THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

BROOKE ANDERSON, HOST: Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, Rielle outrage. John Edwards` mistress gets slammed today for telling, "Hey don`t blame me for being a mistress."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

OPRAH WINFREY, HOST, "THE OPRAH WINFREY SHOW": Do you regret being a mistress?

RIELLE HUNTER, JOHN EDWARDS` MISTRESS: No, because I learned a lot.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with the great debate today - is Rielle Hunter the most despised mistress ever?

Is the cheated-on Sandra Bullock the most admired woman in America? The startling results just in today of our exclusive SHOWBIZ TONIGHT poll.

Lindsay Lohan locked up? Disturbing news breaking today that the troubled Lohan could get thrown in jail. And wild new video today of the chaos surrounding Lindsay.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Lindsay. Lindsay.

LINDSAY LOHAN, ACTRESS: Oh, whoa. Whoa. You`re dangerous.

ANDERSON: Dead man posing -

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT: It looks like a normal shot of a guy on a motorcycle. He is dead.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Yes, he`s dead, and posing on a motorcycle.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

(MUSIC)

ANDERSON: Hi there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today, the incredible Rielle-Oprah outrage. I couldn`t help but think today that Rielle Hunter has to be regretting going on Oprah for her first TV interview about her affair with John Edwards.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that getting slammed doesn`t even begin to describe the furious reaction today to Rielle Hunter basically telling Oprah, "Hey, don`t call me a home wrecker for having an affair and a baby with the guy who could have been the next president of the United States."

Hunter was even slammed today by the man who once helped her and Edwards try to cover up their mess. And all this has got SHOWBIZ TONIGHT asking if Rielle Hunter is now the most despised mistress in America.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over): It`s big-time backlash, baby. Rielle Hunter`s explosive new interview with Oprah has caused a firestorm of controversy today.

WINFREY: So you do not think you wrecked his home?

HUNTER: I do not believe I wrecked his home.

ANDERSON: Rielle Hunter wanted to set the record straight with Oprah about her torrid affair with presidential candidate, John Edwards and clear the air about who she really is.

WINFREY: Do you regret being a mistress? Do you regret being a -

HUNTER: No, because I learned a lot.

ANDERSON: But the whole thing backfired today, big time. Instead, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that there`s been incredible backlash over Rielle Hunter`s outrageous interview on Oprah.

KEN BAKER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, "E!": Rielle Hunter did not come across as sympathetic. She didn`t come across as someone who is really sorry for what she did.

ANDERSON: Nothing was off limits. Rielle talked about everything, including that infamous sex tape she made with John Edwards.

HUNTER: I took an action to destroy the tape and kept it in my personal belongings so no one would get a hold of the tape.

ANDERSON: John Edwards` former aide, Andrew Young, had strong words today for Rielle Hunter. He`s locked in a bitter legal battle with her over, among other things, that sex tape.

This morning on "Good Morning America," he said that Rielle Hunter is full of, well, something.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS, CO-HOST, "GOOD MORNING AMERICA": She says that you stole that tape from her apartment.

ANDREW YOUNG, FORMER AIDE OF JOHN EDWARDS: You want my response?

STEPHANOPOULOS: Of course.

YOUNG: Baloney.

ANDERSON: Andrew Young claimed he was the father of Rielle`s daughter while John Edwards was running for president to help them try to cover it all up. Oprah grilled Rielle about why she allowed that lie to happen.

WINFREY: Why did you go along with it?

HUNTER: Regret. My biggest mistake.

ANDERSON: But many were saying today Rielle`s biggest mistake was even going on Oprah in the first place. On "Good Morning America" today, Andrew Young and his wife told George Stephanopoulos they couldn`t believe Rielle`s gall.

YOUNG: I think my gut reaction was the lack of her regret about anything. The only thing she expressed any regret for was about the "GQ" photo shoot.

ANDERSON: He`s talking about these photos printed in "GQ" magazine of Rielle Hunter pantless, posing with her daughter`s stuffed animals. Oprah didn`t mince words.

WINFREY: You actually had to take your pants off.

HUNTER: Right.

WINFREY: Yes.

