(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

A.J. HAMMER, HLN CO-HOST: Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Anna Nicole video shocker: for the first time today an eerie shocking new video of Anna Nicole Smith naked in the bathtub with her daughter.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANNA NICOLE SMITH, ACTRESS: Be careful, baby. Be careful baby.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Purple baby.

SMITH: What is this?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Will this haunting video lead to doctors being sent to prison?

Katy Perry`s "Sesame Street" fashion disaster. C is for cleavage.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GROVER, "SESAME STREET" MUPPET: Hi Katy.

KATY PERRY, ACTRESS: Are you ready for the dress up?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Katy Perry gets kicked off "Sesame Street" for dressing too P for provocative. What were they thinking?

Bristol Palin and "The Situation." Are "The Situation" and Bristol Palin doing more than the samba on "Dancing with the Stars?" It`s the "Jersey Shore" meets Alaska.

And Justin Bieber`s backseat romance backlash, what the Bieb was caught on camera doing that caused worldwide outrage.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

BROOKE ANDERSON, HLN CO-HOST: Hi there everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today.

Must-see TV controversies.

HAMMER: And Brooke, there is certainly no shortage of them today. And who would have ever thought one would actually involve Katy Perry and Sesame Street? Now, I don`t want you to worry, Miss Piggy didn`t kiss a girl and like it, but Katy Perry may have been too hot for Elmo.

The folks over at "Sesame Street" said today that they are pulling a video of Katy Perry showing cleavage while playing with Elmo. Yes, there is Muppet mayhem out there today I tell you. What is this world coming to?

There`s also breaking news today about the place for controversial Must-see TV every single day and I was right there this morning as the ladies of "The View" marked show number 3,000, and yes, the heat was on.

And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT learned today that Jennifer Aniston`s must-see TV reunion with her former "Friends" co-star Courtney Cox last night on "Cougar Town." It may have not have lived up to the must-see TV hype after all.

ANDERSON: TV`s must-see entertainment news show SHOWBIZ TONIGHT begins today with the explosive Katy Perry Muppet mess.

Right now in Chicago is Erich "Mancow" Muller, who is a nationally syndicated radio host. Also right now in New York is Ereka Vetrini, who is a senior editor with "In Touch Weekly."

Ok, actually Mancow is in Chicago, Ereka is in New York, I think I got that right. Mancow, Ereka the Katy Perry video was supposed to run as part of this show`s upcoming new season, but it was put on YouTube first where a reported 1 million people watched it.

The first time I saw the video of Katy singing "Hot and Cold" with Elmo, it was apparently I thought it`s cute, but yes it`s questionable because there is a whole lot of cleavage. Watch.

(CLIP FROM "SESAME STREET")

ANDERSON: Today a rep from the show tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, because of the complaints it got "Sesame Street" is pulling the video, but will keep it up on YouTube. Mancow, do you think that video is too hot for "Sesame Street"?

ERICH "MANCOW" MULLER, NATIONALLY SYNDICATED RADIO HOST: Well, I mean, I can see the count. One, the two -- ha ha. Yes, let me -- let me tell you something. In fact, the 20 I`m on tonight, because I -- I called my wife after I saw the Katy Perry video "Teenaged Dream" it`s -- it`s pornography.

And I have two kids, I`ve got to tell you it is such a nightmare even "Sesame Street" the agenda on all of the shows, they really do have an agenda. And it`s so tough to keep your kids away from this garbage. Tickle myself Elmo, what is -- what is the point of this on there?

She -- it`s not appropriate for kids, she is not appropriate for kids and I wish she and Skeletor would just go make that awful remake of "Arthur" and -- and leave my kids alone.

EREKA VETRINI, SENIOR EDITOR, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": Wow.

ANDERSON: Yes and we have to remember that "Sesame Street" is intended for kids age two to four so they are so --

MULLER: Yes.

ANDERSON: -- young.

"Sesame Street" did say it pulled the video because of comments posted on YouTube. I checked out some of the comments on YouTube today. One person wrote this, "That video is so cute; she`s doing something nice for kids. There is nothing inappropriate about this for anyone.

But Crazy Kiddie 1980 wrote, "What I don`t understand is why they thought putting a teenage sex pot on "Sesame Street" was a good idea? All her songs are about sex and promiscuity."

Erica, are you also thinking, hey, what the heck was "Sesame Street" thinking?

