(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Miss Sandra Bullock for "The Blind Side."

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: On a human level, it`s just sad.

SANDRA BULLOCK, ACTRESS: Well, don`t aspire to be in these shoes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She`s humiliated.

BULLOCK: No one saw it coming.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She is beyond repairing this marriage.

BULLOCK: I didn`t see it coming.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: TMZ is reporting that James`s mother and daughter were seen carrying boxes out of the home James shares with wife Sandra Bullock.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The divorce is on!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She, in fact, is going to file for divorce.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: ... divorce...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: ... divorce...

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: ... divorce...

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: ... divorce...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He cheated during the marriage.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: James has reportedly been linked to four other women, and Radaronline reports that James confessed to Bullock that he cheated on her with seven different women.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We know Michelle "Bombshell" McGhee, the stripper and the tattoo model. We understand that was an 11-month affair.

BULLOCK: This came out of left field.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And then there was Melissa Smith. She is a stripper and a bikini model.

BULLOCK: I don`t care what public opinion is.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And then there`s Brigitte Daguerre. She`s 40 years old, a fetish model.

BULLOCK: I didn`t -- I didn`t aspire to this.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Sources describe James to Radaronline as a, quote, "broken man" who is desperate to save his marriage.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The trail he left is so huge.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s multiple women and it`s a long period of time.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There`s going to be more girls coming out.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She`s mad and she`s going to try to get out of this marriage.

BULLOCK: Learning how to say no made things better.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: And breaking news, live, Colorado. A 12-year-old little girl tells her mother, I love you, Mommy, heads off on foot to a little friend`s birthday party just eight blocks away, never makes it. Breaking tonight. Nearly 800 tips pour in as police, FBI, K-9s, dive teams comb Greeley. Tonight, where is 12-year-old Kayleah?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She left the house on Sunday afternoon. We`re confident of that. Her mother saw her leave.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE) house or the home and the birthday party?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We`re talking a distance of only a few blocks, not a huge distance.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s a baffling case, and it is urgent, the FBI is saying.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Law enforcement needs your help finding 12-year- old Kayleah Wilson.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She left about 3:40 in the afternoon. She told her mom, Bye, that she loved her, and she was heading out the door to go to a party.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: If they`ve seen anything, heard -- you know, know anything, anything is -- even if it doesn`t seem like it`s anything, it might be something.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We have had a couple of sightings of her that we`re fairly confident in at the Greeley Mall.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We brought out some K-9 dogs, some bloodhound-type dogs. We`ve been searching dumpsters in the area for evidence, any kind of items that might pertain to her clothing or the inhaler that she had with her.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You`re only talking about three to four blocks of that eight blocks to get to her friend`s place.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: There are 133 registered sex offenders in the area close to where she lived.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Twelve years old. She has brown hair, brown eyes, 5-1, 145 pounds.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The entire state of Colorado is looking for Kayleah Wilson.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us. Breaking news tonight. Reports that Hollywood superstar, Oscar winner Sandra Bullock, lays down the law and the divorce is on. All I can say tonight is, whatever happened to chemical castration?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Everybody thinks it`s, like, some kind of magic trick, you know, you tricked everybody...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I feel like I`m cheating myself.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: There`s more to that.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Stunning developments today in the case of Hollywood starlet Sandra Bullock and her husband, reality TV star Jesse James.

BULLOCK: I still don`t understand why he came to me.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Sources tell Radaronline that Bullock has now prepared divorce papers...

BULLOCK: You have no idea how it works.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: ... and will proceed with ending her marriage of almost five years to James.

BULLOCK: If someone comes to you like that, you don`t trust it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How much of this will she take?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She has spoken with lawyers.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I think we can say there is a prenuptial.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Certainly, nothing`s going to be in the favor of Jesse James.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A few more women have come forward and said that they`ve claimed that they`ve had affairs with Jesse James.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s done it four or five times now.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: According to Radaronline, James recently left a rehab facility after Bullock refused to take his phone calls...

BULLOCK: Well, I think (INAUDIBLE)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: ... but has since returned.

BULLOCK: I can say bitch because I am one at times.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She does not want to be married to Jesse James after all these mistresses have come forward.

BULLOCK: I haven`t the slightest idea. No clue.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She`s embarrassed. She`s humiliated.

BULLOCK: (INAUDIBLE) if you`ve seen his work (INAUDIBLE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She does not want this to continue. She`s ending it.

BULLOCK: I didn`t quite get the joke, either.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And really, can you blame her?

BULLOCK: If it`s not solid, it`s -- I have -- you know, I`m at fault for that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: But first, we are going live to West Virginia. There is a deadly explosion. It`s at a Raleigh County, West Virginia, coal mine. Straight out to Jean Casarez with In Session. Jean, what happened?

