THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

A.J. HAMMER, HLN HOST: Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT - like Jesse, like Tiger? The startling new connection between Tiger Woods and Sandra Bullock`s husband, Jesse James as more women come forward today claiming that they also had affairs with Jesse. Is Jesse turning into Tiger Woods? But, wait. There`s more. Why Jesse`s ex-porn star wife is now on team Sandra.

A Donny Osmond and Lady Gaga smackdown explodes today. Why Lady`s new telephone video is pushing Donny`s buttons.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

DONNY OSMOND, SINGER: I don`t want my kids or my grandkids to see stuff like this.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: Why Donny is warning parents, hide your kids. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with squeaky-clean Donny versus super-sexy Gaga.

Big news breaking about Sarah Palin`s reality show. But there`s also Rosie`s new show and Kate Gosselin`s new show. So whose show will you love to hate? It`s today`s SHOWBIZ great debate.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer, coming to you from New York City.

BROOKE ANDERSON, HLN HOST: Hi, there. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today. Is Jesse just like Tiger? The Jesse is Sandra Bullock`s husband, Jesse James. The Tiger is - well, you know who that Tiger is.

And just like Tiger Woods, Jesse James has a whole new heap of alleged mistress claims to deal with today. Yes, more women coming out of the woodwork today claiming that Jesse snuck around behind Sandra`s back for, shall we say, some sexual romps.

And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can now reveal that just like Tiger did at the beginning, Jesse James is not really saying a thing.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over): Sandra Bullock`s infidelity nightmare is giving Hollywood a collective heartache and a major case of deja vu. First came the shocking news of Bullock`s husband, Jesse James, allegedly having an affair with a tattooed stripper.

Now, today, there are even more women rushing to join the club of people who claim that they slept with him, a club that includes porn workers and other women of questionable repute.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Random stripper tattooed girls.

ANDERSON: As the alleged cheater himself, Jesse James, is saying nothing except for vague, half-baked apologies, which is why SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can now reveal -

NINA PARKER, TMZ: It`s just the Tiger Woods` syndrome.

ANDERSON: Yes, it looks like Jesse James the biker and Tiger Woods the golfer have more in common besides apparently cheating on their glamorous, beautiful wives.

So SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has got to ask, is Jesse James the new Tiger Woods? TMZ reports today an L.A. photographer is now the third - yes, third woman to come forward claiming an affair with Bullock`s husband.

PARKER: She says that she was actually found by Jesse to file a photo shoot back in 2008. It sparked a relationship between the two of them that she says lasted for about a year.

ANDERSON: Of course, those are just claims, just like the one from another woman, a stripper, who told "Star" magazine that she had sex with James. Both women made their claims roughly a week after yet another star stripper Michelle Bombshell McGee, got the ball rolling in "In Touch" magazine with her tale of a supposed 11-month affair with James.

PARKER: You know, it`s kind of a Tiger Woods effect. Being a mistress is kind of popular right now.

ANDERSON: This is exactly the same thing we saw with Tiger Woods. News of his alleged affair also broke into a tabloid followed by more women, at least a dozen or so, practically tripping over themselves to claim that they, too, have sexual romps with Tiger.

JOSLYN JAMES, ALLEGED TIGER WOODS` MISTRESS: I fell in love with him and he told me that he loved me, too.

ANDERSON: It`s getting hard to tell the James and Woods alleged mistresses apart. Compared alleged Tiger Woods` mistresses, ex-porn star, Joslyn James, to alleged Jesse James` mistress, stripper and alleged porn worker Michelle "Bombshell" McGee. Think Tiger and Jesse may have a thing for tattoos?

PARKER: I don`t know what these women are doing for them, but it`s definitely causing them to kind of wreck their own lives.

ANDERSON: Jesse James is even addressing his cheating scandal the same way Tiger Woods first addressed his - with a vague, written statement, heavy on apologies and short on details.

PARKER: Jesse James hasn`t really admitted that he had an affair.

ANDERSON: James` statement blasts claims that he calls, quote, "untrue and unfounded." Tiger Woods used the word "false and unfounded" in an early statement. James does cop to "poor judgment" just like the unspecified transgressions Tiger mentioned as both gave shout-outs to their wives and family.

