A.J. HAMMER, CO-HOST: Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT - mad about Miley. Miley Cyrus under attack today because of her brand-new, over-the-top, super-sexy, half-naked music video.

(MUSIC)

The SHOWBIZ Flashpoint today - is it fair to slam Miley?

Favre`s big fumble. Married super star quarterback Brett Favre accused of sending dirty texts to a female reporter. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT dares to ask today - is Brett the new Tiger Woods?

Eminem`s emotional new confessions today to CNN`s Anderson Cooper about being bullied and whether he`s homophobic.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON COOPER, ANCHOR, "60 MINUTES": Do you not like gay people?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston revealed today. The stunning results of our exclusive poll. Who will be dancing to bigger stardom?

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: Hi, there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today - mad about Miley, and not necessarily mad in a good way.

It just might be the final nail in the coffin to the image Miley Cyrus once had as the sweet and innocent Disney darling, Hannah Montana, because it is fair to say you would not se Hannah Montana prancing around in her underwear, at least not on TV.

One of those big parent watchdog groups that considers itself the guardian of decency is slamming 17-year-old Miley today for her sizzling, hot, over- the-top brand-new music video that really does leave very little to the imagination.

And when they sent their message today about Miley, it did not come with a smiley.

Right now, in New York, is Ereka Vetrini. Senior a senior editor for "In Touch Weekly." And in Hollywood is Carlos Diaz - he`s a syndicated radio host.

Ereka, Carlos, let`s get right to the heart of what`s got everybody in touch a tizzy today. It`s Miley Cyrus` new video for "Who Owns My Heart." Watch a portion.

(MUSIC)

ANDERSON: OK. Hannah Montana it isn`t and that`s what`s gotten the Parents Television Council so ticked off saying in a statement to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT today, "It sends messages to her fan base that are diametrically opposed to everything she has done up to this point."

"Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fan base so rapidly."

OK. The legit part of the point to me is that I don`t think young fans should be exposed to this sort of thing. But we know that Miley is not trying to appeal to young people anymore. She`s made that clear.

So, Carlos, I do have to ask you this though to our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, Miley turns 18 in just a little over a month. So is it wrong to slam her sexy new video?

CARLOS DIAZ, SYNDICATED RADIO HOST: It`s not wrong or right. It`s to whatever you want to do. But in all honesty, this is a business decision. How many years are we going to have this same conversation? When you and I were growing up, it was Madonna. Then, it was Christina Aguilera. Now, it`s Miley Cyrus.

What they`re trying to do is - these people - you know, these women along the way are trying to say, "I`m moving ahead of my fan base. If you want to go with me, catch up. But I`m not going to be singing Disney tunes when is I`m 35 years old."

They`re just trying to move the fan base. Look, it has nothing to do with trying to ruin America. It`s about - it`s a business -

ANDERSON: It`s a business dilemma almost.

(CROSS TALK)

DIAZ: But it`s not a dilemma if it works. And it`s proven time and time again that sex sells and that`s what`s working for the past and it will work into the future. We`ll have this discussion for the next 20 years.

ANDERSON: I know. We`ll see who the next artist is to go through sort of this same sort of transition. Ereka, what do you think? Is it wrong to slam her sexy new music video?

EREKA VETRINI, SENIOR EDITOR, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": You know, here`s the thing. I have a two-year-old daughter. If she was 12 or 13, I`d be concerned. You know, here she is worshipping Hannah Montana and I`d have a lot of explanation to do - explaining to do to her - for her, because here`s this transformation that`s just so over the top.

And I think that, unfortunately, it is a business decision. She can`t play Hannah Montana her whole entire life. But this new over-the-top sexy image has not proven to be a hit for her either. This is not one of her bestselling albums.

DIAZ: But Ereka -

VETRINI: I think she could have gone more middle-of-the-road-in the whole thing, kind of alluded to some of the sexuality. I mean, she`s changing. She`s clearly matured. She can`t play Hannah Montana. But -

ANDERSON: That`s what she`s doing.

