Aired December 12, 2009 - 23:00   ET

THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

A.J. HAMMER, CO-HOST: Right now, on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, the explosive new Tiger tell-all. Another alleged mistress comes out of the woodwork with shocking new claims. Jamie Jungers goes live on the "Today" show. Will her words mean more trouble for Tiger? Jamie tells all.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JAMIE JUNGERS, TIGER WOODS` ALLEGED MISTRESS: There will always be a place in night heart for Tiger.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: How she says Tiger approached her, why they broke up and did she really spend the night at the house Tiger shares with his wife? Tonight, a brand-new Tiger bombshell you just have to hear for yourself.

A big defeat for Jon Gosselin. A judge rules that Jon breached his contract with TLC, the network that aired "Jon and Kate Plus 8." What comes next? Could this mean big trouble for Jon? Plus, why Jon may have to disappear for a while.

And brand-new controversy over the MTV reality show "Jersey Shore." Absolute outrage over an episode that shows a man punching a woman in the face.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Hello, I`m A.J. Hammer, broadcasting tonight and every night from New York City.

BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: Hi there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson coming to you tonight from Hollywood. And tonight, the explosive new Tiger tell- all.

HAMMER: You know, Brooke, I am just losing count as Tiger Woods cheating scandal goes round and round. And where it stops, well, heck, nobody knows at all at this point.

Today, another alleged mistress speaks out and it is making for big news breaking today. Just hours ago on "Dateline," Las Vegas cocktail hostess Jamie Jungers said she loved Tiger Woods and that their alleged affair was more than just physical. Jungers` explosive claims first aired on the "Today" show this morning.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JUNGERS: There will always be a place in my heart for Tiger, but he obviously has issues. So there`s parts of me that`s angry and there`s parts of me that, I guess, kind of don`t - doesn`t find it, you know, unbelievable.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This latest tell-all is the start of Tiger`s new troubles. Tonight, a big time madam is making claims that Tiger hired women for sex. Oh no, Tiger. Say it isn`t so.

And now, Tiger`s attorneys in Britain have won a battle to prevent any chance of nude photos or videos from being released in the U.K. His attorneys say the move was preemptive and they do not know any such items actually exist, OK?

Joining me tonight in New York, Carlos Diaz, who is a correspondent for "Extra." Tonight, from Atlanta, Jane Velez-Mitchell, host of the fine program, "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL" here on HLN every night of the week. And she`s also the author of this fantastic new book, "I Want."

Well, at the risk of repeating myself, Jane and Carlos, Tiger`s scandal just gets more explosive by the day. Today`s contestant on who wants to be an alleged mistress is a 26-year-old one-time waitress. Her name is Jamie Jungers.

Now, she claims, four years ago, she met Tiger at a Vegas nightclub. And as it was first seen on the "Today" show this morning, Jungers claimed even after the relationship began, she knew about Tiger`s wife. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JUNGERS: The one time that his wife was mentioned was the first day that I met him and we hung out. And I`m the one that asked him about her.

MEREDITH VIEIRA, CO-ANCHOR, "THE TODAY SHOW": You actually, from what I understand, spent time in their home in Los Angeles as well?

JUNGERS: I did.

VIEIRA: When she wasn`t there, obviously?

JUNGERS: Yes. Yes. This happened probably a month after we had been seeing each other. And he flew me out, came and picked me up at the airport. And I stayed there for a night.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right, you heard it. She says Tiger flew her to his family home and even picked her up at the airport. Nice guy. Obviously, this is wrong in so many ways.

Carlos, if it did happen, I`m having a hard time figuring out exactly which part of our story is the most outrageous.

CARLOS DIAZ, CORRESPONDENT, "EXTRA": Yes. And one would think that. But having covered sports and entertainment for the last 15 years like I have, I talked to several different women who have been in the situation.

And I talked to three different women who have had relationship with high- profile athletes who are married. And they all say that the reason they go back to their home is because it is the safest place.

They don`t worry about getting caught because the athlete knows his home so well. And there`s no chance of being seen like at the hotel. And sometimes, the wife is home because the athlete doesn`t have to worry about the wife walking in on them. She`s already there.

HAMMER: Yes. But the interesting that you say there - and we`ll get that in just a moment - is Tiger, if he did do what is being alleged about him, didn`t really, you know, stay consistent about his plan of action.

DIAZ: Right. Right.

HAMMER: And Jungers says she only came forward to speak out against all the lies being spread about her. Jane, after hearing what she had to say, are you buying what she`s selling? Is she coming across as credible to you?

JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HOST, "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL": She`s coming across as credible, but I certainly don`t think she`s telling her story just to set the record straight.

HAMMER: Yes.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: There`s a tagline to a famous movie, "All she wanted was a little attention." I mean, if you`re a celebrity who`s married with children, do not date a lingerie model who hangs out at Las Vegas nightclubs, because chances are, this is the very kind of person who seems to want to get on the cover of a tabloid magazine.

In fact, when she`s speaking at times, she seems unable to repress a smile. It creeps up on her. So she`s looking for attention. But that`s exactly the kind of person that a Tiger Woods should not get involved with.

HAMMER: Well, you know, it`s interesting against the backdrop of the fact that perhaps he thought he was doing a good thing by taking her to his home, if that`s what he, in fact, did. And of course, Jungers being the latest in the string of women to make similar claims.

So a lot of people - back to that original point, Carlos. A lot of people want - how in the world could Tiger even manage to keep all his transgressions quiet for so long? Well, watch what Jamie Jungers had to say about how Tiger handled their alleged relationship. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

VIEIRA: How are you able to maintain a relationship and nobody know about it?

JUNGERS: To be honest with you, I`m not really sure. Because we went places together. People were taking our pictures in the nightclubs. We went together in - to restaurants.

When I went to the mansion to see him at the MGM, I would have to check in under my name and say I was there to see him. He would come and pick - you know, come down and get me.

VIEIRA: So he didn`t try to hide the fact he was seeing you?

JUNGERS: He didn`t. No.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. And so according to Jungers, Tiger didn`t even try to hide the alleged affair. And Carlos, having some experience covering this over the years. If what she`s saying is true, how in the world did it take so long for this to all come out?

DIAZ: Yes, being the Vegas correspondent for "Extra," I can tell you what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Much props to the people at MGM, because I know this for a fact about every casino. There`s not a square inch of a casino that is not monitored by cameras.

HAMMER: Yes.

DIAZ: So you knew - not only were people seeing him, but security of every sort was watching Tiger go downstairs, allegedly, and get her and take her back upstairs. So I mean, there were not only just tourists seeing him. There were security personnel seeing it as well.

HAMMER: Unbelievable. Well, let`s move on to this other huge breaking development today in the Tiger Woods scandal. Brooke, there is a new report claiming that Tiger Woods actually paid for sex.

ANDERSON: Oh, A.J., the alleged mistresses aren`t the only ones doing the talking here. A reported, big-time prominent madam claiming today that Jamie Jungers and another alleged mistress, porn actress Holly Sampson, were both paid escorts from her company and that Tiger Woods paid tens of thousands of dollars to both of these women for sex. Now, the madam even says that she has tax forms to prove it.

On the "Today" show, Jamie Jungers flat out denied these claims today. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT reached out to Holly Sampson. As of show time, we have not heard back. I`ve got to say, though, if this is true, what in the world was he thinking?

Jane, if it`s proven to be true, isn`t paying for sex a total game changer here?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Oh, in a word, yes. I mean, take a look at the political world. There have been plenty of politicians who have admitted to transgressions and affairs.

But it was client number nine, Eliot Spitzer who had to resign as a governor of New York, the reason being, it`s illegal, unless you`re in certain parts of Nevada outside Las Vegas at some bunny ranch.

So I guess we`re going to have to wait for the details. But it`s shameful. It really is. It`s exploitation of women. This is crossing a line from a transgression to pathological behavior, if it`s true.

HAMMER: Well, you think all of this is enough. Do you think you`ve heard it all for today? I`d like you to think again, dear viewer.

In another bombshell Tiger development today, a judge in a high court in London has approved Tiger`s request to ban the publication of any nude photos of him that might be about to come out.

Now, lawyers belonging to Tiger`s team are quick to say this does not mean that he has any about to come out. But Carlos, my friend, what the heck else are we supposed to think?

DIAZ: Yes. I`ve got news for you, A.J. My lawyer isn`t asking if he should block any sex tapes with me because I don`t have a sex tape. I know it.

What do you think is going on here? Either Tiger has a sex tape or he had so much sex he doesn`t remember if he had a sex tape or not. Either way, that`s a bad thing.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Or somebody surreptitiously videotaped him using their cell phone camera.

DIAZ: That`s true.

HAMMER: Yes. I mean, so Jane, really, you know, when you hear lawyers - and look, your expertise in the legal field goes back for years dealing with celebrities. Is anything normal about a celebrity making a preemptive strike against video or photos - nude video or photos coming out when they don`t know if they exist?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, listen, considering the number of women involved and that have come forward at this point, you have to wonder - and again, I bring up the cell phone.