VETRINI: No, I love the video, I watched it with my 2-year-old, she just kept asking me to play it over and over again. Look, if your two to four, you`re probably not thinking about this sort of stuff to begin with.

And -- a very honestly, your Disney princesses probably wear a lot less than Katy was wearing in this video. I thought it was brilliant --

ANDERSON: Really?

VETRINI: -- I thought it was -- yes, that means, come on Ariel she`s not wearing too much but let`s be honest there.

ANDERSON: Mancow, Ereka says there is nothing wrong with this video.

MULLER: Well -- well, listen, listen I will tell you about Ariel the little mermaid, she would -- she would fall out of Walt Disney, Ariel very hot for a cartoon. But this woman I`m going to be calling DCSS, and to have the government take her kids away. That`s outrageous, it`s not for kids, it`s soft porn and lady you are a bad parent.

VETRINI: It`s fun, it`s fun, it`s fun and they love it.

MULLER: It is fun.

VETRINI: It is.

MULLER: It`s fun to get tattoos, it`s fun to get an abortion, it`s fun to have no morals.

VETRINI: Wow.

MULLER: And we`ll -- we`ll let -- we`ll let her sleep with her boyfriend in her bed and our bed when she is 16, hey, kids are doing it. You`re exactly the kind of parent that ruins kids. Awful, awful.

VETRINI: I am -- you`re right, you`re right.

MULLER: Awful.

VETRINI: No, I`m the kind of parent that allow --

ANDERSON: All right. No personal attacks here. No personal attacks here.

MULLER: Awful.

VETRINI: I won`t take that personally.

ANDERSON: I will just say that we are all sharing our viewpoints.

MULLER: I didn`t mean anything personal by that.

VETRINI: No, not at all.

ANDERSON: OK understood, I -- I`ve got to say --

Katy Perry, herself, did not seem fazed at all by the controversy. She told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that she enjoyed working with "Sesame Street" and playing dress up with Elmo.

We`ll leave that there for now. We move it on to a more --

VETRINI: Yes.

ANDERSON: -- must see TV controversy today.

A.J., you were on right there the set of "The View" this morning to celebrate what was it, episode 3,000?

HAMMER: Ok it was Brooke. And good for the ladies of "The View" and they talked about some of the biggest controversies in their show`s history and obviously one of the biggest was that feud between Elisabeth Hasselbeck and former co-host Rosie O`Donnell. Let`s re-live that shall we?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ELISABETH HASSLEBECK, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": You are an adult, and I am certainly not the one to be --

ROSIE O`DONNELL, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": So are you.

HASSLEBECK: -- the person for you to explain your thoughts, and your thoughts just bend your own insinuations.

It is as difficult watch it that day. But I have to say that I have never allowed that moment to define me and I`ve never allowed it to define Rosie, and it never should. It was certainly a wrinkle in time, and things have moved on.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes, I love you, Elisabeth, you know that. But it was more than a wrinkle in time for "The View." That moment pretty much led to Rosie`s sudden departure from the show and that led to Whoopi Goldberg getting Rosie`s job.

And Mancow, when I looked at all of that you know, given how great Whoopi is on the show, given Rosie getting her own show now on Oprah`s new network, her radio show is terrific. That whole blow-up, all that controversy turned out to be not really such a bad thing after all?

MULLER: You know, A.J., I want to tell you something. I hate to hear that -- that the Hasselbeck, she looks like a little dried out apple I did, you know, one of those apple head things.

I love her. And -- and she was Tea Party when Tea Party wasn`t cool, so I hate to hear that they`ve -- you know, they`ve toned her down, they`ve pulled her back. I like angry out there, and burn the witches Hasselbeck. I really do, I miss that.

HAMMER: Yes.

MULLER: I`ve missed that.

HAMMER: I --I`ve got to tell you though, knowing her a bit and seeing what goes on behind the scenes of the show, I don`t think --

MULLER: Yes.

HAMMER: -- they`re actually pulling her back. And she -- when President Obama was on the show, she said she was under a lot of pressure to represent her people and her party --

MULLER: Yes.

HAMMER: -- to make sure she asked the right questions. But listen, when you look back at the history of the "The View," I`m not sure that 13 years ago anybody thought "The View" would be so heated, not only between the co-hosts but with the guests as well.