DIAZ: But, you know, Ereka, don`t you feel like, as a mom, this is a chance for you to kind of address some topics with your daughter if your daughter is 12 years old, you know, and she`s watching this? Can`t you say - OK. This is your chance to be a good parent.

VETRINI: I do. I do agree. I think that that`s probably - I think the onus is on the parents. I think there needs to be a conversation. I do think for both a business decision though and probably for her to grab most of her fan base, she could have gone more middle ground. Don`t you think so, Carlos? I mean, the underwear, the -

(CROSS TALK)

ANDERSON: Yes, I tend to agree with you. Maybe not make it quite so drastic right off the bat, yes, just ease into it a little bit more. I think people would have accepted it a little bit easier.

VETRINI: Yes.

ANDERSON: OK. But I do have to move on now to another big name making controversial headlines today. A.J., I want to bring you in here. Eminem is answering a tough question about whether he`s a homophobic.

HAMMER: Yes. And this is something that`s followed Eminem for a long time, Brooke. He`s one of the most successful rappers of all time. But look, he`s been slammed as being a misogynist and a homophobe for some of his lyrics.

But in a brand-new interview, an emotional Eminem says everyone`s got it all wrong. He tells CNN`s Anderson Cooper on "60 Minutes" that he doesn`t hate gays and lesbians, but that doesn`t mean he can`t use a gay slur as an artist in his rap lyrics. Watch what he says.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

COOPER: Some of the lyrics, like, in the song, "Kill You" you say, "(EXPLETIVE DELETED) I`m going to kill you. You don`t want to (EXPLETIVE DELETED)." You say, "My words like a dagger with a jagged edge that will stab you in the head whether you`re a (EXPLETIVE DELETED) or a les, the answer`s yes."

EMINEM, RAP ARTIST: Yes. The scene that I came up in - that word was thrown around so much, you know. (EXPLETIVE DELETED). It was like - it was thrown around constantly to each other in battling.

COOPER: But I mean, do you not like gay people?

EMINEM: No, I don`t have any problem with nobody.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. OK. He says he doesn`t have any problem with nobody. Ereka, listen. I like Eminem. I think he`s a talented artist. I just think it is very dangerous and a bit hypocritical to hide behind art when you`re throwing around such dangerous words, particularly in today`s climate.

VETRINI: Well, I know - he said it right there, right? This is what I grew up with. This is what I know. This is how I talk.

But unfortunately, the children that watch the videos, that get a hold of these lyrics think it`s OK to speak this way.

HAMMER: Yes.

VETRINI: And that`s why we have some trouble here. But the thing is that Eminem is a dad. And there is a part of me that feels like he`s just not getting what his words are doing.

HAMMER: Well, he says he won`t use that language in his own household.

VETRINI: Right.

HAMMER: So that`s why his rationalization, I think, is a little lost on me. Now, Em also reveals to Anderson Cooper on "60 Minutes" he was terrorized as a kid. He was actually a victim of bullies who beat him each time he moved neighborhoods because he and his mom always went to different places and he always was starting a new school. Watch what he says.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

COOPER: You got beat up a lot as a kid?

EMINEM: Yes, there was a lot of instances.

COOPER: You got beat up coming home from school?

EMINEM: Beat up in bathroom. Beat up in the hallways. Shoved into lockers. You know, just for the most part, man, just being the new kid.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. So this is why I think there`s a disconnect. Eminem despite knowing all about being bullied, he justifies it - rationalizes it using language that perpetuates bullying. At the same time, Hollywood is taking a big stand on bullying, especially anti-gay bullying. Carlos, what do you think? Is Eminem being a hypocrite here?

DIAZ: I 110 percent agree with you, A.J. I mean - and we`ve seen it time and time again with artists who use these words and talk about women these ways or gays these ways.

And I was watching last night. I was really engrossed. I`m a big Eminem fan. And it got to the point where Anderson asked a question, "How do you explain this?" And he explained it, and I`m like -

HAMMER: Yes. It got weird.

DIAZ: You`re hiding behind the art again. You`re hiding behind the art again. I have yet to get a great answer from anyone who does these things about why they do it.

HAMMER: Well, as we move on now, Brooke, I hear Anderson Cooper is also in the middle of a huge Hollywood smackdown today.

