to the same story because we`re both (EXPLETIVE DELETED), huh?

QUINN GRAY: Yes. Well, I was thinking (INAUDIBLE) I was going to say if they wanted me to describe any of them, I was going to be, like, No way, they`ll kill me.

OSMANOVIC: That`s my plan, anyway. You`re the one that`s going to have to throw all their (EXPLETIVE DELETED) into the garbage. And I`ll show you how.

QUINN GRAY: OK.

I want to see my kids.

OSMANOVIC: You`re going to see your kids today. I promise.

QUINN GRAY: OK.

OSMANOVIC: (INAUDIBLE) From now on, I`m dealing with you.

QUINN GRAY: What about the money?

OSMANOVIC: I`ll take care of that. Me and you.

If everybody else is stupid in your family and nobody wants to comply and they want to go to the cops, me and you will figure it out. You understand?

Let`s get out of here. You got the keys to this place?

QUINN GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: Let`s go.

QUINN GRAY: Why missing? Why not kidnapped? Why wouldn`t they say that?

(END AUDIO CLIP)

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

QUINN GRAY: They don`t suspect anything?

OSMANOVIC: They see a woman around here, they just think she got paid 50 bucks.

QUINN GRAY: Yes.

(LAUGHTER)

QUINN GRAY: Oh, my God!

How do I turn it around? I`m so pissed right now that it doesn`t say kidnapped.

OSMANOVIC: Well, they can`t it on the news because...

QUINN GRAY: Oh, they can`t?

OSMANOVIC: Yes. They know exactly you`re kidnapped. I mean, it doesn`t take a rocket scientist to figure that (EXPLETIVE DELETED) out.

QUINN GRAY: Oh, well, then whatever, you know?

OSMANOVIC: I mean, they can`t -- when you`re on TV, they can`t just say, She`s been kidnapped, three men are holding her, and this and that. It`s, like...

QUINN GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: ... that destroys their search. That`s how you get somebody shot.

QUINN GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: Let`s put it that way.

QUINN GRAY: OK.

OSMANOVIC: If they went on TV and said three men are holding her or, you know, she`s been seen in a minivan and...

QUINN GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: -- you know, Look for that, look for that, you know, you`d be (EXPLETIVE DELETED) deader than a doornail.

QUINN GRAY: I`m going to miss you.

OSMANOVIC: I`m going to miss you, too.

QUINN GRAY: Wow. I would have been a (EXPLETIVE DELETED) sitting duck if I hadn`t met you, done.

So my mom hasn`t heard from you today?

OSMANOVIC: Right. She didn`t even text me or anything.

QUINN GRAY: Really?

OSMANOVIC: (INAUDIBLE) (EXPLETIVE DELETED). I said, It`s all over the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) news, which it is. I mean, you`ve seen it.

QUINN GRAY: Yes, I saw it twice. After you left, I saw it again.

OSMANOVIC: What else did they say? Same thing...

QUINN GRAY: Nothing. Same exact thing, missing, Quinn Hann, H-A-N-N. They didn`t even get my middle (EXPLETIVE DELETED) name right.

OSMANOVIC: (INAUDIBLE) H -- it has an H in it.

QUINN GRAY: No, it`s H-A-N-N-A. They just have H-A-N-N. Well, on the last one, they did. I don`t know (INAUDIBLE)

OSMANOVIC: (INAUDIBLE)

QUINN GRAY: I don`t think anyone in their wildest dreams would think that I could concoct something like this, like, the feet and the shot it from a mile away. I mean, not even in my wildest imagination could I come up with this (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

OSMANOVIC: That`s why you`re working with me.

QUINN GRAY: I wonder what my girls think right now. I wonder if they have any idea what`s going on.

OSMANOVIC: Your girls -- all they know about what`s -- you think they`re going to tell them, Your mother`s been kidnapped?

QUINN GRAY: Reid sent me a text message, The girls are scared.

I look a lot better when I`m cleaned up, you know.

OSMANOVIC: I know. I`ve seen it. I like it.

QUINN GRAY: You`ve seen me naked in the shower?

OSMANOVIC: I actually -- I actually liked the fact that when I walked into the house, they way you were.

QUINN GRAY: What do you mean?