When I was there at "The View" this morning I had to ask Barbara Walters, who is that elusive guest that one guest she loved to get in a hot seat. Watch what she told me.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Who`s been the most elusive guest? Is there that someone out there that you still want to get on this panel?

BARBARA WALTERS, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Probably Sarah Palin. I mean, I have interviewed her for ABC News, but she doesn`t seem want to do "The View." There are -- there are people, there are politicians, especially, who are I think afraid of doing "The View."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes, I would just love to see Barbara Walters and the gang go at Sarah Palin and I think they would have a lot of fun with Elisabeth being there.

But right now, I do want to move on to more must-see TV controversies today.

Jennifer Aniston returned to television last night and she was on "Cougar Town," of course, that stars Courtney Cox or her ex "Friends" co- star. Let`s take a look at what happened.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

COURTNEY COX, ACTRESS: I`m not perfect, Jules.

JENNIFER ANISTON, ACTRESS: Really it`s how we connect. We`re kindred spirits, the last time you said that you felt guilty, because you`re hung up on your dad. Last Christmas I set my car on fire so my dad would think I was dead.

COX: Those aren`t the same.

ANISTON: Yes, they are so close.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right, Ereka, there was a lot of hype but I`ve got to ask you real quickly the ratings probably disappointing; they were about two million down from last season.

VETRINI: Yes.

HAMMER: I thought that Jen was great and maybe she should just be going back the TV.

VETRINI: I`m on board, I think that the ratings have more to do with the fact that the show is named "Cougar Town" you know. It`s like the show is a little bit weird but them out together on -- on camera, they are -- they have so much chemistry. I would love to see them do a project on TV together and funny.

HAMMER: There was something (INAUDIBLE) by that. I think the ratings are pretty disappointing.

All right, Erich "Mancow" Muller, Ereka Vetrini, thank you very much.

We have breaking Anna Nicole Smith news today. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT just received this chilling brand new video of a naked Anna Nicole Smith in a bathtub with her daughter.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SMITH: It`s purple, yes, it`s purple, hey, baby?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What is it, purple baby?

SMITH: What is it?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Well, pink, pink.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That`s not purple.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, this is disturbing. Could this tape lead to doctors being sent to prison.

United they stand, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher out in public for the very first time today since those ugly stories broke claiming Ashton cheated on Demi.

And the Bieber is in big trouble today. What was Justin Bieber caught doing on camera that has outraged millions of his fans?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Honey.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes mommy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We don`t have to cry, because we love Justin Bieber.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes, we do sometimes.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wow. This kid has a bad case of Bieber fever.

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN News and Views.

Now, it`s time for the "Showbiz News Ticker"; more stories from SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

ANDERSON: A.J., there`s big news breaking in "The Buzz" today, Madonna`s "Material" debut, Mama Madonna joins daughter Lourdes to reveal their brand new fashion line and SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is right there.

Aaron Sorkin`s cocaine confession, bombshell revelations today from the social network`s Sorkin about craving cocaine.

And was Kim Kardashian bruised by botox? Kim K. sets the records straight once and for all.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON (voice-over): Kim Kardashian`s botox backlash, Kim`s striking back against critics who are slamming her for getting botox on a recent episode of "Keeping up with the Kardashians."

The procedure left the 29-year-old with some bruising that she says freaked her out. But Kim says, it wasn`t botched, it was a typical side effect. She says on her blog, she`s not against botox, but she admits "Botox just wasn`t necessary for me at this age."

Aaron Sorkin`s cocaine confession -- the man behind the new Facebook film "The Social Network" just revealed to "W" magazine despite his apparent recovery from drug abuse, quote, "The hardest thing I do every day is not take cocaine."

Sorkin reveals he hit a high-bottom, before going into rehab and still struggles with the addiction saying "You don`t get cured of addiction, you`re just in remission."

Madonna`s "Material" Debut. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there in New York City as Madonna and daughter Lourdes kicked off their new "Material Girl" fashion line at Macy`s. Lourdes tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she likes working with mom, but Madonna showed she`s still the boss.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LOURDES, MADONNA`S DAUGHTER: It is really fun and I -- I enjoy it a lot. I mean, we both have really strong opinions about what we like and what we dislike.

MADONNA: Speak your mind, but not louder than me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: I`m glad to see Madonna there taking control of her daughter.

But what about Kim Kardashian, is she taking control over the controversy of her getting botox?