HUNTER: What I was thinking was, I would like to have one sexy shot where the world can see me as a beautiful woman.

ANDERSON: Oprah tried really hard to understand the woman at the center of one of the country`s biggest sex scandals.

WINFREY: What part of you could make that OK then to be with this married man with children?

HUNTER: Because he was available.

ANDERSON: To make matters worse, she didn`t seem to have a scrap of sympathy for John`s jilted wife, Elizabeth Edwards.

HUNTER: Do I think I hurt Elizabeth? You would have to ask Elizabeth that. I don`t know.

HUNTER: For Rielle Hunter to say you have to ask Elizabeth if she`s hurting, that really shows that she either lacks perception or she just really lacks any sympathetic bone in her body.

ANDERSON: You`ve got the feeling after a while that Oprah could barely contain her disbelief, especially after Rielle dropped this intimate doozy.

WINFREY: Were you using birth control?

HUNTER: No, we never used birth control.

WINFREY: Well, then -

ANDERSON: Rielle Hunter tried her best to change her legacy as one of the most despised mistresses in America, but it looks like that`s not going to happen.

BAKER: Whether she likes it or not, Rielle Hunter is going to be known as the woman who broke up John Edwards` marriage and actually destroyed his political career. That is her legacy.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: So could this Oprah interview have actually made Rielle Hunter look worse than your average mistress? Right now in Hollywood is Wendy Walsh who is a TV journalist and doctor of psychology. Right now, in New York, is Sunny Hostin, who is a legal contributor for "In Session." That`s on our sister network, Tru TV.

Wendy, Sunny, I`ve got to say, I found Rielle to be arrogant, to be self-absorbed, to be completely out of line for not taking at least some responsibility for what she`s done.

Sunny, are you with me when I say that the outrage today about this was totally justified?

SUNNY HOSTIN, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION": I am so with you, Brooke. I mean, you know, I have always said that there`s a special place in hell for women that like to sleep with other women`s husbands. For her, there is now a special little room in hell and it`s extra hot just for her.

She had no shame. I think she sort of had the mistress-crazy eyes. All that was missing was like the cuckoo birds going around her head. She looked totally nuts. I think that interview, you know, just really cemented the vision in all of our minds that she is a home wrecker.

She has no sympathy for Elizabeth Edwards, no sympathy for their children, and is selfish, narcissistic, self-centered - just everything in the book.

ANDERSON: Yes. And you know what else? Rielle Hunter told Oprah that she never preyed on John Edwards. She simply told him that he was hot and that he was available to her. Forget the fact that he`s married.

I just don`t buy it. She flirted with him. She preyed on him, I believe she did. She said he was hot. She went to his hotel room very soon after that. Wendy, do you think her claims of innocence here have something to do with why so many people today were saying that they despise her even more?

DR. WENDY WALSH, TV JOURNALIST AND DOCTOR OF PSYCHOLOGY: Well, doesn`t America love a fallen woman? And that`s what they want to see. Listen, this woman may have some problems with delivery. She may have some problems with some of her ethics and morals. But she did not wreck this marriage -

ANDERSON: Of course, she did.

WALSH: And I may be the only one in America saying this.

HOSTIN: Wendy, how can you say that? Come on.

WALSH: Wait, wait, wait. She never stood at an altar and made a vow to Elizabeth to honor her -

HOSTIN: She made a vow to me. She made a vow to me.

WALSH: And to forsake all others.

HOSTIN: She made a vow me in the sisterhood of women. She made a vow to me and she`s now expelled from that sisterhood. Women that do things like that are mean girls, bad women. And it doesn`t matter if she made a vow to - you know, to have and to hold and to be married.

WALSH: OK, listen. We`ll pull her union card of the girls` club.

HOSTIN: Yes.

WALSH: Done. But having said that, the marriage ball, that wrecking ball - she may have helped John lift it, but he had the wrecking ball and he`s the one that threw it at his marriage.

You know, we don`t know what happened. He could have said, and I have heard men say this, "Oh, I`m - we`re separated. This is just a fake marriage that we`re just doing for the campaign."