OSMANOVIC: The first time, when I walked -- when you actually let me in the house...

QUINN GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: ... I was, like, yes, she`s definitely too friendly to (INAUDIBLE) involved with anything.

(LAUGHTER)

QUINN GRAY: I guess it all worked out the way it was supposed to, in a way. Maybe not for you!

(LAUGHTER)

QUINN GRAY: I don`t even want to ask what you`re doing.

OSMANOVIC: I`m going to definitely have to (INAUDIBLE) and figure out something down the road. Definitely have to visit my boss. That`s a fact.

QUINN GRAY: Oh, my God. And to think I have to keep this to myself for the rest of my life!

OSMANOVIC: Well, you know, I could have made you keep it to yourself. That still is a possibility.

(LAUGHTER)

QUINN GRAY: Shut up!

(END AUDIO CLIP)

GRACE: When we come back, Quinn Gray and her alleged boy toy`s secretly recorded meetings at a luxury hotel as they scheme to fake Quinn Gray`s kidnap, trying to extort $50,000 from her own husband.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

QUINN GRAY: When I see my mom, I`ll be hysterical. I can work it.

OSMANOVIC: Like I said, at this point, I`m trusting you, just like you have been trusting me. I mean, I got -- I got no reason to lie to you. And I was thinking -- I was thinking if we juice him for more -- that`s up to you. I don`t care. I`ll give you the money. I`ve been honest with you so far. It`s up to you. What do you think?

(END AUDIO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did you try to get money from your husband?

QUINN GRAY: Of course not! If I wanted $50,000, I`ll I would do is take it out of the bank account.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did you have a sexual relationship with Osmanovic?

QUINN GRAY: No, I did not. I did not know him.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Why would someone make this stuff up?

QUINN GRAY: You wouldn`t make it up if it was the truth.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I`m talking about him. Why would he make this up?

QUINN GRAY: Because he`s a criminal and he came in and tried to extort $50,000 from me and tried to take me. He did take me.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What do you have to say to all the people that have been behind you and that have been worried about your safety?

QUINN GRAY: Thank you for your support. He took me from my home, and that`s all I want to say. I would never try to take money from my husband.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: How`s your family doing?

QUINN GRAY: Not well.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE) about them?

QUINN GRAY: Of course I am.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE) husband need the money (INAUDIBLE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What do you want to say to your family? (INAUDIBLE)

QUINN GRAY: I love you and I hope to see you soon.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Florida cops say a mother of two with cover girl good looks, Quinn Gray, sends her multi-millionaire husband on an emotional roller- coaster and wild goose chase, staging a fake kidnapping for $50,000, while the entire time, her lover in on the plan, the two holed up in a motel, caught on tape claiming the husband deserved to be manipulated, deserves to be tricked out of 50 grand. Well, even after the plan is on national TV, NBC`s "Today" show, Reid Gray stands by his wife.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

REID GRAY, HUSBAND: I believe in all my heart she was kidnapped. I also believe, at some point, I`m not sure exactly when, she believed that she needed to be a part of this. It was hard for me to understand when or why that happened. It`s devastating, to say the least. But I`m standing by her now because I believe that she has a mental illness and that`s why we are here.

MATT LAUER, CO-HOST: Why don`t you think this was just another episode of infidelity?

REID GRAY: That last such episode in June led to Quinn going to rehabilitation, alcohol rehabilitation. And it was at that point where I made this decision that we would -- we would end this marriage unless she went forward with this. That eight weeks before this abduction were some of the best eight weeks we`ve ever had in our life.

I couldn`t imagine for a second that -- that she would have -- had made this up. She`s definitely participating. I`m not sure, after four days of being with this person, what she believes and what she doesn`t believe. But I agree with you there are times when I just want to shut it off and be finished with the whole thing. But I have to remember that there are many times when I heard his voice and him saying things that I believe he knew I would hear this audiotape at some point, as well.

LAUER: If you go under the assumption that she didn`t know she was being recorded, that makes her sound guilty.

REID GRAY: As guilty as can be. It`s probably the most hurtful, devastating words I`ve ever heard. I think of my children, I think of myself and I think of how -- how this is going to affect their lives going forward. And I know, at that point, when I heard that, I was so shocked that I -- I knew something was wrong. I knew something was definitely wrong, that that person that I knew so well would go to the extent of talking about that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

QUINN GRAY: Does that mean Reid`s talking to them on the side?

