A.J. HAMMER, hln HOST: Big news, breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Brand new star stalker scares, including Erin Andrews` new nightmare today. The "Dancing with the Stars" contestant opens up to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT about a stalker threatening to kill her.

ERIN ANDREWS, SAYS "DWTS" HAS HELPED HER COPE: The reason why I did this to begin with was to get away from the first incident that happened.

HAMMER: But wait, there`s more. Donald Trump on a rampage today over his daughter`s very scary stalker.

Brand new mysteries today over the explosive questions Tiger Woods dodged at his big press conference.

TIGER WOODS, GOLF CHAMPION: I told myself. I lied to a lot of people.

HAMMER: What`s really going on with Tiger`s marriage? Is he in sex rehab or not?

A must-see SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Special Report. Revealed today, Hollywood`s most shocking sex scandals ever.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Hello, I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City with big news breaking today.

Stars` stalker scares. There were dramatic and startling new developments today in the investigation into death threats against Erin Andrews, and they came even as Erin got ready to take to the dance floor again tonight as a contestant on "Dancing with the Stars."

But, Erin, I am here to tell you, is not alone. There are frightening threats today against Donald Trump`s daughter Ivanka who stars, of course, with her father on "Celebrity Apprentice."

And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you from Ivanka to Erin to even Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, the brand new rash of star stalker scares today are truly disturbing.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER (voice-over): Three TV stars who share a horrifying bond. Erin Andrews, Donald Trump`s daughter, Ivanka Trump, and actress Jennifer Garner, are each being victimized by extremely creepy and potentially dangerous alleged stalkers.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Erin Andrews and (INAUDIBLE) Maks Chmerkovskiy --

HAMMER: Appearing tonight on "Dancing with the Stars," Erin Andrews is dancing the nights away, even though someone out there is sending disturbing e-mails threatening to kill her.

BEN WIDDICOMBE, CELEBRITY JOURNALIST: Apparently, he had a sexual fascination with her but his messages quickly turned threatening and violent.

HAMMER: "Extra`s" Terri Seymour tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she was with Erin Andrews literally minutes after she first found out about the threatening e-mails last week.

TERRI SEYMOUR, CORRESPONDENT, "EXTRA": She left the room obviously in complete shock, tears, came back in. I didn`t know anything had happened. She was a true pro.

HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT learned today the FBI office in Norfolk, Virginia is investigating the Andrews case, a possible indication that the threatening e-mails may have originated in that state.

ANDREWS: The reason why I did this show to begin with was to get away from the first incident.

HAMMER: Andrews tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT "Dancing with the Stars" helped her deal with the trauma of her last stalking crisis. A man was convicted last month of secretly shooting nude video of her through a hotel room peepholes and selling that video on the Internet.

Now Andrews tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT the "Dancing with the Stars" cast, especially her dance partner, Maks Chmerkovskiy, is helping her with her current nightmare.

ANDREWS: Everyone here has been a family since I`ve been away from my family. And then this one has just been kind of like my knight in shining armor, just sweeping me away from it. He`s been just a blessing for me.

HAMMER: And fellow "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Kate Gosselin tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT the advice she had for Andrews.

KATE GOSSELIN, GAVE ADVICE TO ERIN ANDREWS: The truth is, I said don`t let them get to you. The best way you can counteract that is get out there and dance and don`t ever let them see you sweat.

HAMMER: Unfortunately, Erin Andrews is not the only star dealing with stalkers.

IVANKA TRUMP: At any point Pepe (ph) could have stepped in --

HAMMER: Donald Trump`s daughter, Ivanka, co-host of NBC`s "Celebrity Apprentice," is being harassed by a man with a history of mental illness who calls himself a celebrity stalker.

SEYMOUR: I hate to say it is pretty creepy, isn`t it?

HAMMER: In e-mail and Twitter messages to Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, 27-year-old Justin Massler allegedly threatens to kill himself in Ivanka`s New York jewelry story. And he`s told reporters his dream is to be with Ivanka.

WIDDICOMBE: He has been charged with stalking Ivanka Trump, but he`s free on bail.

HAMMER: Jennifer Garner is getting some relief from her stalker, who`s just pleaded no contest to stalking Garner, her husband Ben Affleck and their two small children.

JENNIFER GARNER, ACTRESS: I can fend for myself.

