THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

A.J. HAMMER, CO-HOST (voice-over): Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Snooki strikes back. For the very first time, the "Jersey Shore" star speaking out today about a judge comparing her to Lindsay Lohan. Does the Snookster have every right to be upset?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You seem to be acting like a Lindsay Lohan wannabe.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Britney`s ex-bodyguard strikes back today, about his shocking claim that Britney sexually harassed him.

Caught on tape, Kim Kardashian goes for the Botox.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KIM KARDASHIAN, ACTRESS: I have a high tolerance for pain.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Anything wrong with that? Will Kim Kardashian be named SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week? Her competition today: Snooki for getting sentence for being a pest.

And Kat Von D professing her love for Sandra Bullock`s cheating ex.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

(MUSIC)

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer, coming to you from New York City.

BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: Hi there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

With big news breaking today: standing up to cancer.

HAMMER: Michael Douglas is revealing new details today about his fight with cancer. As the nation watches the unprecedented star-studded telethon to battle cancer tonight, Douglas reveals today never before heard secrets about his cancer shocker.

Meanwhile, the co-stars of his "Wall Street" sequel are also opening up to me about Michael. Which is why SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that Michael Douglas` real life story rivaling anything we`ve seen him in both in the movies and on TV.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER (voice-over): Stage 4 throat cancer, a son in prison for selling drugs -- to say this is a difficult time for Michael Douglas would be an understatement.

MICHAEL DOUGLAS, ACTOR: Why don`t you start calling me Gordon?

HAMMER: But today, as he prepares to return to the silver screen as Gordon Gekko in "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps," SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you, Michael Douglas is really opening up big-time today about his struggles. And his "Wall Street" co-stars are coming to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT telling me their touching words of support and admiration for the ailing superstar.

OLIVER STONE, DIRECTOR, "WALL STREET: MONEY NEVER SLEEPS": Michael, keep your chin up. It`s a great-looking chin.

SUSAN SARANDON, ACTRESS: We know you`re going to get through this and be a lesson to us all.

HAMMER: And the new "Parade" magazine revealed today, Michael Douglas says he is upbeat about his cancer fight, saying, quote, "Life support an all ha-ha-ha, but I`m in good spirits. I`m an optimistic guy. Nothing has deterred me from my belief that I am going to beat this."

From today`s new "Parade" magazine interview to a recent "People" magazine cover story and his now unforgettable revelations about his cancer on "The Late Show with David Letterman."

DAVID LETTERMAN, TALK SHOW HOST: Did they find it early enough for their liking?

DOUGLAS: I sure (EXPLETIVE DELETED) hope so.

LETTERMAN: Yes.

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: Michael Douglas has bravely shared his cancer battle with the public. In the "Parade" magazine interview revealed today, Douglas says, quote, "If I can bring any relief or encouragement, that`s the good news."

SARANDON: If anyone can beat it, I`m sure he will.

HAMMER: When I just sat down with Susan Sarandon, who co-stars with Douglas in "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps," she marveled at how open Douglas is being during this difficult time.

(on camera): He talked very candidly and openly about what he was going through. And I thought it was remarkable although not really surprising. This is Michael Douglas.

SARANDON: First of all, if you are in this business as long as he`s been in it, and you don`t end up incredibly bitter and an alcoholic, you obviously have figured something out pretty early on because it`s a tough business to age in. It`s a tough business to survive in.

HAMMER (voice-over): On top of everything else, Douglas has to deal with the pain of his 31-year-old son Cameron who is serving a five- year sentence for serving meth. Douglas reveals to "Parade" that he, his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones and their two small children, have been to prison to visit Cameron.

Douglas tells "Parade," quote, "Cameron is a really capable guy who conducted himself atrociously. In the last few years, he was strung out. I miss him. Incarceration gets your attention finally. This might be enough now."

But with all those personal struggles and even as he undergoes radiation and chemo for his cancer, Douglas is still out there promoting his "Wall Street" sequel.

And "Wall Street" director Oliver Stone tells me, he`s impressed by Douglas` old-school Hollywood toughness.

(on camera): What is it about him that makes him such a fighter?

STONE: I think he said it himself, it`s my father`s genes. You know, Kurt Douglas is 100 years old now -- oh, I`m sorry, might be in his 90s. But he`s had multiple heart attacks, airplane crash and there`s an indestructible quality, and Michael represents the best of that.

HAMMER (voice-over): And Michael`s "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" co-star Josh Brolin tells me the courage Douglas is showing right now inspires us all.

JOSH BROLIN, CO-STAR, "WALL STREET: MONEY NEVER SLEEPS": It`s people like that that are actually incredibly inspiring to watch go through anything because they refuse to victimize themselves. So, I wish him the best, man. I hope everything turns out like we all want it to.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: And "Parade" magazine`s incredible interview with Michael Douglas will appear in the September 19th issue.

