A.J. HAMMER, CO-HOST: Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT - Gary Coleman and the battle of the wills. A mystery will surfaces today. So is Gary`s controversial ex-wife in or out?

But wait, there`s more. Gary`s "Diff`rent Strokes" costar drops a bombshell today about Gary`s reported secret stash of cash.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He may have died with no money, but his pension was huge.

GARY COLEMAN, ACTOR: What you talking about, Willis?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: "Real Housewives" sex tape revealed today. Should one of its big stars be forced to leave the show?

Lindsay`s jailbreak. Did Lindsay Lohan get a new get-out-of-jail free card today? Fired up outrage that Lindsay may have violated court orders again.

Sandra happily ever after. Breaking new details about Sandra Bullock`s new life after Jesse.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: Hi there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today. Remarkable brand-new deathbed mysteries surrounding Gary Coleman.

HAMMER: Yes, Brooke. The developments came fast and furious into the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom today. And I can tell you, some of them are just mind-boggling. The very first picture was released today of that deathbed photo Gary`s ex-wife is suspected of selling to a supermarket tabloid.

A brand-new mysterious will reportedly surfaced today just deepening the mystery surrounding Gary`s death. And add to that an incredible claim today by Coleman`s former "Diff`rent Strokes" costar Todd Bridges that Coleman had a secret stash of money.

So SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that what seemed like at first just the sad death of a former star is now turning into much, much more than that.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

TODD BRIDGES, ACTOR: How could you be so selfish? How could you be so angry?

HAMMER (voice-over): In a brand-new interview on "Radar Online," Gary Coleman`s "Diff`rent Strokes" costar, Todd Bridges, can barely contain his anger at reports that Coleman`s ex-wife sold photos of Coleman on his deathbed.

BRIDGES: If I would have been in his room on his last days and there were pictures there, I would have taken the camera from the picture guy and I would have smashed the camera for sure. That`s what I would have done.

HAMMER: This morning on the "Today" show, Coleman`s former agent also said he`s upset.

VICTOR PARILLO, GARY COLEMAN`S FORMER AGENT: I thought, it`s an atrocity.

HAMMER: But sadly, if they thought their strong words would keep the Gary Coleman deathbed photos off newsstands, they were wrong. Today, the tabloid "The Globe" finally released the photos it allegedly bought from Coleman`s ex-wife, Shannon Price.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has seen one of the photos and it is sad, so disturbing, we`ve decided not to show it.

ALAN DUKE, EDITOR, "CNN WIRE ENTERTAINMENT": You see Coleman on a respirator, life support, really. And his ex-wife, Shannon Price, leaning over the bed with her head near his. She`s looking into the camera as the picture is snapped.

PARILLO: When you speak to her, she`s quite confused and defensive.

HAMMER: On the "Today" show, Coleman`s former agent, Victor Parillo, said he asked Gary`s ex, Shannon Price, point-blank if it was true she sold the photos to the tabloids.

PARILLO: I didn`t get an answer.

HAMMER: CNN Entertainment reporter Alan Duke tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT he got a similar non-response when he asked Price`s publicist the photo question.

DUKE: What we were told is that she needed money.

SHANNON PRICE, GARY COLEMAN`S EX-WIFE: You know, we`ve been struggling a lot with financial stuff.

HAMMER: Shannon Price, who was divorced from Coleman in 2008 after just one year of marriage, took her tale of financial woe to "Good Morning America" yesterday.

PRICE: Now, that Gary`s gone, it`s a little bit more difficult.

HAMMER: Now, things are getting more difficult for Price. Not only is she getting slammed for the photos, it seems Coleman reportedly left her out of his 1999 will. And Price is fighting with the childhood friend of Coleman`s who`s now the executor of that will. And today, that executor is threatening to throw her in jail.

DUKE: That will names Dion Mial, a long-time friend of Gary Coleman and his former manager during the 1980s as executor. Mial sent an E-mailed statement threatening her with criminal action if she returned to the home that she shared with Gary Coleman.

HAMMER: But this fight over Gary Coleman`s will may soon get more interesting. There are now reports of a more recent Gary Coleman will, one that does include Price. But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT hasn`t confirmed its existence.

DUKE: As far as we know, it`s not been presented in court.

HAMMER: We`ve all heard of the serious money troubles Coleman suffered after "Diff`rent Strokes" went off the air in 1986. Coleman even talked about it in a 2008 appearance on divorce court.

COLEMAN: I get tired of calling the mortgage company saying, "Well, I can only give you half this month. I`ll give you the rest of it next month."

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK.

COLEMAN: That drives me crazy and it`s not getting any better.

HAMMER: So you might be wondering if Coleman didn`t have any money, why on earth are so many people fighting so bitterly over his estate?