HAMMER: Garner says her stalker has been obsessed with her since she was starring in "Alias" back in 2002. But Garner tells authorities in recent years the man started showing up in L.A. at her home and workplace.

WIDDICOMBE: Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner had actually secured a restraining order against this guy from being in proximity with them or their family. He did continue to hang out by their daughter`s school. And that`s why he was arrested.

He was found not guilty of stalking by reason of insanity and has been sent to a state mental hospital.

HAMMER: But while Garner`s alleged stalker is off the streets, Ivanka Trump`s alleged stalker remains free. And Erin Andrews has gone from having to deal with one deranged creep to another one, whose identity remains a mystery.

WIDDICOMBE: Unfortunately, as fame becomes more widespread across the country, more people are likely to develop these celebrity obsessions.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Erin Andrews isn`t the only "Dancing with the Stars" contestant who`s facing a whole lot of drama off the dance floor today. Kate Gosselin is facing a brand new battle today from her ex-husband Jon.

TMZ reporting that Jon Gosselin and his new attorney are headed to court to demand primary custody of the eight kids because Jon thinks Kate is an absentee mom as a result of her stint on "Stars".

Late today, Kate told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT her angry take on all this.

And big news breaking today in the Corey Haim death investigation. Bombshell developments reveal that the former child star allegedly visited -- now get this -- seven different doctors and seven different pharmacies to obtain at least 553 doses of prescription drugs.

Holy Molly, that is unbelievable.

Right now, from Hollywood is Jim Moret, who`s the chief correspondent for "Inside Edition" and the author of this fine book, "The Last Day of My Life," with me in New York, Sunny Hostin from "In Session," on our sister network, truTV.

Let`s begin with the Kate Gosselin brand new troubles today. Her ex Jon has reportedly hired a new attorney to fight for primary custody of the kids.

Now, Sunny, I`ve got to point out that the reason Kate is absent is because she is working on "Dancing with the Stars" and collecting a paycheck to support her family. Is this just a ridiculous claim on the part of Jon?

SUNNY HOSTIN, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION" ON TRUTV: It is so ridiculous. I mean, let`s face it, the reason he is no longer with Kate is because he`s a big cheater and likes young girls and she basically left him.

He doesn`t work. What does he do for a living? And why does he have the right to call her an absentee mother? What does he do?

HAMMER: Yes, and she`s not happy about this at all, as one might expect. Kate Gosselin`s attorney telling us late today he thinks that the statement by the man claiming to be Jon`s attorney is just reckless.

In fact, late today Kate told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she`s not willing to comment specifically on custody discussions but she did tell us this. "I am and always will be a mother first, but as a single working mom, I will do everything necessary to provide for my kids despite the opinions of others."

Jim, I don`t think Jon has a leg to stand on here. What about you?

JIM MORET, AUTHOR, "THE LAST DAY OF MY LIFE": This story gets me crazy. You know, she did move the dance studio into her house. Why? Because her eight kids are there. I was talking to your producer Mar (ph) here, she has two kids, I have three. I said do you think you`re an absentee mom? No, of course not.

You have to work for a living. What is Kate doing? She`s working to provide for her family. What is Jon doing? I don`t know. He thinks he`s a media figure? I haven`t seen him on TV. Have you?

HAMMER: I have to say I`ve never shied away from being critical of Kate and everything that was going on when they had the reality show on air. But I think she is absolutely doing the right thing here. I think Jon, way out of line from everything I know.

I do have to move on to this explosive report today in the Corey Haim death investigation.

California law enforcement officials confirmed with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT just hours ago that the former child star was allegedly doctor shopping in the days before he died. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT right there as California attorney general Jerry Brown spelled out exactly how Haim went about his doctor shopping.

You`ve got to watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JERRY BROWN, CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY GENERAL: We`ve uncovered the fact that Corey Haim actually obtained 553 dangerous drugs in just this year. And as late as five days before he died. He went to seven different doctors. He obtained -- went to seven different pharmacies.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: 553 drugs, Sunny. I mean, this really just floors me. I know this goes on but, wow, to what extent, I had no idea.

Isn`t this new report just proof that doctor shopping is Hollywood`s dirty little secret?

HOSTIN: Oh, there`s no question. I mean, we were discussing this. My husband is a doctor. I can`t begin to tell you how many people, friends included, call him complaining of back pain, asking for prescription drugs.

