(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WILL SMITH, ACTOR: I mean, you`re fine, you`re fine.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: They are not holding back one bit. But is their sexy talk super cool or TMI?

John Mayer`s sex-and-tell about Jessica Simpson he calls her "sexual napalm". The great debate: is John Mayer out of line?

A special edition of TV`s most provocative entertainment news show, "Sex and Hollywood" starts right now.

Hello, I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

BROOKE ANDERSON, HLN HOST: Hi there, everyone, I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with this special edition of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Sex and Hollywood".

HAMMER: Hollywood`s romance with sex is more than just an affair of the heart. It`s a dirty secret that has kept some stars in the spotlight and pushed others into infamy. I mean think about it, Hollywood is home to the sexy, the sex tape, the sex scandal and more.

You`ve got racy revelations of Tiger Woods and his tales of his sexy text messages. You`ve got John Mayer`s no limits sex confessions about his celebrity exes and of course countless magazine covers of your favorite A-list actresses wearing barely more than their sparkling smiles.

But, that`s just the start of an obsession that`s got everyone talking about sex. Right now SHOWBIZ TONIGHT investigates the truth and consequences of "Sex and Hollywood".

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: You can`t separate them. Sex and Hollywood are a powerful combination. And they go together like Trump and his millions. Like Heidi Montag and her new boobs. Like Richard Simmons and his sparkly shorts.

RICHARD SIMMONS, FITNESS EXPERT: And I still have my shorts on. I`m still here. Hello.

CARLOS DIAZ, SYNDICATE RADIO HOST: The funny thing is sex sells. It`s always been the way.

HAMMER: That is, until something goes wrong. Like Tiger Woods` illicit text messages.

DIAZ: We`re finding out two things last forever: tattoos and text messages.

HAMMER: Tiger Woods learned that one the hard way when outrageously raunchy text messages surfaced that he allegedly sent to one supposed mistress, porn star Joslyn James. That`s what her attorney Gloria Allred claims.

GLORIA ALLRED, ATTORNEY: It was a long relationship. We have -- and we have numerous texts. We have probably approximately 100.

HAMMER: Most of the texts are way too raunchy to recount on this kind of upstanding television show. But, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can review one of the tamer texts from Tiger, which allegedly said, "I want to treat you rough, throw you around, spank and slap you."

Oh, Tiger. When will you learn?

TIGER WOODS, PROFESSIONAL GOLFER: For all that I have done, I am so sorry.

HAMMER: Tiger isn`t the only one who`s sorry for his outlandish ways. Former compulsive Twitter hound John Mayer has had his fair share of outrageous sex revelations especially after he divulged one too many sex confessions about his ex-girlfriend Jessica Simpson.

He said, "that girl is like crack cocaine to me. Sexually it was crazy. That`s all I`ll say. It was like napalm, sexual napalm". TMI, John.

MEGAN ALEXANDER, CORRESPONDENT, "INSIDE EDITION": The public really turned against him and was very outraged with him sharing these secrets about his -- his ex-girlfriend.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did he apologize?

JESSICA SIMPSON, ACTRESS: He did -- he did apologize. But, I mean, at this point, it doesn`t really matter.

HAMMER: Jessica Simpson told the ladies of "The View" she`s over John Mayer and the whole sexual napalm ordeal.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You haven`t talked to him?

SIMPSON: No. He`ll never have this napalm again.

HAMMER: Jessica Simpson may choose to remain silent about her sex life. But, that surely isn`t the case for another hot Hollywood bombshell. "Desperate Housewives" star Teri Hatcher is taking sex to a whole new level. She is taking it public on her online forum for women called "Chick Chat".

HATCHER: Would you rather have eight hours of really great sex or eight hours of really great sleep?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Who wants to have sex for eight hours?

HAMMER: And while she may be the face of an honest, classier version of sex talk, people are still divided over this next Hollywood sex controversy. This sexy Miss USA contestant photo shoot caused a major uproar after pageant owner Donald Trump revealed each and every Miss USA contestant decked out in their skimpy skivvies.

ALEXANDER: We`re reducing these girls to just sex symbols when they are so much more.

HAMMER: But Donald Trump tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT this isn`t about sex. It`s art.

DONALD TRUMP, MISS UNIVERSE ORGANIZATION: The photos are beautiful, the girls are beautiful, and it is artsy and we`re living in a different age.

HAMMER: We are living in a different age. But, "Inside Edition`s" Megan Alexander tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT there`s a real danger that Hollywood in general is taking sex way too far.

ALEXANDER: We are pushing the envelope more and more on what is sexy and what is too much in Hollywood.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: So has Hollywood`s apparent obsession with sex gone too far? And can stars being sexy really cross the line? With me right now is Carolina Bermudez, senior editor for "In Touch Weekly" and co-host of the Elvis Duran in Morning Show. Right now from Hollywood is Hyla, he`s an entertainment journalist with fivedollarPrep.com.