JEAN CASAREZ, IN SESSION (via telephone): Nancy, we can confirm to you at this point the state medical examiner is en route to this area. It is believed that six miners at this point are dead. There are 21 others believed hurt. There are 21 others, Nancy, that are unaccounted for. This happened at 4:30 this afternoon at Massey Energy`s Performance Coal Company mine in Whitesville. That is 30 miles south of Charleston, West Virginia. That sounds relatively close, but it`s very difficult for emergency workers to get there.

GRACE: Jean Casarez, what can you tell us about what caused the explosion?

CASAREZ: I don`t think they know at this point. There was an explosion, and then there was a collapse. So I think at this point, they are trying to get air, drilling holes to try to get to those that are unaccounted for, to try to save lives.

GRACE: Jean, if they know so little about what`s happening, how do they know that six are dead and 21 are missing?

CASAREZ: CNN is confirming that six miners have been killed. I think that when there are so many unknowns at this point, I think those tallies could change. But I think the reality is that it is a very difficult area and location to get to. Hospitals say that they are preparing in the area for those that are injured. And I think they`re in the midst of attacking this emergency right now.

GRACE: OK, Jean, you said those that are injured. So they have taken people out alive?

CASAREZ: Twenty ambulances at least have gone to the area, and it is believed that at least 21 were hurt at this point. We don`t know how serious. But you`re right, they could be called survivors at this point. But it is being compared to the Farmington mine disaster in West Virginia in 1968, which was a very, very catastrophic situation once again today in West Virginia.

GRACE: We`re going to take you back to West Virginia live as we continue through our show. We are taking your calls live. This breaking news just in. Coal mine explosion, Raleigh County, West Virginia. We know 21 missing, 6 dead. We`ll take you back there live as soon as we hear more.

Right now, we are taking you out to California and the latest in Hollywood superstar Sandra Bullock, reports that she has laid down the law and is now divorcing husband Jesse James.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BULLOCK: He`s not out in bars. He works hard. He can put up with me. I mean, my God, Barbara, you know, look at me. Do you know what I mean? Like all of a sudden, you bring a spotlight that someone...

BARBARA WALTERS, ABC NEWS: He has to go to a premiere now and then. He has to be Mr. Bullock, or whatever his name will be...

BULLOCK: Oh, he`ll never be Mr. Bullock.

WALTERS: I know that. But you have to live with the fact -- Get out of the shot, please, they want to take your wife.

BULLOCK: He couldn`t be happier.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Straight out to Alexis Tereszcuk with Radaronline, joining us from LA. Alexis, reports that she`s laid down the law, there`s not going to be a reconciliation, that she has had divorce papers drawn up. Is it true?

ALEXIS TERESCZUK, RADARONLINE.COM: You`re exactly right. She has drawn up the divorce papers. She`s not filed them yet, but she has prepared them. They`re ready to go. She is not going to put up with this. As I said before, she is humiliated, she`s devastated. She`s...

GRACE: Whoa, whoa, whoa! Back it up. Back it up. Have you talked to her? How do you know she`s humiliated? He should be the one that`s humiliated, not her. Maybe she`s just PO`ed. Have you ever thought about that, Alexis Tereszcuk? Why are you just jumping on the bandwagon that she`s so embarrassed, she`s humiliated? She hasn`t done anything wrong except work like a horse, bring home an Oscar, and then comes home to Daddy, and he`s been out with how many women? Seven that we know of?

TERESZCUK: That`s what our sources who are very close with Sandra have been telling us, that it is seven, that he confessed these seven to her. And she is embarrassed. She`s embarrassed that everybody knows about the problems in her marriage. She`s embarrassed that this happened to her. She is mad, too. She`s not blaming herself, that kind of embarrassment. But she`s just embarrassed that so many people know about this, that this is not...

GRACE: Let me go back to you again, Alexis. You didn`t answer my first question. How do you know that she`s embarrassed?

TERESZCUK: We in our office at Radaronline...

BULLOCK: Because I don`t think Sandra Bullock is embarrassed. I think she`s angry.

TERESZCUK: And you`re right. She is angry, too. But she has told people that have told us that she is embarrassed, that she is unhappy about this, and that it has embarrassed her. These are multiple sources that are very close with her, in her inner circle, and they have told us this. I have not...

GRACE: Out to Elizabeth. What was that, Alexis?

TERESZCUK: I have not personally spoken with Sandra. Just wanted to clarify that. But these are sources that are very close with her and speak with her daily and talk to her and have a good read on how she`s feeling about everything.