BRIDGES: They think that he - you know, he may have died with no money, but his pension is huge.

HAMMER: Todd Bridges tells "Radar Online" Coleman had a valuable retirement pension. And Bridges promises that he and Coleman`s executor will make sure neither Gary`s ex-wife nor his estranged parents get a penny of it.

BRIDGES: He`s not here to fight back. That`s why the two of us - we`re fighting back for him right now.

HAMMER: And with the fight over his will and over those disturbing deathbed photos, it seems it will be quite some time before Gary Coleman can rest in peace.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

I got to tell you, if you would have told me that there would have been so many dramatic twists and turns after Gary`s fatal accident, I just wouldn`t have believed you. What scares me the most here is just how far this battle could go.

Right now, in Hollywood, is Carlos Diaz. Carlos is a syndicated radio host. With me in New York is Carolina Bermuda. She`s a senior editor for "In Touch Weekly" and she is the co-host of "Elvis Duran and the Morning Show."

Now, again, right out of the gate, I want to say SHOWBIZ TONIGHT got a hold of one of the Gary Coleman deathbed pictures today. It was an instant decision not to air this thing. I think it is offensive. I can`t imagine why anybody wouldn`t be offended by it or the fact that the pictures were even taken in the first place.

And that is why this just blows my mind. I just got the results of our exclusive SHOWBIZ TONIGHT poll. And I find them really shocking. Here`s what we asked - "Gary Coleman Death Photos Sold: Is it OK for his ex-wife to profit from his death?" And look at this - 85 percent of voters said yes. Eighty-five percent say it`s OK. Fifteen percent said no.

Carlos, please, help me understand why so many people would think it`s OK for Shannon to make money off of Gary`s death.

CARLOS DIAZ, SYNDICATED RADIO HOST: I think if anyone saw the photos - by the way, kudos to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT for not running those photos. They`re disturbing. But I think if anyone saw those photos, that poll would be flipped, because the photos are truly disturbing.

She`s posing, you know, next to Gary Coleman who`s riddled with tubes coming out of his body. I could not understand how anyone would think that Shannon Price has any right to profit off of the death of her supposed loved one.

And I say "supposed" because I can`t believe anyone would - if you`re so grief-stricken, say, "Well, you know what, these photos which are disturbing, I`m going to make five, six figures off of them. Here you go."

HAMMER: I don`t get it at all. And Carlos, the truth is, a lot of people are defending her right to do this. In fact, the "Showbiz on Call" phone lines - they were lit up. A lot of calls on there supporting Gary`s ex- wife - I was very surprised by this - and saying, "You know what? If she profits from his death, it`s OK with us."

I want you to hear what Shirley said when she called in from Texas to "Showbiz on Call."

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

SHIRLEY, CALLER FROM TEXAS: I really don`t see anything wrong with Gary Coleman`s ex-wife trying to take pictures of him as he`s passing away. I know it`s disrespectful but everybody knows she`s broke. He`s been broke a long time. The poor woman needs some money. You can`t sometimes wait for a job to get hired. You need the money now. So God bless the poor woman.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: Right. Shirley, we appreciate your call. Carolina, maybe I`m out of touch. I will cop to that. But a lot of people seem to think that Shannon`s desperate money problems justify her actions if, in fact, she did sell these photos.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

CAROLINA BERMUDEZ, SENIOR EDITOR, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": I can`t agree with that. I think this is exploitation. It`s abuse. It`s betrayal of a loved one. And it`s beyond creepy if you look at the photos.

So I don`t know how anybody can justify her selling these. I mean if she needs the money, go get a job. Go look for employment somewhere. I mean, you can`t live off of a dead loved one`s earnings that you had nothing to do with. And she`s sitting here contesting the will when she should be grieving if she was, in fact, in love with him.

HAMMER: Yes. And how long has the guy been dead? And to Carlos` point, if she really is in mourning, what is she doing selling these things right away?

BERMUDEZ: Right.

HAMMER: My goodness. All right. Well, another blockbuster development in the Gary Coleman drama today. Did Gary really have a secret stash of cash? Now, Gary`s former "Diff`rent Strokes" co-star, Todd Bridges, dropped this bombshell to "Radar Online." And Todd is claiming Gary actually died with a secret fortune. Listen to this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BRIDGES: Well, actually, what people don`t realize, Gary does have a pension. He does. Every actor has a pension. My pension is gigantic. You know, if I was to retire, you know, at 55, I think I would lose 40 percent of it. But if you pass away, you can get everything at 55. He may have died with no money, but his pension is huge.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: That`s wild. Now, Todd says Gary`s pension may be in the millions. And now, "Radar Online" also reports today there`s this mysterious new will that Gary supposedly signed back in 2007. And that happens to be the year that he married Shannon.