Jesse bemoaned Sandra Bullock`s, quote, "pain and embarrassment while Tiger simply said, "I have let my family down." In fact, these bad boys have so much in common, we`ve got to ask, which one is worse?

PARKER: Tiger wins by numbers.

ANDERSON: Yes, Tiger`s alleged mistress count is well into the teens. But at the rate that women are rushing forward to claim that they had sex with Sandra Bullock`s husband, Jesse James just might catch up to Tiger by summertime.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Wow. It is just unbelievable how Jesse James` cheating scandal is really shaping up like Tiger. So is Jesse the new Tiger Woods?

Joining me right now in New York is Lauren Lake who is an attorney and author of the book "Girl, Let Me Tell You." And right here with me, in New York City, is Cooper Lawrence, who is a syndicated radio host and author of this fine book, "The Cult of Celebrity."

I really think we might have to actually start out the Jesse James alleged mistress tally, get a little counter going. Lauren, out to you first. Are you with me that it really seems that Jesse James has learned nothing from how poorly Tiger handled his mess?

LAUREN LAKE, ATTORNEY: Well, you know what? It looks really bad. But what do you expect the man to say right now? He`s not going to make a statement saying, "Yes, I had an affair with one, two, maybe three. Who knows how many women?"

This kind of vague statement is normal. Unfortunately, Tiger has revealed the blueprint. And if more and more women come out and along with the text messages, we`ll get another statement later saying, "I done it."

HAMMER: Yes. So maybe he`s sitting around saying, "Maybe nobody will come out of the woodwork if there are, in fact, women to come out of the woodwork.

Let me point out at this time, if I may, that SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was actually the first to call all of this the Tiger Woods` effect. Thank you, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT contributor Sandy Lee.

There is that big public apology. Both Jesse and Tiger calling their cheating scandals "situations." Jesse calling his "poor judgment"; Tiger calling his "transgressions."

But Cooper, I do find it remarkable with all that we`ve seen with Tiger Woods how it does seem Jesse James really hasn`t picked up on anything because he copped to nothing, essentially.

COOPER LAWRENCE, PSYCHOLOGIST: Because he doesn`t think that he`s going to get caught. He probably looks at Tiger Woods and thinks, "That poor slob. What an idiot," and not without looking at his own transgressions.

I mean, that`s what narcissism is. It`s my favorite word here. But these are men who don`t think about other people, who don`t think about someone else`s situation. They think, "What an idiot. I`m fine." And that`s what you saw here.

HAMMER: Yes. Maybe the new scarlet letter should be a giant N for "narcissism."

LAWRENCE: That`s what I`d say.

HAMMER: I think that`s a good idea.

LAWRENCE: A big N.

HAMMER: All right. I`ve got to move on to the next part of Jesse`s Tiger Woods effect. They have both multiple alleged mistresses that, as I said, are just coming out of the woodwork.

Brand-new report today claims a fourth woman has now lawyered up with Gloria Allred - yes, the same attorney who represents a couple of Tiger Woods` alleged mistresses.

I think that Jesse, at this point, should be bracing for a Tiger Woods` style face off. Lauren, given what happened with Tiger`s situation, it`s pretty obvious to me that this is really only the beginning for Jesse.

LAKE: Oh, yes. I mean, they are going to come forward. They`re going to be sniffing out, looking for some checks. Yes, money might start rolling.

At this point, cheating with a celebrity has become a career opportunity, a chance for money. It has turned into a new wave of financial interest that I don`t think any of us ever planned for. And I know there are a lot of men out there shaking in their boots because they may be next.

HAMMER: Yes. I`m getting ready for the book deals, the movie of the week, the new Web sites that are on the way. And I have to think that the whole Sandra Bullock and Jesse James cheating scandal has really taken some of the spotlight off of Tiger Woods.

I mean, Cooper, do think Tiger is watching - maybe he`s watching SHOWBIZ TONIGHT right now and saying, "Yes, finally, it`s not me"?

LAWRENCE: You know he is. You know he`s happy that the heat is off of him for a second. I mean, we`re in a 24-hour news cycle. People want to know always what is going on, who are they doing and how are they doing.

And then, these women are coming forward left and right. I mean, Tiger is kind of like, "Whew, finally." But on the other hand, you know, it`s also pressure off of Elin. She is the other one in this factor who also now doesn`t have to worry about being bombarded with these (UNINTELLIGIBLE).