OSMANOVIC: (INAUDIBLE).

QUINN GRAY: Does that mean Reid`s talking to them on the side?

OSMANOVIC: Does it what?

QUINN GRAY: Does that mean Reid`s talking to them on the side?

OSMANOVIC: I have no idea. I don`t have no idea what Reid is doing, but he`s the one that called. Your mom said, I didn`t have the leisure to do that, so it must have been Reid.

QUINN GRAY: Well, then, he`s telling his side of the story.

OSMANOVIC: Oh, Reid is definitely talking. Reid is talking like a bird right now.

QUINN GRAY: You think he`s talking about the kidnapping?

OSMANOVIC: I have no idea. I`m sure he is. He, at this point, wants you to look bad, you understand that?

(END AUDIO CLIP)

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

QUINN GRAY: I`m paranoid as (EXPLETIVE DELETED) right now.

OSMANOVIC: What?

QUINN GRAY: I`m paranoid as (EXPLETIVE DELETED) right now.

OSMANOVIC: Why are you paranoid? It`s all good.

QUINN GRAY: He`s making me look like I left.

OSMANOVIC: (INAUDIBLE) little bit there.

(LAUGHTER)

QUINN GRAY: He`s making me look like I just left.

OSMANOVIC: He is. He`s an ass. That`s what he is. I can`t believe you married him. I really can`t. Was it this way when you`ve known him before?

QUINN GRAY: You know...

OSMANOVIC: I mean, Reid hasn`t changed, like, you know...

QUINN GRAY: Oh (INAUDIBLE)

OSMANOVIC: He must have been like this for a while.

QUINN GRAY: Yes. I guess just I thought he had quirks in his personality, but...

OSMANOVIC: You`re main goal is you`re going to be screaming you want your kids and you want...

QUINN GRAY: I know.

OSMANOVIC: ... you want to be safe. He`s the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) idiot that (EXPLETIVE DELETED) up. I mean, you know, he`s going to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) deny everything. I mean, there`s...

QUINN GRAY: Oh, I know.

OSMANOVIC: With him, he`s got the money to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) do stuff. I mean, that`s the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) problem. Everything that he did, he could have covered up because he does have the money. He has it on the side. He doesn`t have it in his account, which is -- which is going to kick him in the ass. Understand that?

(END AUDIO CLIP)

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

OSMANOVIC: Do you understand, when anybody looks at the situation, him having $10,000 to $20,000 in his account while he has an enterprise that`s worth $10 million, $20 million...

QUINN GRAY: Five million, yes.

OSMANOVIC: Well, even -- even $5 million. You understand? Somebody with $5 million worth of property and everything else has $20,000 in his account. You understand that? Does that make any sense to you?

QUINN GRAY: No.

OSMANOVIC: None whatsoever. So I mean, it`s -- it`s simple.

Just please, please don`t let him brainwash you again, please.

QUINN GRAY: I won`t.

OSMANOVIC: I mean, I think this is as much of a wake-up as he can get.

QUINN GRAY: Well, what if he brainwashes everyone else?

OSMANOVIC: Doesn`t matter what he does.

QUINN GRAY: I wonder if he`s just banking on the fact that you guys are going to shoot me.

OSMANOVIC: That was going through my mind the whole night. I think he`s more of, like -- and this would be a perfect game plan for him. He`s got a $500,000 policy on your ass, so if you go down, even if they -- even if they did use real money yesterday, he only lost 50K -- if they did use real money, which I think they gave us (EXPLETIVE DELETED), to be honest with you, because there was nobody at that parking lot.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

GRACE: Next, more of the secret tapes of the gorgeous Florida wife and mother of two, Quinn Gray, and her alleged lover, the love birds scheming to trick $50,000 from Quinn Gray`s money-man husband by faking Mommy`s kidnap.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

QUINN GRAY: (INAUDIBLE) thousand dollars is a lot of money.

OSMANOVIC: I know.

QUINN GRAY: Fifty thousand dollars is a lot of money, really. Now that I`m looking at it the way that what $50,000 is going to mean to me in the future...