Now, Carlos, are you with me that this is obviously a huge game changer in the battle over Gary`s estate if this will does exist?

DIAZ: A.J., you were there for the whole Anna Nicole Smith thing. This smacks of Anna Nicole Smith. You know, you have people fighting over wills. You have, you know, people saying, "Where are you going to bury the body?" I mean, this really is the same kind of controversy.

And it`s starting to amp up where you`re like, OK, you have a 1999 will. Then you have a handwritten will from Shannon Price. And now, a new will that we haven`t seen yet that`ll be filed in the next three weeks. And then a pension involved here. This is far from over. It`s going to get ugly before it gets nice.

HAMMER: Yes.

DIAZ: (UNINTELLIGIBLE). It`s going to get a lot uglier in the next month or so.

HAMMER: Hard to imagine it getting nice. And that`s what worries me the most - is how long this could potentially drag out. Carlos Diaz, Carolina Bermudez, thank you, guys.

ANDERSON: Lindsay Lohan`s jailbreak today. Lindsay avoiding jail today. Her alcohol monitoring bracelet goes off. The judge furious. Plus, the dramatic new plea from Lindsay`s dad today. It is the exclusive interview you will see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

MICHAEL LOHAN, LINDSAY LOHAN`S FATHER: Lindsay does not need to be in a traditional rehab, but she needs rehabilitation. If she goes to jail, she`s not going to get any rehabilitation. As a matter of fact, things get worse when you go to jail.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

ANDERSON: I am so disgusted by what Tiger Woods and Jesse James alleged mistresses are reportedly planning to do today. These home wreckers are going on a tell-all tour. First stop? A porn convention.

Sandra Bullock has definitely moved on from Jesse James. You`ve got to hear the brand-new revelations today about her cheating-hubby-free life. How she`s bringing up her son and shocking new details about those reports that Jesse wants to get back together with Sandra. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

HAMMER: Time now to roll out the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker." Here come more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Shania Twain officially divorced two years after splitting with husband. Princess Diana`s dress from first official appearance auctioned for $276,000.

HAMMER: Katy Perry slams Lady Gaga? Is Katy really opening up a California girl can of whoop ass on Gaga for her new "Alejandro" video? What`s got Mrs. Russell Brand to be so mad? The unbelievable Katy-Gaga smackdown coming up in just a second.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. And we`re going to get to the Katy Perry- Lady Gaga battle in just a moment. But first, it`s Sandra`s new life, Brooke.

ANDERSON: Yes, just in today, A.J., brand-new revelations about Sandra Bullock`s life after her husband`s cheating scandal. And all those reports that her ex, Jesse James, isn`t giving up on a reconciliation.

Right now in New York is David Caplan who is a senior editor for "People" magazine. David, great to see you. And hey, right after Sandra`s marriage to Jesse James imploded, we heard Jesse say that he`d do anything to get back together with Sandra.

David, in the new issue of "People" magazine, you`re revealing brand-new details about reports that Jesse might be making a big move that would bring him closer to Sandra. And by closer, I mean geographically closer.

DAVID CAPLAN, SENIOR EDITOR, "PEOPLE" MAGAZINE: Yes.

ANDERSON: I think he needs to respect Sandra`s space. David, tell me it`s not so. What`s the real story here?

CAPLAN: it is so, actually. A source close to Jesse, you know, tells "People" that, first of all, he does have hopes of a reconciliation one day. So that`s one little bombshell that people are surprised at.

And two, he did sell his main property in California. And a source tells "People" that he wouldn`t be surprised, actually, if he buys homes near where Sandra lives, you know, where she has a home so they can work together in terms of, you know, seeing the kids together and having a schedule that`s conducive. But I don`t know if Sandra wants him living that close.

ANDERSON: I know. The last thing I would want, David, is my cheating ex living as my next door neighbor. No offense.

CAPLAN: It`s a little too close for comfort.

ANDERSON: Yes.

CAPLAN: And you know, he wants to get back together so maybe he`ll sort of be going over there a lot. I don`t know, it`s interesting to see how it will pan out.

ANDERSON: Oh, no. Give the woman her space. But you know, David, after all that she`s been through, she looks better than ever. And she`s proving that she is a survivor. I thought she looked incredible at the MTV Movie Awards.

CAPLAN: She did.

ANDERSON: And now, there`s big news that Sandra`s ready to get back to making movies. David, what is "People" magazine hearing?

CAPLAN: Yes. Despite all the rumors out there that Sandra wanted to quit the movie business, take a break, in no way, shape or form does she. She`s ready to go. She wants to do films. You know, as we know, she may be doing a film with Ryan Reynolds before - whom she`s worked with before.

ANDERSON: Yes.

CAPLAN: She`s ready to go. She does not want to stop.