Everybody knows sex sells. But when the Miss USA contestants came out with the sexy photos, you`re looking at them right now, it raised a lot of eyebrows. And I know obviously times have changed.

But there is a role model element to these beauty pageants, at least there used to be. So I get why some people were upset.

Carolina, do you think that this sexy photo shoot crossed the line?

CAROLINA BERMUDEZ, SENIOR EDITOR, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": Definitely. For the Miss USA pageant, of course, it did because these women are held to a different caliber. They`re representing our country. They are supposed to be articulate, eloquent ladies and these were pretty racy, steamy shots that they were taking.

So I think this was an attempt by Mr. Trump to get people talking. And he got what he wanted.

HAMMER: Yes, exactly. And a lot of people thought the whole Miss USA sexy photo shoot was just that, just a brilliant move by Trump. He owns the pageant, let`s face it. People are still buzzing about it.

Hyla, what do you think? Did these sexy professional photos offend your moral compass or you want to give Mr. Trump a high five for remembering the golden rule in Hollywood, sex sells?

HYLA, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST, FIVEDOLLAREPREP.COM: That`s right. Sex sells and that`s a business. He`s trying to run a business. And you can`t have these women out there, and you can`t have a successful show and you can`t have people care about Miss USA unless people are watching. And he put himself in a position, and the pageant, so people would watch and people would talk about it.

I don`t think there`s anything wrong with a woman showing her sexy side. I mean, if these women go off and act slutty and do slutty things, that`s different, but just being sexy in a photograph, there`s nothing wrong with that.

BERMUDEZ: Well, they`re being sexy in the boudoir setting. I mean, this isn`t like they`re on stage with their swimsuit on; this was a completely racy photo opportunity that he took.

And to be honest with you, it`s very -- it`s very much what you would see like in a "Playboy" or in another type of, you know, triple-x type of magazine. So I don`t really think that he was going for the wholesome sexy look.

HAMMER: No, it was definitely very --

HYLA: No exactly --

HAMMER: Desire-based.

BERMUDEZ: Yes.

HAMMER: He was definitely going for that. But - but, really, let`s put it into context with some other things that we`ve seen over the past year or so; the beauty pageant controversy really paling in comparison to other big star scandals. I mean Tiger Woods, Jesse James; they practically lost everything when all the dirty details of their alleged affairs got out.

And I`m thinking those guys are proof that sex can obviously also destroy a star, and Carolina, I`m not really seeing any upside to their sex revelations.

BERMUDEZ: No, definitely not. I think if anything, they`ve hurt themselves and everybody`s impressions of what they were before. They definitely have been affected. You know, Tiger Woods was golf`s golden boy. And now he`s working very hard at re-attaining that image that he once had.

And Jesse James, say what you want about him, he`s always been the bad boy. But now he was pretty accurate when he said that he`s one of the most hated men in America for what he did to Sandra Bullock.

HAMMER: Hold on a second --

HYLA: But this is a perfect example of what --

HAMMER: Hold on one second, Hyla. Because I do want to talk about someone who has found a way to certainly capitalize on her sexy assets. I`m talking about Jennifer Aniston. And she has done this throughout her career.

Look at these magazine covers. There`s Jen on the cover of "Rolling Stone" in 1996, nothing but a bed sheet with her there.

Then there`s this topless GQ cover she did in 2005, and of course who can forget Jen wearing nothing but a tie for this GQ cover in 2008.

Personally I say, bravo, Jen. She`s gorgeous. But there are some people who have criticized her for posing so provocatively to promote her projects.

So Hyla, on this end, even though it`s a common practice in Hollywood, do you think Jen`s sexy display somehow diminishes her talent as an actress?

HYLA: No, not at all. She`s doing fine. And she`s in a love comedy every couple of months that, you know, is making a lot of money. And the thing is, it is art. It is different. Just like the Miss USA it`s something on the cover of a magazine. It`s something that is well thought out and put together.

When you bring up somebody like Jesse James and Tiger Woods, those guys are sluts. Those guys -- those guys are nasty and dirty and it`s different because that`s what they`re doing in their regular life.

Where Jennifer Aniston is doing something on-screen, you have to be able to separate the two.

HAMMER: Yes and the truth is, as I mentioned, Carolina, people do this all the time.

BERMUDEZ: Oh absolutely. And she looks fabulous.

HAMMER: Yes.

BERMUDEZ: And she`s of age. So of course, if I had it and I could be on the cover, I would do it, too.

HAMMER: Why not?

BERMUDEZ: I can`t blame her.

HAMMER: Well, Jen`s ex, John Mayer got himself into a huge mess in that controversial "Playboy" magazine interview after he spilled way too much information about his sex life with his other famous ex, Jessica Simpson.

So I`ve got to ask you this. Is there any way that John could possibly justify selling out Jessica`s personal business the way he did. Carolina Bermudez, Hyla, stay right there.