ANDERSON: That`s right, A.J. It`s the new Vince Vaughn gay controversy. The trailer for Vince`s new comedy, "The Dilemma," is being changed after Anderson Cooper and others slammed it for using the word "gay" as an insult.

Universal Pictures promised to pull the trailer. It`s going to take a little bit of time because it is still running in some theaters. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

VINCE VAUGHN, ACTOR: Ladies and gentlemen, electric cars are gay. I mean, not homosexual gay, but, you know, "my parents are chaperoning the dance" gay.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Ereka, I`m certain this movie is probably an equal opportunity offender. But do you think, very quickly, that Universal should not only pull the trailer, edit that part of the trailer, but remove the scene from the film entirely?

VETRINI: OK. I`m going with remove from the trailer, but keep it in the movie, and here`s why. The trailer is for everyone to see. We don`t know who this character is. Is he a complete moron? Does it put it all into perspective? Does this language seem absurd?

And I don`t know. I haven`t seen the movie. Again, let the parents decide whether they want to let their kids go see the movie. Have the conversations.

ANDERSON: Yes.

VETRINI: Keep it in the movie. Keep it out of the trailer.

ANDERSON: Yes. What they want their children to be exposed to. OK.

VETRINI: Exactly.

ANDERSON: Ereka Vetrini, Carlos Diaz, thank you both.

HAMMER: All right. Moving on, Favre`s big fumble today. Married Minnesota Vikings quarterback, Brett Favre accused to sending dirty texts to a female reporter. You know, if it`s true, I don`t know what he was thinking. So we`re daring to ask today, is Brett the new Tiger Woods? We all know about Tiger and his texting.

A stunning court verdict in the sex abuse scandal surrounding a former dorm matron at Oprah`s school for girls. Let me tell you, Oprah`s furious today.

Lisa Rinna`s brand-new confession today on the controversy surrounding her plastic surgery.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON (on camera): So what is your ultimate message about plastic surgery?

LISA RINNA, ACTRESS: That`s a heavy duty question, isn`t it?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

Also, why Lisa banned Heidi Montag from her kids. And does she really think there`s a reality show curse? Lisa and her husband Harry Hamelin, right here on the revealing interview you`ll see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Madonna fan ordered to stay at least 10 blocks from her New York City apartment. Lane Lynch sings faux "Glee" theme song on "SNL."

(SINGING)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: We welcome you back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with A.J. Hammer in New York. And just in today, big news about Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston`s future in Hollywood.

HAMMER: Yes, Brooke. These two are actually going head-to-head in the fame department. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is breaking the news today about who has more staying power in Hollywood.

With me right now in New York, comedian Chuck Nice. OK, Chuck, here`s the deal. Bristol and Levi - they`ve both been making their mark in Hollywood. Both are now starring in music videos. Bristol has been busy competing on "Dancing with the Stars." Of course, Levi is trying to get a reality show on the air.

So we had to ask in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll this - "Bristol Versus Levi: Who has a brighter future in Hollywood?" I was just handed the results. Look at that, 64 percent say Bristol has a better shot in Hollywood. Levi only getting 36 percent of the vote.

I`ve got to tell you my friend, I am not at all surprised but these results. Levi has become all but a joke in Hollywood and beyond. Do you agree that Bristol`s future is bigger in Hollywood?

CHUCK NICE, COMEDIAN: I would say that`s kind of like asking which is heavier, a 50 pound bag of feathers or 50 pound bag of rocks.

HAMMER: All right.

NICE: No, truthfully, of course, I`ll tell you this much. Whoever going to be - has a brighter future, I`m not going to say it`s not going to be Bristol, because I was once attacked by a grizzly bear. I don`t know if it was a mama grizzly bear.

HAMMER: OK.

NICE: Not that it didn`t make any difference because it was hurtful just the same.

HAMMER: I hear you loud and clear.

NICE: But the fact is, she is definitely had - just her association with Sarah Palin gives her a better chance in Hollywood.

HAMMER: Yes. Levi is that much more removed from the situation.