Right now from Atlanta, Jenn Hobby; Jenn is the co-host of the syndicated radio show "The Bert Show." Jenn, I`ve got to say, I was absolutely shocked when I saw Kim K. getting botox on "Keeping up with the Kardashians." She has got not one line on her face that I can tell. So I was happy to hear that that she admitted that it was unnecessary for her at her age.

Here is what else Kim wrote on the blog today. "I am not against Botox and I would never judge anyone else for getting any kind of surgical or nonsurgical procedure, but I think when you`re young there are other ways you can look after your skin."

A lot of people were wondering if Kim`s on camera Botox session was just a ploy for ratings, but Jenn, to me, it sounds like Kim may now realize that she was setting a bad example for the millions of young fans who adore her.

JENN HOBBY, CO-HOST, "THE BERT SHOW": She may be realizing that right now for sure, but what I do think is that Kim has a reality television show, and that`s how she is a star.

So she has to come up with content for that show so they`ve got interesting episodes. I think this is a script written for her, and afterwards, she going, oh-oh, my fans are upset with me and maybe I was too young to do it. So she can issue this retraction on Twitter. She is one of the most influential people on Twitter right now, and she can sort of retract that but still have her episode that she needs.

ANDERSON: Best of both worlds for Kim K.

HOBBY: Yes.

ANDERSON: All right.

HOBBY: Exactly.

ANDERSON: Another story making big news today, Aaron Sorkin`s cocaine confession. Now Sorkin is the mastermind behind hit TV shows including the "West Wing." In a brand new interview out today, he says that he struggles daily with continuing to beat his cocaine addiction.

Here`s what he says, "My life didn`t fall apart before I got into rehab. I didn`t lose my job or run over a kid or injure anyone when I was high, but the hardest thing I do every day is not to take cocaine. You don`t get cured of addiction, you`re just in remission."

Jenn very quickly it seems to that Aaron should give Lindsay Lohan a good talking to.

HOBBY: I think he absolutely should. It`s very brave of him to admit this addiction problem and come forward and talk about it. I think he could be a great example for someone like Lindsay trying to get sober right now.

ANDERSON: Yes, he`s pretty influential.

HOBBY: Yes.

ANDERSON: Jenn Hobby, thanks so much.

HAMMER: Ok, we`re going to leave Paris right now and head to Alaska. That`s because, that might be the next stop for "Jersey Shore" star "The Situation." There is an outrageous report today "The Sitch" and his "Dancing with the Stars" co-star Bristol Palin might be doing a little more than dancing if you know what I`m saying. Are they dating?

Lady Gaga`s little monsters just love to eat up everything Gaga does. And today, they may be able to get a real taste of Gaga. We`re revealing what`s happening with that meat dress.

And Anna Nicole`s video shocker: an eerie shocking new video of Anna Nicole Smith naked in the bathtub with her daughter.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SMITH: It`s purple baby.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: -- purple lady.

SMITH: What is it?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s more pink. Pink. That is not purple.

SMITH: Oh (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Will this chilling video lead to the doctors and Anna`s friend Howard K. Stern being sent to prison?

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN News and Views.

Time now for the "Showbiz News Ticker" for more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JUSTIN BIEBER, SINGER: Happy birthday, happy birthday, happy birthday to you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Did you see this? Justin Bieber in this really cool public announcement for the American Cancer Society; I hope the Bieb`s millions of his fans join him to help fight cancer. Way to go, Justin.

All right, but apart from that there is Bieber backlash today for his caught-on-camera make out sessions.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MOOS: Every time the 16-year-old heartthrob kisses someone, fans weep.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Are you going to be all right?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Oh, the outrage over the Bieb`s kissing a girl that`s coming up in a bit. A.J. Bieber`s fans are outraged.

And today, Lady Gaga fans are celebrating.

HAMMER: Well, some of them anyway. Little monsters all over the world, Brooke, were thrilled to hear that Lady Gaga`s meat dress is being made into something edible. Well, nobody will ever forget this, her head to toe raw meat ensemble, at the MTV Video Music Award.

Well, now the butcher, I mean the designer plans to turn the 50 pounds of raw meat use to make the dress into beef jerky. And in my opinion even more good news the jerky won`t be for eating, Brooke.

ANDERSON: That`s right A.J. The designer said it will be archived for posterity.

HAMMER: Yes and my hope is that will be displayed with a sign that says what not to wear. That is just me.

ANDERSON: Good point. All right.