(CROSS TALK)

HAMMER: Of course, Sandra is dealing with what Elin was dealing with.

LAWRENCE: Sadly, true.

HAMMER: Sadly, both Tiger and Jesse have humiliated their wives. Tiger humiliated Elin, not just by having an affair, but by allegedly hiding all these women in this text messaging maze for what may have been for years.

Who knows what Jesse James may have been hiding from Sandra? Tiger`s key was to seek sex rehab. Lauren, do you think Jesse will pull the same move and head over to sex rehab?

LAKE: OK. I know sex addiction is real but everybody can`t go to sex rehab. Everybody is not a sex addict. I`m just not buying it. So Jesse, if you`re going to go check yourself in, I don`t even want to hear it. I don`t want to hear it.

HAMMER: And quite frankly, I don`t actually know that Jesse James is all that worried about rehabilitating his image where, for Tiger, he didn`t have a single choice.

LAKE: True.

HAMMER: Now, here`s another thing that Jesse James has in common with Tiger Woods - a young child caught in the middle of this ugly cheating scandal and this is perhaps the nastiest of it all.

Sandra Bullock got surprising support coming today, from all people, Jesse James` porn star ex-wife. Sandra was backing Jesse in a custody battle with his ex-wife. So you`ve got to wonder why in a world this woman is now on team Sandra. Lauren Lake, Cooper Lawrence, stay right where you are.

All right. Brooke, I`m very excited about this coming Monday. It`s going to be huge. Because, starting on March 29th, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is going to be live every single day, 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday.

ANDERSON: That`s right, A.J. And every night, we are still TV`s most provocative entertainment news show at 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific.

Hey, A.J., I can tell you that provocative doesn`t even begin to describe what Donny Osmond thinks about this Lady Gaga video.

(MUSIC)

A Donny Osmond-Lady Gaga smackdown explodes today. Why Lady Gaga`s new "Telephone" video is pushing Donny`s buttons. Donny wants parents to hide their kids.

And big news breaking today about Sarah Palin`s new TV series. But there`s also Rosie`s new TV show and Kate Gosselin`s new show. So whose show will you love to hate? It`s today`s showbiz great debate. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Octumom Nadya Suleman tops "Controversial Mom" list, Angelina Jolie at number nine. Simon Cowell to receive international Emmy Award for "reshaping TV."

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

ANDERSON: A.J., you and I both love animals, right? So today, the octumom has an advice for all animal lovers. Don`t let your dog become an octumom or an octudad. And big news about the balloon boy dad. It`s all in the buzz today.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over): Balloon Boy`s dad out of jail. Wannabe reality TV star Richard Heene is now finishing his 90-day jail sentence at home wearing an ankle monitor.

Heene was convicted of hoaxing the nation making everyone think his young son was trapped in a runaway balloon. Next up in jail? Balloon boy`s mom, who will serve 20 days.

Michelle Obama is the kid`s choice. The first lady will be honored by Nickelodeon at its Kids` Choice Awards for her campaign against childhood obesity. Although she won`t be attending this weekend`s award show, she`ll accept her big health award on tape. Nickelodeon has donated $3 million to athletic programs in school and after school as part of the first lady`s efforts.

Don`t become an octumom especially if you`re a pet. Octumom, Nadya Suleman , has agreed to put an ad on her front lawn reading, "Don`t let your dog or cat become an octumom. Always spay or neuter."

The animal rights group, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, will pay Suleman $5,000 to keep the ad on her lawn. She needs the money badly. She could lose her house because she`s about to default on a ballooned mortgage payment.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

So Nadya Suleman is hoping for ethical treatment of her money problems. But can octumom save the animals and save herself, too?

Joining me right now in New York is Midwin Charles who is a legal contributor for "In Session" on our sister network, truTV.

Midwin, I actually think this is beyond scary, how desperate the octumom obviously is right now, financially, accepting $5,000 for that PETA sign. No doubt a great message this sign is sending, "Spay or neuter your pets."

But I am really worried that her 14 children do not have the stability that they need. Midwin, this PETA sign is a really bad sign for the octumom, isn`t it, in terms of realistically to afford her house?

MIDWIN CHARLES, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION": Well, I think, look, she`s going to take the money wherever she can get it. And right now, the income stream is very slow. Unfortunately, for her she`s not getting the kind of love that Jon and Kate got.