NICE: Exactly.

HAMMER: Brooke Anderson, you`re a huge fan of "Dancing with the Stars." Do you think Bristol`s popularity on the show has helped her chances of making it big in Hollywood? I think we`ve seen a whole new side of her.

ANDERSON: Well, sure. She`s got visibility. She`s obviously got fans who are voting for her on "Dancing with the Stars." It can`t hurt. But the question is does she want to make it big in Hollywood? Is that her end goal? Or is she just riding this wave to support herself and her baby?

All right. We`ll leave that there. I do want to move now to another big story making news today. Our Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher in Israel to renew their wedding vows?

Ashton and Demi, who have been fighting reports that their marriage is in trouble, are in Israel right now. And of course, they`ve been tweeting about their trip. Ashton tweeted this, "Sharing love and light while in Israel asking for the energy to forge bonds with our similarities and find compromise in our differences."

OK. Chuck, if they`re going through a rough patch with their marriage, do you think it`s a good idea to keep tweeting so much personal information? Or should they take a step back and focus on the marriage?

NICE: Let me think about this for a second. No. What is your problem? Leave something back, man. You`re already famous. We don`t need to know everything that`s going on in your marriage.

I`m waiting for a tweet to come by, "Just consummated our new vows with my wife." And then three minutes later another tweet, "That was really good." I mean, I don`t understand why they have to give us every single little detail.

ANDERSON: Yes. Well, time will tell what is happening if they`re renewing their vows, if their relationship is on the rocks or not. Because one thing we can be sure of, Chuck, we will find out via Twitter. Chuck Nice, thank you.

NICE: Yes. We will. If we get a tweet where Ashton`s at the Wailing Wall, we know it`s not going well.

ANDERSON: Right, right. Good to see you.

HAMMER: All right. Lots of Facebook posts and calls coming into "Showbiz on Call" today about Nick Hogan, Brooke.

ANDERSON: That`s right, A.J. Hulk Hogan`s son speaking out for the first time since the car crash that nearly killed his best friend.

Shannon O. will never forgive Nick, "He`s a punk. The whole family are punks. And I, for one, will be glad when they all go back under the rock they crawled out of."

HAMMER: Now, to the "Showbiz on Call" phone lines. This call is from Michelle in Arizona.

ANDERSON: That`s right. She thinks it`s time to forgive Nick.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

MICHELLE, CALLER FROM ARIZONA: I think Nick Hogan needs to be forgiven because the parents of the victim are never going to have any relief on their own end and they`d have more peace if they did. So he does need to be forgiven.

At what point, I don`t know. It depends, I believe, on how long the parents want to continue suffering because they won`t have any peace of mind until they have forgiveness, in my belief.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Thank you, Michelle. Call us at "Showbiz on Call" and let us know what you think about this or anything else that is on your mind.

HAMMER: The "Showbiz on Call" phone lines are always open.

ANDERSON: Call us 1-888-SBT-BUZZ; 1-888-728-2899. Leave a message. We will play some of your calls here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

HAMMER: A shocking court verdict today in the sex abuse scandal that hit Oprah`s school for girls. Oprah`s furious about this.

All right. This proves there are no limits to what celebs will sell. Justin Bieber coming out with a line of nail polish. Wait until you hear the colors.

And this is cool. Grover doing the Old Spice Guy. You know, those really popular ads with the good-looking Old Spice Guy. Check out the little blue monster`s take on these ads.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GROVER: Where am I? Yes. Oh, I`m on a pool.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: And we`re playing the whole thing for you today. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: "The Social Network" wins weekend box office for the second straight week. Fran Drescher getting a daytime talk show.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

FRAN DRESCHER, ACTRESS: The reason why I wanted to do a daytime talk show is because I think that is such a wonderful platform to continue to educate women on things that I think are important to them - everything from pedicures to politics.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: Did you see this? Lauren Conrad is on a mission. The "Hills" star launches today her plan to tackle the global war on bad fashion.

Lauren just released this PSA aimed directly at all the wannabe fashionistas. I`m talking girls and guys who think they got it going on when it comes to style. Oh, yes, and she is also plugging her new beauty book, too. Check this out.