HOSTIN: It doesn`t matter.

WALSH: Really -

HOSTIN: It doesn`t matter.

WALSH: She doesn`t understand me.

HOSTIN: It doesn`t matter.

WALSH: Really, we don`t know what kind of lies he told her -

HOSTIN: It doesn`t matter what he said.

WALSH: To convince her that maybe he was married - or not married.

ANDERSON: It doesn`t matter. And we do know that he shares in some of this responsibility. He is a dog for what he did, no question.

WALSH: Yes.

HOSTIN: Sure.

ANDERSON: That has been established. But I do want to move to this now, because his former aide Andrew Young wasn`t shy reacting to Rielle`s interview today. Take a look at what he said this morning on "Good Morning America" when he was asked why Rielle was so cagey about what her relationship with Edwards is like now. Watch.

YOUNG: I think there`s some type of contractual relationship. I mean, he bought her a $500,000 house that she never moved into. I think there`s some type of restrictions on what she can and can`t do. She`s - I mean, she freely admitted that she`s getting resources from him for her and for the baby.

ANDERSON: Contractual agreement? This just gets more and more sordid. Sunny -

WALSH: Remember, Andrew Young is trying to sell books here.

ANDERSON: What sort of contract would John Edwards have with his mistress?

HOSTIN: You know, I would imagine that he may have a contract with her because she does have his child, he`s paying child support. There may certainly be some sort of contractual relationship.

I`ve got to tell you, he better have one, because again, I think she has the cuckoo birds going around her head. And it`s very difficult to control crazy and if you have someone like that in your life, you`d better have a contract with them.

So I think if he`s smart enough, which, you know, based on his choice of women - I`m not so sure anymore. I`m terrified that he could have been the president of our country. But perhaps his advisors are advising him that he should have these sorts of contracts with her.

ANDERSON: My heart just goes out to Elizabeth Edwards and I just hope that she did not subject herself to Rielle`s interview with Oprah Winfrey.

And because of that outrageous interview with Oprah, Rielle is in the running to be named SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week.

Our other nominees - Sandra Bullock for revealing that she`s getting a divorce and adopting a baby and Lindsay Lohan for taking a photo with a gun stuck in her mouth. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT names the most provocative celebrity of the week in just a little bit.

So Wendy Walsh, Sunny Hostin, stay right where you are.

I`m actually giving Sandra Bullock an A plus, plus, plus, for the way that she`s handling all of her husband`s cheating scandal drama. But is she the most admired woman in America? The incredible results of the exclusive SHOWBIZ TONIGHT poll.

OK. Maybe it`s just me, but aren`t dead people usually in caskets? Did you see this? A dead man on a motorcycle.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MOOS (voice-over): In the funeral business, they call this an unusual postmortem display. But in plain language -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s dead.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He`s dead.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views. And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Kate Gosselin`s new book debuts at number 11; unauthorized Oprah biography at number one. First Look at Scarlett Johansson`s new Dolce and Gabbana makeup ad.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with more big news breaking in "The Buzz" today, including the Hoff`s ex-wife in jail today and a George Clooney surprise that is literally explosive.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over): George Clooney`s bomb scare at his spectacular Italian villa. Talk about scary, unstable explosives left over from World War II were just uncovered about 50 feet from Clooney`s place.

We`re talking 500 pounds of hand grenades, mortars and other explosives. They were all taken away and detonated safely by the Italian military. And you`ve got to hand it to George Plastic Clooney`s sense of humor. He tells TMZ, quote, "This is not the first bomb I`ve experienced."

Rap star slammed. Enimem is taking a shot at NFL star quarterback Ben Roethlisberger who was accused of sexually assaulting a female college student in a nightclub bathroom.

Listen to this from Eminem`s brand new-song, "Despicable," "I`d rather turn this club into a bar room brawl. Get as rowdy as Roethlisberger in a bathroom stall." If you want the song, you`ll have to get it online because it won`t be on his new album that drops in June.