If one of those women - there were reports that he allegedly had sex in a parking lot. So there could be videotape from a parking lot surveillance camera of him having sex.

HAMMER: Well, there you go. Tiger`s alleged mistresses obviously seem to be coming out of the woodwork left and right. That`s got to hurt for Elin. But tonight the question is, does anybody feel sorry for Tiger?

Well, believe it or not, there are a few people that actually have sympathy for the guy. So Carlos Diaz, Jane Velez-Mitchell, stay where you are. That hot debate is coming up on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Now, over to you. Here`s our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day - "Tiger`s Alleged Mistresses: Do you believe their claims about Tiger?" Let us know at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight or E-mail us - the address, showbiztonight@cnn.com.

ANDERSON: Tonight, Jon Gosselin gets a smack down from a judge. Brand-new drama for Jon after a judge rules against him. And now, will Jon have to drop out of sight for a while? I have the brand-new Jon bombshell.

Also controversy over the MTV reality show "Jersey Shore." There is absolute outrage over an episode that shows a man punching a woman in the face. Tonight, what MTV is saying about the controversy.

And we`ll also have this -

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Being tongue tied to a pole, frozen to a pole on purpose. Well, real kids have gotten stuck three times in just the past few days.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Have these kids learned nothing from the movie "A Christmas Story?" Tonight, real-life kids who learned the lesson the hard way - don`t stick your tongue on a frozen pole. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

HAMMER: And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker." These are more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom and they are making news right now.

TEXT: Susan Boyle set to top Billboard charts for third week. Michael Jackson to get honorary Grammy Award next year.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: I`ve got great news tonight. Pee-Wee Herman is back. Remember the Saturday morning kids` show, "Pee-Wee`s Playhouse?" I loved that show. Well, Paul Reubens is bringing his Pee-Wee character back with the live Pee-Wee Herman shows. It`s going to open next month at a theater in Los Angeles.

The stage show features a lot of characters from the TV show including Miss Yvonne, Mailman, Mike and Jambi the Genie. And I`m wondering if Chairry is back. I haven`t gotten confirmation on that. The show is running for four weeks.

Reubens says he hopes it will introduce Pee-Wee to a whole new generation and he hopes to make a movie of the new version of the "Playhouse." Did you love Pee-Wee, Brooke? I mean, I happen to love Pee-Wee.

ANDERSON: I loved him. I watched him every week.

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. Tonight, frozen tongue 911.

ANDERSON: Do you remember the scene from "A Christmas Story," right? A kid gets triple dog dare to put his tongue on a pole in freezing cold weather. And it gets stuck there.

Well, did you see this? It`s not just in the movies. As the temperatures drop, kids in real life are learning this lesson the hard way. Don`t try this at home.

Here`s CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

MOOS: It`s being like being tongue-tied a pole, frozen to a pole on purpose. And if you in and out it only happens in movies like "A Christmas Story" -

UNIDENTIFIED CHILD ACTOR: Help! Help!

MOOS: Well, real kids have gotten stuck three times in just the past few days from Vancouver, Washington -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And we have a student that stuck their tongue on the flagpole.

MOOS: To this Boise, Idaho fence post, three separate incidents.

SAM NICHOLSON, STUCK TONGUE TO POLE: Numbness. My tongue is really numb.

MOOS: And kids like this one had to have their tongues liberated. In Spokane Valley, Washington, the dark-haired girl used her cell to call 911 to rescue her 13-year-old friend.

911 OPERATOR: How is she stuck to the pole?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE CALLER: We were retarded and she stuck her tongue to the pole.

MOOS (on camera): The second girl put her tongue on the pole only after her first girl put the lips on the pole and the lips came of without a problem. But not the tongue in temperatures of about 10 degrees.

UNIDENTIFIED CHILD ACTOR: Come back!

UNIDENTIFIED CHILD ACTOR: No way!

MOOS (voice-over): In the movie the kid is abandoned, but in real life, the friends stuck by the girl whose tongue was stuck.

911 OPERATOR: Tell her we`ll get somebody there to help her, OK?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE CALLER: OK. Are you laughing?

911 OPERATOR: No, I`m not. I feel bad for her.

MOOS: As for how fast to get a tongue unstuck -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK, breathe on it.