ANDERSON: Good for her.

CAPLAN: And she`s still taking care of the kids.

ANDERSON: Yes. Good for her. She is a survivor. And you know, also making big news - I want to move to this. Also making big news in the brand-new issue of "People" magazine, Tori Spelling`s cheating terror.

Tori is revealing all sorts of intimate details about her marriage in her soon-to-be-released book, "Unchartered Territory" including the fact she`s terrified that her husband is going to cheat on her. David -

CAPLAN: Yes, exactly.

ANDERSON: I don`t know if I have any sympathy for Tori, though. It`s hard to find sympathy since cheating is how she got with Dean in the first place.

CAPLAN: Exactly. It`s like the pot calling the kettle black. But interestingly enough, she says in the book that she`s concerned Dean is going to cheat on her.

And in fact, she even goes on in detail, sort of painting out some - a night where Dean wanted to have sex with her and that she said no, and that she says that this is an issue in their relationship.

She really does open up. And it is sort of a surprise to a lot of people because you didn`t think they had such intense problems.

ANDERSON: Yes.

CAPLAN: But this is really a deep-seated fear.

ANDERSON: She`s very insecure. Yes, very insecure about those issue. Well, David Caplan, thank you so much. And hey, don`t forget to pick up "People" magazine when it goes on sale everywhere on Friday.

HAMMER: A big new Lady Gaga controversy. Today it`s Katy Perry taking on Gaga. Pop star Katy reportedly thinks that Gaga has just gone too darn far with her new video for "Alejandro."

Now, in it Gaga dresses up in a bondage-like nun costume, gets attacked by a mob of men. Well, Katy sounded off on Twitter, tweeting this, "Using blasphemy as entertainment is as cheap as a comedian telling a fart joke."

Now, we asked Katy Perry people if she was indeed talking about Lady Gaga. Interestingly enough, though, Katy tweeted her outrage just a day after Gaga`s new music video hit the airwaves. Coincidence?

ANDERSON: Lindsay Lohan`s jailbreak today. Lindsay avoids jail as her alcohol monitoring bracelet goes off. Plus, the dramatic new plea from Lindsay`s dad today, Michael Lohan, here in the interview you`ll see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

M. LOHAN: Lindsay does not need to be in a traditional rehab, but she needs rehabilitation. If she goes to jail, she`s not going to get any rehabilitation. As a matter of fact, things get worse when you go to jail.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Real housewife, real sex tape. Your very first look today at the photos of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey`s" sex tape.

And everybody`s favorite friends. Will there be a "Friends" reunion? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

HAMMER: Time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: John Stamos will join the cast of hit TV show, "Glee" next season.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This summer is going to be awesome. We just need to sit back and enjoy the ride.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Holy (EXPLETIVE DELETED). This is the best place on earth.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: The "Shore" is heading south. Well, sort of. TMZ reporting today that there`s a new casting in the works for 12 lucky guys and girls who are, quote, "keeping it country and want to party their asses off." Now, this new show is called "Party Down South." Trust me, you can`t make this stuff up.

ANDERSON: No, you can`t. Harry Conick, Jr. Replacing Simon Cowell on "American Idol?" Harry could get my vote to replace Simon at the judge`s table. I love Harry`s music and he was so great when he worked with this season`s "Idol" contestants.

The ladies of "The View" asked Harry today, would he want the job? He dodged the question. Then Harry didn`t hold back about the key qualities Simon`s replacement should have that Simon didn`t.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HARRY CONICK, JR., SINGER: First of all, I don`t think anybody could replace Simon Cowell. I`d say -

JOY BEHAR, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": He`s one of a kind, I think.

CONICK: He really is. He was amazing on that show. And I think the reason the show became what it was, was because of him. But I also think that he`s not a musician. And when you don`t have literally a musical background, you have to resort to different ways to getting your point across.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Simon`s got talent, though. He`s been finding music stars for years.

HAMMER: A fired up debate today over Chris Brown on the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook page. So many of you are fired up about Britain banning Brown from entering the country. Now, this is related to Brown`s conviction for beating up Rihanna, of course.

Precious C. disagrees with the idea he was banned saying that Chris has paid his due, "That`s just crazy. The man has paid his dues. They are going way too far."

Now, Lauren F. just posted that Chris got off easy, saying, "Chris Brown`s career ended the moment he hit Rihanna. He`s a violent guy with no remorse for his actions. He should have gone to jail."

I`d love for you to join the debate on Facebook. You can go behind the scenes of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT and get breaking news alerts on Twitter. You can call us at "Showbiz on Call," and of course, there`s always E-mail. It`s all at "SHOWBIZ Connects" which you`ll find at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight.