Off to jail. David Hasselhoff`s ex-wife, Pamela Bach, has started serving a 90-day sentence for driving under the influence. It`s her second DUI arrest and it means when she gets out of jail, she won`t be allowed to drive for two years.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

There is more big news just in today - Oprah`s war on phones. Today is Oprah`s big no-phone zone day. Oprah says don`t text and drive. But will people listen?

I can`t wait to ask that to Cathy Areu in New York. Cathy is the publisher of the fabulous "Catalina" magazine.

Hey, Cathy, all day long, Oprah has been speaking out about her new campaign to get people to stop using their phones while they`re driving. Cathy, we know Oprah`s influence when it comes to books, when it comes to other things, but will people listen to her here?

CATHY AREU, PUBLISHER, "CATALINA" MAGAZINE: Yes. I mean, we listen to her everywhere. I mean, she changed the way Americans go to the bathroom. When you go to a public bathroom now, people use paper towels to open the door. That`s because of Oprah.

I mean, they`re installing little paper towel holders - you know what I`m talking about. They have little paper towel holders next to the bathroom - the bathroom doors now because of Oprah Winfrey.

So, yes, if she could change our bathroom habits, she can definitely change the way we use our cell phones.

ANDERSON: Yes. A lot of people obviously are listening. Because as of today, more than 200,000 people signed Oprah`s online pledge, off their phones while driving.

AREU: Yes. Yes.

ANDERSON: And late today, the governor of Michigan signed a bill banning texting while driving live on Oprah`s show. Check out what Oprah had to say right after that about her no-phone crusade. Watch.

WINFREY: We need more states to join. But you know, we can make the laws, but laws start with the people. Laws start with you changing your mind and your heart about this issue. So even if you`re a state that doesn`t ban texting, today, you can make a change.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: There have actually been calls for a federal law, actually, to ban the use of cell phones while driving. Cathy, I`m thinking with Oprah behind it, it just might pass. Maybe they could call it the Oprah phone law. Quickly.

AREU: That`s what I was thinking - the Oprah Winfrey No-Phone Zone Law. It would be perfect. We all know she`s behind it. And if anyone could do it, Oprah Winfrey can do it.

ANDERSON: Yes.

AREU: But my concern -

ANDERSON: It will definitely save a lot of live. I`m going to have to stop you there.

AREU: Oh, yes.

ANDERSON: We are out of time. But I commend her.

AREU: Yes.

ANDERSON: We all need to put our phones away while driving. Cathy Areu, thank you so much.

AREU: Thanks.

ANDERSON: And the "Showbiz on Call" phone lines has not stopped ringing today. So many people have called in about the way Sandra Bullock is handling her husband`s cheating scandal. Debby from Indiana thinks that Sandra is doing a great job.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

DEBBY, CALLER FROM INDIANA: I think that Sandra Bullock is a class act. And she`s a good role model for women and mothers everywhere, especially those who are going through divorces. Instead of trashing perhaps and making a big drama fest out of it, she shows what it takes to be a courageous woman and strong for her child.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

These soldiers dressed up in costumes like Lady Gaga and they`ve definitely got Gaga`s dance moves down. But don`t take my word for it. Take a look at this.

Plus, more stories breaking today from the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker."

TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

ANDERSON: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today. Most admired and most despised.

The incredible reaction today to two women on opposite ends of the cheating spectrum. First up, the cheated-on. America`s sweetheart, Sandra Bullock - late today we got the results of a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll asking if Sandra Bullock is the most admired woman in America.

And just one day after John Edwards` mistress, Rielle Hunter, spoke with Oprah, the great debate that broke out today over whether Rielle is now the most despised mistress in America.

With me today in Hollywood, Wendy Walsh, who is a TV journalist and doctor of psychology. And from New York, Sunny Hostin, who is a legal contributor from "In Session" on Tru TV.

Wendy, Sunny, Sandra Bullock has gotten so much praise, well-deserved for the way that she just revealed she`s divorced her cheating, lying husband, Jesse James, and that she has secretly adopted a baby boy.

This afternoon, we got the final results of our exclusive SHOWBIZ TONIGHT poll when we asked if Sandra Bullock is the most admired woman in America. Take a look. 55 percent said no, she`s not, but 45 percent said yes. Wendy, are you surprised by the results?