ANDERSON: Will and Jada Smith are one of Hollywood`s hottest couples right? Well now, they`re sharing their shocking sex secrets with Oprah. I was kind of surprised to hear Will and Jada talk like this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JADA SMITH, WILL SMITH`S WIFE: I always surprise him, I always surprise him and I don`t know he want to --

WILL SMITH, ACTOR: Hey, hey.

J. SMITH: -- get in on how I surprise him --

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Miley Cyrus`s super sexy video, wait -- is that really Hannah Montana?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(EXCERPT FROM MILEY CYRUS`S MUSIC VIDEO, "CAN`T BE TAMED")

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: You are watching a special edition of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Sex and Hollywood" on HLN News and Views.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SARAH JESSICA PARKER, ACTRESS: Sex, or the role it plays in the lives of these women, has very different ways of being illustrated on the screen. I don`t know that if there`s an obsession by us, but I think that it`s something that we also comfortable talking about now.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Welcome back to this special edition of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Sex and Hollywood". I`m Brooke Anderson.

So, do you remember how Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul used to have this weird relationship on "Idol"? Some people even said there was sexual tension between them. Well, right now I`m going to show you that Simon may be moving in on Paula`s replacement, Ellen DeGeneres. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ELLEN DEGENERES, TALK SHOW HOST: I said that I will show you things that you`re not seeing on the show. And, I`ll show you what -- what was edited out. And there was a lot of tension. It was sexual tension. And it was -- well, I`ll show you. This didn`t end up in the show. But I`ll show you.

(EXCERPT FROM "AMERICAN IDOL")

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: That Ellen. Super, super funny.

HAMMER: Well, someone who has never, ever been shy about sex is "Sex and the City`s" Samantha Jones. Kim Cattrall plays the sex obsessed Samantha and in real life Kim is no shrinking violet either. She`s written two books about sex.

Kim also says she believes the entire cast of "Sex and the City" has actually changed s-e-x from a dirty three-letter word into something everyone can talk about, and I mean, everyone. Take a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KIM CATTRALL, ACTRESS: I remember specifically one day being in a supermarket, and this man coming up to me and saying, you know, because of you I can talk to my teenage daughter about sex. And I thought, well, that`s really terrific, I`m so glad to hear that and I wish I wasn`t standing in front of the fish counter while you were telling me this.

HAMMER: But it`s still -- that has to feel pretty good. It really did open doors.

CATTRALL: Absolutely.

HAMMER: You can challenge the way people think and talk about sex.

CATTRALL: Absolutely. And not just about sex. About cancer, you know, about childbirth, about friendship.

HAMMER: Right.

CATTRALL: About infidelity. You know. About commitment. And it was done in such, I think, in such a really brilliantly written and, it was performed with honesty and simplicity, and I think that that`s why we got a fan base pretty immediately. And it`s grown from there.

And these characters have changed and progressed. They`ve gone forward. And the issues that we`re talking about are things that people are talking about that`s sort of behind closed doors.

HAMMER: Right.

CATTRALL: They`re not on the street yet. That`s why I love my story line of Samantha`s in "Sex and the City 2" because we`re talking about menopause. We`re talking about aging. Which is the big thing, you know, ageism. It`s the big thing, we can`t talk about it.

Well let`s talk about it. Let`s go head-on and let`s see how this character deals with it. But let`s do it with humor. Let`s do it with love. Let`s do it with compassion. And I think that that`s what makes it stand out from other movies, especially other Hollywood movies.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I just think she is so cool. And you know, Brooke, Kim`s overly sexual character in the "Sex and the City" franchise has really sparked a lot of conversations. Personally, I don`t see any harm in that, do you?

ANDERSON: No, I don`t, A.J. and it`s so over the top, it`s meant to be funny. And yes, you guys are right, it definitely encourages conversation. So that`s a good thing. And by the way, I don`t love the movies and the franchise simply because they`re about sex.

But to me, A.J., they`re about love.

HAMMER: Right.

ANDERSON: They`re about friendship, and relationships, and the killer fashions. I just can`t get enough of the styles, and the shoes.

HAMMER: Of course.

ANDERSON: Oh, those shoes.

All right, I`ve got to move now to this. It almost sounds, A.J., like the start of a bad joke. Two mistresses walk onto the set of a reality TV show. Yes this is no joke.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT tracked down a big-time TV producer who wanted to feature celebrity mistresses in a reality TV show.

The guy behind the show "Cheaters" Bobby Goldstein, says he has spoken to one of Tiger Woods` alleged mistresses along with the woman at the center of the Jesse James cheating scandal about the idea.

When I talked to Goldstein on the phone, I just had to ask him, does giving these women a TV show reward them for bad behavior? Listen to what he told me.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

BOBBY GOLDSTEIN, REALITY TV PRODUCER: I don`t think they`re going to be rewarded. I think they`re going to show they are suffering and repent and help others follow the path of the righteous.

ANDERSON: So you don`t think that they are after this because they`re desperate for money or they want to extend their 15 minutes of fame?