It is rampant. No one likes to talk about it, but it is happening all over the place.

HAMMER: Yes. And the fact is, your husband, obviously turning those people down, but a lot of celebrities have a little more access because there are, unfortunately, doctors out there who love the idea of that association with a celebrity.

Now take a look at this, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT breaking it all down. This blows me away. This bombshell report confirms from February 2nd to March 5th, just five days before Corey died, he was able to get all of this. More than 195 tablets of Valium, 194 tablets of Soma, 149 tablets of Vicodin, 15 tablets of Xanax, Jim Moret.

That to me is insane. Now that this is out there, would you say that there are celebrities out there and stars who are doing the same thing, who are shaking in their boots with this investigation under way?

MORET: I think absolutely. Look, Sunny points out, I think rightly so, that this isn`t just a Hollywood problem, but I did talk to one addiction specialist who said that he has celebrity patients, some of whom have paid doctors, a retainer, of up to $50,000 a month just so they could get a supply of medication.

That`s the kind of problem you have going on with rampant drug abuse.

HAMMER: Well, hopefully they are really clamping down on it now. Jim Moret, Sunny Hostin, thanks, guys.

As we move on, so you remember Nicolette Sheridan`s character on "Desperate Housewives"? She got killed off, right? Well, today, I can reveal Nicolette thinks she got canned in an ugly case of revenge.

This is such a bizarre story to me. Sheridan is suing, claiming she got brutally smacked around don the set and then was fired when she complained about it.

The brand new Tiger Woods mysteries today over the explosive questions that Tiger Woods dodged at his big press conference. So what`s really going on with his marriage? And is he in sex rehab or not?

And if you think Tiger Woods and Jesse James` sex scandals are outrageous, you ain`t seen nothing.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BROOKE ANDERSON, HLN CORRESPONDENT: Lying, cheating. Unfortunately, it`s nothing new in marriages, especially not in Hollywood.

LAURIE JACOBSON, AUTHOR, "DISHING HOLLYWOOD": It almost seems like Hollywood invented the marriage scandal.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: It`s our SHOWBIZ Special Report, the most shocking Hollywood sex scandals ever.

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN, news and views.

Now the "Showbiz News Ticker," more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: NBC renews Jerry Seinfeld`s "The Marriage Ref" and Lisa Kudrow`s "Who Do You Think You Are?"

TEXT: Adam Lambert to mentor "American Idol" contestants on April 13th.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

A wild almost unbelievable "Desperate Housewives" shocker. A star claims she was smacked around on set and now she is suing big time.

Also is Whitney Houston`s comeback a big old bust? All that and more in "The Buzz" today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: An "American Idol" reject shoots back at the judges.

SIMON COWELL, "AMERICAN IDOL" JUDGE: Didi, it`s bad news, sweetheart. We`re not going to save you.

DIDI BENAMI, "AMERICAN IDOL" CONTESTANT: OK.

COWELL: Sorry.

HAMMER: Didi Benami, who just got kicked off the show, is criticizing the "Idol" judges saying they need to be more consistent in their criticism. "Idol" contestants just kicked off the slow usually don`t slam "Idol," but Benami is complaining she was praised at the beginning for her unique style.

But Simon, Ellen, Randy and Kara changed their minds as the competition went on. She also criticized the judges for making comments that she says were, quote, "really, really hurtful and not necessary."

What`s up with Whitney? Whitney Houston is postponing the start of her big comeback European tour in Paris because of an apparent respiratory infection. Houston says she is just following the advice of her doctor.

Houston now plans to kick off the tour in Manchester England on Thursday.

"Desperate Housewives" real-life drama. Nicollette Sheridan just filed an explosive lawsuit against "Housewives" creator Marc Cherry that reads like an episode from the show. Sheridan alleges that Cherry hit her in the head and face on set when she questioned a line on the script and then he killed off her character Edie Britt when she complained to ABC.

Sheridan is asking for more than $20 million as a result of what she calls her wrongful termination.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: And we thought all the "Desperate Housewives" drama was just on the screen. How silly of us.

Right now in Hollywood, Ken Baker is the executive news editor for "E!"

Ken, I really like Nicollette. I`ve always been a fan. I was stunned to hear these really serious abuse allegations. Personally, I find it hard to believe she would just make something like this up. Do you think there is more here than meets the eye, Ken?