But she has to do what she has to do. I mean, she has to keep a roof over her children`s heads. Was it a poor choice for her to have all those kids and not have a way to support them? Of course.

ANDERSON: Absolutely.

CHARLES: You know, (UNINTELLIGIBLE) sign and put it in the front lawn.

ANDERSON: Yes. Midwin, are you with me? I hope octumom does not resort to putting these children on reality TV for easy money.

CHARLES: Well, you know what, Brooke? Unfortunately, the reality is that she may have to do that. I mean, what else is she going to do? She has 14 children. I mean, that`s a basketball team. I don`t know how else we support them.

ANDERSON: Yes, she has to find a way to generate income.

(CROSS TALK)

CHARLES: Exactly, she can`t have a better way -

ANDERSON: And a way, in order to properly care for all of those children. And here is somebody else I really don`t want to see on reality TV, the Balloon Boy dad. I find it infuriating that he only got a 90-day jail sentence.

And now, he`s finishing the sentence at home with an ankle bracelet. This is the guy that duped the entire country with that ridiculous Balloon Boy hoax. Midwin, quickly, is this guy getting off easy or what?

CHARLES: You know, I don`t think he is. I really don`t think he or his wife should have had to go jail. They have young children at home. I think where they should have hit him was in the pocket and have him pay a hefty fine.

ANDERSON: All right. Midwin Charles, good to see you. Thanks.

HAMMER: All right. As we move on, I`ve got to tell you who just joined team Sandra. You`re not going to believe this - Jesse James` former porn star ex-wife is now rushing to Sandra Bullock`s defense today. Wait until you hear why she`s supporting Sandy.

Also, big news breaking today that Tiger Woods is set to hold his first news conference since the cheating scandal broke. And we have been asking you on Facebook all day what is the one burning question you would ask Tiger if we sent you to cover that news conference.

Also this -

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT: So this is Chat Roulette. I have a camera trained on me. They have a camera trained on them. It basically goes from person to person chatting with strangers. If you see someone you don`t like, you click next.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This is online chatting on steroids. Trust me, it can be a whole lot of fun. If you use a computer, you`ve got to check this out.

And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: "At the Movies," made famous by Siskel and Ebert, canceled after 24 year on the air. Elton John to commemorate 20th anniversary of AIDS victim Ryan White`s death with concert.

SNOOP DOGG, RAPPER: At 25 per hour, though.

LARRY KING, HOST, "LARRY KING LIVE": Are you keeping it?

DOGG: A little (UNINTELLIGIBLE). I call it doggy Disney (UNINTELLIGIBLE). You know what I`m saying?

KING: No, I don`t, Snoop.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Do not adjust your set. What an odd couple right there. Yes, that is rapper Snoop Dogg and CNN`s own Larry King going out for a drive. Don`t feel bad, Larry. I don`t really understand much of Snoop`s language either.

I`m actually a little bit jealous of my friend Larry. I`m a big car guy. I`m into the classics just like Snoop is. You`ve got to check out Larry in Hollywood rolling in Snoop`s 1967 Pontiac Parisienne Convertible streaked out, of course, with hydraulics.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KING: Where do you keep them?

DOGG: I`ve got a little cave like the bat cave. You know the batman has the underground cave where he comes out with his little (UNINTELLIGIBLE) when he needs to. That`s what I have.

KING: Snoop Dogg, I must be going crazy. I`m beginning to understand you.

DOGG: I love it.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: By the way, that Pontiac is extremely rare. It has a customized L.A. Lakers paint job signed by some of the players. Snoop, I would like to invite you to feel free to invite me to your gazizzle(ph) or garage or whatever you call it anytime. And make sure you check out Larry`s full interview with Snoop. It airs Friday on CNN at 9:00 p.m. Eastern.

ANDERSON: I can`t wait for that. All right. Our Facebook wall bursting at the seams today. We asked you, "Who should replace Oprah - Rosie O`Donnell or "The View?"

Misty B. writes, "I like Rosie. She`d be great. One of those who`s got the gift of gab and makes people laugh with her sarcasm and wit."

But Donna W. disagrees, "Oprah has a compassionate heart and I just don`t see that in Rosie. Rosie comes across as harsh or a little too brassy."