MOOS: Breathing isn`t usually enough, nor do we recommend the technique used in "Dumb and Dumber." The best method is room temperature water, as the captain rescued the laughing 13-year-old.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We just poured it on there and within about 10 seconds, the tongue pulled off.

MOOS: Sore but OK. So kids, don`t you dare risk your tongue over a dare.

UNIDENTIFIED CHILD ACTOR: I triple dog dare you.

MOOS: The captain didn`t bother to give the girl a tongue lashing, figuring she had been lashed enough.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I did ask her why she did it, and she said curiosity.

MOOS: We know what that did to the cat.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: So remember, kids, triple dog dare or not, don`t do it. That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

HAMMER: And Brooke, you know, the "Showbiz on Call" phone lines have been ringing off the hook, literally. They are off the hook because so many people are calling in about brand-new Jon and Kate Gosselin drama.

ANDERSON: A.J., Kate says that since the show, "Jon & Kate Plus 8" ended, the kids are devastated and they really miss the camera crews. We`ve got a call into "Showbiz on Call" from Greta in Oregon who says Kate needs to move on.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

GRETA, CALLER FROM OREGON: Jon and Kate - I think for once he`s finally doing the right thing for his kids and people need to give him credit for that. And I think she needs to get over it and move on. And yes, she needs to get a regular job, too.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Thank you, Greta.

HAMMER: Jennifer also called into "Showbiz on Call" from Ontario, Canada. And Jennifer says maybe the kids were actually crying about their parents divorce.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

JENNIFER, CALLER FROM ONTARIO, CANADA: Kate`s statement that the kids were devastated that the camera crew was no longer going to be there now the show is over, that kids were actually crying - I figured that it was probably because they relate that time to when the parents were actually together as a family.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: Thanks, Jennifer. Call us at "Showbiz on Call" and let us know what you think about this or anything else that is on your mind.

ANDERSON: The "Showbiz on Call" phone lines are always open. Give us a ring at 1-888-SBT-BUZZ; that`s 1-888-728-2899. Leave a voicemail. We promise we will play some of your calls right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

HAMMER: Tonight, Jon Gosselin gets a smack down from a judge. Brand-new drama for Jon after a judge rules against him. And now, will Jon have to drop out of sight for a while? We can only dream. The brand-new Jon bombshell on the way.

Also, another one of Tiger`s alleged mistresses speaks out.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JUNGERS: I didn`t even get a birthday card. I got nothing out of the relationship but a broken heart.

VIEIRA: You loved him?

JUNGERS: I did.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Tiger`s other, other woman tells all. Her shocking claims about their alleged relationship. Plus, do you feel any sympathy for Tiger? It`s the fired-up debate.

And controversy over the MTV reality show, "Jersey Shore." There is absolute outrage over an episode that shows a man punching a woman in the face. Tonight, what MTV is saying about the controversy. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

Time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news right now.

TEXT: Ellen DeGeneres to be featured in "Female Force" comic book, in stores March 2010. Carrie Underwood, Mariah Carey announce new tours.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: A tearful goodbye this morning. It`s an end of an era at "Good Morning America." Today was Diane Sawyer`s last day. She`s moving to anchor "World News" later this month, taking over for Charles Gibson who is retiring.

And throughout today`s show, there were tributes. They sang songs. It was a look back at Diane`s nearly 11 years of "GMA." And then, there was the crying and a group hug. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: All right. Come on. Come on. Come on.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, congratulations, guys. Monday, George Stephanopoulos and JuJu Chang will join Robin Roberts and Sam Champion on "Good Morning America." Chris Cuomo is also leaving "GMA." He`s going to anchor "20/20."

ANDERSON: The guy who secretly made videos of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews naked in a hotel room has agreed to plead guilty in the case.

Michael Barrett, an insurance executive from Illinois, will plead guilty to interstate stalking. Authorities say he rented a hotel room next to Andrews in three cities last year and altered the peephole so he could make the nude videos of her.

He`s accused of uploading the videos to the Internet and trying to sell them to TMZ. Barrett`s lawyer says he`s very sorry and that he apologizes to Erin Andrews. He could face up to five years in prison and $250,000 fine. But prosecutors say they`ll recommend a sentence of 27 months.

HAMMER: Well, the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook page is going wild - wild, I tell you, with news today that yet another woman has come out of the woodwork claiming that she had a year-and-a-half affair with Tiger Woods. People are really fired up posting comments all over our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook page.

We`ll go to Whitney M. writing this, "I don`t feel one bit story for Tiger. He got himself into this mess. When will people, celebrity or not, learn that cheating only causes problems and is never a good thing?"