LAUREN CONRAD, REALITY TV STAR, "THE HILLS": Hello, I`m Lauren Conrad, and I`m here to talk to you about a very serious problem that`s happening every day all, around the world, right in front of our eyes. It`s called fashion (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

Thousands of fashion (EXPLETIVE DELETED) or FFUs are committed every hour and they affect everyone. I know what you`re thinking. Doesn`t having poorly dressed friends make me hotter?

But the hard fact of FFUs are they don`t only hurt the person that looks like an idiot, but the person around them. Remember, there`s no shame in changing your friends if it makes you look better. You can get more advice in my new style book "Lauren Conrad: Style." I`m me, Lauren Conrad.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: All right. Her new book, "Lauren Conrad: Style" is in stores now.

HAMMER: All right. The SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook page is just smoking today. A lot of people going at it over reports that Sandra Bullock is getting a movie role which was first meant for Angelina Jolie. So we asked if Sandra Bullock is now a bigger star than Angelina.

Gloria H. says, yes, she is, "Sandra beats Jolie hands down. Bullock equals Oscar. Jolie equals flop. Team Sandra!"

Now, JC C. is on Team Angelina writing, "I have yet to figure out why the heck everyone likes Sandra. Can`t stand her. Think her acting is mediocre at best and she is as bad as Jen Aniston playing the `poor me` in the press."

All right. A little harsh, but that`s why we ask. We want to know how you feel.

ANDERSON: And now, the SHOWBIZ lineup - here is what`s coming up on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT at the bottom of the hour.

Favre`s big fumble. Married superstar quarterback, Brett Favre, accused of sending dirty texts to a female reporter. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT dares to ask today - is Brett Favre the new Tiger Woods?

A stunning verdict in a sex abuse scandal that hit Oprah Winfrey`s school for girls. Oprah is furious today.

And the lawyer who represented a bunch of Tiger Woods` mistresses gets the "SNL" treatment.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Gloria Allred is a true legal superstar as a tireless champion for society`s forgotten victims, from Scott Peterson`s girl friend, Amber Frey to Tiger Woods` mistresses.

ANDERSON: We`re all over that, coming up. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

HAMMER: And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: "American Idol" runner-up Crystal Bowersox gets married in Chicago. Actress Minka Kelly voted Sexiest Woman Alive by "Esquire" magazine.

HAMMER: Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT - Favre`s big fumble. Married superstar quarterback, Brett Favre, accused of sexting a female reporter. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT dares to ask today, is Brett the new Tiger Woods?

Lisa Rinna`s brand-new confession. Lisa and her husband Harry Hamelin opening up today about her stunning decision to reverse her plastic surgery.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON (on camera): What did you say to Lisa when she told you, "Hey, I`m going to go get my lips reduced?"

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: It`s the headline-making interview you`ll see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Shocking Oprah Winfrey news breaking today. A verdict is reached in the sex abuse scandal that hit Oprah`s school for girls, and Oprah is furious.

Plus, breaking today from the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - J. Lo and Ryan Seacrest on their reported "American Idol" feud. And George Michael gets out of jail.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hours. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today, Favre`s sex scandal.

HAMMER: Yes. Legendary quarterback Brett Favre is back on the field tonight and leading the Minnesota Vikings against his former team, the New York Jets.

But today, all the talk is about the game. It`s about Favre`s alleged off- the-field antics from back in 2008 when he played for the Jets. I`m talking about creepy voicemails, X-rated sex photos, a lot of attention allegedly directed at former Jets sideline reporter.

Now, Brett`s alleged bad behavior is under investigation. Favre has reportedly apologized to his teammates. But today, the big question remains, is Brett Favre the new Tiger Woods?

Joining me right now in New York, Ereka Vetrini, who is a senior editor for "In Touch Weekly." In Hollywood is Carlos Diaz, who is a syndicated radio host.

So Brett Favre alleged left racy voicemail messages and sent these X-rated texts to former Jets sideline reporter, Jennifer Sterger. Now, Sterger is now pursuing sexual harassment charges, but she is cooperating with the NFL`s reported investigation of Favre.