OSMANOVIC: This whole (INAUDIBLE)

QUINN GRAY: Either that or you just blow his head off.

OSMANOVIC: Say what?

QUINN GRAY: Either that or you just blow his head off.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

REID GRAY: My hope is for a positive resolution to this. I want my wife to come out of this feeling wonderful. I want her to feel great about everything after this is all over. And I think that`s going to be the outcome.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Looking down the road, do you see everything working out (INAUDIBLE)

REID GRAY: I do.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE) everything that`s happened?

REID GRAY: I do. She`s an amazing woman.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Florida wife and mother of two Quinn Gray more concerned about the TV coverage of her quote, "disappearance," than about her husband and two little girls. All the while, Gray and her 26-year-old boyfriend mock police handling in the so-called kidnap. But the last laugh`s on Mommy when she and her secret lover are busted.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

OSMANOVIC: I can`t believe they didn`t find your car. How stupid. What do you think?

QUINN GRAY: I can`t believe it, either.

OSMANOVIC: I mean, it was a block away from your damn house.

QUINN GRAY: What the (EXPLETIVE DELETED)? How hard are they looking?

OSMANOVIC: I have no idea what kind of dumbass deputy they got. You know what they said on the Internet?

QUINN GRAY: What?

OSMANOVIC: Deputies are still looking for her. I mean, are you (EXPLETIVE DELETED) kidding me? I mean, what kind of (EXPLETIVE DELETED) school did they go to? You understand what I mean? That`s the whole information they got on you, the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) tag. I mean, the tag.

QUINN GRAY: I know. We backed in, didn`t we?

OSMANOVIC: Yeah.

QUINN GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: But still, it`s a (EXPLETIVE DELETED) Mercedes! Cars like that should be a (EXPLETIVE DELETED) priority, you know what I mean? It`s more than a stolen car.

QUINN GRAY: It`s so (EXPLETIVE DELETED) up because they only went there the other day. Or did you still see it?

OSMANOVIC: Yes.

QUINN GRAY: Oh.

OSMANOVIC: They didn`t move it in (EXPLETIVE DELETED) three days. Or they`re waiting for us to make a mistake and go back to it.

QUINN GRAY: That could be. Doubt it.

OSMANOVIC: That was the first block from your house, too.

QUINN GRAY: I know (INAUDIBLE)

OSMANOVIC: I mean, I could have left it in the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) driveway, they probably wouldn`t have known.

(LAUGHTER)

OSMANOVIC: (EXPLETIVE DELETED) idiots!

(END AUDIO CLIP)

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

QUINN GRAY: That`s the whole article on the Internet?

OSMANOVIC: Yes.

QUINN GRAY: What doe sit say, she`s missing? Does it say Friday night? I hate that.

OSMANOVIC: Why?

QUINN GRAY: Because it was Friday day.

OSMANOVIC: I know. Well, they wrote down, Since Friday, like afternoon (INAUDIBLE)

QUINN GRAY: Oh.

OSMANOVIC: Friday afternoon, Quinn this and this has been missing. Last time she was seen, she was driving her Mercedes. That meant they don`t even know that you were taken from the house.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

OSMANOVIC: Yes. She said, I have no time to call the cops.

QUINN GRAY: I think that -- my guess is that they were called and she left on the second run, you know?

OSMANOVIC: No, they were with her on the second run.

QUINN GRAY: They were?

OSMANOVIC: Yes. That helicopter wasn`t there just for...

QUINN GRAY: Oh, when I was with you?

OSMANOVIC: No, no, no, no.

QUINN GRAY: Oh. Oh. Oh.

OSMANOVIC: (INAUDIBLE) that helicopter was, like, flying right -- right over, like, a mile radius where I was on the phone.

QUINN GRAY: Oh, OK.

OSMANOVIC: So they knew exactly I was within a mile or two, but they didn`t know what the hell I was in. And there`s, like, 500, 600 (EXPLETIVE DELETED) cars that they (INAUDIBLE)

QUINN GRAY: Yes. It doesn`t seem like they`re smart enough to figure that (EXPLETIVE DELETED) out, either. They`re no (EXPLETIVE DELETED) CSI!