Terri H. saying this, "Why is anyone shocked? He`s just a man. His profession is golf and he is good at it and not so good at being faithful."

We`d love to hear from you on Facebook. You can follow us on Twitter. For breaking entertainment news alerts, sign up our Facebook and Twitter pages by going to one place, CNN.com/ShowbizTonight.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer, broadcasting tonight and every night from New York City.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson, coming to you tonight from Hollywood. And tonight, sorry for Tiger? A.J., the news is not getting any better for Tiger Woods.

HAMMER: No, it`s not, Brooke. In fact, another woman is now making brand- new explosive claims today that she, too, had an affair with Woods while he was married. In a jaw-dropping interview, Jamie Jungers claimed on the "Today" show this morning that she really thought that she and Tiger were boyfriend and girlfriend.

But that`s not all. She also claimed today that she and Tiger had a romantic rendezvous in Tiger`s home. Yes, the same home he shares with his wife Elin.

And we have the brand-new results of our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT poll, asking you if you actually feel sorry for Tiger. The results are very shocking.

Joining me tonight in New York, Carlos Diaz, who is a correspondent for "Extra." From Atlanta tonight, Jan Velez-Mitchell, host, of course, of "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL," seen every night of the week, 7:00 p.m. Eastern, right here on HLN. And of course, Jane is the author of this fantastic book, "I Want."

And I want to begin with the brand-new, explosive interview this morning on the "Today" show. One of Tiger`s alleged mistresses, Jamie Jungers, explained exactly how she met Tiger Woods. Take a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JUNGERS: I met Tiger Woods in 2005 in Las Vegas at one of the nightclubs. He had a VIP host, called me to his table and requested to meet me. I went over. He introduced himself and we ended up hanging out, drinking. So it just kind of went from friendly conversation in the nightclub and back into his hotel.

VIEIRA: And you ended up spending the night with him?

JUNGERS: Yes.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, the way she describes this, Carlos, is that Tiger pursued her and not the other way around. If this is true, does that make matters worse for Tiger or can`t it get any worse?

DIAZ: If this is true, it makes matters worse for Tiger. And I`ve seen it time and time again in Vegas clubs in the VIP section. Stars never approach women in clubs. They always sent the VIP host or at least a security guard provided by the club to send them over and bring girls to their table.

It`s a great move, A.J., because you never get rejected. You never - it sounds like this is the pattern that happens in Vegas, but I still don`t know if I believe her.

HAMMER: Well, Jamie Jungers also claimed on the "Today" show this morning that her affair with Tiger lasted for a year and a half. And this is the one that really got me and I think a lot of people. She claims she even spent time in the house that Tiger shares with his wife, Elin. Unbelievable. Look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JUNGERS: Every time we saw each other, it was like, we became more and more comfortable with each other, just became more of an actual relationship, boyfriend-girlfriend relationship.

VIEIRA: You actually, from what I understand, spent time in their home in Los Angeles as well?

JUNGERS: I did.

VIEIRA: When she wasn`t there, obviously?

JUNGERS: Yes. Yes. This happened probably a month after we had been seeing each other. And he flew me out, came and picked me up at the airport and I stayed there for a night.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right. Jane, I mean, this doesn`t make a whole lot of sense to me that he would be so brazen, just asking to get caught. But on the other hand, if all of the things we`ve been learning really are true, then maybe it just falls right in line. I don`t know.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, I believe her. Let`s face it. She fits the profile. She`s blond and she`s white and waitress/lingerie model. These are some of the commonalities out there with these women who say they`ve had relations with Tiger Woods.

And I don`t think a legitimate news organization would just put her on unless she showed some kind of documentation. And guess what? All you need today is a cell phone to provide that documentation in the form of text messages and E-mails and cell phone calls.

And that`s what`s so astounding about this case, is that there is such a trail. I mean, we`ve been reading about various text messages in the newspapers for days now.

HAMMER: Well, you`ve got to wonder why all of these women have been coming forward, and particularly, this woman, Jamie, who you believe you say, Jane. But she said the reason that she`s speaking out about her alleged affair with Tiger is because there are all these reports out there that Tiger paid her off. And she says, for her part, she doesn`t play for pay. Take a look at that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

VIEIRA: You came here today, you said, because you wanted to clear up some of the information that`s been out there about you, like this headline, "Tiger Paid Me." He never paid you for anything, you said?

JUNGERS: Nothing. I didn`t even get a birthday card. I got nothing out of this relationship but a broken heart.