Let`s face it, Favre is obviously not the first sports star to be caught up in a sex scandal. But, Carlos, I can`t help thinking how clueless Brett would have to have been if he actually did the things he`s accused of and thought he would get away with it and it wouldn`t get out.

DIAZ: A.J., if you`re going to cheat on somebody, this is your voicemail, "Hey, it`s me, call me back." That`s it. There`s no - in the voice message, he`s like waiting for her to answer - allegedly, if it is Brett Favre, because I don`t believe it`s Brett, by the way.

There`s no way he would be this stupid to do this. He leaves a lot of messages like he`s waiting for her to like answer him at some point.

And the pictures? You know, nothing comes between Brett and his Wranglers and we have proof now. But still, here`s the thing. This is not going to go away.

We`re going to see more Tiger Woods, if this is Brett Favre, more Brett stuff, because it is the new power of the digital age. And there is proof that everyone is out there being bad and now we can prove it.

HAMMER: Look, even before the digital age, this kind of stuff would have gotten out there. Don`t send these kinds of pictures and don`t send these text messages. Look, I realize all of this bad behavior that Brett allegedly did happened well before we knew about Tiger Woods` mistress mayhem but these two really do have a lot in common.

I mean, think about it. They`re both premiere athletes. They both made big bucks on basically clean-cut images. We know that after Tiger`s sex scandal, one sponsor after another dropped Tiger like a hot potato.

And now, two additional women have reportedly come forward admitting to having received unwanted advances from Brett Favre. So Ereka, to that point, is Brett Favre the next Tiger Woods?

VETRINI: Oh, A.J. -

HAMMER: Can we say it? Can we admit it right here?

VETRINI: I`m so sick of these grown married men behaving like teenage boys that can`t control themselves. It`s ridiculous. But I fear it may be, because if this is real, then, like you said, two mistresses, and there`s going to be three.

HAMMER: Yes.

VETRINI: It`s for sure not the first time and I`m so sick it. I feel so bad for the wife and the children. No one really talks about that. His wife and children have to go through all this.

HAMMER: Yes.

VETRINI: I hope not.

HAMMER: Well, Brooke, as Ereka and Carlos are both saying, I`m betting this Favre scandal is far from over.

ANDERSON: Oh, totally. I agree, A.J. But at least the reporter involved here knows she can always get a good attorney if she wants one, like Gloria Allred. Allred represents victims as you see, mostly female victims, including several of Tiger Woods` alleged mistresses.

And today, people are still talking about Allred after a seriously hilarious spoof on "Saturday Night Live." Check it out.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Attorney Gloria Allred is a true legal superstar, recognized the world over for her near round-the-clock television appearances and as a tireless champion for society`s forgotten victims, from Scott Peterson`s girl friend Amber Frey, to Tiger Woods` mistresses numbers two, five, nine and 11, to a guy in the audience at the "Laugh Factory" the night Michael Richards used the N-word.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: All right. The fact, to me, that "SNL" is spoofing Gloria Allred proves she`s a household name. Ereka, do you think that she`s just laughing along with everybody else? I do.

VETRINI: I think she`s absolutely loving it. I mean, Gloria puts herself out there. She chases these types of cases. She wants to be in the media. And whether she admits it or not, she`s so happy and absolutely laughing at this.

ANDERSON: Absolutely. It brings more attention to her. Well, we know that Allred also represents the former undocumented worker employed Meg Whitman, a candidate for governor of California. "SNL," of course, spoofed that, too. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: As a housekeeper, while working for the Whitmans, Nicky suffered continuous emotional abuse and was forced to perform a series of horrendous and degrading tasks, from sorting and washing laundry to vacuuming carpets and dusting Venetian blinds, all under the threat that if she did not perform these sickening acts, they would not pay her.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Carlos, Gloria is fair game for this sort of thing, don`t you think?

DIAZ: Yes.

ANDERSON: And I think Gloria knows it, too.

DIAZ: It`s rite of passage. I mean, you know, I know Gloria Allred and that was no Gloria Allred.

ANDERSON: You`re right.