WALSH: I`m not really. I think America likes to see families together. They want to see - I mean they`re very excited about this new baby, but it`s a tragic situation.

I mean I predicted a couple of weeks back on this show that this would be the woman of all the jilted spouses who`s most likely to file for divorce, because she`s got economic power. She`s got celebrity. She`ll have no problem getting somebody else. But you know, we like to see a happy ending and a happy family.

ANDERSON: We certainly do. And I think Sandra was so brave for handling the scandal with such grace, with such poise. And I`ve got to say, the majority of our Facebook fans agreed with me.

Shavonda C. wrote on our wall, "Yes, she is an admired woman. And I think a lot of women in America can learn a few things from her, especially since so many of us face these dilemmas and situations."

Sunny, do you agree with Shavonda that, yes, a lot of women could learn something from Sandra here, a lot of women can identify?

HOSTIN: Oh, no question, Brooke. I mean, she`s such a class act. I think she did everything that we hoped that we would do then if confronted with such a terrible situation. You know, she leaves the nasty cheating husband that likes women that have tattoos on their faces and basically, you know, rebuild her life with this beautiful child.

She adopts a black child, which I think shows that she`s just, you know, color blind and that I think is admirable. And she moves with him into a home, I`m hearing, in New Orleans. She adopts him, you know, from Hurricane Katrina land.

It shows that she`s got this open heart, this loving heart. She doesn`t need anyone like Jesse James and she proved that. I just say wonderful, Sandra Bullock.

ANDERSON: Bravo. And I agree. I`ve got to say that I do hope that Sandra`s soon-to-be ex-husband, Jesse James, learned a thing or two from this whole awful experience.

HOSTIN: Yes.

ANDERSON: For the first time since Sandra revealed her baby joy news, we got this new video in today from "Hollywood.tv" of Jesse outside the burger joint that he owns in Long Beach, California.

Coincidentally, the last time we saw him with Sandra was at that same spot, soon after she won her Oscar. Wendy, I`m thinking he could learn a thing or two about class from Sandra.

WALSH: Yes. But it`s really interesting. Back when Sandra hooked up with him, she was criticized for taking a step down in life.

So you know what? If you`re going to wander with a guy like that with bikes and tattoos and you`re going to have question their morals and ethics. Remember, his current wife was pregnant.

ANDERSON: No, you can`t say she deserved any of this, Wendy.

WALSH: His current wife was pregnant when he started coming on to Sandra, OK? Look at his rap sheet, lady, then you`ll know about his future.

ANDERSON: Oh, well, she certainly has learned and is certainly feeling a lot of hurt and disappointment right now, unfortunately.

And while there is a love fest going on with Sandra right now, I think that people will scream not again when they get a load of what Jesse`s alleged mistress, Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, has to say about Bullock`s baby news.

You`ve got to listen to this new interview this morning that she did with the "John, Jay and Rich Radio Show." Here it is.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Have you heard about Sandra Bullock and Jesse James` baby.

MICHELLE "BOMBSHELL" MCGEE, JESSE JAMES` ALLEGED MISTRESS: Yes, I did hear. I was actually really shocked by that. I had no idea.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

ANDERSON: OK. Bombshell McGee also accused Jesse of lying to everybody about everything. Sunny, whether that`s true or not, though, this woman really has no credibility.

HOSTIN: No, she`s got a tattoo on her face. You know, she sleeps with married men. Again, there`s a special place in hell for her. I don`t think she has any credibility whatsoever. Who cares what she thinks?

ANDERSON: And you know, a lot of people would agree that McGee is the most despised mistress in America today. But I`ve got to differ - we beg to differ here because John Edwards` mistress -

HOSTIN: Yes.

ANDERSON: Is now the clear frontrunner after her interview she just did with Oprah, denying any blame for breaking up his marriage and talking about her now-infamous recent photo-shoot half-naked in "GQ" magazine. Watch what she told Oprah.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HUNTER; What I was thinking was I would like to have one sexy shot where the world can see me as a beautiful woman as opposed to all those photos that are out there of me looking like some wicked witch of the west, the ugliest thing you could ever imagine. So there`s definitely ego in that, like you want to shoot like -

WINFREY: I was going say -

HUNTER: Don`t let the ego get you.