VIEIRA: You loved him?

JUNGERS: I did.

VIEIRA: Did he ever tell you the same?

JUNGERS: No, I never told him that I loved him.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. All right. Carlos, she`s got nothing but a broken heart. I don`t mean to sound insensitive here, but you know, so what? Are you feeling sorry for her, any of these women who claim they had their heart broken too? Am I being too insensitive?

DIAZ: You went to his house knowing he was married and had sex with him. I mean, does not define a girl who is (UNINTELLIGIBLE).

VELEZ-MITCHELL: She`s not the one who`s married though.

DIAZ: No, it`s true. But I mean, she is equally to blame as Tiger is, if this is true. If you know the man is married and you had sex with him in his house, then you`re equally to blame.

HAMMER: Jane, do you buy that? A lot of -

VELEZ-MITCHELL: No.

(CROSSTALK)

HAMMER: I`ve been hearing people yelling across tables about that issue.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, first of all, I will say, Carlos, we have - and I think women who would claim that they didn`t know that he was married are lying. I mean, one Google search will tell you that he was married with children.

But no, I don`t think if you`re not the married person, it`s your responsibility to be the upholder of the marital vows, those marital vows - the one he took.

DIAZ: I`m not saying Tiger is right. And I`m not saying this girl is right. I`m saying everyone is wrong in this situation.

HAMMER: I want to get to the results of our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day. Because, you know - all right. So we`re not feeling so sorry for her or any of the other women who may be coming forward.

But we are looking at the results of the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT poll - "Tiger Woods Scandal: Do you feel sorry for him?" And it paints a pretty scary picture for Tiger Woods right now. Look at that - 83 percent of the people say no, they have no sympathy. And that is definitely a sea change from a time before.

The "Showbiz on Call" phone lines flooded on the subject. Donna in North Carolina says that she is not feeling any sympathy for Tiger. Listen to this.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

DONNA, CALLER FROM NORTH CAROLINA: I don`t feel sorry for Tiger Woods. I feel sorry for his wife and his mother. He should not have embarrassed his family like that in front of the whole United States. He had this squeaky clean image and I think he should probably go ahead and be finished golfing and go in hiding. And I think his wife ought to just leave him and be done with him.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: Thanks a lot, Donna. Now, Jane, remember, a couple of weeks ago, when this story first broke, there was a lot of sympathy for Tiger. A lot of people saying, "You know what? Leave the guy alone. All right, so he had a little indiscretion."

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes, well, one indiscretion, maybe two. But three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine - I don`t have time to list all the alleged indiscretions. And I do have compassion for Tiger because I think that, A, he`s probably a sex addict and B, I think, on a subconscious level, he probably wanted to get caught.

This is a father who`s never had a childhood. His father preprogrammed him to be a champion golfer, wrote two books about it, was a military man. This person that you`re looking at, Tiger Woods, never got a chance to choose his life.

And on some level, I think he wanted to throw a hand grenade into it and have it implode so that he could go out and be who he really is.

HAMMER: Well, if that`s really what he wanted to do, he was very successful. I`ve got to end it there. Carlos Diaz, Jane Velez-Mitchell, thanks, guys. I appreciate it.

On to our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day. We`ve been asking you to vote online on this - "Tiger`s Alleged Mistresses: Do you believe their claims about Tiger?" Vote at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. You can also E-mail us, showbiztonight@cnn.com is our address.

ANDERSON: Do you remember when Jon Gosselin announced on his reality show that he was splitting from his wife? He popped up everywhere from the Hamptons to Las Vegas. Well, now, he`s got to pay the piper for his party boy ways. A big court smack down for Jon Gosselin. Could this mean we`ll see less of the reality dad of eight? Say it isn`t so.

Plus, the overwhelming new outrage over the MTV reality show, "Jersey Shore." The disturbing attack on a woman that has some debating for the show to be canceled.

We`ll also have this -

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. Tonight, Jon`s big defeat.

ANDERSON: Bad boy daddy of eight, Jon Gosselin, in hot water with the law and the TLC Network. It`s the brand-new story just in today. Shock today as the judge rules that Jon Gosselin was not only in breach of his contract with TLC, but put the kabosh on any and all media appearances Jon may make, paid or unpaid. Is this the end for Jon Gosselin?

ANDERSON: Also, brand-new outrage tonight over MTV reality show, "Jersey Shore," after this unbelievable footage airs of a man punching a woman in the face. Should MTV yank the show?