ANDERSON: And now, the SHOWBIZ lineup. Here`s what`s coming up on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

I wonder if celebrity cheaters, Tiger Woods and Jesse James, are a little bit nervous today. New reports today that their alleged mistresses could be getting ready to spill new dirty details at a porn convention.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today - Lindsay`s jailbreak. Lindsay Lohan is a free woman today after a judge, again, issued a warrant for her arrest.

But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you, the worst may be yet to come. Lindsay managed to stay out of jail after posting bond, again. This time, it was set at $200,000, double the amount from last time.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can also now reveal that there`s no doubt Lindsay is skating on thin ice with the law. Will the judge finally lose her patience and send Lindsay to jail?

We spoke exclusively today with Lindsay Lohan`s father, Michael. He is making a dramatic plea to Lindsay. Get help now.

Joining me right now in Hollywood, syndicated radio host Carlos Diaz. And in New York, "In Touch Weekly" senior editor Carolina Bermudez who is a co- host of "Elvis Duran and the Morning Radio Show."

Carlos, Carolina, we`ll have that exclusive interview with Michael Lohan in just a moment. But I want to begin with the Los Angeles district attorney saying today that all this Lindsay Lohan drama comes from an alcohol- related violation that occurred on Sunday night.

So obviously, Lindsay, not in church. So where was she, you might ask? She was at the MTV Movie Awards. Let`s take a look at her on the red carpet strutting her stuff.

Carlos, why would Lindsay - help me with this. Why would she even risk getting into trouble by going out, by doing this? She`s not thinking rationally, obviously.

DIAZ: I can see wanting to network. You want to network. You want to go. You walk the red carpet. You do your thing. But does she realize - I know drinks are expensive in L.A. But $20,000 for a vodka and soda? I mean, it`s not worth it.

And basically, that`s what we`re talking about here. She basically paid $20,000 for a drink. Because if she took the drink, you know, and the SCRAM bracelet did go off because of the drink and she had to post $20,000 bond, that`s what we`re talking about.

And for all intents and purposes, she paid her way out of jail. The judge said, "No more drinking. No more drugs." She took a drink.

ANDERSON: Right. Not even a drop of alcohol.

DIAZ: Exactly. So you took the drop and you`re not in jail now? I don`t understand that.

ANDERSON: Yes. She really dodged a bullet, Carlos. And I think, you know, she should just stay home until her next court date, July 6th, other than, you know, alcohol classes or meetings with her probation officer.

Other than court-mandated activity, the girl needs to stay home. Carolina, I`m wondering if Lindsay can make it another few weeks without screwing up again and getting herself thrown in the slammer. I`ve got my doubts.

BERMUDEZ: I doubt it just as well. And you know, she`s got a birthday coming up. I believe it`s July 4th. She`s definitely going to be around her friends and possibly her family.

But my question is, is this just another example of people enabling her? Where is she getting this money? Isn`t Lindsay Lohan reportedly like $600,000 in debt? Who`s putting up this $20,000 to keep her out of jail?

And what is the point of fitting her with the bracelet if she`s not going to follow the rules or even face the repercussions from the judicial system? It`s just - she`s making a mockery of it. And this is just another example of "celebrity justice" - air quotes here - in L.A. It`s a joke at this point.

ANDERSON: Obviously thumbing her nose at the law. Well, A.J., late today you got an exclusive interview with Lindsay`s estranged father, Michael Lohan. What does he think about all of this?

HAMMER: Well, Brooke, Michael tells me that the very last thing Lindsay needs at this point is to go jail. He does claim she`s got a serious addiction problem and that she needs rehab ASAP. Take a look at what he told me.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(voice-over): So Michael, have you spoken with Lindsay since she posted the $200,000 bond for her alcohol-related violations?

M. LOHAN (through telephone): No. I placed some calls to her but they were un-received. I did call her lawyer. I sent her lawyer some E-mails. But so far - Lisa Bloom is out of town in China, so I`ve had a hard time getting in touch with her.

HAMMER: Well, she`s saying this didn`t happen. In fact, Lindsay tweeted that she denies her SCRAM bracelet even went off. Let me read what she tweeted, "My SCRAM wasn`t set off. It`s from the light up bracelet Johnny put on me. Also, they can check probation records for alcohol as I got tested yesterday."

Now, Michael, I`ve got to tell you, I`m not buying it. I mean, it sounds - I`m not going to say exactly what`s going on here, because I don`t know. But it sounds like denial. Are you buying this?

M. LOHAN: Listen, anyone that has an addiction, whether it`s to prescription drugs or any other kind of drugs or alcohol, are in denial to some extent. And you know, people who are on drugs lie.

Do I believe it? Johnny who? Johnny Doe? Who`s Johnny that put this bracelet on her. I wouldn`t take the chance to put any bracelet near my SCRAM bracelet if I were here. I had a GPS system on and I was very careful with what I did.