It is about that time, again. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT names "The Most Provocative Celebrity of the Week." This week`s nominees, Paris Hilton of course for pleading guilty to cocaine possession and getting banned in Japan; Lindsay Lohan, for failing a drug test -- she`s got a big court date tomorrow; and Bristol Palin and her amazing transformation on "Dancing with the Stars."

And now to the "The Showbiz Line Up"; here is what`s coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. United they stand, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher making their first public appearance today since the ugly reports surface claiming Ashton cheated on Demi.

Bristol Palin and "The Situation" -- so people are wonder are these two doing more than the samba on "Dancing with the Stars?" Are they dating?

And a "Showbiz First Look" the brand new "Harry Potter" movie; it`s the second to last one, ever.

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN News and Views.

Time now for the "Showbiz News Ticker"; more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT: a shocking, disturbing new video of Anna Nicole Smith naked in the bathtub with her daughter.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SMITH: Purple. Purple.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This isn`t purple, baby.

SMITH: What is it?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s more pink. Pink. That is not purple.

SMITH: Oh (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Will this video get Anna`s doctors and her long-time friend Howard K. Stern tossed in prison?

"United They Stand." Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher making their first public appearance today since all those claims that Ashton cheated.

Justin Bieber`s backseat romance backlash caught on tape.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Honey.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes mommy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We don`t have to cry because we love Justin Bieber.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes, we do sometimes.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: The Bieb`s does something in the back seat of a car and it`s causing worldwide outrage.

Plus breaking today from the "Showbiz News Ticker" has Kate Gosselin`s TV show been canceled? And your first look at "Sesame Street" spoofing "30 Rock."

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, united they stand. Demi and Ashton made their first public appearance together today since all the wild tabloid stories that Ashton has been cheating on her. They boldly showed the world they are a couple and fighting back against all of those nasty claims.

So one day before they celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary, everybody is asking today will Demi and Ashton make it to their sixth wedding anniversary.

Right now in New York is Midwin Charles. She`s a legal contributor for "In Session" on TruTV. Midwin, Demi and Ashton were in New York today as part of their -- as part of their continuing campaign to tackle the very serious issue of child sex slavery around the world. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: With us today from the Demi and Ashton Foundation, Demi Moore --

DEMI MOORE, ACTRESS: It`s Demi.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Demi, I`m sorry, my fault.

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. From Twitter Jack Dorsey (ph) and from Microsoft Pamela Pasmin (ph) and Peter Bufey (ph) with that I`d like to introduce Demi and Ashton. Thank you.

ASHTON KUTCHER, ACTOR: Demi.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Ok. Demi and Ashton looked every bit the loving couple just one day before the explosive new issue of "People" magazine hits newsstand with the headline and here it is "Demi`s Marriage under Fire."

Midwin, I don`t think this united front is just for publicity. I think they are happy; a very loving couple. And you know, they plan to legally fight these rumors, and these -- these tabloid reports. Does their public display look genuine to you?

MIDWIN CHARLES, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION" ON TRUTV: Oh it totally does. Look, this is a couple that has really fought against the odds. Remember when they first got together, all people would do is to talk about the huge age difference and is he into cougars and all that kind of stuff, and they`ve survived, you know, and they appear to be a lot stronger than ever.

ANDERSON: Yes and Ashton has always have been a very involved, very loving stepfather to Demi`s three daughters that they seem to be very affectionate and very committed.

I believe we`ve now got Jerry Penacoli from "Extra" joining us. Jerry are you there?

JERRY PENACOLI, CORRESPONDENT, "EXTRA": I`m here Brooke how are you doing?

ANDERSON: I`m doing great, hey thanks for being here.

PENACOLI: It`s good.

ANDERSON: I want to talk about this to Jerry, because Ashton and Demi have always had their share of haters, but -- but the longer they were together, the less people criticize them. These growing reports about Ashton cheating are picking up steam. I hope they are bogus.

Jerry, bravo to them for their war on child sex slavery and I`m thinking today`s appearance was partly to show that they are indeed still just fine together, that it was sincere. What do you think?

PENACOLI: They are very sincere, but let`s not forget Demi and Ashton are a very, very strong and loving couple. And they have legally fought this kind of thing in the past and they have won.