Well, there`s more big news breaking today about Angelina Jolie. Everybody is buzzing today after SHOWBIZ TONIGHT brought you the exclusive interview that CNN did with Angelina Jolie in Pakistan. During the interview, Angelina mentioned how she relies on Brad Pitt and her kids, saying she didn`t have a lot of friends to talk to.

I want you to take a look at some of these outrageous headlines today. Everywhere I looked on the Internet today, entertainment sites had big stories with headlines screaming, "Angelina doesn`t have a lot of friends."

Well, joining me in New York, Tanika Ray. She`s an entertainment journalist.

Right now from Hollywood, Sam Rubin. Sam is the entertainment reporter for KTLA-TV and the host of "Hollywood Uncensored with Sam Rubin" on ReelzChannel.

So, Angeline Jolie was in Pakistan. She was talking with CNN`s Dr. Sanjay Gupta about her relief mission there with flood victims. And she made the revelation that she does not talk to a lot of her friends. I want you to watch exactly what Angelina said.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DR. SANJAY GUPTA, CNN CHIEF MEDICAL CORRESPONDENT: Do you spend a lot of time talking about this with your friends and your family when you get home?

ANGELINA JOLIE, ACTRESS: I do. I talk to my family. I talk to Brad. He`s very -- you know, he wants to know as much as he can about these issues and every trip. And he`s been here as well. He came here with me after the earthquake.

GUPTA: Right.

JOLIE: But -- I don`t know, I don`t have a lot of friends I talk to. He`s really the only person I talk to.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. That brings us to our showbiz flash point tonight. Was Angelina`s revelation taken out of context?

Now, Sam, you heard it exactly how she said it. And now, people can`t stop talking today about Angelina saying she doesn`t have a lot of friends to talk to. Was she taken out of context in your mind?

SAM RUBIN, ENTERTAINMENT REPORTER, KTLA: Well, I don`t know that it was necessarily taken out of context. It`s the remark that she made. As you can actually see on the tape, it seems like a very sort of candid, almost off-guard revelation.

At the same time, consider the life of Angelina Jolie. Here`s somebody who busily works as a movie star, is the mother of almost a countless number of kids. As we discussed earlier in the week, genuinely participates in all these fantastic philanthropic endeavors.

This is one very, very busy lady. I don`t think she necessarily has time, and maybe that`s slightly a socially detriment, to, you know, keep in touch with a large circle of friends or even a small circle of friends. This is one very busy lady.

HAMMER: Yes. I think she`s very specific about whom she talks to about what. So, to the flash point, was she taken out of context in your mind?

TANIKA RAY, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: She wasn`t taken out of context, but I`m sure she`s so disgusted that this has been blown out of proportion, that`s all we`re talking about.

The reason she even did this interview with Sanjay Gupta is because she wanted us to look at the situation that`s going on in Pakistan. And I think it`s really uncomfortable that we`re all talking about the fact that she says, very casually, I don`t have any friends. OK. So what? Can we talk about the situation at hand?

Let`s talk about the fact that there are people that have a flood situation, earthquakes, and they`re out of their homes.

HAMMER: Yes.

RAY: That`s what she`s really trying to put light on.

HAMMER: That`s the point. It was an interview about Pakistan and helping the victims of a flood. It was not the cover of an entertainment magazine.

RAY: No.

HAMMER: It wasn`t on a cover of a tabloid.

Brooke Anderson, why are people so obsessed with whether or not Angelina Jolie has friends?

ANDERSON: I think because everybody would love to be her friend.

RAY: Yes, right here.

ANDERSON: That`s why -- and I agree with Sam that she is a busy, busy lady. And she is keeping her circle tight because of that and also because she wants to protect herself, protect her family.

In Hollywood, celebrities a lot of times have a difficult time finding real, genuine people who want to be their friend just to be their friend. Not to be paid to work for them, not to use them for access, for connections, for their own fame. So, a lot of times, stars have a difficult time finding true, honest friends.

I don`t blame Angelina Jolie one bit.

RUBIN: It`s the other side of stardust -- it`s the other side of the stardust to a degree. The fact of the matter is, when you lend your celebrity to these important causes, that she has done admirably, many, many times. This is not the first time we`ve seen Angelina Jolie in a place that really needs a lot of attention.

What happens is, we`re paying attention to a large degree as to what she`s talking about and then -- you know, boy, can you believe she looked so good when she`s, you know? That kind of silly stuff.

ANDERSON: Yes. Yes.

RUBIN: And the fact of the matter is, I think that it`s sort of part of the deal.

RAY: Unfortunately.

RUBIN: Unfortunately, exactly.

ANDERSON: Yes, it certainly is.

OK. Well, I`ve got to move now guys to another major story making big news today: the sexual harassment lawsuit against Britney Spears.

Here`s the deal. Britney`s former bodyguard speaks out for the very first time today to "Radar Online." He claimed in a lawsuit that Britney exposed herself, tried to seduce him, and had sex in front of him and near her kids. Britney and her ex-husband Kevin Federline say the guy is lying, he is using us, wants money.