KEN BAKER, EXECUTIVE NEWS EDITOR, E!: Well, there`s always a little bit more to it. I mean when you really dig deep. Now we don`t know exactly what`s true or not in these allegations. It`s a lawsuit. She`s making these claims.

Cherry has yet to get back and be able to defend himself, but what we do know is that there was a lot of drama behind the scenes on the show for a very long time. Well-documented reports that Nicollette Sheridan was not happy, she was unhappy with her contract, that she often would be fighting with Marc Cherry.

And Marc Cherry himself has said that he is very protective of his scripts. So the idea that someone would criticize a script or criticize something he wrote and he would lose his temper is not without some sort of merit.

I think that that could be true. But the bottom line is this, there was a lot of drama going on behind the scenes and it`s now just coming out.

HAMMER: And it`s really, really serious business. Nicollette Sheridan, obviously, not taking any of what she alleges happened to her lightly. Late today, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT got this statement from Nicollette`s attorney.

The attorney telling us, "The lawsuit is not something Nicollette wanted to do. It`s something she felt compelled to do. Nicollette asked ABC for help and protection from Mr. Cherry`s abusive behavior. Ultimately ABC was not willing or able to provide that protection."

ABC telling SHOWBIZ TONIGHT they haven`t seen Nicollette`s suit but they believe this claim and previous complaints are totally without merit.

Ken, obviously this trouble`s been brewing for a long time, whatever the truth is here.

BAKER: Yes. What we`re going to see here is a settlement. I`m telling you. Because no one really wants to get an ugly trial, for this to become all public when they go through the discovery phase and we start seeing e-mails and documents and then Eva Longoria and Teri Hatcher up on the stand.

You`re not going to see it. ABC doesn`t want to see that. No one really wants to see that ugliness happen but it can happen if they don`t settle it.

HAMMER: Well, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT didn`t hear back from "Housewives" creator Marc Cherry by showtime today but I agree with you a settlement is likely here.

Ken Baker, thanks, man.

As we move on, big news breaking today. Rielle Hunter, John Edwards` former mistress, the mother of his love child. She`s going to sit down for her first interview with Oprah. Tonight, I`m asking, what`s the one big burning question Oprah should ask her.

Just when I thought this Jesse James cheating scandal couldn`t get any nastier. Talk now about sex tapes. Is there a Sandra Bullock-Jesse James sex tape out there?

Sandy herself speaking out about whether these x-rated videos exist.

And caught on tape, earthquake. You know, some people just run when disaster strikes. Others run and grab a camera.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Earthquake, earthquake. Look at my pool.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s like an ocean.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh, we got a tsunami.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is (EXPLETIVE DELETED) crazy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Wow.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wait until you see the most bizarre earthquake moments caught on tape. It is incredible.

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN, news and views.

Now to "Showbiz News Ticker," more stories from SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Bob Dylan cancels Asian tour dates after China blocks him from playing there.

TEXT: Terminally ill Dennis Hopper ordered to pay wife $8k/month in spousal support.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Now Heidi`s breast to regrets today. Hey, do you get to say stuff like that at your job?

In a brand new interview with Ryan Seacrest, Heidi Montag, of course, shocked us all by getting 10 plastic surgeries in one day including a boob job, now says her breasts get in the way of things, literally.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HEIDI MONTAG, REALITY TV STAR: I`m very weird about hugging people now because I`ve had so much time done that if somebody accidentally bumps your nose or your face --

RYAN SEACREST, RADIO HOST: Falls off.

MONTAG: I`m very careful. Yes. I`m very fragile.

I have 700s and 800s are the most.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK.

MONTAG: So I couldn`t really go back and get bigger because 100 CCs isn`t a lot, you know? It`s hardly noticeable.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. I`m told that all that 700 and 800 stuff translates into somewhere around an E or F cup. So hey, no more hugging for Heidi. But she says she can`t jog, either. Hey, you win some, you lose some.

Well, the "Showbiz on Call" phone lines have not stopped ringing ever since Tiger Woods` press conference on Monday. It was his first since the whole cheating scandal broke.

We heard from Louise in California who is not buying anything that Tiger is saying.

LOUISE, CALLING FROM CALIFORNIA: Tiger Woods is narcissistic. He cheated on his wife because he could. His wife and kids are just props. Being a family man is just an image. I believe Elin is being bullied to stay in the marriage by Tiger`s business entourage. Tiger Woods has tainted the high-class image of golf.