GRACE: To Elizabeth in Texas. Hi, Elizabeth.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Hi, Nancy. I`d like to -- my first move if I was Sandra would be tested for any STDs. The second move -- Can a court order, a judge order Jesse to take a test for any diseases in case AIDS or something has showed up in him that hasn`t showed up in Sandra?

GRACE: You know what? That`s a great question, Elizabeth in Texas. Let`s unleash the lawyers. Here they are. Susan Moss, New York, child advocate, family law attorney, Joe Lawless, Philadelphia, and Anne Bremner, high-profile lawyer out of Seattle. What about it, Lawless?

JOE LAWLESS, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: I think if she wanted to go into court, petition the judge to order an examination, I think it`s a perfectly legitimate question, a legitimate right. And I think I`d do it, if I were her.

GRACE: What about it, Bremner?

ANNE BREMNER, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well, I agree. But the fact of the matter is, there`s a lot of worries in this, including disease and money and I think the most important...

GRACE: Yes/no? It`s a yes/no.

BREMNER: ... thing to her is the daughter, Sunny -- the daughter, Sunny. Yes, they can do it. Yes.

GRACE: OK. Susan Moss, can he be ordered to have an STD test?

SUSAN MOSS, FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY: Absolutely not. Courts have ordered that they will not do it.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Jesse`s ex-wife, who is the mother of Sunny, the youngest girl, has said that Sandra is a wonderful stepmother to the children and she wants them to keep in touch. So Sandra definitely will still stay involved with the kids. She loves them. She`s been with them for the last five years, and she really wants to continue a strong relationship with them.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Let`s talk about Sandra Bullock.

BULLOCK: Well, don`t aspire to be in these shoes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It appears she`s not standing by her man?

BULLOCK: Everyone`s really good at telling everyone else how to live their life or how to be or how to do it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: A source tells Radaronline that Bullock has made up her mind to terminate her marriage to reality TV star Jesse James and has already started the process of obtaining a divorce.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: These mistresses have had relationships with Jesse for more than a year, some going back, you know, two and three years.

BULLOCK: This came out of left field.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Your husband is very busy, obviously. How do you make your relationship work when you have such demands on your time?

BULLOCK: But see, I haven`t been that busy. I`ve spent more time at home for that very reason.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She is going to file for divorce.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: This is what she wants to do. She doesn`t want to work it out, she wants to end the marriage. They`re going to file for divorce in California. They have a prenup, which is a good thing because Sandra is worth close to $100 million, according to reports.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The prenup will protect Sandra, of course, which is what this is all about at this point.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that James`s mother and daughter were seen carrying boxes out of the home Sunday, the home James shares with wife Sandra Bullock.

BULLOCK: Oh, if I were Elin, man, I would have hit a lot more than she did. I would have kept hitting.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You would still be swinging the golf club?

BULLOCK: Yes. She stopped. She was respectable. I`d be -- get the baseball bat. I`d get the -- I`d get everything out.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: So don`t tell me, Alexis Tereszcuk, that she is in hiding because she`s embarrassed. She does not sound like the type of woman that`s embarrassed because her husband carried on. Everybody, that was audio obtained by WXXL FM radio of Bullock talking to a reporter at People`s Choice Awards.

I want to go to Kim Serafin, senior editor, "In Touch Weekly." I just heard somebody throw out the figure of $100 million. Now, I don`t know if that`s correct or not. But I, who know nothing of their life, know that she has a place in California, Texas, and Tybee Island, Georgia. So if they go forward with a divorce, which jurisdiction will it be?

KIM SERAFIN, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": I don`t know if that information has been out there yet. Again, a lot of this is just preliminary reports about her preparing these divorce papers. Sources have told "In Touch" that she has told friends that she may want a divorce, has consulted an attorney. Also, not just about her divorce and prenup but also about the issue with the kids.

Of course, we know she`s close to the kids, specifically Sunny, his daughter from his second marriage that she really spoke out about. She wrote the letter to the judge during the sentencing of his ex-wife, where she talks about putting her career on hold, taking some time off to really care for this girl. So there are so many other issues involved.

GRACE: Ellie Jostad, what can you tell me about Sandra Bullock going to bat for husband Jesse James in his attempt to keep the little girl in his custody, the little girl named Sunny?

ELLIE JOSTAD, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: Right. Right. Well, as she explained, this came up in his ex-wife, the porn star`s, tax evasion case. Now, Sandra Bullock and Jesse James both wrote letters to the judge...

GRACE: Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Dr. Janet Taylor, psychiatrist -- he was married to a porn star. OK, that`s a tiny red flag that there may be a problem when you`re used to being with a porn star and in that milieu. I mean, it`s kind of like a swan marrying a pig. It`s just -- it`s against the law of nature.