HAMMER: So you know, we have Facebook, Twitter, E-mail and now, there`s a new way you can connect with us and I just think it is so cool. We just launched SHOWBIZ I-Report. Are you fired-up about something you saw right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT?

Then I want you to grab your camcorder or your webcam, even your cell phone and make a video. And then, head on over to CNN.com/ShowbizTonight to send us your I-Report. We`re going to put some of them right here on the show.

ANDERSON: And now the SHOWBIZ lineup - here is what is coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Tiger Woods` first press conference since his cheating scandal broke revealed today. What would you ask him?

Also, Donny Osmond takes on Lady Gaga.

(MUSIC)

A Donny Osmond-Lady Gaga smack down explodes today. Why Gaga`s new "Telephone" video is pushing Donny`s buttons. It`s Donny`s new warning for parents.

Plus, more stories breaking from the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker."

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer, coming to you tonight from New York City.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today about Sandra Bullock`s child heartbreak.

HAMMER: Yes. The big developments in her husband`s cheating scandal really seem to just keep on coming. Jesse James` ex-wife, a former porn star, says she wants Sandra to have a relationship with the little girl that she had with Jesse even if Jesse and Sandra wind up breaking up.

In brand-new interview with TMZ revealed today, Janine Lindemulder, the mother of one of Jesse`s daughters, is speaking out and shockingly has only nice things to say about America`s sweetheart, Sandra Bullock.

Also breaking today, the news that Tiger Woods will finally face off with a whole room of reporters in his first big press conference since his cheating scandal broke and he`s going to do it right before he returns to his golf game.

And right now, in New York is Lauren Lake is an attorney and author of "Girl, Let Me Tell You." Also in New York, Cooper Lawrence, who is a syndicated radio show host and author of "The Cult of Celebrity." All right. Let me begin with Jesse James` ex-wife and her brand-new comments today to TMZ about Sandra Bullock. Brooke Anderson, what is the ex-wife saying?

ANDERSON: Well, A.J., she`s got no problem with the idea of Sandra and her daughter Sunny remaining close even if Sandra and Jesse split.

Listen to what she tells TMZ, "If Sandra decides to keep a relationship going with our daughter, Sunny, I would in no way stop that. Sunny loves Sandy and vice versa. She`s welcome to be a part of every aspect of Sunny`s life. She has taken care of our daughter as if she was her own. She sacrificed much and I will forever be indebted to her for that."

A.J., remember, this is the same woman who, just a couple months ago, was battling Sandra and Jesse in court over custody of this little girl.

HAMMER: Yes. I think it goes without saying whatever is best for Jesse`s daughter is what they should all do. But Cooper, I`m wondering why she is going public and defending Sandra? Do you think this is a way of getting to dig in?

LAWRENCE: No, not at all. The opposite - I think somebody has to step up for this child. And so far, the child`s mother, Lindemulder - or whatever her name is - has been portrayed very badly and it makes the kid feel like, "There`s nobody out there for me."

Now, the mother is stepping forward publicly. Thank goodness. I think it`s a good sign. It shows that she loves her kid and she wants the kid to be supported.

HAMMER: Yes. Yes, this was a surprise and it seems so contrary to what we`ve seen in the past. But here`s what I want to know. If Sandra and Jesse do wind up breaking up and getting a divorce, Lauren, as the attorney we have on retainer here at SHOWBIZ TONIGHT tonight, does Sandra have any parental rights to this little girl or Jesse`s other kids for that matter?

LAKE: No. Both of the biological girls are alive and involved in their lives. Sandra right now is not a biological parent. If she divorces Jesse, it would just be up to the parents to be nice enough to give her that opportunity to have a relationship with them.

The court is always going to look at the best interests of the child. And if, for some reason, the child was so tied to Sandra, it would be, you know, against their best interests for her not to be able to see them maybe, but it`s doubtful.

HAMMER: Yes.

LAKE: Right now, everybody just needs to get along.

HAMMER: Well, and we don`t know that there`s even going to be a fight.

LAKE: Right.

HAMMER: But we do know that Sandra was very close to Jesse`s kids. She even gushed at the Oscar`s that Jesse`s daughters helped her choose her gown. I have a feeling that Sandra would not even think of abandoning these kids despite what their father did.