So they will fight this young woman, this 21-year-old who, her name is Britney Jones, who heard of Brittany Jones before this? No one and I think that`s part of the situation right here is she wants publicity and she may be out for money. And she has had a fixation on Ashton Kutcher for several years now. So this is a woman who has been around for a while.

ANDERSON: Ok, a reason for a lot of people to be skeptical.

All right, I`ve got move now to big Anna Nicole Smith news breaking today. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT (INAUDIBLE) a very disturbing video today showing Anna Nicole two months before her tragic drug overdose in 2007.

The video was just revealed at the trial of Anna Nicole`s boyfriend and attorney Howard K. Stern and two doctors. They are all accused of conspiring to provide Anna with drugs. In the video, Anna Nicole appears to be drugged and slurring her words as she is bathing with her infant daughter Danielynn.

Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SMITH: Say I`m in the bath with my mommy. And scrub a dub dub -- and washed her, and washed her hair and now I`m clean. She likes to take a bath with Momma.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: This video is so haunting. Midwin, would it seem that this video might be a smoking gun?

CHARLES: You know, I don`t know, I mean, for -- and I think we can all agree that this is really disturbing and you kind of have to ask yourself, is she even fit to be holding such a small infant in water like that, but I don`t know if it`s a smoking gun. I mean the charges here are we`re they supplying someone who is an addict with drugs and -- and they claimed that she was in chronic pain for a variety of reasons. A rib injury, childbirth --

ANDERSON: Yes.

CHARLES: -- and the devastation over the death of her son, Daniel.

So I think the judge is going to drop some of these charges, because they can`t particularly prove that she was an addict, perhaps she was taking those drugs for a legitimate reason.

ANDERSON: Oh, ok, I see. And luckily baby Danielynn is now in the hands of her very loving father, Larry Birkhead.

All right, as Anna Nicole`s court drama winds down, Lindsay Lohan has got a new court showdown of her own. A.J., here we go again.

HAMMER: Yes, here we go again, Brooke.

Lindsay has got to be in court bright and early tomorrow morning after failing her latest random drug test. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT of course will be right there live for the hearing. It`s at 11:30 a.m. Eastern. And Lindsay tweeted that she was taking responsibility for her actions. She was prepared for the consequences.

But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that Lindsay may not get thrown back in jail for violating her probation. TMZ is reporting today there are basically three scenarios Lindsay could face tomorrow. One, the L.A. County Probation Department is recommending Lindsay get 30 days probation for testing positive for cocaine. That would mean no jail time.

Option two is Lindsay getting sentenced to 30 days in jail but because of overcrowding she get out of the same day, which seems kind of pointless. Or the judge can deny bail, and toss Lindsay in jail for 30 days when she would get another hearing.

Now, Jerry, I don`t know that jail is what she needs right now. Clearly she`s got bigger issues.

PENACOLI: No.

HAMMER: But she did break the law and she broke it again and obviously needs help. What do you think Lindsay should get tomorrow morning?

PENACOLI: Yes, jail did not scare her the first time, jail is not going to scare her the second time. Listen, think what you might about Michael Lohan, Lindsay`s estranged father, but when I interviewed him during the last hearing he basically said what my daughter needs is a one- year court-mandated rehab program.

In other words, go to rehab for a year. Do not pass go, and do not collect $200 and do not get out until 365 days --

HAMMER: Yes.

PENACOLI: -- of rehab is complete. That`s what this young woman needs.

(CROSSTALK)

HAMMER: Yes and that`s why everybody was saying, Jerry, that`s why everybody was saying when she was released early from rehab, bad move, and it is proven to be true.

PENACOLI: Yes absolutely.

HAMMER: Midwin Charles and Jerry Penacoli, thank you both.

And once again, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT will be live tomorrow morning in court for Lindsay Lohan`s big showdown. You do not want to miss our live coverage tomorrow, Friday live at 11:00 a.m. Eastern; 8:00 a.m. Pacific right here on HLN.

ANDERSON: Well, a lot of people are fed up with Justin Bieber today. There`s worldwide outrage today over what the Bieb did in the back seat of a car.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MOOS: Every time the 16-year-old heartthrob kisses someone, fans weep.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Are you going to be all right?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Oh, Justin Bieber`s back seat romance.

Ok. Now, this would really be a situation, Bristol Palin and the "Jersey Shore`s" Situation dating? What? I thought "The Sitch" liked them tanned and tipsy.

Also this --

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DANIEL RADCLIFFE, "HARRY POTTER": Nobody else is going to die because of me.