HAMMER: All right, Louise, thanks for your call.

Now Michelle in Florida thinks it`s time to move on.

MICHELLE, CALLING FROM FLORIDA: We do not need to know every single detail of what happened. That is personal between his wife and him. It should be over and we should all move forward.

HAMMER: All right, Michelle, thanks for your call. The "Showbiz on Call" phone lines are always open. We`d love to hear from you. Here`s the number, 1-888-SBT-BUZZ, 1-888-728-2899.

And now we have a new way you can connect with us. I think it is so cool, I urge you to do it. We just launched SHOWBIZ iReports.

Shocking reports today. Is there a Sandra Bullock-Jesse James sex tape out there? Sandy herself actually setting the records straight.

And if you think the Jesse James and Tiger Woods sex scandals are outrageous, you ain`t seen nothing yet.

Brand new mysteries today over the explosive questions Tiger Woods dodged at his big press conference. What`s really going on with Tiger`s marriage? Plus, is he in sex rehab or not?

And even more outrageous than Tiger Woods, Jesse James, the most shocking Hollywood sex scandals of all time. It`s a SHOWBIZ Special Report.

ANDERSON: Lying, cheating, unfortunately it`s nothing new in marriages, especially not in Hollywood.

JACOBSON: It almost seems Hollywood invented the marriage scandal.

HAMMER: Plus, more stories breaking from the "Showbiz News Ticker."

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City with big news breaking today.

Brand new Tiger Woods` mysteries. There is new outrage today after Tiger dodged some pretty serious questions at his press conference.

I can tell you this is generating more unsettling questions than answers today. Well, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT demands answers today. What, if anything, does Tiger have to say to his alleged mistresses? What was Tiger getting treated for in rehab? Was it sex addiction? And what`s really the state of Tiger`s marriage to Elin?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Will Elin and the kids be joining you this week?

WOODS: Elin is not coming this week, no.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: And in more big news breaking today, Oprah Winfrey confirming to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she has the exclusive first interview with John Edwards` former mistress, Rielle Hunter, but what big burning questions should Oprah ask her?

With me right now in Hollywood, Jim Moret, he`s the chief correspondent for "Inside Edition" and author of this fascinating book, "The Last Day of My Life." With me in New York, Sunny Hostin, who`s a legal contributor for "In Session," on our sister network, TruTV.

All right. The first big Tiger mystery came after Tiger official confirmed that his wife Elin will not stand by his side at the Masters. Let me tell you, everywhere I went today, people were talking about that mystery.

What is the state of Tiger`s marriage to Elin? Keep in mind, here`s a guy who`s world famous not just for golf but, of course, for his previous image as a family man.

Sunny, I think he`s got to give us something here. I mean, he sold us on that image. Do you think Tiger owes it to the public to say something more about what`s happening with his marriage?

HOSTIN: Absolutely, he knows it to me. I mean we put him where he is. That`s why he`s, you know, such a famous, rich, rich man. Because of the public. And I think we are entitled to some sort of explanation. I want one. Don`t you want one?

HAMMER: I think it, you know, it is something that I`ve said time and time again, I`m not interested in somebody`s personal business as much as when you sell us a product and we buy into it, yes, you`re going to owe us something there.

Tiger`s marriage, definitely a hot topic on "The View" this morning. You`ve got to check out Whoopi Goldberg`s whole perspective on what Tiger said at his press conference. Roll that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WHOOPI GOLDBERG, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": That`s what he said. I`ve apologized to everybody. I`m giving you the information that I feel you should have. And I don`t need to tell you anything more. I told you, I`m here, I`ve done what I needed to do and I felt my family and I felt we needed to do, and we`re rolling on.

People said well, he should have said where Elin was. Maybe Elin said, listen, let`s just --

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A security issue, too.

(CROSSTALK)

GOLDBERG: I think he doesn`t need to say. I`m sorry, he doesn`t need to say any more about how he got the cut on his head. He got a cut on his head. OK.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. OK. A lot of people would agree with Whoopi and say, you know what, he`s going to say -- he said what he`s going to say, now leave him alone.

Jim Moret, I don`t think we`re going to hear from him in any detail any more personally, but are you agreeing with Whoopi?