Cooper, I mean, it goes without saying that she should maintain her relationship with these children that she apparently has grown so close to.

LAWRENCE: Yes, but the fact that these are the two biological parents is only relevant in the court. When it comes to development and you look at kids, the person that is best for the child is the person that is best for the child, the person the child is close with, a good role model.

Sandra fits the bill in all of that. So if she`s willing to stick around, that`s the best thing that could happen to this little girl.

HAMMER: I quite frankly wouldn`t mind if she adopted me. I mean, I love my mother, but you know, why can`t I have two?

Brooke, let me ask you because you were there right before the Oscars. You were at the Oscars with Sandra Bullock. And during that whole time Sandra was just gushing about Jesse`s kids and how they are they were getting ready for the Oscar`s together, you feel absolutely certain, I imagine, that she should try to maintain the relationship with these little kids regardless of what that louse Jesse James did to Sandra.

ANDERSON: I do. She loves those kids deeply and dearly. And I think it would be unnatural for her not to be involved in their lives in some way in the future. I think it would probably rip her heart out.

There is a mutual love, adoration and respect between Sandra and these children. And they don`t deserve to suffer because of Jesse`s awful judgment. So, yes, I say maintain a relationship, love, care of the kids, have fun with them and learn to tolerate Jesse if you can, when you have to deal with him for the sake of the kids.

HAMMER: And you can call him a louse, Brooke. That`s OK. I don`t mind. All right. Let me move on now to the brand-new Tiger bombshell today that he`s getting set to hold his very first honest-to-goodness press conference complete with members of the press. Oh, my goodness.

That`s going to happen on Monday. He`s actually going to take questions without restrictions. Listen to what legendary golfer Arnold Palmer just suggested that Tiger do.

This is Arnold Palmer saying, "It`s up to him to do and say whatever he feels he needs to do to redeem the situation, put it in the proper place. I suppose the best thing he could do would be open up and just let you guys shoot at him. And that`s just my thought."

I think that is some stellar advice. Lauren, do you think Tiger should take it?

LAKE: I have to agree. If he`s going to stand up there and take the questions, he`s going to have to take all of the judgment along with it. He`s going to have to open up and be honest about things and maybe reveal a little bit more than he has.

If he stays clammed up, no one is going to buy it. At the end of the day, this is Tiger`s moment to really kind of make a little bit more of amends and he should put his best foot forward.

HAMMER: Well, we had some fun today. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT did something that we`ve been wanting to do. We wanted to get you involved to ask questions to Tiger Woods. OK. Maybe we can`t actually put that together but this was a golden opportunity.

We wanted to know if you were able to attend Tiger`s press conference on behalf of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, what would you ask? I`ve got to tell you, we were flooded with great questions coming in fast and furious all day long, including this one.

It`s Darcy M. writing on our wall today, "My question would be, `If Elin gave you an ultimatum, either your family or golf, which one would you choose?" Lauren, I want to go back at you. How do you think Tiger would and should answer that question?

LAKE: That one I don`t think he should because I think there`s certain conversations between he and Elin, if they`ve been had, that question or that ultimatum has been put out there, I don`t think he needs to talk about that.

I think he needs to talk about owning up to what he did and trying to move forward and saying he`s doing everything possible to keep his family together.

HAMMER: And you just confirmed what I`m afraid is definitely going to be happening a lot on Monday. He`s going to say, "You know what, I am not going to talk about this but I am doing what is best for my family." And he`s going to skirt a lot of the questions that are thrown at him.

LAKE: Yes. Some of them, yes.

HAMMER: And look, what can you do about that? Let me get to another one. Lynn I. posted this. I thought this was great. She put this up on our Facebook wall today for Tiger at the press conference, "If Elin did this to you, would you forgive her?"

Cooper Lawrence, that, I think, is a terrific question and I hope he would actually answer this. What should he say?

LAWRENCE: You know, in a perfect world, his answer should be, "It would not be OK with me and I would do the same thing. I would be hurt," et cetera, et cetera.

But I think, right now, he`s trying to be the perfect guy saying, "Of course, I`d stand by you. Of course, I would work this out. Obviously, we have issues," because that`s what he wants her to say. But I think his ego would not allow it if it wasn`t for him cheating.

HAMMER: What do you think, Lauren?