RUPERT GRINT, "RON WEASLEY": We have to do something.

RADCLIFFE: You think I don`t know how this feels?

GRINT: You don`t know how it feels. Your parents are dead. You have no family.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Getting wild about Harry, your very first look at one of the very last Harry Potter films.

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN News and Views.

HAMMER: Now to the "Showbiz News Ticker"; more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Did you hear the rumor today that they are dating? "The Situation" and Bristol?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I don`t know. That might --

HAMMER: Roll the camera. No?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That would be absolutely abnormal.

HAMMER: I`m going to quote you on that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Bristol Palin and "The Situation" on "Dancing with the Stars" by day and romancing by night? Say it isn`t so, Bristol.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is tackling that big question today, does Bristol heart The Sitch?

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with A.J. Hammer in New York.

HAMMER: Well, Brooke, before we get to The Sitch possibly dating Bristol Palin, my favorite story of the day. Who is Justin Bieber dating? You know, there is world outrage today -- dare I say planetary over what Justin Bieber did in the backseat of the car? He got caught kissing a girl.

And now the Bieb`s fans are mad. They`re sad. And they are totally heartbroken. Here is CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Usually, they scream for him. Now they are shedding bitter tears.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I just love Justin Bieber.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Honey --

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What, mommy?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We don`t have to cry because we love Justin Bieber.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes, we do, sometimes.

MOOS: And this is one of those times.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I`m so depressed right now.

MOOS: Teenaged girls worldwide are depressed because Justin Bieber was photographed apparently kissing the girl featured in his song "Baby."

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And that little butt --

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Making out.

MOOS: Every time the 16-year-old heartthrob kisses someone, fans weep.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Are you going to be all right?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

MOOS: Take the time Bieber was kissed by a blond backstage.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I think she is too old for him to be kissing him on the lips.

MOOS: This one girl posted after this latest apparent kiss, "My life is now officially pointless." The heartbreaking photographs obtained by TMZ were --

NINA PARKER, TMZ PRODUCER: Actually shot by a Canadian tourist who pulled up alongside Justin Bieber while he was in the back seat of this Honda.

MOOS: TMZ reports a source close to Bieber says he was more upset about being caught in a Honda than being caught kissing. The girl in question --

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: One Jasmine Villegas -- how do you say her name?

MOOS: Villegas, Jasmine Villegas, has in the past denied any romance.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We are definitely just friends.

MOOS: As if that`s going to console anybody.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Do you want the go listen to some of his songs? Will that make you feel better?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No, that will make me cry again.

MOOS: And now, some of his fans, fans who used to kiss his picture --

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I love Justin Bieber.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What are you doing?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Nothing.

MOOS: Are debating --

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I don`t know if I should tear down my Justin Bieber posters.

MOOS: The truth is harsh.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The chances of Justin Bieber falling in love with you is slim to none.

MOOS: But some interrupt their tears with eternal optimism.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I want -- I bet that`s Justin Bieber.

MOOS: And some are taking it out on the girl Bieber seems to be smooching.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She is so dead.

MOOS: Yikes? Beware of the wrath coming from the mouths of babes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Don`t kiss him ever again, lady.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We don`t love Justin Bieber.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: Oh, Bieb, how could you? The kid is 16 years old, right? What is going to happen when he gets older and actually starts publicly dating?

Joining me right now in Atlanta Jenn Hobby who is a co-host of Q100`s "The Bert Show"; and right now in New York, Ereka Vetrini who`s the senior editor for "In Touch Weekly."

Ereka I`ll begin with you. Teenage girls can be venomous. What`s going to happen when this kid grows up a little and starts dating women openly?

EREKA VETRINI, SENIOR EDITOR, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": I know. I thought I can be objective about this subject because I do not have Bieber fever. But let me tell you moms, sit them down and say this will not be the last girl he kisses. There will be many more.

He is 16 years old. If he can`t kiss lots of girls now, when can he do it? I don`t know what disturbs me more; the fact that they are crying over it or the fact that they want -- they want this girl dead.

ANDERSON: I know. I know. It is shocking. All right. Well, the only -- that is not the only scandalous celebrity love story just in today rather. Could Bristol Palin possibly be romancing her "Dancing with the Stars" co-star Mike ""The Situation"" Sorrentino? Well, the answer is a big whopping no.