But you know what? Look, the facts are the facts. It went off. They say it tested positive. Her own lawyer said that there was a small amount of alcohol detected in it.

So there`s going to be a serious issue when she goes to court. But then again, A.J., Like I said, Lindsay is not a criminal. I think we all know that. Lindsay is a girl with a severe addiction problem that`s living in denial.

Her tweets, the things she says, unfortunately, her mom says, haven`t been true. And you know, I don`t want to slam anybody. I`m trying 100 percent. I just want them to be on the same page and I want her to get help.

HAMMER: Michael, do you think the judge is doing enough to get Lindsay the help that she needs, that you feel she needs?

M. LOHAN: I think she took - I think she took a step in the right direction. I think this should have been done a long time ago. But, no, I don`t. I don`t. I think the judge should have put her in a rehab program, a customized rehab program like we`ve proposed to the court.

That has worked for other people in the past. Lindsay does not need to be in a traditional rehab. But she needs rehabilitation. If she goes to jail, she`s not going to get any rehabilitation. As a matter of fact, things get worse when you go to jail.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Now, to Michael`s credit, he`s been trying to get his daughter the absolute best help that he feels she needs. He`s been doing that for months now. But Lindsay - she flat-out denies she`s any kind of an addict. Carlos, do you agree with Michael that Lindsay needs rehab and not jail?

DIAZ: I agree that Michael Lohan wants the best for his daughter. But I completely disagree with him in this case because we`ve been down this road before. She`s gone to rehab.

ANDERSON: Right.

DIAZ: It didn`t work. The only thing that`s going to work for her now is jail time. And I agree with Michael. In jail, know, it`s not like rehab. It`s tough love. But that`s the only thing that`s going to set her straight where she`s going to see her actions have serious repercussions.

ANDERSON: We want everybody to weigh in on this, because we are asking in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll, "What would be better for Lindsay, jail or rehab?" Go ahead and vote on this at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. Carolina, what do you think would be better for Lindsay, jail or rehab?

BERMUDEZ: Well, I have to agree with Carlos here. I think that jail is the only way she`s going to learn her lesson. Look, she`s gone to rehab how many times - three, four times in the past? And that`s never done anything for her.

I guess she needs intensive therapy and rehabilitation. But she also needs to learn a lesson. She has this sense of entitlement that she can get away with anything.

ANDERSON: Yes.

Lindsay is just frolicking around L.A., just laughing at this judge right now. So I think that she needs to learn a lesson and go to jail.

ANDERSON: And you know, speaking of laughing at the judge, Carlos, it`s only been about two weeks since the judge laid down the law and had her fit with that SCRAM bracelet. Only been about two weeks and she`s already broken the rules. She should feel grateful that she`s is not already behind bars.

DIAZ: What`s next? You`ve got a birthday party coming up, Fourth of July parties coming up. I mean, what`s next for Lindsay? I mean, you know, is it going to be a situation where, "Well, I got away with it once. I paid $20,000. I`ll just do it again."

ANDERSON: I hope not.

DIAZ: Maybe a little bit of drink.

ANDERSON: Stay home. Don`t go to the parties, Lindsay. All right. Carlos Diaz, Carolina Bermudez, thank you both guys.

HAMMER: All right. Got some Purell over there. Could you pass that over here? I`ve got to tell you about the mistress tell-all tour yet. Listen to this - Tiger Woods, Jesse James, their alleged mistresses going on a coast-to-coast tour today. And their first stop? A porn convention.

And speaking of porn, we got a first look today at the sex tape of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star, Danielle Staub. Why one of her cast mates is now telling Danielle, hey, go do porn instead.

And whoop, there he is. Yes, President Obama in the video of one of the biggest selling songs of all time? Could it be?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MOOS: Don`t blink or you`ll miss him.

(MUSIC)

There he is. It`s become the latest Internet parlor game. Is it or isn`t it a smiling, 31-year-old Barack Obama?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Now, really? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views. Now, it`s the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Sandra Bullock`s rep denies she has committed to doing a movie with Ryan Reynolds. Rihanna tells "Elle" magazine her relationship with Matt Kemp is "so easy."

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

ANDERSON: Oh, A.J. This is kind of gross. The very first pictures are out today of a graphic sex tape featuring one of the "Real Housewives of New Jersey." And a possible "Friends" reunion? It`s all making big news in "The Buzz" today.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over): You`ve got to have friends. But what about a reunion? Courtney Cox has just revealed new details about whether there could be a "Friends" movie. She tells the "L.A. Times" Jennifer Aniston has a great idea for a "Friends" movie.

But Cox says it`s unlikely to happen, saying, quote, "A lot of things would have to break just right for it to work. But we`ve daydreamed about it."