DR. JANET TAYLOR, PSYCHIATRIST: Yes, I mean, it`s against the law of nature, but to Sandra`s credit, maybe she thought she could change him or she knew him. Clearly, she loved and trusted him. But now she`s taking control and -- by moving out of the house and if she did file divorce papers. She`s saying, Don`t feel sorry for me, I am in control of my situation.

GRACE: Did you hear that, Tereszcuk? Don`t feel sorry for me. That`s what the shrink says. Unleash the lawyers, Susan Moss, Joe Lawless, Anne Bremner. What about chemical castration, Anne Bremner? Put Bremner up. Come on, look, I know they use it for sex offenders. This guy`s all serious. He`s going back to sex rehab. Fine. Let him put his money where his mouth is. Look, it`s reversible.

BREMNER: Well, Nancy, I agree with you. I mean, I`m sitting here thinking about...

GRACE: Well, then why are you laughing? You don`t look like you agree with me.

BREMNER: Well, I`m not laughing. I mean, it`s great. I mean, I think...

GRACE: I mean, you know, that`s the only offer that Jesse James can make to Sandra Bullock tonight...

BREMNER: Right.

GRACE: ... that she might listen to. Lawless, what about it?

LAWLESS: I don`t think it`s going to undo the damage. He could offer to be chemically castrated. The issue there is trust. The issue there is belief. That`s something that`s either going to take time and happen or not. And right now, the ball`s in her court. If she wants to give him the opportunity, she can. If not, she doesn`t have to.

GRACE: Susan Moss, I think know where you`re going to fall. What about it?

MOSS: Oh, there`ll be a divorce, of course! He can castrate not only both of his legs (ph) and every other part of his body, but this marriage is over!

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How do you guys make it work, given that you`re both...

BULLOCK: We don`t.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: ... in the public eye?

BULLOCK: We don`t make it work. We`re not in the public eye.

I love stories about passion and love.

We`re don`t live in the public eye. We don`t make it work.

It was funny to everyone else but me.

(INAUDIBLE) our marriage has nothing to do with our work, nor will it ever. So there.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BULLOCK: I`m sure there`s a level of interest that is really low in my life.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She married a bad boy.

BULLOCK: It`s not that hard to figure out.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s still doing the same things.

BULLOCK: I don`t have to be nice.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s dating the same type of women that he always did.

BULLOCK: Look, it`s not me.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The problem was, she thought she could change him.

BULLOCK: You know, when I go home at the end of the day, I don`t go home to them. I go home to my life.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Bad boys never, ever change.

BULLOCK: And if it`s not solid, it`s -- I have -- you know, I`m at fault for that.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You know, I don`t know what goes on behind people`s closed doors.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How do you make it work?

BULLOCK: Blackmail! You just have to find the one thing that no matter how old they are, they`ll never divulge.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: We are taking your calls live. Out to Ellie Jostad. First, though, Ellie, as you were saying before you mentioned his first wife was a porn star...

JOSTAD: Right.

GRACE: Go ahead, please.

JOSTAD: Right. Well, so Jesse and Sandra both wrote these letters to the judge. Sandra Bullock said that because of all the instability in the little 6-year-old`s life that she and Jesse James had put their plans to have a child together on hold so they could take care of the little girl, Sunny. She also said that, I know the term stepmother carries connotations, one being a glorified babysitter. But she says that her commitment is much deeper than that, and goes on to describe how involved she is in the children`s lives.

GRACE: You know, this child has a porn star mother, which in itself is not a reason to lose custody, of course. But the mom has been in jail, is now in a halfway house for at least another six months. The father is Jesse James, who cannot be faithful to his wife. And clearly, Sandra Bullock has been spending the bulk of the time raising the child. I`m afraid I know the answer, and it is a bitter pill for me to swallow.

But Joe Lawless, does Sandra Bullock have a leg to stand on to get visitation or any kind of custody with this little girl? I mean, the little girl has basically nobody.

LAWLESS: I think the answer to the question legally is, No, she doesn`t. She`s not the legal guardian. She`s not the natural mother. She`s not an adoptive mother. You can go into court and make the pitch, but I just don`t think, legally, it`s going to happen.

GRACE: Bremner?

BREMNER: I`m agreeing with Joe again. There`s just no -- there`s zero grounds.

GRACE: I think what we were showing you are moving trucks that have pulled up to the home in the last hours. What about it, Susan Moss? Any chance Bullock can raise the little girl?

MOSS: No. But the crazy thing is that Sandra`s stability won him custody, and now he`ll lose it because of his lustity! Not only is he going to lose custody, but unfortunately, Sandra isn`t...