MORET: In a way, I do agree with Whoopi. You know what, first of all, I didn`t expect Elin to show up. She would become a sideshow. I don`t think she needs to deal with that. She`s been humiliated publicly.

I don`t even know if Tiger knows what`s going on with his marriage. So what is he going to say? That he`s working on it? He`s gone to treatment for whatever? We don`t even know what the treatment is for, but I think he`s probably said all he`s going to say. Whether we want to hear more or not, I don`t know that that matters to him.

HAMMER: Yes, I mean, he was just so seriously deflecting for all of his honesty and candor throughout that press conference. He was just deflecting anything that had to do with Elin or his marriage.

Well, another big Tiger mystery today has to do with Tiger`s dozen- plus alleged mistresses. Now Tiger was not asked about them at this press conference. Not surprisingly, he didn`t volunteer anything.

Will Tiger ever speak publicly about them and will he ever respond to some of their demands that he apologize to them? Now of course, a bunch of them came out for their show-all and tell-all in the new issue of "Vanity Fair."

Personally, I don`t think Tiger owes them anything.

Sunny, do you think Tiger will speak publicly about them and should he apologize to them?

HOSTIN: You know, I said it before, I think they are despicable women but he did like them. He did bring them into this. He was the married person. They were not. I think he does owe them some sort of apology. I mean he used and abused them. Granted they knew he was married.

HAMMER: Yes.

HOSTIN: I`m not defending that.

HAMMER: Yes, some of them say, yes, I didn`t know he was married. Right.

HOSTIN: Yes. No. Right.

HAMMER: Jim Moret, what do you think? I mean I certainly don`t think he`s going to but should he apologize to them?

MORET: Look, if he lied to them, he probably should apologize to them. I don`t know that he needs to do it publicly.

My favorite story has to be Joslyn James being outraged by his news conference but then dancing about an hour away at a strip club. I mean that is my favorite story of the week.

HAMMER: Yes, I mean, I think that is just such a coincidence that she would happen to be dancing in the same town. I mean how unbelievable is that?

OK, as we know, Tiger has gone to rehab. Now he would not say at his press conference what the rehab is for. That leads to another of today`s big Tiger mysteries. What was Tiger getting treated for in rehab? Was it for sex addiction?

Watch how he avoided the one thing that really a lot of people did want to know. Roll that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WOODS: I was in there for 45 days and it was to take a hard look at myself and I did. And I`ve come out better. I`m certainly a much better person for it than I was going in. And does that mean I`m ever going to stop doing that? No.

I`ve got to still continue with my treatment and that`s -- that`s going forward. That`s not going to continue -- that`s not going to stop in the near future, for sure.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: What was it for?

WOODS: That`s personal. Thank you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Shut down! Right there. Not a chance he`s going to answer that. Do you think he deserves any sympathy, Sunny, for something that he is not even going to admit that he has?

HOSTIN: No. I want to know, if you are telling everyone I have been in treatment, what is the treatment for? I mean, it`s the burning question. And if you are holding a press conference, then why say that that is personal? What`s personal in a press conference? I don`t get it.

HAMMER: Yes, well, you know, we`re curious to see now how people are feeling about him and this is exactly why we got into in this in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll.

Now that he`s spoken out, he`s about to get back to playing golf at the Masters. So here`s what we asked. Is all forgiven? I got these results late today, this SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll.

And look at this, only 45 percent said yes, 55 percent said no.

I got to tell you, Jim, I look at that, and it`s such an even split, it seems to me like the tide is turning. I mean, imagine what happens if he wins the Masters.

MORET: Well, I suspect that about 30 days ago it was probably 85 percent no.

HAMMER: Yes.

MORET: So you definitely are seeing a shift here and people are willing to forgive the longer it goes on. Look, I don`t think we`re going to know. I don`t even know that there is such a thing as sex addiction. My friend, Dr. Drew, disagrees with me. I don`t know why he`s in treatment. I hope he gets whatever he needs and wins, for his sake.

HAMMER: Yes, and I have said all along and we`ve seen this before in scandal after scandal with celebrities in America, time heals. People are very forgiving. And particularly if there is not violence involved, then people are more likely to forget and let people move on.

Let`s move on ourselves to another big mistress-related story breaking today. Oprah Winfrey confirming to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT late today she nailed the very first exclusive interview with Rielle Hunter, who of course was John Edwards` mistress.