Sam, in this new interview out today, this former bodyguard claims that there is a total double standard when a man sues a woman for sexual harassment and not vice versa. What do you think? Are you buying that?

RUBIN: Well, I`ll tell you what, I think perhaps the burden of proof is more as a legal matter. It may be a bit of a distinction. But I think the thing that is really difficult here is: you know when you sign on to work as a bodyguard for Britney Spears, that is an unusual environment to say the very least. And the fact that both Britney and Kevin are standing together on this and saying, hey, look, this guy really --

ANDERSON: Yes, there`s certainly a united front here.

RUBIN: Yes, very much. Yes.

ANDERON: We`ll have to see what happens with this one.

All right. Sam Rubin, Tanika Ray, thank you both.

RAY: Thank you.

HAMMER: We have big breaking Kardashian news today. Caught on tape, Kim Kardashian`s Botox makeover.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Give me a big smile, huge smile.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Don`t move.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. Relax.

KARDASHIAN: Ooh, this is disgusting.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Kim Kardashian goes under the needle on her reality show. I got to ask, is there anything she won`t do in front of the cameras? And it might be hard to tell after the Botox injections, but Kim is getting slammed for freaking out about nude photos that she posed for, which certainly qualifies her as nominee today for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week.

But we could also name Snooki perhaps for being sentenced for being annoying.

Maybe it will be Kat Von D named for publicly professing her love for Sandra Bullock`s cheating ex.

Speaking of Sandra, big news about her new dating future today. Could Sandra find love with Keanu Reeves?

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN, news and views.

And now, the showbiz news ticker. More stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Justin Bieber hurls water balloons at police officers and laughs to tell about it. Bieber reportedly nailed two state troopers with two water balloons at a performance in Maryland. Let`s just say the officers -- they weren`t amused. Luckily, the Biebs escaped a potential arrest after his bodyguard reportedly talked the troopers out of taking him in.

Just one day after Bieber`s near balloon bust, he tweeted this, "Still laughing. Great day."

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York, with Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

And, Brooke, I`m thinking, maybe it`s not such a good idea for the Biebs to be tweeting that he`s laughing after he was almost arrested. I don`t know.

ANDERSON: Yes, no kidding, A.J. But, you know, it wouldn`t be the first time the Biebs or other big stars misfired on Twitter, which leads to my showbiz special report, "Star Tweeting Disasters."

Justin Bieber is just one of the slew of tweet-addicted stars who tweet their reputation on the line 140 characters at a time. Their spectacular mis-tweets have sparked a great debate today: Just somebody unleash the tweet police or are star tweeting disasters here to stay?

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON (voice-over): Kim`s done it. So has Jim. Toss in Lindsay, Justin and Sarah, too. Oh, and don`t forget Kanye tweety.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you, these tweet-happy celebs have all earned their place in the Twitter "hall of shame."

LOUIS VIRTEL, MOVIELINE.COM: This is exactly why we like Twitter. It`s a place for spontaneous celebrity combustion, almost at all hours.

ANDERSON: Kim Kardashian`s spontaneous celebrity Twitter combustion came at 30,000 feet. She was on a plane and tweeted, "I am sitting next to an air marshal." Sorry, Kim. Air marshals on an airplane are supposed to be kept a secret.

(on camera): She`s broadcasting this information by Twitter, very unwise.

VIRTEL: Yes, pretty egregiously, un-smart move.

ANDERSON (voice-over): MovieLine`s Louis Virtel keeps an eye on celebrity Twitter fiascos and tells SHOWBIZ TONGHT, they can cause P.R. nightmares.

VIRTEL: You can be too vulgar or like jeopardize your career, or, you know, in the span of 30 seconds.

ANDERSON: While not a career killer, Jim Carrey sent a nasty tweet about Tiger Woods` wife Elin not long after the world learned Tiger was a serial cheater.

VIRTEL: Here he says, "No wife is blind enough to miss that much infidelity."

ANDERSON (on camera): He was criticized harshly for doing this. So, in a way it impacted him negatively.

VIRTEL: Oh, sure.

ANDERSON (voice-over): Then there`s Justin Bieber`s Twitter meltdown during a feud with a pesky young fan. The Bieb tweeted a phone number and claimed it was his. It turns out it was the fan`s cell phone number which tens of thousands of people bombarded with messages.

VIRTEL: That was sort of mean-spirited thing to do but it`s a little bit funny I think.

ANDERSON: Funny or not, it was another dramatic example of how Twitter lets celebs reach their fans directly -- like Paula Abdul.

PAULA ABDUL, CELEBRITY: I`m tweeting while I`m on the red carpet.

ANDERSON: Marketing professor, Ira Cole (ph), has studied the Twitter phenomenon and tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT: celebs, better be careful.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It is risky for any celebrity or anyone, when you tweet it`s -- you can`t pull it back. It could come back to haunt you.

ANDERSON: You have to wonder if Heidi Montag is haunted by the tweet she sent her on-again, off-again hubby, Spencer Pratt, that simply said, F-U.