(END AUDIO CLIP)

GRACE: When we come back, believing his wife, the mother of his two children, is in danger, allegedly kidnapped from their multi-million-dollar home, Reid Gray does everything his wife says, including making money drops, up to $50,000 cold cash. Ouch!

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Secret tapes in a luxury hotel room reveal there`s no limit to how far Florida wife and mom of two, Quinn Gray, and her 26-year-old lover will go to trick $50,000 out of her husband. The love birds even discussed, quote, "putting a bullet through the husband`s head". The secret audio tape taking us inside their love nest and inside their criminal scheme.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

JASMIN OSMANOVIC, QUINN GRAY`S LOVER: This is what we`re going to do. We`re going to go out of town, somewhere secluded. I have to get a Coca Cola can, a metal Coca Cola can. So we have to stop and grab something to drink.

QUINN GRAY, FAKED HER KIDNAPPING: Why?

OSMANOVIC: I`m going to put a bullet through the back and I did it from a mile away in front of you.

That`s how we`re going to -- and I`m going to let you go after that. You`re going to tell them that you`ve been held for three days by three different men. They wanted Reid, they wanted the money that he owed.

It had nothing to do with your family, but at this point, your family is in danger, you understand that?

GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: And Reid is the responsible party for it. That way you can take the kids away from him, you understand that. They`d be with you.

GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: And we have to figure out that, like I said, what I want to do is, I`m going to give you the bottle and you`re going to -- you`re going to take the bottle with you. You understand that? I`m going to give you the bottle. I`m going to put a whole through it. You`re going to tell them he did that from a freaking mile away. So I`m not safe even with you guys around me.

He told me he`s not coming after me, when he has to grab me in person. He says he`s gong to put a bullet into me from a mile away. Ok?

That way you don`t know what I look, you`re not telling them what I look because you fear for your life. They can`t make you. You understand.

Basically you covered yourself up, ok? That`s the best plan. I`m not telling you (EXPLETIVE DELETED). If he can do this from a mile away, I don`t even want to know what he can do. You understand that? I fear for my life, that`s it. Ok?

And we`re gong to figure out -- you`re going to tell them that he still has to pay and this time you better make the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) ransom with nobody following you because you don`t want nothing to happen to your kids. Ok?

GRAY: But they`ll immediately think that I`m working with you.

OSMANOVIC: No, no, no, no, no.

GRAY: No?

OSMANOVIC: Not after the bullet. Not after you (EXPLETIVE DELETED) -- I`m going to give you a phone.

GRAY: When I see my mom, I`ll be hysterical. I can work it.

OSMANOVIC: Like I sad, at this point I`m trusting just like you have been trusting. I mean I got no reason to lie to you and I was thinking if we juice him for more. That`s up to you. I don`t care. I`ll give you the money. I`ve been honest with you so far. It`s up to you. What do you think?

GRAY: It doesn`t do me any good because even if I get the money, I`m going to be watched so heavily that they`re gong to be like where`d she get the money?

OSMANOVIC: No, no, listen, listen, listen. Play stupid. Play stupid. Like I said, you`re going to play stupid for a while. You`re going to, you know, you`re going to have to make somehow with what you have. You understand me?

GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: I can`t just give you $100,000.

GRAY: No, I know.

OSMANOVIC: And be walking around with (INAUDIBLE). Like I said, I had many opportunities, you know that.

GRAY: I know. I totally know that.

OSMANOVIC: I trusted you with everything. I even trust you with this. For all I know you could go right now to them and tell them what I look like and that`s it.

GRAY: What? I wouldn`t do that and you know that.

OSMANOVIC: I`m just saying, you know I`m afraid of Reid convincing you right away. That`s what I`m afraid of.

GRAY: That`s not going to happen.

OSMANOVIC: You got your mind set on that? That`s it.

GRAY: Yes. That`s not going to happened.

OSMANOVIC: You have to be strong for yourself.

GRAY: I`m going to. I`m going to stay away from him.

OSMANOVIC: Grab the kids. Tell him you want to stay (EXPLETIVE DELETED) away from him. You want him out of that house for all you know. Ok?

GRAY: Will I be able to do that you think?

OSMANOVIC: You`re living there too. I`ll put it this way, a woman has more rights when it comes to the house than the guy. You understand that? All you have to tell him is that he gets aggressive and that you fear for your life. You`re going to have to kick him out of the house considering he has the funds and everything.