Bristol tells "Life and Style" Magazine that the rumors are 100 percent false and says, quote -- and I love this -- "Isn`t he like 30?" I remember when I thought 30 was old, not anymore.

Jenn, it may not be true, but wouldn`t you just love it if it were? That would be hilarious.

JENN HOBBY, CO-HOST, "THE BERT SHOW": Oh, please, please have a romance with "The Situation," Bristol. I would absolutely love that. What a beautiful wreck that would be. How would they decipher between each other`s accents, the Jersey Shore accent, the Alaska accent. I don`t know how they would really work that out. But I really would love that.

ANDERSON: Talk about ratings for "Dancing with the Stars."

HOBBY: Yes.

ANDERSON: I have to tell you this because SHOWBIZ TONIGHT could not help but notice that Bristol and Snooki who co-stars with "The Situation" on "The Jersey Shore" sometimes both sport that same mighty pouf. Take a look at Snooki and Bristol side by side. Check out those poufs. Wait, something is missing though. I know, I know what it is. Bristol needs a spray tan.

Let`s see what magic our graphic artists can work up here -- Bristol with a pouf and a spray tan. I don`t Ereka, it seems like Bristol has the potential to be really good "Jersey Shore" material and maybe she should reconsider "The Situation."

VETRINO: I think -- and you know what, Levi and "The Situation" have similar things in common. They both love to pose or appear half nude, right. Both -- one has a reality show and the other is trying to get a reality show. They both are confident, maybe overly confident. So there, you know, who knows, it could happen. I`m sure that Sarah Palin would absolutely love it.

ANDERSON: And stranger things have happened. But you know, on second thought, Bristol does not curse enough to fit in on "The Jersey Shore."

Jenn Hobby and Ereka Vetrini, thanks ladies.

But Bristol Palin is one of our nominees for most provocative celebrity of the week. Who do you think is the most provocative celebrity of the week? Vote right now. Send a text to 45688 with the words SBT 1 to vote for Paris "I pleaded guilty to cocaine possession" Hilton; SBT 2 for Bristol Palin; or SBT 3 for Lindsay "I failed the drug test and could go back to jail" Lohan.

You can also vote and tell us if we should have nominated somebody else on our Facebook page; we`re ShowbizTonightHLN there.

HAMMER: And get ready to get wild about Harry, for just about the last time. I have your very first look at the second to last Harry Potter movie today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DANIEL RADCLIFFE, "HARRY POTTER": Nobody else is going to die over me.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We have to do something.

RADCLIFFE: You think I don`t know how it feels?

RUPERT GRINT, "RON WEASLEY": You don`t know how it feels. Your parents are dead. You have no family.

EMMA WATSON, "HERMIONE GRANGER": Stop.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I can`t wait for that one.

This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN News and Views.

Time now to roll out the "Showbiz News Ticker"; here come more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom that are making news today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Lemon.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes, Jack.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Did the 30 Rock show up for the Rock sketch?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes, Jack.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Where are they?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Well, Jack they`re right in front of you.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Oh, I knew that.

You think I thought those were marshmallows?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No, no.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I will be in my office.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Now your SHOWBIZfirst look at "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1." This is the second to last Potter film. "Hallows" is being broken up into two parts. And this one looks pretty dark. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: These are dark times, there is no denying.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Harry, tell me where he is.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Our world has faced no greater threat than it does today. But you can`t fight this war on your own, Mr. Potter. He`s too strong.

RALPH FIENNES, "VOLDEMORT": We have infiltrated the ministry.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You have nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide.

RADCLIFFE: The longer we stay here, the stronger he gets.

FIENNES: I must be the one to kill Harry Potter.

GRINT: Let`s go somewhere safe.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I say we get undercover before someone murders him.

That way, they won`t know which Harry Potter is the real one.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: They are coming. They are coming.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Stop. Stop.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Hang on, Harry.

RADCLIFFE: Nobody else is going to die, not for me.

GRINT: We have to do something.

RADCLIFFE: You think I don`t know how this feels?

GRINT: No, you don`t know how it feels. Your parents are dead. You have no family.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: They`re after you, Mr. Potter.

FIENNES: Tell me where he is. You don`t stand a chance.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Help me.

FIENNES: I have seen your heart, and it is mine.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: That`s unbelievable. This one in Imax 3D. That`s how I`m seeing this. I am telling you right now, it`s going to be stunning.