Fifty Cent recently unleashed his own barrage of shocking tweets.

VIRTEL: It was so profane, arguably misogynistic -- I mean, like just reading a little tweet is like a little bit astounding.

ANDERSON: Kanye West got a Twitter account and promptly embarrassed himself by sending a string of more than 70 confessional tweets that began with another apology to Taylor Swift for stealing her spotlight at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.

MICHAEL LEVINE, HOLLYWOOD MEDIA EXPERT, AUTHOR: If I were filing it in my office for later discussion, I`d put that in the bizarre file. But, you know, that file is getting pretty thick.

ANDERSON: But even controversial tweets can benefit a celeb by keeping their name on everyone`s list.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: When certain celebrities do certain things, it only adds to their following.

ANDERSON: And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that as long as celebrities are followed on Twitter, even their biggest Twitter disasters can lead to the publicity they so desperately want.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: Yes, but is that publicity really worth all that shame?

We want to hear from you right now. So, we are asking in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll today, celebrity tweeting disasters, which celebrity should just stop tweeting already? Justin Bieber, Heidi Montag, Kanye West. Keep voting, CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. E-mail us, the address: ShowbizTonight@CNN.com.

HAMMER: And there`s more breaking Twitter news today. I`ve heard of mothers-to-be tweeting when they`re in labor, Paris Hilton tweeted about intruders trying to break into her house. But a guy tweeting while having a heart attack?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voiceover): Tweeting your heart attack could give someone receiving the news a heart attack.

TOMMY CHRISTOPHER, REPORTER/MEDIAITE.COM: Eventually though, my hands were shaking, and I couldn`t really tweet anymore. But I didn`t want to alarm anybody, so I just said, "I`m going to take a break now."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: A Kate Gosselin bombshell. Do the Gosselin kids actually like Kate more than Jon?

And Snooki fires back. Snooks is furious after a judge compares her to Lindsay Lohan. And you got to see who has launched a new war of words with Snooki today.

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN, news and views.

This is the showbiz news ticker. More stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Explosive allegations from TLC`s "Kate Plus Eight" star, Kate Gosselin, making news today. Now, Gosselin claims her kids don`t really like hanging out with their dad, tabloid sweetheart Jon Gosselin, when he`s got custody.

Did Kate just launch a bomb that`s going to create a whole new battle with her ex?

With us right now from Atlanta is Jenn Hobby. Jen is the co-host of the syndicated radio show, "The Bert Show."

So, Jenn, Kate Gosselin launched an all-out war today on live with "Regis and Kelly." Now, CNN`s own Anderson Cooper was filling in for Reg. Kate told Anderson that things are still really hostile between her and Jon. She claims that the kids, they don`t really want to be with him when he has custody.

Watch what she said.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON COOPER, CNN: When the kids spend time with him, what do you do?

KATE GOSSELIN, "KATE PLUS EIGHT": I basically wait for the phone call of how many of them want to come home.

KELLY RIPA, "KELLY AND REGIS" CO-HOST: No kidding?

GOSSELIN: Yes, I do. I mean, I don`t really have any exciting plans, unless I`m working or traveling.

RIPA: And so, when they want to come home, what happens? I mean, are they allowed to? Or --

GOSSELIN: It`s a weird thing, that whole -- as much as that is allowed, I`m there for them.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: That`s really weird for me. I don`t know. You know, there`s been a lot of mudslinging in the past between Jon and Kate, but it seemed that things had really calmed down.

Jenn, I don`t get it because even if Kate`s claims are true, personally, I don`t think this is the kind of thing that she should be revealing on national television.

JENN HOBBY, CO-HOST, RADIO`S "THE BERT SHOW": I absolutely agree with you, A.J. This is for the sympathy vote. She wants moms out there to feel for her and feel bad for her. And she wants to stir it up again. I`m wondering if she and Jon are in cahoots with each other for more publicity. What do you think?

HAMMER: Yes. I mean, Jon`s on Twitter talking about, saying, "As much as I want to respond to numerous lies recently claimed on `Regis and Kelly,` I will refrain. I have learned from the past that it`s a waste of my time and energy." That to me sounds like a response.

HOBBY: It is. It definitely is. I think that -- I think he loves the limelight, I think he`s going to do whatever he possibly can to get in front of it all over again. It`s definitely back on again for Jon and Kate.

HAMMER: Oh, keep the kids out of it.

Jenn Hobby, thanks. I appreciate it.

ANDERSON: All right. And now, the showbiz line up. Here`s what`s coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT: Kat Von D speaks out. Is she pregnant with Jesse James` love child?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Give me a big smile, huge smile.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Don`t move.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. Relax.

KARDASHIAN: Ooh, this is disgusting.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Caught on tape, Kim Kardashian`s Botox makeover. Is there anything Kim won`t do for the cameras?

And will Kim be named SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week, or will it be Snooki for being sentenced for being annoying, or Kat Von D for professing her love for Jesse James?

BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

HAMMER: Well, there is big news breaking in the buzz today.

Snooki strikes back today. Snooki`s explosive response today for being compared to Lindsay Lohan.

Judge Jessica Simpson? Yes, it`s a fact. We`ve got brand new details about Jessica`s new project.

Plus, Jessie James` new girlfriend, Kat Von D, breaking baby news today. Is Jesse`s girlfriend pregnant?

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER (voice-over): Jesse`s love child? Jesse James` girlfriend, Kat Von D, is denying reports that she`s pregnant with Jesse`s baby. Online reports fuel speculation that Kat sporting a baby bump. A rep just told "People" magazine that star is not pregnant with Jesse`s child, calling the report absolutely absurd.

Project Jessica. Jessica Simpson just revealed she`ll be a guest judge on the new season of "Project Runway." Simpson was just spotted at New York`s fashion week, watching the runway finalist to collection. Even the show was just taped, you`ll have to wait weeks to see her on the show. Simpson has got a project of her own. She`s about to launch her new fall collection of denim clothing.

Snooki strikes back. Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is outraged after a judge compared her to Lindsay Lohan. Snooki, who was just fined and sentenced to community service for annoying Jersey shore beachgoers tells "People" magazine she`s no Lindsay Lohan. Quote, "I never drank and drove. I don`t do drugs. I do nothing that Lindsay does."

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Well, just as Snooki strikes back at the judge about that shocking Lindsay comparison, there`s a brand new Snooki legal smackdown that`s brewing today. It actually could get her in big trouble yet again.

With me in New York is Tanika Ray. She is a pop culture specialist.

And joining me from Hollywood, Ken Baker. He`s the chief news correspondent for E!

All right, guys. Listen to exactly what the judge said to Snooki in court at her sentencing on Wednesday that`s got Snooki so fired up. Charles, roll that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JUDGE: Your actions, I don`t know, you seem to be acting like a Lindsay Lohan wannabe in this matter. Going through life rude, profane, obnoxious, and self-indulgent is not the way you want to live your life.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I don`t think the judge could have been more spot-on. So, naturally, I was completely shocked by the unprecedented results just handed to me this afternoon after we asked this in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll.

Judge compares Snooki to Lindsay Lohan. Does the judge have it right? And as you say, everybody who voted said the judge did not get it right.

TANIKA RAY, ENTERTAINMENT REPORTER: How is that possible, A.J.?

HAMMER: I don`t know, Tanika. I`m going to have to launch a full investigation. But I have a feeling you`re going to tip the scales a little bit here.

RAY: You and I, A.J., we`re -- I`m astounded right now, because when it happened the other day and we were looking at the judge call her Lindsay Lohan, we`re like, yes, that`s awesome. Finally, a judge says what he feels. And I feel like it`s a really good impression on young girls out there who are looking and saying, I want to be on TV and be famous and act crazy. Yes, it`s ridiculous.

And somebody needs to put their foot down. I think it`s great that he said it like it was, and he broke her down a little bit. She is like Lindsay Lohan. You are a little clone of Lindsay Lohan, girl.

HAMMER: No kidding.

Ken Baker, I mean, this is what judges do, when they`re handing down sentences, often, morality comes into play. Do you think that the judge did have the right to say what he said?

KEN BAKER, E!: He did, of course. But I have to take issue with his grammar here. He`s calling her a wannabe, but then he said -- she`s doing exactly what she`s doing. So she`s a --

RAY: Clone.

BAKER: She`s an is.

(CROSSTALK)

BAKER: She already is.

HAMMER: Break down the semantics here.

RAY: Congrats, Snooki.

HAMMER: Listen, no, no -- hold on a second. I know you didn`t think it could get better. It gets preciously better if you ask me, because moments after she got this punishment for annoying people on the beach, well, Snooki seems now to have moved on to annoying people while driving. She was tweeting while she was driving in Newark, New Jersey, and she got busted via Twitter by the mayor of Newark, New Jersey.

RAY: Yes!

HAMMER: Now, listen to this. Snooki tweeted, "Ugh, stuck in Newark traffic is no fun." "OMG. Why I got a stick shift I will never know. Stop and go traffic I`m killing myself here."

RAY: Is that a Newark accent?

HAMMER: I don`t know. I`ve been doing my best. It`s a Snooki accent.

Well, Newark mayor, Cory Booker, happened to hear that or see that and tweeted right back at here, "Snooki! I`m the mayor. Where are you so I can give you a ticket for texting and driving? We need revenue."

Now, first of all, separate from how stupid it is to tweet while you drive, I can`t imagine tweeting while driving a stick shift. But, Tanika, clearly, Snooki`s days of annoying people and breaking the law - - they`re not behind her.

RAY: They`re not over, honey. That`s why the judge, my hero, and Cory Booker, yes, my man, that is awesome.