LAKE: I have to agree with Cooper there. You know, it`s a lot of different women`s shoes on the other foot. I don`t know if he could handle this.

But at the end of the day, I think he`s going to have to remain solid and say, "If this matter came up and it was on Elin`s side of the fence, I handle it with the same way she did, respectfully and honoring my marriage."

HAMMER: And quite frankly, if he does nothing and gives us nothing on Monday, he knows he`s going to get a lot of flak for that.

LAKE: Yes.

HAMMER: So maybe I think that will - I don`t know - perhaps push him to give a little more. Lauren Lake, Cooper Lawrence, thank you both.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: I`m no techie, but this thing, unbelievable. Chat Roulette is on fire and it`s already touched off a big online feud. You`ve got to check this out. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

HAMMER: And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Gaga`s new number one. Lady Gaga is the first artist to get one billion video views. KC and the Sunshine Band former member, Richard Finch, arrested in teen sex scandal.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: You want to hide the kids from Lady Gaga. Donny Osmond is slamming her today for "Telephone." That`s the brand-new racy music video she did with Beyonce.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. And it`s the Donny Osmond-Lady Gaga smackdown.

ANDERSON: Yes. You`ve got to hear what Donny Osmond is saying today because he`s holding nothing back. This is incredible. Donny is, of course, known for his squeaky-clean image. But I can tell you there is nothing squeaky-clean about Lady Gaga`s controversial new video.

Joining me right now from New York, Ben Widdicombe, who is a celebrity journalist. And in Hollywood, Kim Serafin who is a senior editor with "In Touch Weekly."

Ben, Kim, from the very moment Lady Gaga`s video was released, it became an Internet sensation. Let me just say that the video is so explicit, so over-the-top, we can`t show you a lot of it. But here is some of what we can show. Watch.

(MUSIC)

ANDERSON: Well, that hot video has left Donny Osmond a little hot under the collar. Listen to what he just said on his radio show.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

D. OSMOND: Let me just say shocking videos are nothing new. There are shocking videos all over the place. But, in my opinion, Lady Gaga and Beyonce cranked up the violence on this one so unnecessarily.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Ben, are you with Donny there? Did Lady Gaga and Beyonce take it to too far here?

BEN WIDDICOMBE, CELEBRITY JOURNALIST: No, I`m not with Donny at all. I think that the video is being released only online. And as you know, there are no standards online other than what the producers want to impose on themselves. It`s not being shown on television. There was a bit of violence in the video. I think the violence is quite campy.

ANDERSON: That`s his big beef, Ben. That`s his big beef, that anybody with Internet access could watch this. Kids could see it.

WIDDICOMBE: But I think that`s fine. I don`t think Donny Osmond`s standards should fit for the whole country. I think that probably Lady Gaga`s fans want to see that video. And I think the violence is so campy. How could you take it seriously?

ANDERSON: Well, Donny`s attack did continue. The criticism of Lady Gaga`s video did not stop with the violence. He`s accusing Lady Gaga ramping up the shock value to shamelessly sell records. Listen to more of what he said on his radio show.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

D. OSMOND: What is the message? Is the message that it`s necessary to show extreme violence and criminal activity in order to sell a record nowadays? I don`t want my kids or my grandkids to see stuff like this.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Well, I bet that none of Donny`s five kids are going to see it. I`m a mom. I get it. I agree. The video is disturbing at times. But at the same time, I`m really not surprised because Lady Gaga strives to be extreme.

Part of her success, part of the attention that she gets comes from being over-the-top. Kim, are you bothered by it? It`s Lady Gaga.

KIM SERAFIN, SENIOR EDITOR, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": Exactly. And he might have a point if these were two artists who could never sell albums and who were not popular and who made horrible music.

But we`re talking about Lady Gaga and Beyonce, both of whom are amazing artists, super talented. People would buy their music even if they didn`t have all of this added stuff to it.

I mean, I bet most of the people watching this show right now will have that song in their heads for the next five hours. It`s a great song. They are so talented.

ANDERSON: The video twisted - the video is disturbing but, you know, Lady Gaga is outrageous. We know that. You guys, I`m really wondering what Sarah Palin would say about all of this, right? I`m sure she has some strong opinions.

But she has some other things on her mind today. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with really big Palin news just in today. The official announcement this morning that Palin`s new documentary series about Alaska has officially been picked up by Discovery Network.