Sunny, what is the big burning question you have to ask Rielle Hunter or you certainly would like to see Oprah Winfrey ask her?

HOSTIN: Did you make a sex tape? If you made it, whose idea was it and why did you make it? For me, it`s all about the sex tape. Why did you keep the sex tape?

HAMMER: Why is that?

HOSTIN: I just -- it`s a sex tape. You think, OK, with "Girls Gone Wild" flashing their boobs and stuff like that, OK, you may kind of understand it, they are young kids but you`re having sex with a married man who is a high-profile man and you make a sex tape?

HAMMER: All right. Good question. Jim Moret, what`s yours?

MORET: I have a different question. I want to know, so, wait a minute, you were working for the campaign, you knew that he was running for president, you knew his wife was sick and yet you were waiting for her to die to become first lady? Is that really what you thought?

HAMMER: Yes. It begs the question, what the heck were you thinking? Unbelievable. Well, I have a feeling, Oprah, she`s pretty good at this. She`ll get those questions in there.

Jim Moret, Sunny Hostin, we appreciate it. Thanks.

All right, let me turn this over to you. Today, Tiger Woods practicing for the Masters but there are still these lingering questions about his personal life. So this is our exclusive SHOWBIZ TONIGHT poll.

Making news today, is there a Sandra Bullock-Jesse James sex tape? Or even a whole bunch of them. Sandra Bullock broke her silence to slam the unbelievable reports out today that Jesse James has homemade sex tapes of them.

Sandra reveals exclusively to "People" magazine that, quote, "There is no sex tape, there never has been one and there never will be one."

What`s amazing is that this is the first time Sandy has spoken out at all since her husband`s cheating scandal broke. Meanwhile, Sandra remains secluded in the Hollywood Hills home of a close friend.

The question is when will Sandra speak again? Stay tuned.

Well, you would think that between the Sandra Bullock drama, Tiger Woods` scandal and more, sex scandals are a brand-new epidemic, but right now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is bringing you an explosive special report that I can guarantee you will be a real eye-opener.

For weeks now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has been doing some serious digging and what we`ve uncovered is that sex scandals are one of those Hollywood traditions that go back decades.

It is a must-see special report with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Brooke Anderson.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

BROOKE ANDERSON, HLN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): America`s sweetheart Sandra Bullock and Swedish knock-out Elin Nordegren, both rocked by their husband`s alleged infidelity scandals.

While we don`t know everything about how they handled the news from their respective louses of spouses, we can imagine it may have gone something like this. A scene on the reality show "Cheaters".

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: This is what you get when you cheat. You get busted. When you cheat, you get busted.

ANDERSON: Lying, cheating, unfortunately nothing new in marriages, especially not in Hollywood.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It almost seems Hollywood invented the marriage scandal.

ANDERSON: Laurie Jacobson, author of "Dishing Hollywood," feels today`s scandals mirror some real doozies from the past. Including the collapse of the marriage of one of America`s most beloved couples.

JACOBSON: Take Lucy and Desi, one of America`s best known married couples.

ANDERSON: Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, stars of the classic sitcom, "I Love Lucy," got divorced in 1960 after being married for 20 years.

DESI ARNAZ, ACTOR: Well, I can`t promise you anything, but I can try.

JACOBSON: They were married by a judge. Honey, she should have asked for a jury. That guy gave new meaning to the casting couch.

ANDERSON: Hollywood history is full of marriage mayhem. Flashback with us to 1958 and what happened to actress Debbie Reynolds, then America`s sweetheart. That`s when Reynolds` equally famous handsome movie star husband Eddie Fisher began an affair with Elizabeth Taylor.

JACOBSON: Now this reminded me of Brad, Jen and Angelina. Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher were considered the quintessential perfect `50s American couple. Their best friends were producer Mike Todd and Elizabeth Taylor.

Mike Todd was killed in a plane crash, and Eddie had Elizabeth`s back. And pretty soon, he worked his way around to her front as well.

ANDERSON (on camera): More recent Hollywood marriage implosions, Halle Berry and Eric Benet, for instance, Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillipe as well, following his reported stepping out begs the question, can a man handle his wife overshadowing him professionally?

JACOBSON: Reese Witherspoon`s career was advancing a little bit more quickly than Ryan Phillipe`s. It`s really hard being Mr. Reese Witherspoon.