Also, tonight, who will SHOWBIZ TONIGHT name the most provocative celebrity of the week?

Joining me tonight in Hollywood, Hyla, who is an entertainment journalist for "5DollarPrep.com." Tonight, in New York, Dawn Yanek, who is an editor- at-large for "Life and Style" magazine.

Hyla, Dawn, we start tonight by announcing the big winner of the most provocative celebrity of the week. Now, every single week, the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT staff debates, argues, dukes it out to come up with the very best winner of the tile of most provocative celebrity of the week.

And this week, here are the nominees - Tiger Woods. Also nominated this week, Tiger Woods. And our third nominee, Tiger Woods.

Hyla, I don`t think there has ever been such a no-brainer decision for the staff of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. What do you think?

HYLA, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST, "5DOLLARPREP.COM": Well, this is an easy one. But what we can debate about is what was most provocative about him this week. Was it the fact he writes text messages like a 16-year-old boy or the fact that he may have had some women of the night enjoy his company. And there`s a lot of things that were very provocative about Tiger. What was it?

ANDERSON: So many alleged qualifications. I agree, Tiger really takes quite the cake. No question. And I don`t know, guys - I think Tiger Woods has certainly outdone the man that we named the most provocative celebrity of the year, Jon Gosselin.

And that brings us to our next explosive story just in today - Jon Gosselin`s big defeat. A judge rules that Jon is in breach of contract with TLC. And here`s the zinger. He can`t make any more media appearances. No more hosting Vegas parties. No more TV interviews. He`s done. Dawn, does this mean big trouble for Jon? How will he make money?

DAWN YANEK, EDITOR-AT-LARGE, "LIFE AND STYLE WEEKLY": That is a very good question. This is definitely big trouble for Jon. Because of course, he has eight mouths to feed. He has legal fees to pay. He has a New York City apartment and a very high flying lifestyle as of late that he has to pay for.

So what is he going to do to make money? So that is the big question. He`s either going to have to find a loophole in his contract with TLC. He`s going to have to convince the judge otherwise at the next court date which is in mid-April. Or horror of horrors, he`s going to have to find a job, a regular old job just like the rest of us. Not everybody can be a media personality.

ANDERSON: You might have to just settle in and get a real job. And we all do remember that crazy day back in October when Jon Gosselin posted this sign on the gates of his house banning TLC crews from entering the property and he need to do what`s best for his kids, he said.

Well, that really ticked off TLC. There`s no doubt Jon played dirty for months. Now, TLC plans on doing the same, it seems.

Here`s what a rep from the network told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "We look forward to the next phase of the litigation which is to pursue our claim for damages resulting from Mr. Gosselin`s numerous breaches."

This isn`t just a breach of contract case. Hyla, quickly, it sounds pretty personal.

HYLA: It`s definitely personal. I mean, he could have been left alone, bygones be bygones. But decided to go after them. You know what? TLC is a big-boy company with big-boy lawyers and they are going to put the beat down on Jon Gosselin. It`s not going to be pretty.

ANDERSON: They are out for blood. I want to move now to another story causing total outrage today over a reality show face punch. MTV reality show, "Jersey Shore," under fire tonight after they aired a promo, a teaser showing a man punching a woman in the face and hard. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You never know at the "Jersey Shore" what`s going to happen.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You`re going to jail.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Now, domestic violence groups are outraged, incensed and MTV has responded by saying it will run a domestic violence spot at the end of the show. Dawn, it is super-disturbing scene. Why even put it in the show?

YANEK: Well, look. This is a train wreck of a show and it only represents a very small portion of a very specific group of people. But that said, you know, it is real life. And it was documenting what happened in these people`s lives.

Is it glorifying it? No. And do they have a chance to do something good and bring attention to a subject like abuse or something else? Of course. So I think that, in the long run, it`s just showing what happens on a daily basis. And I have to tell you, our readers at "Life and Style Weekly" are interested in this show.

ANDERSON: And that`s what MTV is saying it`s going do, shine a spotlight on this disgusting display of violence and abuse. And you`ve go to listen to this, because it turns out the man who threw the punch is a high school gym teacher.

And victim, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, told the "New York Daily News" that she`s actually glad the punch was included in the show because she says, as we just have been saying, that it raises awareness about domestic violence.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT reached out to MTV. A rep told us this, quote, "Violence against women is a crime and they said the offender paid the consequences for his actions." Hyla, is that enough or does MTV need to go further, need to do more here?

HYLA: I mean, there`s - they can only do so much. It takes the responsibility of us as people to try to make sure that guys don`t get away with this.