GOLDSTEIN: They`re going to enjoy some reward from it. But as they mature, these rewards are going to fall by the wayside, and the real reward they`re going to get is that which is going to come from living a pious life.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Now Goldstein may have noble intentions, but I kind of think a mistress reality show crosses the line, even in sex-crazed Hollywood.

HAMMER: All right, so what would Donald Trump`s wife do if he ever pulled a Tiger Woods or a Jesse James and cheated on her? Well, I can tell you that the Donald better watch out because his wife Melania would not be having any of that. Donald and Melania were on "The View" they were talking about Tiger Woods and his cheating scandal.

Listen to what Melania says when Barbara Walters asks her, what would happen if Donald cheated?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BARBARA WALTERS, HOST, "THE VIEW": If Donald did it -- you would kill him, right?

MELANIA, DONALD TRUMP`S WIFE: Only in his dreams, I tell him.

TRUMP: And I was waiting for Barbara to do that. And I think she`d give me three or four chances. Would you give me three or four chances?

MELANIA: Only in your dreams.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Donald, don`t even go there.

ANDERSON: Ashley Dupre has been able to turn her sex scandal into big-time fame. She`s the former hooker who helped take down New York Governor Eliot Spitzer. Her explosive interview with A.J.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: You made a pretty big deal over trying to get rid of an image that a lot of people still may have of you as an escort.

I don`t quite understand how posing naked for "Playboy" is going to help you do that. Can you explain that to me?

ASHLEY DUPRE, FORMER CALL GIRL: You`re really grilling me tonight.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: You know, John Mayer, not shy about admitting he`s a lady`s man. But does he really need to go and blab about his sex life? John`s unbelievable sex-and-tell about Jessica Simpson. Did he just go too far?

And this is Miley Cyrus, all grown up in a super sexy music individual video. Whatever happened to little Hannah Montana?

You`re watching a special edition of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Sex and Hollywood" on HLN News and Views.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KRISTIN DAVIS, ACTRESS "SEX AND THE CITY": I think sex it`s, like, pretty darn interesting. So I don`t think we`re necessarily too obsessed with it. We have such a dichotomy of like, you know, I feel like young actresses are pushed into being on the cover of "Maxim" and whatever and then when, even younger actresses do something risque, I don`t want to name anybody, then everybody`s like, oh, my gosh. They are up in arms.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Can sexy outfits cause earthquakes? Well, an Iranian cleric seems to suggest they can. So, a Purdue University student put her bosom and the bosoms of many others to the test.

Here is CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Exposing cleavage in the name of science?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I don`t have cleavage, though, so I think I`m going to duct tape.

MOOS: There is a name for this behavior.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Boobquake. Boobquake.

MOOS: Little did an Iranian cleric know how his words would rattle some women when he suggested that women who dress provocatively tempt people into promiscuity which increases earthquakes? Which brings us to Purdue University student and self-described nerdy geek, Jennifer McCrite.

What would you estimate the magnitude of your cleavage to be today?

JENNIFER MCCRITE, STUDENT, PURDUE UNIVERSITY: Maybe like a 7 or something?

MOOS: Jennifer dreamed up "boobquake" on her blog as a joke, declaring Monday "boobquake" day.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Shake it all about.

MOOS: From Purdue to Washington, D.C. women showed a bit more decolletage than usual.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We`re out here showing that if dressing immodestly causes earthquake we want to see some evidence.

MOOS: Jennifer is compiling data.

So you`ll be checking for seismic activity related to the showing of cleavage?

JENNIFER: Yes, and we`ll compare it with past seismic activity. Hopefully we don`t destroy the world.

MOOS: Seems like they might.

JENNIFER: Boom in Iran, boom in South Africa.

MOOS: We in the press sure treated it like earth-shaking news, outnumbering the actual "boobquakers". A handful of Jennifer`s friends surrounded her in show of support during our Skype interview.

(on camera): Can you see me? I`m feeling overdressed. There were "boobquake" t-shirts. Did the earth move for you? I survived "boobquake" 2010. There was a song.

Talk about getting rocked.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Well, some boys have told me I`ve rocked their world. But I don`t think so.

MOOS: But just to be safe, beware what you wear.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Thank you.

MOOS: No, thank you. Watch where you point that web cam.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: And there you go. That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

ANDERSON: And now the Showbiz lineup. Here is what`s coming up on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT: Will and Jada Smith share their shocking sex secrets with Oprah; John Mayer`s mind-boggling claims about his sex life with Jessica Simpson; and if you think that Jesse James and Tiger Woods` sex scandals are outrageous, you haven`t seen nothing yet.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: When her husband found out that she was having an affair with a producer, he shot the offender in the family jewels.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: The most shocking Hollywood sex scandals ever. This is a special edition of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Sex and Hollywood" on HLN news and views.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Now on this special edition of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT: "Sex and Hollywood".

Jada and Will; they`re one of Hollywood`s hottest couples, and now they`re sharing a shocking secret with Oprah. They have lots of steamy sex with each other.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JADA PINKETT SMITH, ACTRESS: I always surprise him. I always surprise him. Now I don`t know if you want us to --

WILL SMITH, ACTOR: Hey, hey.