Don`t make any phone calls from anywhere in the house. We`re going to get you. I`ll keep your phone number and I`ll call from a throw away phone every single time.

GRAY: So I`m just going to say that I`m going to cooperate with you guys?

OSMANOVIC: For your fear for the life of your kids and yours. You don`t care about the money. You don`t care (EXPLETIVE DELETED) about Reid and if they say well why do you cooperate, tell them, listen, my husband is worth $20 million, do you think I need a (EXPLETIVE DELETED) $100,000? You understand that? I don`t care about the money, I just want my kids to be safe.

When everybody looks at it, they look at your house, your cars are worth more than that. You understand that?

GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: Your car is worth the ransom.

GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: You have to look at it from the perspective of another person. If I was worth $10 million, $20 million, do you think I would be worried about $100,000 or $50,000 or whatever? For the life of my family?

GRAY: He doesn`t have liquid.

OSMANOVIC: Say what?

GRAY: He doesn`t usually have liquid.

OSMANOVIC: I know, but he`s going to figure it out. He`s a smart guy.

What if I really wanted to hurt you? Look at it from that angle. If I wanted to really hurt you basically for $100,000 he`d be willing to take the risk.

GRAY: Would a normal situation that was like this for that kind of money continue on like this for this period of time?

OSMANOVIC: Oh yes. Oh yes.

GRAY: As long as it doesn`t look unusual.

$100,000 is a lot of money.

OSMANOVIC: I know.

GRAY: $50,000 is a lot of money really. Now that I`m looking at it the way that $50,000 is going to mean to me in the future. Either that or you just blow his head off.

OSMANOVIC: Say what?

GRAY: Either that or you just blow his head off.

OSMANOVIC: Like I said once you put the can in front of him and you tell him that walked away from (INAUDIBLE) minutes before, you know the can was this far away, that you couldn`t even see it (INAUDIBLE). You understand that?

GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: He pulled his rifle on it, did this in the middle of nowhere. He could shoot you from a mile away, you wouldn`t even (EXPLETIVE DELETED) know what happened. He knows where your office is and everything.

GRAY: He`s going to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) his pants a little for sure.

We`re going to have to go over it a bunch of times.

OSMANOVIC: Like I said, we have the whole day today. Whenever you feel comfortable, I`ll drop you off, ok?

GRAY: Ok.

OSMANOVIC: Like I said, whenever you feel comfortable because your story is the one that matters. Nobody else`s story matters.

GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: Nobody. You`re the only that can get yourself into trouble and all you have to say is I`m not tell you about that. You got no right. They have no right whatsoever. It`s my life. I was the one that was kidnapped. All you have to tell them, I`m the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) victim.

GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: Not you (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

GRAY: That`s exactly what I`m going to say.

OSMANOVIC: Because everybody knows you be smooth and nice, so when you start flipping out, they know what time it is.

There`s nobody that can incriminate (ph) you into anything.

GRAY: Yes. That`s true.

OSMANOVIC: And even if they ask you well, what was the deal with the guy that dropped off the wrong thing. You know, I don`t know, he lives down the road somewhere. They delivered the wrong mail. He thought it was for us, came back, picked it up. He didn`t look nothing like him. He didn`t talk nothing like him. Sounded German, the rest of the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) were Middle Eastern.

GRAY: I can do that.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

GRACE: When we come back, more secret tapes and fake kidnap scheme cooked up by Florida wife and mother of two, Quinn Gray and her 26- year-old lover.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: A frantic woman and alleged kidnap victim caught on tape. By now, you know her name, Quinn Gray accused of plotting to extort money from her husband in a bizarre scheme.

During the investigation Quinn Gray is interviewed by the FBI. An agent asked her about her relationship with her husband, Reid saying the police had information claiming she wanted to leave him, and just wanted the car, the kids and $50,000.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Tell me about the time you told him you just wanted him to pay the car off, you`ll take the kids and give you $50,000. Tell me about that.

GRAY: What.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Tell me about that.

GRAY: That`s not true. He`s lying.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I didn`t say he said that.

GRAY: What are you talking about.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I`m asking you to tell me about you saying to him, "I just want the kids, pay the car off give me $50,000 and I`m done."