Heidi`s separation from Spencer. Heidi Montag was captured by TMZ walking out of court after filing for separation from husband Spencer Pratt.

It`s reportedly a legal maneuver to make Heidi`s earnings solely her property. And it comes after speculation her breakup with Spencer is just a publicity stunt. No divorce papers have been filed yet.

A real sex tape or a real housewife. The very first pictures have just surfaced from a graphic video featuring "Real Housewives of new Jersey Star," Danielle Staub. "Hustler" is planning to sell the video of the 47- year-old housewife.

Danielle`s co-star, Jacqueline Laurita tells TMZ she wants Staub to leave the show, saying, quote, "Why doesn`t she just leave and go do porn?"

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has repeatedly reached out to Danielle Staub for comment. We did again today, but hadn`t heard back as of show time. But hey, is it really such a bad thing for Danielle or quite frankly, for her "Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast mates?

With me in New York is Brian Balthazar. Brian is an editor for "Pop Goes the Week." Also in New York, Jill Zarin, cast member "The Real Housewives of New York City" and author of "Secrets of a Jewish Mother."

JILL ZARIN, STAR, "THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW YORK CITY": Hi.

HAMMER: Hi, Jill. All right. So TMZ posted some stills today of Danielle`s sex tape. "Hustler" said today, "Hey, you know, we bought the video legally. Danielle knows that it`s going to be released."

I`ve got to tell you, I think all of this publicity is good for the show. We`re talking about it. And quite frankly, I have to believe that Danielle knows that. Jill, has a "Real Housewives" star yourself, what do you think? Do you think she did something really stupid here, because I don`t.

ZARIN: I don`t judge - I don`t judge Danielle. Danielle lived her life the way Danielle wants to. I don`t think it`s for anyone to judge it. And you know, if people want to buy it, they`ll buy it.

HAMMER: And she`s got to be loving the attention, though, Jill, right? I mean, you know, after all, she`s on a reality show. You`re on a reality show. I know you like the attention. She loves the attention. And she`s loving this, right?

ZARIN: Well, I think she probably has mixed feelings about it. I`m not sure if she knew - you know, I don`t know how much she knew about it. It can`t be good for her children, that`s for sure. I`m sure she`s not proud of it.

But like I said, I`m not sure really why she did it. I don`t know what her motivations are.

HAMMER: Well, that`s a good point about the kids. But on the other hand, I`m thinking here, Danielle is thrilled being 47 years old, flaunting her stuff, probably making some money out of the deal. Saying, "Hey, I made a sex tape." What do you think, Brian?

BRIAN BALTHAZAR, EDITOR, "POP GOES THE WEEK": Well, first of all, I`d rather stare at the sun than actually watch this tape.

HAMMER: Well -

(CROSS TALK)

BALTHAZAR: But reportedly, she made this in the past year. So anyone that`s in the public eye, making a sex tape, has to imagine that somehow it`s going to get out there. And how do you think that happened? I think it was leaked. I think she had a part in this.

And her reputation has always been based on crazy behavior. So it`s not like she`s ruing a pristine reputation here.

HAMMER: Yes -

ZARIN: I agree.

HAMMER: I have a lot of faith in people. And I don`t believe that people are stupid enough to make a sex tape anymore without thinking there`s a chance it`s going to get out.

ZARIN: Oh, 1,000 percent.

HAMMER: Or without the idea that, "Hey, I`m going to make sure this thing gets out." Now, as the first pictures from the sex tape came out today, I must tell you, our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on-call phone lines just lit up.

We heard from Suzanne. She`s from Texas. And she says that Danielle should be booted from "Housewives." Listen.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

SUZANNE, CALLER FROM TEXAS: I think that they need to remove her from the show, period. She is nothing but drama. She is nothing but problems. She doesn`t (UNINTELLIGIBLE) anymore. She is nobody. Remove her.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right.

ZARIN: If you lose -

HAMMER: All right. Suzanne, thank you for your call. Jill, hold on, Jill. Jill, let me ask you. You know I`m going to make you judge and jury right now. Do you think Danielle should be booted from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey"?

ZARIN: Not for that reason. Drama is what sells the show. If she was getting a manicure and doing something else, you wouldn`t be watching it. Sorry, that`s why the woman called into your show. She`s watching the "Housewives" with Danielle on it.

BALTHAZAR: It`s not the nuns of New Jersey.

ZARIN: Exactly.

HAMMER: Yes, yes. It`s all about drama. And quite frankly, if reality TV doesn`t have drama, it`s not going to work. Nobody`s going to watch. Bye- bye.

All right. Let`s move on to more news just in today about cashing in on sex controversies. I must tell you about this. Disgusted as I feel to tell you, it`s the brand-new mistress convention. We learned about this today.