GRACE: Susan, I don`t think "lustity" is a word. But it should be. Hey, I`m still calling for chemical castration, people!

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Radar Online is reporting that Sandra Bullock has prepared divorce papers after her husband of almost five years, Jesse James, allegedly confessed to Bullock that he had seven mistresses.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: This is not something that just happened one time. It`s been a pattern.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Sources tell Radar Online that in the last few days James left a rehab facility after Bullock wouldn`t take his phone call.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She is not happy, and this is what she wants to do. She doesn`t want to work it out. She wants to end the marriage.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She is looking to file for divorce.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that James`s mother and daughter were seen carrying boxes out of the home Sunday, the home James shares with wife Sandra Bullock.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Bullock already moving out of the couple`s Orange County beach home. Reportedly in seclusion --

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Reports are Bullock is surrounded by security and worries James will try to see her in person.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She`s not going down the path of forgiveness or maybe him going to rehab.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Now Radar Online reports that James has had a change of heart and has returned to Sierra Tucson rehab facility to continue treatment.

SANDRA BULLOCK, ACTRESS: I never allowed myself to be --

(END VIDEO CLIP)

NANCY GRACE, HOST: That`s bullock on ABC`s "Barbara Walters Special." We`re taking your calls.

Ellie Jostad, now, he has gone into sex rehab, and then when she wouldn`t take his phone calls -- Sandra Bullock -- he stomps out of sex rehab. Then he apparently goes back. What did the lawyer have to say? Almost $2,000 a night rehab.

ELLIE JOSTAD, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER, COVERING STORY: Right. Well, this place is called Sierra Tucson. They do all kinds of rehab --

GRACE: That`s the rehab?

JOSTAD: Yes.

GRACE: It looks like Canyon Ranch. It looks like a luxury resort.

JOSTAD: Yes. And they do all kinds of rehab, drug and alcohol addiction. They do eating disorders --

GRACE: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Wait a minute. Horseback riding, swimming in a beautiful pool, rock climbing?

JOSTAD: Right. Yes. And something --

GRACE: Where`s the hard part?

JOSTAD: Well, they have something called creative expression therapy. I don`t know what that is. But his lawyer wouldn`t say specifically what he is getting rehab from. But he did say, "I would request that his rights in regards to his privacy and his medical matters be respected."

GRACE: Medical matter? Hold on. To Dr. Gwenn O`Keefe, pediatrician, founder, CEO, Pediatricsnow.com.

Dr. O`Keefe -- P.S., everybody, you just saw Sierra Tucson Treatment Center from YouTube video.

Dr. O`Keefe, what could possibly be his medical condition as his lawyer says? Is it anything other than what a urologist could cure?

DR. GWENN O`KEEFE, M.D., PEDIATRICIAN, FOUNDER & CEO, PEDIATRICSNOW.COM: From what we`ve heard, Nancy, I`m having trouble finding a medical condition in this story. There`s little there. I mean, there`s -- unless he needs some sort of counseling that involves rock climbing, I think he`s at the wrong resort.

GRACE: Well, finally a straight answer --

O`KEEFE: Or counseling center.

GRACE: -- from a medical doctor who says basically there`s nothing wrong with him. Have you ever gone to a doctor that didn`t want to give you pills or shots or put you in the hospital?

Here`s a doctor, Dr. Gwenn O`Keefe, praise the Lord, that says there`s nothing wrong with him.

Out to Cindy in Ohio, hi, Cindy.

CINDY, CALLER FROM OHIO: Hi, Nancy. I love you. I missed you last week.

GRACE: I missed you guys, too. Believe me, I was working and chasing the twins the whole time.

(LAUGHTER)

GRACE: What`s your question, love?

CINDY: I love your twins. I was wondering if she can touch her money since she hasn`t got a prenup yet.

GRACE: OK, hold on. You want to find out if she`s got a prenup?

CINDY: Or if he can touch her money.

GRACE: Good question. That`s the last thing she needs. OK? It`s not only this but for him to mess up the money.

Joe Lawless, what about a prenup?

JOE LAWLESS, DEFENSE ATTORNEY, AUTHOR OF "PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT": Well, I`d be surprised if she didn`t have one, where there`s that much money involved and you have a savvy businesswoman like Sandra Bullock.

You put a prenup in place to preserve everybody`s assets going in because that`s the only time people are going to agree on something like that. It`s there as a parachute if you need it. There`s no question in my mind she has a prenup.

GRACE: Now what you were saying about a foreign selection clause earlier?

LAWLESS: People have been asking because there`s multiple jurisdictions where --

GRACE: You mean multiple homes?