GRAY: I don`t know what you`re talking about.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You don`t know that conversation ever took place.

GRAY: No, absolutely no. No, I`m telling you, the guy wants me dead, so he`ll do and say whatever it takes. And so no matter what, the lie will be on me, but he wants me dead or he wouldn`t be, he wouldn`t be upset if I was dead. Let`s put it that way.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

SHERIFF DAVID SHOAR, ST. JOHN COUNTY: We have a lot of people working on this case and all for this crazy notion. It`s just absolutely unbelievable.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: St. John`s County David Shoar says the process involved that of Quinn Gray`s 3-day disappearance has more twists and turns than any case he`s investigated.

SHOAR: I`m not going to speak for Miss Gray. She has not done anything to (INAUDIBLE) this logic...

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: According to the affidavit Gray tells her husband on September 4, she`d been kidnapped by three unknown men. And that if she didn`t pay them $50,000, she would be killed.

The FBI became involved. And together with local law enforcement they set up a series of money drops.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Some unknowing individuals (INAUDIBLE) with a million couldn`t make this up.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Jim Casey (ph) says the case became more strange once Gray was found walking through a Clay County (ph) mall parking lot. He says Gray gave the FBI vague details of her alleged abduction including the notion that she has been sexually assaulted.

But it then showed that that never happened. In the affidavit Gray failed a polygraph too. As her story unraveled, Sheriff Shoar says Gray led authorities to Jasmin Osmanovic.

SHOAR: She decided to show up as a victim so to speak.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: But when Osmanovic was arrested, he painted a different picture telling deputies the two where in a romantic relationship that Gray was having marital problems and that the kidnapping scheme was her idea.

Investigators obtained a tape recording they say it`s Gray rehearsing the entire incident. Even as detectives walked Gray into the jail, she maintained her innocence.

GRAY: Because he`s a criminal and he came in and tried to extort $50,000 from me and tries to take me and did take me.

GRACE: The gorgeous wife of a wealthy Florida businessman, mother of two, Quinn Gray claims she`s kidnapped at gunpoint. But when cops catch the alleged kidnapper and accomplice, it`s mommy herself along with her alleged boy toy. The plan, to put the husband, her two school-aged daughters, even Quinn Gray`s mother through the ringer for what? $50,000 cash. And it`s all caught on tape.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

OSMANOVIC: So are you comfortable with the plan?

GRAY: I`m comfortable with the plan. I want to go over it a couple more times.

OSMANOVIC: I know.

GRAY: If they can`t even find my car, I seriously doubt they have any suspicion of this one.

OSMANOVIC: I`m not worried about that. Cops are the least of my worries.

GRAY: Where do you think I should go first? Get a cap and go to my house or get a cab and go to my mom and have her meet me at the police station.

OSMANOVIC: I would just have your mom, tell her, "Mom I just want you. I don`t want nobody else coming." That way you give a full report and that`s it. You understand that.

You don`t want to talk about it. You just want your kids away. You were instructed and I`ll tell you how to make a drop and everything. You`re not telling them how to make the drop. You`re getting in your own car and nobody follows you. Go for a ride for (EXPLETIVE DELETED) 5 hours for all I give a (EXPLETIVE DELETED). Ok.

You can get in a cab, when you go pick up what is it called, you get in a cab. Ok. That way...

GRAY: What if he doesn`t give me the money/

OSMANOVIC: Then like I said, the money at this point is for you. so it`s your job to persuade him. Ok? Tell him Reid, you know it`s my ass, your ass and my kids` ass. Is that worth to you $100,000? You understand that. Is it?

You tell him Reid I`m getting a divorce no matter what or at this point you can save our family. That`s it. Do you want one of these in your head? Knock yourself out. Simple as that.

GRAY: I can do it. When I see him my anger will be so huge that it won`t be hard. But I don`t think he`ll give me the money.

OSMANOVIC: You don`t think he will?

Gray: No.

OSMANOVIC: You`re going to have to persuade him.

GRAY: I`m so nervous. I`m going to have to have a few more marks if I`m telling these stories. Don`t you think.

OSMANOVIC: You were just tied down to a chair, like I said.