You know, Twitter, you can`t hide anymore today. So, Snooki is going to be watched now. We are all looking at you, Snooki. If we see you in L.A., we`re going to be watching you and telling on you. You can`t hide, sister. So, maybe "Jersey Shore" really is over it.

HAMMER: Can you picture Snooki --

(CROSSTALK)

HAMMER: No, she`s driving the -- Charles, can you take the shot?

She`s driving car. She`s got the stick shift going on here, and she`s tweeting.

RAY: She`s reapplying lipstick.

HAMMER: I see her looking at her hair.

RAY: No.

HAMMER: All right. Let`s move on.

BAKER: A.J.?

HAMMER: Yes? Yes, Ken?

BAKER: A.J., but I`ve got to say, I`m just surprised she can do two things at one time.

HAMMER: Well, that`s what I`m saying. That`s my point. I just don`t understand how nobody was hurt in the midst of all of this.

Let`s move on because there`s big news breaking today about Sandra Bullock`s future dating life.

Brooke Anderson in Hollywood, a lot of people really seem to think they know who Sandra should move on to.

ANDERSON: Yes, A.J. I`m just trying to get past the concept of Snooki the multi-tasker here. But we shall move on.

(LAUGHTER)

ANDERSON: All right. As Kat Von D goes around, seemingly telling everybody who will listen that she`s in love with Jesse James, team Sandra is weighing in on who she should date next. It`s all revealed in a new a "Parade" magazine poll that`s out today. Look at this guy, 42 percent feel that Sandra should hook up, `90s style, and date her "Speed" co-star Keanu Reeves; 23 percent say that she could canoodle with hunky Gerard Butler. And get this, 5 percent say Sandra should hook up with serial dater, John Mayer.

Tanika, out of those three, can only look at those three. Who would you set Sandra up there?

RAY: I`m sorry. I`m not going to play this game. Are you kidding me, John Mayer? Yes, she`s looking for a guy to be faithful to her, OK?

I`d say that she needs to spend time with her adorable little boy Louis and call it a day for a couple of years and have some friends and get her life back and do some great projects. None of these men are appropriate for her. She`s a great girl. It will happen organically at the supermarket or something. That`s what I feel.

ANDERSON: Yes, you know, I think she should take some time off, too. Not rush back into the dating scene if she doesn`t want to. Bond with that sweet little chunk Louis that she`s got. But that Gerard Butler is pretty darn cute and charming. All right.

RAY: He gets around, too, girl.

ANDERSON: Well, I know. We won`t go there.

OK. "Parade" magazine is also revealing today some of the stars who we don`t want to see hooking up with anyone anytime soon. In fact, people don`t want to see these people at all. Top of the list of the most overexposed celebrity?

It`s Lindsay Lohan with 40 percent of folks saying they need a LiLo break; 18 percent think that the entire Kardashian clan needs to take a hike, and 11 percent say that Tiger Woods needs to get lost.

Ken, quickly, where`s Snooki on this list? She`s giving Lindsay a run for her money?

BAKER: Well, what do you mean? Where`s Snooki? Where`s Paris Hilton? Hello? I mean, over her as well.

I mean, but I have to say this, Lindsay, I totally disagree. I want more from her because now that she`s sober, it gets interesting to see what she can do sober. We know what she can do when she`s not sober. So, now, to me, it`s interesting.

ANDERSON: Hopefully, her life is improving.

All right. We`re rooting for you, Lindsay.

OK. Well, Kim Kardashian, back to her, she and her family are actually exposing even more intimate parts of their lives today. Kim takes us to her plastic surgeon.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KIM KARDASHIAN: I think I can handle it. I have a high tolerance for pain.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Are you OK?

KIM KARDASHIAN: I can handle it.

KHLOE KARDASHIAN: All my friends do it with no numbing cream.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Kim K.`s caught-on-tape Botox session, is there anything this girl won`t do on camera? (INAUDIBLE) Don`t go anywhere.

HAMMER: All right. I got to tell you, I`m pretty surprised that Kim Kardashian is getting Botox in such a public way because I think it could send a terrible message to her legions of very young fans. But will Kim need more than Botox to be named SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week? She`s a nominee. Or will we name "Jersey Shore`s" Snooki for being sentenced for being annoying? Or could Jesse James` girlfriend, Kat Von D, be named for her over-the-top public confessions of love for Sandra Bullock`s cheating ex-husband?

We`re tracking a lot of big Twitter news today. You got to hear this incredible story. It`s about a man who tweeted while having a heart attack.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): It could have been Tommy Christopher`s last tweet. After all, it was a heart attack. He was live tweeting.

TOMMY CHRISTOPHER, REPORTER: I`ve got to be me. Livetweeting my own heart attack. Beat that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: What happens next will definitely surprise you. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN, news and views.

Time now for the showbiz news ticker. More stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Big news breaking today -- who will SHOWBIZ TONIGHT name as the most provocative celebrity of the week? Could it be Kim Kardashian for freaking out about more of her "Playboy" photos leaking out? Or is it "Jersey Shore`s" Snooki for her big diss from a judge who dared to compare her to Lindsay Lohan? Or is it Jesse James` girlfriend, Kat Von D, for gushing about her boyfriend, Sandra Bullock`s ex?