LAWLESS: Multiple homes. Where they would file for divorce. A prenup is a contract, and like -- as in any contract you can provide for a specific location. The parties agree that the divorce if necessary will be filed -- or any action to terminate the marriage will be filed in a specific jurisdiction.

GRACE: OK. Let me break that down to regular people talk, Joe Lawless.

LAWLESS: Sorry. Sorry.

GRACE: You`re talking like a lawyer. You know I hate that. So when you enter into a contract very often there`s a clause in there that says if it all goes down the crapper we will have our lawsuit in X, like California.

LAWLESS: Right. And that`s --

GRACE: OK.

LAWLESS: A lot of times that`s done because it`s more tax beneficial to everybody to do it.

GRACE: Anne Bremner, California, community property. Explain.

ANNE BREMNER, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: That`s right. Community property, it takes about six months to get a divorce, but it means everything you earned in the marriage, 50-50. But a prenup, of course, trumps it.

GRACE: Oh, so Susan Moss, a prenup trumps the statutory law?

SUSAN MOSS, FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY & CHILD ADVOCATE: Oh, absolutely. And there is a prenup. The only thing this guy is getting from this marriage is that horrible Third Reich hat.

GRACE: OK. Out to the lines, Linda, Canada. Hi, Linda.

LINDA, CALLER FROM CANADA: Hi, Nancy. I absolutely adore you, and I`ve been dying to tell you congratulations on the marriage, the twins, and the show.

GRACE: You know what? Every morning, which is usually around 4:30 to 5:00 a.m. that we wake up, I really do pinch myself and say a blessing because I have really been blessed.

Thank you, dear. What`s your question?

LINDA: It was regarding reports I`ve heard about the prenup that Sandra Bullock had a clause in there that if he did adultery that he didn`t get anything. I heard it earlier on CNN.

GRACE: Yes. You know that`s an interesting question because, Joe lawless, if the prenup says you leave with what you brought into the marriage, then why do they need a clause that says if anybody cheats you don`t get anything?

LAWLESS: Well, you can put anything in the contract you want. And if she knew he was married to a porn star, if she thought there was a problem to begin with, that would be standard in the prenup anyway, but in this instance you put it in there. It`s a hammer to hold over someone`s head.

GRACE: Well, one thing I want to address -- to Dr. Janet Taylor, psychiatrist.

Dr. Taylor, Sandra Bullock is not stupid. She is far from it. She is apparently one of the most intelligent, brilliant -- many people say -- stars in Hollywood. So I`m not saying she went into this thing blind. But when you are in love, you choose to believe the best in people.

And I really don`t appreciate people suggesting that Sandra Bullock was somehow duped or that she was stupid. I think she was in love and she chose to believe all that was good about her husband.

DR. JANET TAYLOR, PSYCHIATRIST: Yes, I mean, not only was she in love, she got married. And with being married, that really informs the fact that you are going to trust each other and pay attention to your vows. And I think she really believed him, which again is why so many people love her, because of her sincerity.

And she was just duped ultimately by what -- by her lack of being able to see that yes, he was married to a porn star, maybe he`s not the guy he was, but ultimately, she loved him.

GRACE: But bottom line, Dr. Janet Taylor -- I mean, I know you`re a shrink and an M.D. You`ve got diplomas out the ying yang. But it is a swan marrying a pig. It`s against the laws of nature. I don`t care how much she loved him. He`s still a pig.

TAYLOR: Opposites attract, and there are people who seem to be from completely different poles that have successful marriages. In this case, unfortunately, it may not work out.

GRACE: To Marc Harrold, former cop, Atlanta P.D., joining us out of Washington now.

Marc, bottom line, do we even need an investigation if this thing does go to a divorce trial which is where it looks like it`s heading? But all these women have already come forward and stated, I had an affair with him in this location and that location. He apparently has admitted to seven affairs.

Do we need any more evidence?

MARC HARROLD, FORMER POLICE OFFICER, CITY OF ATLANTA PD: I wouldn`t think so. And, you know, it depends if somebody brings something up that`s contested, if somebody wants to prove or disprove something that`s not already there.

But my guess is in this one there`s not going to be anything like that. There`s -- the basis is there. Nobody`s surprised she`s filing. It`s going to go straight to the settlement. It looks like there is a prenup, so it will go straight to that.

GRACE: To Alexis Tereszcuk with Radaronline.com, joining us out of L.A. What is the estimated timing on all of this? And is there any chance that Jesse James and the porn star ex-wife might agree for Bullock to have a hand in raising Sunny?