J. SMITH: -- get in on how I surprise him.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: John Mayer`s mind-boggling claims about his sex life with Jessica Simpson; the explosive interview that has Mayer calling Jessica, "crazy in bed". Is John Mayer`s sex-and-tell outrageously out of line?

Miley Cyrus` super sexy video. Wait a second is that really Hannah Montana looking like that?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

HAMMER: Welcome back to a special edition of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Sex and Hollywood". I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with stars talking sex.

HAMMER: It`s the kind of stuff that most people would keep behind closed doors. But, not stars like Will Smith and his lovely wife Jada Pinkett Smith. Oh, no, they opened up to Oprah about all kinds of dirty details. But I just got to ask, is it all just TMI?

Right now, with me in New York, Carolina Bermudez is the senior editor for "In Touch Weekly" and co-host of radio`s Elvis Duran and the Morning Show; right now from Hollywood is Hyla, who`s an entertainment journalist with fivedollarprep.com.

So I get wanting to know how Hollywood couples keep the fire burning in their marriage but I have to tell you I was caught a little off guard when Will and Jada revealed to Oprah how they keep it hot and heavy after over 13 years of marriage.

Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

J. SMITH: I always surprise him. I always surprise him. Now, I don`t know if you want to --

W. SMITH: Hey, hey.

J. SMITH: -- get in on how I surprise him.

OPRAH WINFREY, TV TALK SHOW HOST: I wouldn`t mind hearing one or two.

J. SMITH: Ok. Well, like even during the day I might send -- I might send a sexy picture of some sort.

W. SMITH: Hey, mom.

J. SMITH: You know what I mean?

WINFREY: I know what you mean.

J. SMITH: What kind of picture.

OPRAH: Yes, yes, yes. Just a reminder.

J. SMITH: Just a reminder.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Did you see the look on Will Smith`s face? He`s clearly not expecting Jada to be talking about their sexy texting. To me, that might have been a little bit of an over-share.

What do you think, Carolina, too much information?

BERMUDEZ: Not in this case. I think it`s a beautiful thing. At "In Touch Weekly" we`re always covering celebrity divorces, celebrity breakups. And here`s a couple that has been doing it for 13 years and they`re doing it well. And so --

HAMMER: And with each other.

BERMUDEZ: And with each other, not with other people. So I think it`s a great thing.

The only people who should be embarrassed are their children because their mom and dad are talking about this with Oprah. But other than that I think it`s great.

HAMMER: Yes, I think it`s pretty cool. There`s also a part of me that thinks that, you know what, they`re making themselves more accessible to their fans and there`s no doubt people are curious about this.

But Hyla, what do you think, is there a line between giving people a little peek into the bedroom, or just, you know, opening up that bedroom door and flinging it wide open?

HYLA, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST, FIVEDOLLARPREP.COM: This is excellent. You know why? Because there`s couples that are sitting there watching this, and I`m nudging my girlfriend saying, why don`t you send me some sexy pictures like Jada does? Come on.

This is actually -- if more people use the same formula as Will and Jada, there would be less relationships falling apart. This is excellent.

HAMMER: I`m just a little worried for Jada because we know how dangerous that is the moment you take any pictures of yourself and you`re a celebrity. I`m surprised we haven`t seen any yet, to be honest with you. But hopefully it will stay that way for their sake.

Will and Jada obviously have nothing on John Mayer; he put his foot firmly in the his, spilling the beans to "Playboy" magazine about his sex life with Jessica Simpson.

Brooke, would you mind refreshing us a bit about what John said?

ANDERSON: Yes, yes, I would, A.J. But, here goes anyway, I guess. John Mayer had this to say about having sex with Jessica Simpson.

"That girl for me is a drug. And drugs aren`t good for you, if you do lots of them. Yes, that girl is like crack cocaine. Sexually it was crazy. That`s all I`ll say. It was like napalm, sexual napalm."

Why, John, why? Needless to say John got a whole lot of heat for those comments and he should have gotten a lot of heat. In fact, he went into hiding after all the backlash.

Carolina, is there any way that John could have justified putting Jessica`s personal business out there like that?

BERMUDEZ: No way. Not on this forum. Not with the context. Not comparing her -- I don`t think that there was anything right about his statement. I think that -- some people would see it as being flattering, oh, because then they were imaging what she was like in bed. But it can be pretty embarrassing to have, you know, your sexual life put out there by an ex-boyfriend, mind you. So I don`t think that John Mayer was right in any way, shape or form.

HYLA: Her sexual life was not put out there. The only thing he did was say that she`s good in bed.

BERMUDEZ: But he left things to the imagination.

(CROSSTALK)

BERMUDEZ: He left a lot of things to the imagination.

HYLA: The controversy was fueled -- it was fueled by the "N" word, ok? The heat of the "N" word in the interview. If you remove that, it`s an entirely different conversation. I guarantee you he wouldn`t be apologizing.