I don`t know why these guys simply can`t keep it zipped up.

ANDERSON (voice-over): Apparently, nor do they. Tiger initially spent more than a month in rehab for his issues, followed by Jesse James dealing with his personal problems in a rehab as well. Meantime --

JOE LANGLOIS, CELEBRITY DIVORCE LAWYER: Business is booming.

ANDERSON: Celebrity divorce attorney Joe Langlois feels Bullock and James, if they do divorce, can learn a thing or two from those who have gone before them.

LANGLOIS: High-profile divorces in the past can be instructive to a couple such as Sandra and Jesse. They can learn that no matter how difficult their differences, they`re best to do it in private.

ANDERSON: And private and under control.

JACOBSON: Well, let`s see, we don`t want people going the way of actress Joan Bennett.

ANDERSON: Bennett was a big movie and film star in the `40s. But in the early 1950s, her career took a big hit, so to speak. Thanks to her husband.

JACOBSON: When her husband found out that she was having an affair with the producer, he shot the offender in the family jewels.

ANDERSON: Of course, classy ladies like Sandra and Elin tried hard to keep their shots above the belt, even though their husbands apparently could not.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: That was SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Brooke Anderson. It seems to me even though these Hollywood sex scandals have always existed, I think the Tiger Woods and Jesse James scandals sex scandals have really raised the bar -- I should probably say lowered it.

All right, as we move on, I don`t need to tell you earthquakes, they`re serious business, but wait until you see the unbelievable quake moments caught on tape by people that probably should have been running away instead of grabbing their cameras.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Earthquake, earthquake. Look at my pool.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s like an ocean.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh we`ve got a tsunami.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is (EXPLETIVE DELETED) crazy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Wow.

HAMMER: Thank you, Charles. "Caught on Tape" (INAUDIBLE). And now SHOWBIZ "Caught on Tape," when an earthquake struck parts of Mexico and California over the weekend, some people ran, of course, and others, they ran for their cameras. You`ve got to see some of the quirkier earthquake moments caught on tape.

Here`s CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): When there`s an earthquake but you`re far enough away that the earth merely shakes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Stuff, they`re jiggling.

MOOS: It`s the jiggling that everybody with a camera shoots from swinging planter to swaying model airplanes to cars caught rocking on a surveillance camera at a beachside parking lot.

But this was the most popular thing for homeowners to record for posterity.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Earthquake, earthquake, look at my pool.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s like an ocean.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh we`ve got a tsunami.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is (EXPLETIVE DELETED) crazy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Wow.

MOOS: It was as if we were getting a tour of swimming pools and light fixtures.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s like still going. Look at this.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I came home, and my lamp is swinging.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: This clock does not run. The earthquake kicked it into start.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Earthquake! Earthquake!

MOOS: Far enough away from real danger, some would-be cinematographers were more excited than shaken up.

(On camera): What`s the one expression an earthquake tends to shake out of you?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Holy (EXPLETIVE DELETED). On video.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Holy crap.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Holy (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

MOOS (voice-over): Their language is not the thing folks watch during a quake. This young guy was talking to his dad on Skype when the shaking started.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Oh, my goodness! (EXPLETIVE DELETED) Now (EXPLETIVE DELETED) is falling off the walls! Turn it off. It`s not very funny. It`s not very funny.

MOOS: He didn`t seem un-amused.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yea, Peyton`s first earthquake.

MOOS: Pets seemed more freaked than their owners.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Did you feel the earthquake?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You guys OK, puppies?

MOOS: Surveillance cameras caught scary sounds.

(On camera) And if your camera wasn`t rolling during a quake, well, you could always recreate the moment.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Whoa! What`s that? Mom!

MOOS: Since the quake coincided with Easter, some played up the holiday angle. One group huddled around a fridge.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Put your hand on the refrigerator.

MOOS: Catching the vibrations.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Oh, that`s weird.

MOOS: But the weirdest moment caught on camera was Mike Turber doing a coin trick, he stacks quarters on his elbow and tries to catch them. This time he was going for clinging a stack of 70.

MIKE TURBER: Are we having an earthquake right now?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Oh, my goodness!

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Earthquake hits my house. I`m shooting my weeble collection.

That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. And that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I don`t have a weeble collection, but I am A.J. Hammer in New York.