GRAY: I know but when they`re throwing you in the back of a van and (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

OSMANOVIC: If they put a gun to my head I would walk wherever the (EXPLETIVE DELETED) they told me I was going to walk.

GRAY: Exactly.

OSMANOVIC: I didn`t have a (EXPLETIVE DELETED) option you idiot.

Whenever they tell you well, why don`t you have this? They had a gun at my head. I`m not used to having a (EXPLETIVE DELETED) gun at my head.

The ruder you are, the better it is.

GRAY: Oh really?

OSMANOVIC: that means you`re pissed. You understand what I mean? The calmer you are the more they know, hey did she really go through this?

GRAY: Oh right, yes. No, I`m going to be hysterical.

OSMANOVIC: (EXPLETIVE DELETED) freak (EXPLETIVE DELETED) out.

GRAY: I`m going to be hysterical, don`t worry. Because the minute I`m back into the real world without the safety net of you, I`m going to be freaking (EXPLETIVE DELETED) out.

I`m just going to lie and lie and lie and lie. How am I` going to prove that I`m telling the truth?

OSMANOVIC: What do you mean how are you going to prove?

GRAY: well, I guess people just believe me. I hope. Yes, they`ll believe me. I mean what am I doing carrying around a gun and shooting cans? That doesn`t make any sense.

OSMANOVIC: Pay attention to the little details. You can do it.

GRAY: I`ll be doing that when I don`t have you a s my safety net. Where am I going to go?

OSMANOVIC: Say what?

GRAY: I`m just thinking of where I`m going to go. What I`m going to do. Who am I going to stay with? Who wants to house a woman that`s got a mark on her head? You know what I mean? That`s going to be difficult to convince somebody. Can I stay with you? Because I know I`m wanted. Not alive either.

OSMANOVIC: You will never see your kids again. You understand that? If you (EXPLETIVE DELETED) up.

GRAY: I`m not going to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) up.

OSMANOVIC: If you (EXPLETIVE DELETED) up, Reid will have you so hard by the (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

GRAY: Ok, tell me how I don`t (EXPLETIVE DELETED) up.

OSMANOVIC: Stick to what I told you.

We`re going to go through it. Like I said, we`re going to go later on. And like I said, I can release you tonight. You know you`re going home ok, which I`ve promised from day one right?

GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: So you know you`re going home. You know you`re kids are going to be fine. We`re still going to arrange how we`re going to do everything and meet and exchange and everything ok?

Like I said, all you have to tell him is he did not show up to two ransoms. If he says I did, no you didn`t. They had me in the back of the van and they split the window open and I looked at it from the side of the road as they made me drive with a gun on my (EXPLETIVE DELETED) head.

Do you understand that?

GRAY: Is there a split window in the back of the van?

OSMANOVIC: Well, the windows are tinted. The doors open, the windows are black. You can`t see in. You can only see out.

GRAY: Ok.

OSMANOVIC: While I was driving someone was holding a gun to my head and I saw that you were not there. You`re willing to risk our family for $50,000? What do you think?

GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: We have a couple of hours to rehears.

GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: A couple of hours should give you enough to...

GRAY: Yes.

OSMANOVIC: Be solid.

Like I said, me and you are the only ones that can get ourselves into (EXPLETIVE DELETED), ok?

GRAY: Yes. It`s fine. I know. I`m just afraid that they`re going to start asking me questions trying to trick me.

OSMANOVIC: I could put a bullet into the front of your door in the middle of the night, you understand that. Where they know I`m serious.

GRAY: Yes, you might have to do that.

I just don`t know where I`m going to go. Like I haven`t...

OSMANOVIC: Oh, you`re staying at the house. You`re not going anywhere. Tell him they gave us... like I said, we`ll do it like Tuesday, me and you exchange. That`s way he`s got all day long in the morning to get everything together.

GRAY: Tuesday afternoon.

OSMANOVIC: That way me and you can meet afterwards. You understand that. And I`m going to tell you how you`re going to do it. I`m going to take you the routes and everything.

GRAY: When?

OSMANOVIC: Today.

GRAY: Is your gun untraceable? Bullets or anything like that.

OSMANOVIC: I could leave this gun right now, next to the side of the road.

GRAY: I really think you should fire up his car.