It`s Tiger Woods` alleged mistress Joslyn James and Jesse James alleged mistress, Melissa Smith. They are joining forces. They`re going to a Chicago porn convention next month, and they`re going to tell everybody their cheating secrets.

Brian Balthazar, please help me out here. I can`t imagine there`s going to be a huge line at the ticket booth for this, but I`ve been wrong before.

BALTHAZAR: Right. Whoever does go, I hope they wear latex gloves. You know, when they do go up to them, what are they going to say? "I really love how you broke up that marriage?" I don`t understand.

But you know, it just is evidence it`s never been more popular to be a villain than it is right now. And you know, they`re going to ride it. And I just hope - I just hope no one shows up to that table.

HAMMER: Now, Jill, here they are. These women cashing in on the, quote, unquote, "fame" that they got for doing something that I and a lot of people think is particularly hideous. Do you think this is disgusting or do you think, "Hey, you know what, cash in. You`re riding the ride."

ZARIN: Well, I`ll tell you what I think. I think that the lesson learned is for any mistress who wants to sleep around with a married man, the married man better get a nondisclosure agreement signed. What do you think about that, A.J.?

HAMMER: You know, what I think is at this point - at this point, the damage has been done, at least with these guys.

ZARIN: Absolutely.

HAMMER: So really, there`s nothing these two are going to say at a porn convention that I think is really going to throw anybody. We`ll end it there. Jill Zarin, Brian Balthazar, thank you, guys.

ANDERSON: OK. So you remember that `90s song "Whoomp, There It Is"? There`s a big debate today. Was President Barack Obama in the music video?

(MUSIC)

That looks like him, right? I`ve got to check this out. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

HAMMER: And now, it`s the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - these are more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: "Back to the Future" and "Jurassic Park" to become videogames. David Beckham to become a comic book hero.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: All right. You remember that song, "Whoomp, There It Is"?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Whoomp, there it is!

HAMMER: Yes. Exactly, that one. Certainly one of the biggest hits of the `90s. Well, today there a brand-new debate about whether President Obama is in the music video. You`ll see it`s our then-future president perhaps sporting shades with a little Zach Morris style cell phone doing a cameo. Maybe.

Here`s Jeanne Moos going back in time for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT to find out if whoomp, there he is.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): It`s not a place you`d expect to find Barack Obama

(MUSIC)

MOOS: A fleeting cameo smack in the middle -

(MUSIC)

MOOS: Of that classic 1993 rap song.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Oops, there it is.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes, oop, there it is.

MOOS: Don`t blink or you`ll miss him.

(MUSIC)

MOOS (on camera): There he is.

(voice-over): It`s become the latest Internet parlor game. Is it or isn`t it a smiling, 31-year-old Barack Obama wearing bling and sunglasses?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He looks like Obama.

MOOS (on camera): It looks like him, though, huh?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It looks exactly like him.

MOOS (voice-over): Comparison photos are all over the Web. It`s been dubbed the best Internet rumor ever, leaving the rappers who did the song in stitches. Now, the president seems comfortable dancing.

(MUSIC)

He knows his way a fist pump. He`s said to like rap and occasionally talk street for comedic effect.

BARACK OBAMA, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES: In the easy, my brother.

MOOS: He`s even imitated a Jay-Z gesture.

(MUSIC)

OBAMA: I don`t know, you`ve just got to kind of let it -

MOOS: And impersonators have played a rapping Obama.

(MUSIC)

What are the chances the real Barack Obama was in a rap video shot in an airplane hangar in Atlanta?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Where`s Michelle?

MOOS (on camera): Well, actually, now that you mention it

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Is he in there?

MOOS (voice-over): Some say that`s Michelle Obama. The White House hasn`t responded to questions about the video, but the two guys who made it have.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I`m 99.9 percent sure that is not the president of the United States. Maybe 99.8.

MOOS: Cecil Glenn and Steve Gibson(ph) say there were over a thousand people at that shoot.

(on camera): Do you have anything to say to Barack Obama about him being in your video?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: When you get time, clear it up. If it`s you, let us know.

MOOS (voice-over): Some folks sure don`t see Barack Obama in the video.

(on camera): Who?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Marc Anthony.

MOOS: Marc Anthony?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No. Paris.

MOOS (voice-over): Paris Hilton. We`re convinced it isn`t President Obama.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Whoomp, there it is.

MOOS: So no need to change the words of the song to

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Whoomp, there he is.

(MUSIC)

(END VIDEO TAPE)

HAMMER: So whoomp, there he isn`t. Yes. Everybody`s very disappointed about this. That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

And that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT now live at 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday.

HAMMER: And don`t forget, we are still TV`s most provocative entertainment news show seven days a week. That happens at 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific here on HLN.