The news comes just days after we learned another controversial figure, Rosie O`Donnell, getting a new daytime talk show.

We also know Kate Gosselin gearing up for her new show. So Ben, that brings me to this. We`ve got three very polarizing women here. Who do you think people are going to love to hate more?

WIDDICOMBE: Well, I think there is so much interest in Sarah Palin. Even if you don`t agree with her politics, I think she`s very watchable. And I think there is a lot of national interest on what she`s doing next.

So I would watch that. I think Rosie is a shoe in if she gets her deal in 2011. She`s talking about returning to daytime chat.

Kate Gosselin - I`m not so sure. I think there`s a little bit of Gosselin fatigue out there. So I would say that`s the one that I`m the most iffy about.

ANDERSON: Kim, very quickly. Who do you think people are going to love to hate more?

SERAFIN: Yes. I agree. I think people are going to tune in to see Sarah Palin even if you don`t like her politics and a lot of people don`t. She`s very interesting and watchable when she`s on things like "Leno" and "Oprah" when she`s talking about herself and Alaska, which is what this show is about.

Kate Gosselin - I really see like her 15 minutes are very close to being up. I haven`t seen anything interesting from her unless she`s talking about Jon and all the drama over her kids. So not really sure how a talk show about with her or any reality show is going to work.

ANDERSON: We`ll see how she continues to - I`m not hating on any of them. I think they can each be successful in their own way. They have vastly different talents and strengths and weaknesses.

OK. Now, I want you to vote in our exclusive SHOWBIZ TONIGHT poll. We`re asking in our question of the day, "Whose new show are you looking forward to the most - Sarah Palin, Rosie O`Donnell, or Kate Gosselin." Keep voting CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. E-mail us showbiztonight@cnn.com. Ben Widdicombe, Kim Serafin, thanks, guys.

HAMMER: All right. So I`ve just got a hit to this wild new phenomenon. It`s called Chat Roulette. Have you seen this thing?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MOOS: So this is Chat Roulette. So I have a camera trained on me and they have a camera trained on them. You basically go from person to person chatting with strangers. And if you see someone that you don`t like, you click next.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, now, there`s a big old Chat Roulette war brewing. It`s the bizarre duel that`s a little creepy, a little crazy, and pretty darn funny.

And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

HAMMER: Did you see this? There`s a brand new Internet star. I`m talking bigger than that "leave Britney alone" guy, maybe even bigger than the YouTube divorce lady.

A piano-playing hoody-wearing mystery man singing to thousands of fans on the latest social network new craze, Chat Roulette. What the heck is Chat Roulette and who is this new mystery crooner?

Here`s CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN NATIONAL CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Chat Roulette is the latest thing -

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The climbing dude in the white tank top.

MOOS: And the latest thing on Chat Roulette is dueling piano players.

(SINGING)

This is the story of how a nobody calling himself Merton became so beloved -

(SINGING)

That a real star, Ben Folds -

(SINGING)

Put on a hoody and got on Chat Roulette during a live concert in an ode to Merton.

(SINGING)

But first, a little Chat Roulette 101.

(on-camera): So this is Chat Roulette. I have a camera trained on me. They have a camera trained on them. You basically go from person to person chatting with strangers, and if you see someone you don`t like, you click next.

(voice-over): You run into nice people. You run into naked, creepy people. And if you`re lucky, you run into Merton.

(SINGING)

He wants to stay anonymous. All we know is that he`s from Colorado and plays improv piano.

(MUSIC)

He`s been serenading Chat Rouletters, seducing them into typing back.

(MUSIC)

Merton told the Web site Mashable -

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s been primarily targeted at girl friends in the past. My guy friends don`t want me singing songs about them or about them.

(SINGING)

MOOS: Though, these guys didn`t seem to mind.

(SINGING)

And when people mistook Merton for alternative rock star Ben Folds, Ben paid homage by playing Chat Roulette in concert, reading one guy sign.

(SINGING)

When the guy gave up his name, Ben brought in the crowd.

(MUSIC)

What does Merton say about Ben`s ode to him?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I love it. I think it`s so funny.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You know, we`re really having a good - ah -

(MUSIC)

MOOS: And that may be where Chat Roulette is headed.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No one ever takes me seriously and now you, guys, are laughing hilariously.