HAMMER: I don`t know.

HYLA: There`s nothing wrong with saying you are sexy in bed. What`s wrong with that? You`re going to get mad Carolina if I say, oh, she`s sexy in bed.

BERMUDEZ: Oh, well, Hyla, you don`t know about that.

HAMMER: Hold on a second, everybody. Hold on a second. Let`s reel it back.

Now, regardless of what we all thought, everybody wanted to know what Jessica Simpson thought of John calling her sexual napalm. Not too long after John`s little foot-in-mouth interview, Jessica did speak out on Oprah. Here`s what she said.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JESSICA SIMPSON: I tried to read the article and, I was so -- I was so disappointed at him, and I was so -- it made me so sad, and it was really discouraging because that`s not the John that I knew.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right. Well I think Jessica handled that whole thing with a whole lot of class. And clearly Hyla, obviously you don`t care that John said all of this. But are you at least with me that John could learn a thing or two about discretion from Jessica Simpson?

HYLA: Again, no, I don`t think he did anything wrong. I mean, even look at Jessica.

BERMUDEZ: Hyla.

HYLA: She used that whole interview to promote her show. She went on Oprah and it was the driving force of the interview was this --

BERMUDEZ: Not true. Hyla, it was a breach of trust. He was her boyfriend. They shared intimate moments. You don`t expect that somebody that you trusted would go on, or give an interview to someone and talk about your sexual experience.

HYLA: He gave zero details. And also, to be -- he gave zero details and he used words that I`m still trying to understand how they apply, the sexual napalm thing. But he gave zero -- he didn`t say oh, she has this move where she gets on her back.

BERMUDEZ: Ok.

HAMMER: Here`s the other thing before you accuse Jessica of using it to promote whatever she was working on. It was what was in the news at the time and, of course, anybody she sat down with was going to ask her about it.

Some people were actually hoping that Jessica would try to get some sort of revenge on John as opposed to taking the high road there. And quite frankly, I, for one, wouldn`t have blamed her if she spilled a secret or two about him.

Brooke, do you think Jessica missed a golden opportunity here?

ANDERSON: No, no, no, no, absolutely not. She was a lady. She handled this gracefully and she should be applauded because she does not kiss and tell, Hyla. She does not kiss and tell. You just don`t do that.

I think that John should take notes from Jessica, because she has dealt with this, and she approached it just beautifully.

And I do have to move on now from TMI, to too sexy too soon? I want to move to Miley Cyrus, whose sexy moves in a shocking music video generated all kinds of talk that Miley is too sexy for a teen star. When her music video, "Can`t be Tamed" hit the web, let`s just say she raised a whole lot of eyebrows.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(EXCERPT FROM MILEY CYRUS` MUSIC VIDEO, "CAN`T BE TAMED")

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: All right. I can understand why a whole lot of Hannah Montana fans were caught off guard. I get that she`s trying to change her image, but Carolina, too sexy too soon?

BERMUDEZ: Absolutely. Miley Cyrus is 17 years old. Let`s look at this from a different perspective. If you go in to the Midwest, if you go to any high school, and you look at any 17-year-old, they`re probably not going to be allowed to writhe on the floor like that or get their permission from their father. She really is pushing the envelope. I think she`s trying to be too sexy for her own good.

HYLA: But Carolina she`s not 17.

ANDERSON: Another thing -- you know, she maybe went too far and listen to this, Hyla, in an interview with E! News Miley defends the video and she says it`s not about being sexy. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MILEY CYRUS, SINGER: In a sexy video and you can`t really take that away from it. But it`s not the premise. It`s not like, ok, what is your video about. Well it`s about being sexy. That`s what a lot of videos are and that`s not what I wanted. The video isn`t about being sexy or about who can wear less clothes. That`s what every other video I feel like is about. That`s not what I wanted this video to be about. It`s about explaining the song and living the lyrics.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Hyla, super quickly, do you think it`s too sexy too soon? I`m guessing not?

HYLA: No, not at all. I mean you can`t look at her age in terms of a number. She`s more adult than most adults in the things that she has to deal with. She`s a brand. She`s grown up. She`s a lot older than her age.

The reality is this is good for parents, it forces them to have a discussion. There`s a difference between an artist and what happens in your home as a regular person.

ANDERSON: She does risk alienating those fans but I do understand that she wants to expand who she`s appealing to. We`ll see what happens.

Carolina Bermudez, Hyla, thank you both.

HAMMER: Well, it`s me, one-on-one with Ashley Dupre; my headline- making interview with the former call girl at the center of the sex scandal that brought down New York`s former governor Eliot Spitzer. Ashley is trying to reform her image. But I had to ask her why is she posing in "Playboy"?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: You made a pretty big deal over trying to get rid of an image that a lot of people still may have of you as an escort.

I don`t quite understand how posing naked for "Playboy" is going to help you do that. Can you explain that to me?