ALEXIS TERESZCUK, REPORTER, RADAROLINE.COM: Yes. Absolutely. In fact, the ex-wife has said since the story broke that she really likes Sandra and that Sandra has been a wonderful influence on her daughter and she would like for her to continue spending time with Sunny.

So there definitely is a chance that Jesse and the ex-wife would let Sandra spend time with their daughter.

The time frame, she hasn`t decided when she`s going to file the papers yet, but she is definitely -- they`re ready to go, and she`s just not buying the rehab. That was not her idea. She didn`t give him an ultimatum. He came up with the idea that I`ll go to rehab like Tiger. She doesn`t care. And so she`s --

GRACE: Got it.

Kim Serafin, very quickly, before we go to break, what more can you tell us?

KIM SERAFIN, SENIOR EDITOR, IN TOUCH WEEKLY: Well, again, it`s just interesting. All of this is happening today, as we all watched Tiger`s press conference this morning. And so it will be interesting to see what happens three months from now, four months from now.

You know right now Jesse`s apparently back in rehab. He according to his lawyer really wants to save this marriage. Though of course his lawyer`s also blaming the media for, you know, looking too much into his private life. So it will be interesting to see what happens.

GRACE: Well, the women came forward. I don`t think they had to dig too deeply.

Everyone, we are taking your calls live. As we go to break, happy 100th to Kentucky friend Mary Elizabeth Johnson.

With four grandchildren, five greats, and two great greats, she credits her good health to God, staying active, yard work, and her dog, Gracie.

Mary, you`re beautiful. And happy birthday.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Kayleah, the point we want you to know is we want to get you in here safe.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: This is a little girl. She`s a sixth-grader. She`s not even a teenager yet. She`s 12 years old.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We`re canvassing the neighborhood. We`re interviewing classmates, school teachers, friends, relatives. Even some local businesses and residents that might have cameras or some sort of surveillance system.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She walks from her house to join another little girl. They`re going to go on to a birthday party.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The only thing that she had with her when she left home was that asthma inhaler.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She never even meets the first little girl.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The mother started calling out to family members and neighbors and friends around 9:00 p.m. that Sunday evening, trying to find her daughter.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Over 50 FBI agents are on this case now, as well as local authorities.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: All she was going to do was cross this highway and go to a friend`s house that sits behind the Greeley Mall. And that was the last she`s ever been seen.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: An ex-boyfriend, age 17, we do know that police did in fact question him.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It is urgent. This is the top priority right now for the Denver division of the FBI and --

GRACE: Where is 12-year-old Kayleah? Out to Troy Coverdale, news director, KFKA Radio. What can you tell me, Troy?

TROY COVERDALE, NEWS DIRECTOR, KFKA RADIO: Well, we`re at a point now where the FBI and local authorities, as they continue to ask the question you just asked, have put out a $10,000 reward for any tips that can lead to the finding of Kayleah Wilson.

It`s now been eight days since she went missing. To the point yesterday that you once again had authorities pulling over vehicles into the parking lot of the Greeley Mall, trying to see if anybody could give them a tip that would potentially lead to where Wilson is.

GRACE: To Peter Banda with the Associated Press. Peter, what can you tell me about alleged sightings of her at the Greeley Mall?

PETER BANDA, REPORTER, THE ASSOCIATE PRESS: You know, we just learned from the FBI this afternoon that a couple, two shoppers at the Greeley Mall, which is right near her house, saw her.

They saw her enter, they saw her leave, and apparently, from that report, she wasn`t carrying anything, which kind of gives, you know, police an idea of what her frame of mind may have been.

GRACE: Everyone, you are seeing a photo of little 12-year-old Kayleah Wilson. She was set to just walk eight blocks in broad daylight to a friend`s birthday party. She never made it.

Now en route was the Greeley Mall. And apparently there, have been sightings of her there. But I`m worried about it.

To Ken Turner, the family spokesperson, Kayleah`s cousin. Ken, I`m worried that these people may have seen her on a different day than -- I mean, because she obviously had been to that mall before. What do you think?

KEN TURNER, FAMILY SPOKESPERSON, COUSIN OF MISSING GIRL, KAYLEAH WILSON: All I can say is if you think you saw her the police are much more experienced in knowing what you`re saying, whether it was that day or another. We just want tips.

GRACE: The sightings, if you could tell me, Ken, are they consistent? Are various people seeing her on the same day in the same outfit?

TURNER: Ma`am, I have no idea. We are out searching as the family and friends. We are leaving that part of it to the police.

GRACE: Everyone, with me is Ken Turner. He`s the family spokesperson, a relative of this little girl. There`s a $10,000 reward. Broad daylight, walking eight blocks to a birthday party. The tip line, 1- 800-CALL-FBI. 1-800-225-5324. Missing, Greeley, Colorado.