WINFREY: I was going to say it was a lot of big ego move on your part?

HUNTER: Big ego move, big mistake.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Yes. Wendy, big mistake, you think?

WALSH: Well, obviously, it was a mistake. Whenever we mix child`s play and toys with nudity, that`s always an issue with us. But you know, this woman - I just see her as kind of a vulnerable target.

ANDERSON: What?

WALSH: You have mentioned about her intellect. She doesn`t seem like the sharpest tool in the shed. She`s a couple of sandwiches short of a picnic.

HOSTIN: That`s true. That`s true.

WALSH: So this man could move in on her easily. And you know, the power should be on him to not take advantage of a woman like that. And hey, she`s a mother now.

HOSTIN: Oh -

ANDERSON: Wendy, come on.

HOSTIN: Come on.

(CROSS TALK)

ANDERSON: Wendy, we cannot have a permissive attitude towards mistresses. We just can`t.

HOSTIN: Exactly. He took advantage of her?

WALSH: No -

HOSTIN: Give me a break. She sought him out.

WALSH: That married -

HOSTIN: She hunted him down. She bedded him. She didn`t use contraception. She said, "You`re hot and all this nonsense. She got what she wanted. She got what she asked for. I think those pictures were very, very telling, again, she`s narcissistic. She doesn`t care about anyone but herself. It`s not about him.

WALSH: I disagree -

HOSTIN: I think it`s about her.

WALSH: That marriage ended because of two things. That marriage ended because of his lies and his wandering appendage. Case closed.

ANDERSON: But you don`t agree that Rielle put the final nail in the coffin? Come on, Wendy.

HOSTIN: She (UNINTELLIGIBLE) it.

WALSH: Because she never stood at an altar and made a vow to Elizabeth to forsake all others.

HOSTIN: Oh, come on.

(CROSS TALK)

ANDERSON: Even if she didn`t stand at an altar, we cannot have a permissive attitude. We cannot have a permissive attitude. I just firmly believe that.

WALSH: Right.

HOSTIN: Women need to be part of the sisterhood.

WALSH: Exactly, he`s the one that made the vow. No (UNINTELLIGIBLE) is going wrong with him.

HOSTIN: No.

(CROSS TALK)

ANDERSON: It takes two to tango, John and Rielle - both need to take ownership. And I`ve got to tell you, I don`t know what`s worse here - Rielle`s comments about her half-naked GQ photo shoot, or her absolutely delusional response to Oprah about the general public`s perception of her as the mistress. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HUNTER: All of their feelings that they`re feeling and hatred that`s directed towards me has to do with their fears about or their anger and disappointment and sadness about their mother cheating on their father or their father or their husband or their spouses. It has to do with them and it doesn`t have to do with me because they don`t know me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: That is just infuriating and I think a lot of people will agree that she is the most despised mistress in America.

HOSTIN: Cuckoo birds. Cuckoo birds.

ANDERSON: So it is time for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT to name the most provocative celebrity of the week. Will it be Rielle Hunter? Or how about Sandra Bullock for shocking us all by revealing that she`s getting a divorce and adopting a baby at the same time? Or is it Lindsay Lohan for her disturbing photo of a gun pointed at her mouth?

Wendy Walsh, Sunny Hostin, thanks, ladies. It was fun.

I`ve been telling you all week about this Lindsay Lohan mess. Her parents fighting over her, her dad threatening to go to court to take legal control of her life. I can tell you there are explosive reports today that Lindsay may be heading for jail, maybe locked up.

And dead man posing. I don`t know what to make of this. A guy dies and he ends up perched on a motorcycle at his own funeral?

ANDERSON: Come on, seriously? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Lindsay Lohan chaos. New video in today from "Hollywood.tv" of Lindsay and her younger sister Ali mobbed by the paparazzi while trying to catch a flight from L.A. to New York to visit their mother. But there are disturbing reports today that Lindsay`s next big trip may be to jail.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

Within the next week, Lindsay Lohan could reportedly face jail time. Reports out today that Lindsay has not met the terms of her probation and a judge will have no choice but to lock her up.