ASHLEY DUPRE: You`re really grilling me tonight.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

It seems like sex and scandals all the rage in Hollywood from Jesse James to Tiger Woods, so many celebs caught up in notorious sex scandals. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that Hollywood sex scandals, they`re nothing new -- an explosive report. Also it`s "Playboy" like you`ve never seen it before, in 3-D. Trust me, it`s not your father`s "Playboy".

This is a special edition of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Sex and Hollywood" on HLN News and Views.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KIM CATTRALL, ACTRESS: Sex is a very, very powerful thing in our lives. I remember specifically one day being in a supermarket, and this man coming up to me and saying, "You know, because of you I could talk to my teenage daughter about sex."

And I thought, well that`s really terrific, I`m so glad to hear that. And I wish I wasn`t standing in front of the fish counter while you were telling me this.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Welcome back to this special edition of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Sex and Hollywood". I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

Sandra Bullock`s cheating drama, Tiger Woods` notorious sex scandal. Star cheating scandals are nothing new. Right now I can tell you that sex and scandal have been around Hollywood for decades.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: America`s sweetheart Sandra Bullock, and Swedish knockout Elin Nordegren, both rocked by their husband`s alleged infidelity scandals. While we don`t know everything about how they handled the news from their respective louses of spouses, we can imagine it may have gone something like this. As seen on the reality show, "Cheaters".

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That`s what you get. When you cheat you get busted. When you cheat you get busted.

ANDERSON: Lying, cheating. Unfortunately, it`s nothing new in marriages, especially not in Hollywood.

LAURIE JACOBSON, AUTHOR, "DISHING HOLLYWOOD": It almost seems like Hollywood invented the marriage scandal.

ANDERSON: Laurie Jacobson, author of "Dishing Hollywood" feels today`s scandals mirror some real doozies from the past including the collapse of the marriage of one of America`s most beloved couples.

JACOBSON: Take Lucy and Desi, one of America`s best-known married couples.

ANDERSON: Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, stars of the classic sitcom, "I Love Lucy" got divorced in 1960 after being married for 20 years.

DESI ARNAZ, ACTOR: Well, I can`t promise you anything, but I can try.

JACOBSON: They were married by a judge, honey, she should have asked for a jury. That guy gave new meaning to the casting couch.

ANDERSON: Hollywood history is full of marriage mayhem. Flash back with us to 1958, and what happened to actress Debbie Reynolds, then America`s sweetheart. That`s when Reynolds` equally famous, handsome movie star husband Eddie Fisher began an affair with Elizabeth Taylor.

JACOBSON: Now this one reminded me of Brad, Jen and Angelina. Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher were considered the quintessential, perfect `50s American couple. Their best friends were producer Mike Todd and Elizabeth Taylor. Mike Todd was killed in a plane crash, and Eddie had Elizabeth`s back. And pretty soon, he worked his way around to her front, as well.

ANDERSON: More recent Hollywood marriage implosions, Halle Berry and Eric Benet, for instance, Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe, as well. Following his reported stepping out begged the question, can a man handle his wife over-shadowing him professionally?

JACOBSON: Reese Witherspoon`s career was advancing a little bit more quickly than Ryan Phillippe`s. It`s really hard being Mr. Reese Witherspoon.

I don`t know why these guys simply can`t keep it zipped up.

ANDERSON: Reporter: apparently, nor do they. Tiger initially spent more than a month in rehab for his issues; followed by Jesse James dealing with his personal problems in a rehab, as well. Meantime --

JOE LANGLOIS, CELEBRITY DIVORCE ATTORNEY: Business is booming.

ANDERSON: Celebrity divorce attorney, Joe Langlois, feels Bullock and James, if they do divorce, can learn a thing or two from those who have gone before them.

LANGLOIS: High profile divorces in the past can be instructive to a couple such as Sandra and Jesse. They can learn that no matter how difficult their differences, they`re best to do it in private.

ANDERSON: In private and under control.

JACOBSON: Well, let`s see, we don`t want people going the way of actress Joan Bennett.

ANDERSON: Bennett was a big movie and film star in the `40s. But in the early 1950s, her career took a big hit, so to speak, thanks to her husband.

JACOBSON: When her husband found out that she was having an affair with a producer, he shot the offender in the family jewels.

ANDERSON: Of course, classy ladies like Sandra and Elin tried hard to keep their shots above the belt, even though their husbands apparently could not.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Well, there`s one shocking sex scandal that could have made an unbelievable Hollywood movie: Ashley Dupre`s steamy hookups with Eliot Spitzer. You remember Ashley was a former call girl whose hookups with Spitzer led to him resigning as governor of New York a few years ago.

Well, Ashley quit the biz, and she`s been trying to change the way that people think of her ever since. One part of her reinvention plan, posing nude in "Playboy". Not exactly what I would have suggested, but, I bet that Ashley is hoping to profit from a time-honored formula, Sex plus Hollywood equals fame.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DUPRE: It`s the number one monthly men`s magazine subscription out there. And they`re really well-respected and very tasteful. And if I would have done it when everything happened, I would have been that girl. You know, the article, the pictures would have been focused on that girl. Whereas now it`s more about where I came from, the mistakes that I`ve made, but also where I am today, and where I`m going.