It`s good that it`s bringing the conversation to the forefront because there`s people like Chris Brown who didn`t really have to pay the price except picking up trash on the side of the road for beating Rihanna. He should be in jail. This guy should go to jail. We should keep talking about it until that happens.

ANDERSON: Yes. It was certainly indefensible. It was disgusting. That`s what it was. Hyla, Dawn Yanek, we will leave it there. Thank you both. Good to talk to you.

HAMMER: Moving on tonight, a shocking new ruling against Anna Nicole Smith`s doctors who are accused of conspiring to give Anna Nicole prescription drugs.

Anna Nicole Smith`s two doctors and her lawyer boyfriend Howard K. Stern have all pleaded not guilty to those drug conspiracy charges and they are expected to stand trial.

But listen to this - the judge is still going to let the doctors continue to practice medicine while they go on trial. Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidental overdose in 2007.

ANDERSON: Tonight, a White House mystery revealed. Oprah talks to the Obamas about a huge holiday secret. It`s information that even the Secret Service doesn`t know about.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WINFREY: Is there a greater pressure to give a good gift when you`re the president? Or can you get away with it when you get to be the president?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: You won`t believe what Oprah found out. And will Michelle be happy? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

HAMMER: And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - these are more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news right now.

MICHELLE OBAMA, UNITED STATES FIRST LADY: What are you going to get me?

BARACK OBAMA, UNITED STATES PRESIDENT: I`ve been giving some good gifts. You get some nice stuff.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: So what`s really the hardest job in the world? Getting the perfect Christmas gift for the First Lady of the United States and the mother of your two children, of course.

Tonight, Oprah Winfrey`s revealing, brand-new interview with President and Mrs. Obama as they get ready for their very first Christmas at the White House.

ANDERSON: Tonight, the exclusive White House sit-down with Lady O and the Obamas. Oprah who some credit as the main reason that the president is now living at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, sits down with the first couple for an intimate TV special.

Believe it or not, it`s the first time Oprah has interviewed the president since he`s taken office. The special called "Christmas at the White House," takes us where cameras have never been before, following the first couple as they prepare for the holiday season.

Hey, did you know there are 27 Christmas trees inside the White House? Unbelievable. Plus, Oprah also gets to the bottom of a big mystery, the gift-giving habits of the leader of the free world. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WINFREY: Is there a greater pressure to give a good gift when you`re the president? Or can you get away with it when you get to be president?

M. OBAMA: Sorry. Busy.

B. OBAMA: You know -

M. OBAMA: What are you going to get me? You should feel pressure.

B. OBAMA: I`ve been giving some good gifts. You get some nice stuff. Here`s the general rule. I give nicer stuff than I get.

WINFREY: Really?

M. OBAMA: No way.

B. OBAMA: Absolutely.

M. OBAMA: I gave you good gifts last year.

B. OBAMA: Oh, come on, please. You know, it`s like Mother`s Day and Father`s Day -

WINFREY: Yes.

B. OBAMA: You know, you can -

M. OBAMA: We`re talking about Christmas. Don`t become distracted.

B. OBAMA: But that principle applies generally.

WINFREY: So you`re a good gift giver?

B. OBAMA: Where did you get this nice little -

M. OBAMA: This was a gift.

WINFREY: Was this anniversary?

M. OBAMA: Anniversary.

WINFREY: Anniversary. Nice.

B. OBAMA: Sure.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Giving Michelle a hard time. No word on what the Obamas gave their good friend, Oprah, for Christmas. And speaking of gifts, I could just imagine that Christmas morning for Sasha and Malia Obama is going to be a total blast in the White House.

HAMMER: OK. So on Thursday, we asked you to vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day. In just moments, I was handed this, the final results. "Tiger Woods Scandal: Do you feel sorry for him?" Look at this - 17 percent of you do feel some sympathy there; 83 percent of you, no.

Here are some of the E-mails we got. We heard from Patricia in South Carolina. And Patricia writes, "I am really angry at Tiger, but enough is enough. It really is time to move on. I`m pretty sure he has learned his lesson."

Deb in Ohio writing, "Although I don`t feel sorry for Tiger, I do feel sorry for his wife and children."

And I echo those sentiments. I`m guessing you do, too, Brooke.

ANDERSON: Yes. Me, too.

HAMMER: That is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. You can catch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on the 11:00s - 11:00 p.m. Eastern, 11:00 p.m. Pacific, and in the morning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern on HLN. Take care.