Joining me right now in New York is Cathy Areu who is the publisher for "Catalina" magazine. Also in New York today is Megan Alexander who`s a correspondent for "Inside Edition."

Cathy, Megan, Lindsay has been on probation since her DUI arrest back in 2007, required her to go to alcohol education classes every seven days. Today, there are reports that Lindsay hasn`t been doing that.

Megan, we have seen the pictures of Lindsay out there repeatedly partying late at night? Would getting thrown in jail be the best wakeup call for her ever?

MEGAN ALEXANDER, CORRESPONDENT, "INSIDE EDITION": Brooke, I think it was Isaac Newton`s third law that states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

ANDERSON: Yes.

ALEXANDER: In other words, consequences for what you do. It appears that Lindsay indeed violated the order to attend classes every seven days. Even if she made up those classes, the point was to go every seven days.

ANDERSON: Yes.

ALEXANDER: If she didn`t, this judge has stated, no second chances. She may be headed to jail and I don`t think she should be treated differently than anyone else. She needs some tough love.

ANDERSON: Yes. She certainly does need some tough love. She needs guidance. She needs structure. Well, if you ask Lindsay`s lawyer about those reports she may get thrown in jail, she`ll tell you Lindsay`s got nothing to worry about.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT did ask her lawyer and take a look at what she told us today, "Though there have been occasional weeks when Lindsay has missed her alcohol treatment class, she has always managed to make up the class the following week by attending two classes. For this reason, we contend that Ms. Lohan is in substantial compliance with the conditions of her probation."

Cathy, it seems to me that she should be doing everything in her power to never miss a single class given that she could be tossed in the slammer.

AREU: As my mama used to say, rules are rules. So I don`t care what her lawyer says and what legalese she wants to pull out - rules are rules. And that`s what the judge is probably going to say, "These are my rules and you disobeyed them. So yes, you`re going to jail, Lindsay. I`m sorry."

ANDERSON: And we do appreciate her lawyer for giving us that statement. We appreciate that from her. Thank you so much, Shawn Chapman Holley.

I do want to move now to the dramatic plea today to Lindsay Lohan from somebody who does know something about run-ins with the law.

Today in court, Mackenzie Phillips just got her drug case wiped clean after finishing a drug rehabilitation program. When leaving the courthouse, Phillips had some words of wisdom for Lindsay. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MACKENZIE PHILLIPS, ACTRESS: I just hope that she finds the strength within herself to get some help. It`s not admitting defeat. It`s actually the right and strong thing to do. I had to go until I had to walk out with handcuffs on and I don`t want to see that happen to her.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: We know that Lindsay`s dad has been wanting to get Lindsay into some treatment. But Megan, doesn`t Mackenzie Phillips have a great point that it needs to be Lindsay`s decision to seek help?

ALEXANDER: This is very true. What we can learn from those who have gone before us and somebody like Mackenzie Phillips who is in Hollywood, who has been in the circus, if you will.

ANDERSON: Yes.

ALEXANDER: I hope that Lindsay is listening because you need to go to those people for the wisdom here. But you`re right. I think at this point, Lindsay may not be able to do it herself and that`s what her father is worried about.

ANDERSON: Yes. He wants to intervene. Well, Mackenzie has hit rock bottom, dragged herself up from that, so I`m sure she`s got a lot of wisdom she probably could impart.

Then, of course, there is the legal drama with Lindsay`s father trying to get her to go into rehab - what we`ve been talking. So Lindsay Lohan, that is why you`re one of our nominees to be named SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week.

And you`ve got some pretty stiff competition. Our other nominees - Sandra Bullock for her shocking revelation that she adopted a baby boy and has filed for divorce from Jesse James. Another nominee, John Edwards` mistress, Rielle Hunter, for her outrageous tell-all on Oprah basically saying she did nothing wrong.

Cathy, who should we choose as SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week? Who`s your choice?