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York, with Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

ANDERSON: We will name SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week in just a moment.

But, first, Kim Kardashian goes for the Botox. Yes, the star of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" may not have turned 30 just yet, but I can tell you that Kim is turning to the needle and the reality show cameras caught the whole thing on tape.

With me right now from Atlanta: Jenn Hobby, who`s the co-host of the syndicated radio show, "The Bert Show." And with me here in Hollywood, Sam Rubin, who`s an entertainment reporter at KTLA TV. Sam is also the host of "Hollywood Uncensored with Sam Rubin." That is on ReelzChannel.

OK, Jenn, Sam -- Kim`s caught-on- tape Botox moment was revealed today for the first time. And I`ve got to say, Kim K. isn`t shy about getting Botox. You got to watch Kim getting the needle here.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KARDASHIAN: I think I can handle it. I have a high tolerance for pain.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Are you OK?

KARDASHIAN: I can handle it. All my friends do it with no numbing cream.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Give me a big smile, huge smile.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Don`t move.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. Relax.

KIM KARDASHIAN: Ooh. This is disgusting. I hate needles.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You`re so stupid.

KIM KARDASHIAN: Shut up, Khloe. It`s rude.

KHLOE KARDASHIAN: Ah, does it hurt?

KIM KARDASHIAN: No. Shut up.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Khloe, is this hurting you?

KHLOE KARDASHIAN: Yes. I can like feel it going into my face.

KIM KARDASHIAN: Shut up. I`m almost halfway there. Do I look younger? Three to five days, sweetheart. But if you feel it, that`s all I want.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: I`ve got to say I think Kim took those Botox injections much easier than she took the news that "Playboy" just released more of her nude photos from 2007. I want to reiterate here, she is not even 30. She`s just 29 years old, drop-dead gorgeous, doesn`t need Botox.

Jenn, I am thinking, she is setting a bad example for the millions and millions of young, very young fans, who idolize her.

JENN HOBBY, CO-HOST, "THE BERT SHOW": I agree with you, Brooke. You know, I think it could be good and bad, though, because it`s good on one hand that women out there see that celebrities have to do these things to look the way they do -- to look as perfect as she does, she has to go through these treatments.

But it`s bad on the other hand because I do think you`re right, I think her fans are going to follow her and they`re going to say, even if I`m in my 20s, I already need Botox. And once you start, you can`t stop.

ANDERSON: You have to keep maintaining it. Sam, I understand --

SAM RUBIN, ENTERTAINMENT REPORTER, KTLA: I sure hope that`s not the case. It seems to me the smartest celebrity of the week is Khloe for her obvious disdain. This is disgusting. This is ridiculous. And it really is.

I think this is one of those things where there is nothing this entire family won`t do for the cameras. It is their bread and butter -- it`s considerable bread by the way.

ANDERSON: Yes. I understand the pressures that women face, but she`s not pushing 40. She`s not pushing 50. She`s not even 30.

RUBIN: You know what, Brooke? It`s a self-created pressure. This isn`t real pressure. This is pressure to come up with another episode. It`s not pressure to really augment her looks.

ANDERSON: Interesting point.

A.J., I want to bring you in here because I have witnessed teenagers getting Botox in a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT special report story that we just revealed recently. What do you think? Is Kim setting a bad example here?

HAMMER: I think anybody is setting a bad example when you`re perpetuating this obsession with looking young and looking absolutely perfect. And, yes, by saying, hey, I get Botox.

I think it`s a double-edged sword. On the one hand, she`s saying, you know, this is what I need to do in order to look beautiful. But, on the other hand, you know, she doesn`t really need to do it and I think anything that encourages young women particularly to go out and stick needles in their head to look seemingly perfect, I think is a huge mistake.

And, Kim Kardashian, certainly, I think, well-qualified to be one of our nominees to be crowned SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week. Her newly revealed nude photos from her 2007 "Playboy" shoot makes definitely her a contender.

But maybe we`ll name Snooki. You know, Snooki was sentenced for being a pest, which is just fun to say.

But maybe it will tattoo artist Kat Von D. Now, Kat Von D professed her love for Sandra Bullock`s cheating ex, Jesse James.

Jenn, let me ask you before we announced the big winner or loser as it may be. Who got your vote today?

HOBBY: I am going with Kat Von D hands down. This is a slap in the face to Sandra Bullock. Just two months after the divorce is final, she`s coming forward, talking about her romance with this guy. She`s almost saying, like, I can handle him and you couldn`t.

I just think that it`s her way of getting the spotlight on her in just such a tacky way. If you`re really in love with him, I get that. Just, you know, keep it quiet. Keep it private for now.

HAMMER: Yes, no kidding. I mean, I feel the same way and that`s why she`s a nominee. But let`s see if it went to Kat Von D or someone else.