HAMMER: But ultimately --

DUPRE: It`s more about Ashley Dupre rather than the girl.

HAMMER: But ultimately it`s still cashing in on something that happens --

DUPRE: Yes. You know what? Look at the media. You look at all the tabloids that bought my pictures. Sex sells. And you know, most of them, I was completely, or you know, almost naked, pretty much naked. They made money. So, at the end of the day, me doing "Playboy" I feel like I am regaining my sexuality and regaining my image.

HAMMER: You`ve made a pretty big deal over trying to get rid of an image that a lot of people still may have of you as an escort.

I don`t quite understand how posing naked for "Playboy" is going to help you do that. Can you explain that to me?

DUPRE: You`re really grilling me tonight.

You know, it`s so different than being an escort. I mean, Cindy Crawford has done it, Pamela Anderson, Brooke Burke. For me to have my name along those names, I`m honored.

HAMMER: But, and I understand that, but you do have to understand, because it is sexualized. Granted, it`s "Playboy". They have a reputation that certainly is above other magazines that have naked pictures. But it`s sexualized and there`s a sexualized image that people do have of you. So certainly you see that connection.

DUPRE: Actually, it`s really difficult. That`s the number one -- that`s like the hardest thing for me, is kind of breaking away from that. But at the same time, sex sells. I`m going to have to overcome that image. And I don`t know if I`m going to be able to do it.

It`s been two years but slowly I see -- I have "The New York Post" my column every Sunday. I just launched a blog with one of my girlfriends called stiletto Suicide, it`s a pop culture blog. And, you know, slowly I`m making the change.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: "Playboy" magazine unlike you`ve never seen before. The unbelievable issue that a centerfold you can reach out and touch. Sort of.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It looks very realistic, like I could just touch it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Like I`m in a strip club, she`s right in front of me about to dance.

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Ok guys, now you`re getting creepy. Surrender the glasses.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: "Playboy" in 3-D. And yes, that guy is really reading "Playboy" for the articles.

You`re watching a special addition of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Sex and Hollywood".

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CYNTHIA NIXON, ACTRESS: One of the main things of our show was about also was not just having sex but actually talking about sex. I think it`s important for couples to talk about and I think it`s important for you to talk about with your friends.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: All right. So normally, if someone used the words DDD and "Playboy" in the same sentence, you would get a pretty good idea of what we`re talking about, right? Well, let me tell you, "Playboy" is redefining 3-D in a very revealing way.

Here is CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

MOOS: Ready. Lo and behold, it`s "Playboy`s" latest center fold.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Holy cow.

MOOS: In 3-D.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is the beautiful naked body in 3 Dimension, jumping out of the page into your arms.

MOOS: Maybe not into your arms but still --

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It looks very realistic. Like I could just touch her.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Like I`m at a strip club, she`s right in front of me about to dance.

MOOS: Ok, guy, now you`re getting creepy. Surrender the glasses.

Actually, the rather flimsy glasses come with the issue and you assemble them yourselves, all in the hopes of seeing every dimension of model hope (INAUDIBLE) "Playmate of the Year".

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Hef actually wanted to do since the first issue of "Playboy".

MOOS: But it was too expensive back then. Now CNN`s fellow Time Warner company, HBO is picking up part of the costs to advertise its series "True Blood".

"Playboy`s" first ever 3-D centerfold; what do you think?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Do you have a copy of "Playgirl"?

MOOS: Sorry, no male centerfold for gay readers. Unfortunately putting the glass on the camera won`t make 3-D work on TV.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Well, objects appear larger than they should be.

MOOS: Actually 3-D is a growing part of porn. "Hustler`s" even planning an x-rated 3-D spoof of "Avatar" though "Saturday Night Live" has already featured "Nabi" lovemaking.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That`s crazy stuff. Where did you learn that stuff?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: College.

MOOS: "Playboy" isn`t exactly breaking new grounds. Sports Illustrated has done 3-D photo spreads twice already with their swim suit edition.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes, but who cares about "Sports Illustrated"? This is "Playboy".

MOOS: How do models feel about the idea that readers might be tempted to reach out and touch their 3-D image?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I don`t even want to go there.

MOOS: Critics say "Playboy`s" circulation is dwindling and that this is a desperate gimmick. Playboy sees things through rose-colored and turquoise colored glasses.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s a big for men everywhere who want to see women in 3-dimensional

MOOS: At least 3-D dispels the notion --

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes but it`s hardly --

MOOS: -- that nude models are one-dimensional.

Which part is the most realistic for you?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Nose.

MOOS: That`s very 3-D. Those are 38D.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That`s a 44D.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You know, if there were some movements.

MOOS: I`m doing the best I can, sir.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos in 2-D there, by the way, for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Well, that is it for this special edition of SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Sex and Hollywood".

Thank you so much for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.