Joining me right now, an expert, Marc Klaas, president and founder of KlaasKids Foundation.

Marc, what do you think?

MARC KLAAS, PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER, KLAASKIDS FOUNDATION: Well, I think that in this day and age it`s absolutely insane to allow a 12-year- old girl to go out without a cell phone or without doubling up with another child.

I also believe, Nancy, that the idea that this 12-year-old girl had a 17-year-old boyfriend at some point puts a real glitch into this case. I can`t for a moment believe that when she was with this 17-year-old boy that they were hanging out with other 12-year-old kids.

So I think there`s a whole population of young people who probably were looking at this girl, wondering -- well, I don`t know what they were wondering, but I think these are people that need to be looked into as this investigation moves forward.

GRACE: Marc Klaas, I was trying not to throw a stone at the family for allowing a 12-year-old girl, which is a fourth or fifth grade, to have a 17-year-old boyfriend. But the boyfriend has apparently been cooperating, the ex-boyfriend, may I say --

KLAAS: Good.

GRACE: -- has been cooperating. I don`t know if they just had a phone relationship, if he got to come over to the house. I don`t know the nature of that. But I do know when I was in the fifth grade I was excited about my 4h project. I didn`t even know what a boyfriend was.

He apparently is not involved. But what I am wondering about, Marc Klaas, is what police are investigating right now. I understand that they are really focusing on that mall.

What are you understanding, Marc?

KLAAS: No, I understand that, too. And I think the fact that there are at least 50 FBI agents involved in this speaks very, very highly for the response and the fact that ultimately this child will be recovered.

GRACE: Just eight blocks to a birthday party. Never seen again.

Marc Harrold, former cop, what can you tell us?

HARROLD: You know, you start out -- they`ve had huge numbers of tips. Having a reward is great. It brings out a lot of people who may not have otherwise called, which is unfortunate.

Bottom line is it can also bring in a lot of misinformation. When you have this many tips, 700, 800 tips, you have a web of stuff. Some of them are related. Some of them aren`t.

What you`re trying to do is get a chronology of everything that happens from the time she left to the last credible person that saw her and work from there. But it`s hard to do.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: The FBI joining police in looking for any clues in Kayleah`s disappearance. And her family is not taking a wait-and- see approach.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She`s a good girl. She gets good grades. She does good in school. She doesn`t hang out with bad people.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We have to expect the worst. You know, we have to be looking for the worst. But still we don`t have any evidence of foul play. Any evidence at all that she was grabbed. But, you know, we have to assume that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: OK. Sex offenders, how many are there in the area? What about it, Peter Banda?

BANDA: Well, there are a few there. Greeley Police tell us that there is one policeman assigned to the sex offenders in the area. And there is more than one obviously now working to go back and question those people. I mean they have to tell police --

GRACE: There`s 133 sex offenders registered. I don`t know how many there are that aren`t registered. The closest one is .36 miles from this little girl.

Out to the lines, Elaine in Illinois. Hi, Elaine.

ELAINE, CALLER FROM ILLINOIS: Hi, Nancy. So great to talk to you.

GRACE: Hi, dear. Likewise. What`s your question, dear?

ELAINE: Can I first say, you are my hero. And since you lost your -- your loved one, you are the one that kept me going after I lost mine. And you -- I mean, they say there`s angels here on earth, you are definitely one of them.

GRACE: Elaine, thank you very much. Thank you very much, and God bless you and be with you for what you`ve obviously been through.

ELAINE: Thank you.

GRACE: What is your question, my love?

ELAINE: I was wanting to know, has anyone -- police or anybody -- found her inhaler yet or --

GRACE: Good question. What about it, Troy Coverdale with KFKA joining us by Skype?

COVERDALE: No, they have not found that inhaler yet. That continues to be the one thing that they know that Kayleah Wilson left her house with that they can look for. And --

GRACE: Troy, did anybody else see the girl other than the mother? When she left home?

COVERDALE: The mother was the last one other than those reports we heard about at the Greeley Mall.

GRACE: And where -- has the birthday party been confirmed and the location of the birthday party?

COVERDALE: Yes, it was. Yes, it was. You`re talking about all of eight blocks. The Greeley Mall happens to be right at the mid point of that, four blocks, in what is one of the highest traveled intersections in our community.

GRACE: Marc Klaas, final thoughts?

KLAAS: Well, yes. You know, the malls are hunting grounds for young kids. Again, emphasize you don`t send a child out alone in this day and age. Give them a cell phone, give them that 24/7 contact and the possibility of GPS tracking.

GRACE: Marc Klaas, you are so right.