Drum roll please.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is naming -- it`s Snooki, the most provocative celebrity of the week. She did face the judge in court. The judge called her -- I think appropriately -- a Lindsay Lohan wannabe for the way she`s been misbehaving.

Now, Sam, Jenn clearly disagrees. She thought it should be Kat Von D. What about you?

RUBIN: I feel Kat Von D has been robbed. Snooki being a pest, what day is it? It`s Friday. Kim Kardashian with "Playboy" and Botox, also very much, you know, par for the course.

The thing with Kat Von D is I think it`s rather startling what she`s done. It`s impactful to fans of Sandra Bullock, to people who follow the whole Jesse-Sandra saga.

I think it`s a mistake. I think Snooki is not the most provocative celebrity of the week. I think no question what Kat has done is certainly, if nothing else, just more odd than any of the three.

HAMMER: OK.

RUBIN: It`s not really the most provocative.

HAMMER: I`m going to stand my ground, though. I think Snooki should be charged with all matter of crimes against humanity. Jenn Hobby, Sam Rubin, I thank you both.

ANDERSON: All right. I`ve got to move now -- right now, to this heart-stopping story. This guy has a heart attack. And what does he do? He tweets about it. It`s really hard for me to believe what this guy did during his life-or-death nightmare.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MOOS: Tweeting your heart attack could give someone receiving the news a heart attack.

CHRISTOPHER: Eventually, though, my hands were shaking and I couldn`t really tweet anymore. But I didn`t want to alarm anybody, so I just said, "I`m going to take a break."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: What happened next may surprise you. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN, news and views.

HAMMER: Time now to roll out the showbiz news ticker. These are more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Did you see this? We move now from the celebrities who really should be giving tweeting a break to this next incredible Twitter story about a news reporter who tweeted while having a heart attack. Now, I don`t think I`d be tweeting if I were in a life-or-death situation. But this guy did, and he lived to do more than just tweet about it.

Here`s CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

MOOS (voice-over): It could have been Tommy Christopher`s last tweet. After all, it was a heart attack he was live tweeting.

CHRISTOPHER: I got to be me. Livetweeting my own heart attack. Beat that.

MOOS: His only regret was that he wasn`t wittier.

CHRISTOPHER: I could have at least said something like, you know, "I`m alive tweeting, for now."

MOOS: Tommy is a political reporter for a Web site called Mediaite. But instead of asking questions at the White House --

CHRISTOPHER: Is that what this is?

MOOS: -- he answered ours via Skype from a New Jersey hospital where he`s having a double bypass.

CHRISTOPHER: Paramedics think I will live.

MOOS: The 42-year-old was driving back from the beach with family when he had the heart attack. Someone called 911. Tommy texted his 5-year-old son to say he was thinking of him. Then he started tweeting as the paramedics works.

CHRISTOPHER: It still hurts, even after the morphine.

Do you want me to put a little pain in the voice there?

MOOS: Tommy can afford to joke since he lived to tell about it. Also telling jokes about it was Jay Leno.

JAY LENO, HOST, NBC`S "THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JAY LENO": Doctors not worried about him losing his life, because apparently he never had one.

(LAUGHTER)

MOOS (on camera): We`re thinking tweeting your heart attack is the final frontier, because no one is going to be live tweeting their funeral.

(voice-over): There have been plenty of other oddball tweets. Paris Hilton tweeted when she was awakened by a guy breaking into her house with two knives. And this Kansas City woman tweeted as she gave birth -- to her baby boy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did it between contractions.

MOOS: And Heidi Montag live tweeted herself giving her a soft tissue breast massage. Ladies we have to keep those implants soft.

But tweeting your heart attack could give someone receiving the news a heart attack.

CHRISTOPHER: Eventually, though, my hands were shaking, and I couldn`t really tweet anymore. But I didn`t want to alarm anybody, so I just said, "I`m going it take a break now."

MOOS: Tommy did make a typo: "Going to get a cardiac cat." No, not a cat. He meant cath, as in catherization.

LENO: What are you tweeting about? Ooh, EKG, OMG, I`m DOA. What do you say? Shut up. Shut up.

MOOS (on camera): That one even had Tommy LOL.

CHRISTOPHER: Real classy, Jay. You know, I could still die.

MOOS (voice-over): But for now, his Twitter account still has a pulse.

CHRISTOPHER: Still hurts even after the morphine.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: All right. That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has just learned that Tommy Christopher had his double bypass surgery today at the Atlantic City Medical Center in New Jersey. We`re told the procedure went well and be should be released in just a few days.

So, Brooke, the guy is going to be tweeting in no time. I`m thinking I`m having a heart attack, and I`m putting down the BlackBerry, putting down the iPhone, no tweeting for me.

ANDERSON: Yes, at least he kept his sense of humor during that ordeal.

HAMMER: Exactly right.

Well, that`s it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is now live at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Monday through Friday.

HAMMER: And TV`s most provocative entertainment news show, seven days a week, at 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific, here on HLN.