AREU: The mistress, Ms. Hunter for sure with that interview Oprah with Oprah telling her that it was basically Elizabeth`s fault that the whole thing happened. Elizabeth and John - it wasn`t me. That`s what she`s saying and I think she`s the most provocative of the week.

ANDERSON: You`re sticking with Rielle Hunter.

AREU: I am.

ANDERSON: Cathy, I`ve got to respectfully disagree, because SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week is - Charles, drum roll, please - we are naming Sandra Bullock SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week.

I think she should be very proud of herself in the way that she has handled this entire scandal and congratulations to her on that beautiful baby, Louis Bardo Bullock. Cathy Areu, Megan Alexander, we`re going to leave it there for now. Thanks, guys.

Hey, did you see this? A dead man posing on a motorcycle at his own funeral.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MOOS (voice-over): In the funeral business, they call this an unusual postmortem display. But in plain language -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s dead.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s dead.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Hey, is his funeral. Let him die how he wants to. Is that bizarre or what?

And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Lance Armstrong expecting a fifth child, mom-to-be is girlfriend Anna Hansen. Austrian-born Gov. Schwarzenegger says he would run for president if the law allowed it.

ANDERSON: And now, the SHOWBIZ salute to moms - celebrities paying tribute to their mother as we count down to Mother`s Day on Sunday, May 9. Here`s former soap star Lisa Rinna.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LISA RINNA, ACTRESS: Happy Mother`s Day, Mom. You are the wind beneath my wings and I would not be standing right here - I mean, I would not be anything without you. So I love you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: How sweet. Thank you, Lisa. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Did you see this? It`s his funeral and he`ll die how he wants to. A dead guy perched on a motorcycle. It`s one of those, you-got-to- see-it-to-believe-it stories. But I want to warn you that some of the images in this piece may be considered disturbing. Here`s CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN NATIONAL CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): It looks like a normal shot of a guy on a motorcycle, but look at the looks he gets.

MOOS (on-camera): He is dead. Can you explain, it`s his funeral, and he is the deceased.

(voice-over): In the funeral business, they call this an unusual postmortem display. But in plain language -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He is dead.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He is dead.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So, they embalmed his body and put him on a motorcycle?

MOOS: Yes.

(on camera): He is 22-year-old, David Morales Cologne (ph), killed in a shooting. His uncle gave him the bike as a gift. And the family asked this funeral home in San Juan, Puerto Rico, to pose him for the viewing. The owner of Marine Funeral Homes says it takes special skill.

DEMARIS MARIN, FUNERAL HOME OWNER (through telephone): Embalming is the key. It`s a professional secret.

MOOS (on-camera): The tricky part is to make the body rigid enough to pose yet not too rigid to put back in a coffin for burial.

(voice-over): And he was buried in a coffin, as required by law.

MOOS (on-camera): What did they do with the motorcycle?

MARIN: They take the motorcycle back to the house.

MOOS (voice-over): The video was rocketing around the Web, with titles like "Dead Man Riding" or "Dead Man Standing." The same funeral home did this once before because the young man who died had told his family he wanted to be happy and standing at his own funeral.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What would I pose myself doing?

MOOS: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Laying in a casket.

MOOS: The funeral homeowner said reactions to this postmortem display were divided.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Whoa. Whoa. Whoa.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That`s gross.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Creepy is an understatement.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Crazy, crazy to see him on that.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That`s fantastic. He got what he wanted.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Good for him. God bless his soul.

MOOS: There are lots of colorful ways to leave this world. Craftsmen in Ghana are famous for the so-called fantasy coffins, shaped like shoes or cell phones or soft drinks. Eternal fizz.

And a British company called Crazy Coffins will send you off in anything from a guitar to a corkscrew, for folks who feel -

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I want to celebrate my life the way I lived it, the way that I want to be remembered.

MOOS: For instance, in a 1913 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost for $8,000. Some, like the members of this London band -

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: One, two, three -

MOOS: Can`t imagine posing at their own funerals. While others just turn tail and run. This guy`s dead. Posed him.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Actually, you know what? I`m going to be late. I`m so sorry. I apologize.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: Oh, it`s just twisted. That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. And that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thank you so much for watching. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.