DIAZ: No, but here`s the thing though. I mean, nothing fazes her. I mean, I`ve sat next to her doing Nancy Grace, you know. And nothing Nancy ever threw at her, like, fazed her. So she`s - ANDERSON: The woman has skin thicker than a crocodile.

(CROSS TALK)

DIAZ: Yes. She is loving this - yes. If you think that Gloria`s affected by this, she is loving this - loving this, exactly.

ANDERSON: Well, you know, the Gloria "SNL" slam is not the only story making a big buzz today, guys. We got really sad news about Kelsey Grammer and his girlfriend. Also, Katherine Jackson`s big Oprah news. And Princess Leia admits to using cocaine. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over): Princess Leia`s drug bombshell. Carrie Fisher has just revealed she was a drug addict when she played Princess Leia in "Star Wars". She was even doing cocaine on the set of "The Empire Strikes Back" in 1980.

Fisher admitted her addiction to reporters in Australia and said it was her friend, John Belushi, who later died from a drug overdose, who warned her she had a problem.

Kelsey Grammer, baby heartbreak. Grammar and his new girlfriend Kayte Walsh, have just confirmed that Walsh suffered a miscarriage telling "Us Magazine," we lost our unborn child about six weeks ago."

They added, "We would like to thank all of those who expressed kindness and concern, but we needed a little time to heal, time to find some solace before we publicly acknowledged our loss."

Grammer and Walsh revealed their pregnancy news in August. That was just weeks after Grammer filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years, Camille Donatacci.

Oprah`s huge house call. Michael Jackson`s mom has just gotten a big visit from the Big O. Sources tell SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Oprah scored the very first unpaid interview with Katherine Jackson since Michael`s death.

Winfrey and her production team moved into Jackson`s home in Encino, California over the weekend to conduct the interview which is the only one Michael`s mom has done except for a paid documentary.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: More big Oprah news today. The woman accused of molesting six teenage girls at Oprah`s achievement academy was acquitted today.

Here`s what Oprah`s telling SHOWBIZ TONIGHT about that, "I am profoundly disappointed at the outcome of the trial. I will forever be proud of the nine girls who testified with the courage and conviction to be heard."

Carlos, this achievement academy was Oprah`s big dream, perhaps one of the biggest in her life. I certainly can understand why she`s upset by this.

DIAZ: Yes. And you know - and I hope that this doesn`t deter from - you know, make her not want to do this in the future as far as giving back. It probably - it definitely won`t.

But you know, here`s the thing. You have to think that you have these nine girls who come forth and they`re so heroic and have this kind of verdict thrown in their face is terrible. And I feel for the women. I feel for Oprah. And I just hope that maybe she can be there for them.

HAMMER: Yes. And I just hope this doesn`t have any further negative impact on what Oprah`s trying to accomplish over there because when the story first broke, I felt terrible for the fact that Oprah had to even deal with this when she was doing something that was so magnanimous.

VETRINI: And it`s even more painful because she`s been so open about the fact she has gone through sexual abuse herself. She`s been a victim of it. So I don`t think it will stop Oprah. Nothing`s going to stop Oprah.

HAMMER: Yes.

VETRINI: But I do think - it`s rare that I say I feel bad for the most powerful woman in the world.

HAMMER: Yes.

VETRINI: But this time, really, my heart goes out to her and the girls.

HAMMER: Yes, it`s a terrible thing to have to go through again, really. Ereka Vetrini, Carlos Diaz, thanks to you both.

ANDERSON: All right. We`ve got to move now to my brand-new interview with superstar Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamelin. Lisa shares her dramatic cosmetic surgery revelation.

Lisa endured years of painful jokes about her lips, but is she done with cosmetic surgery for good?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(on camera): So what is your ultimate message about plastic surgery?

RINNA: That`s a heavy duty question, isn`t it?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Lisa`s dramatic lip-locking confession revealed in the headline making interview you will see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Hey, want to get your hands on Justin Bieber? Stand in line but you soon be able to put the Bieb on your hands. Justin Bieber nail polish? Huh?

And has the Old Spice guy met his match? The Old Spice guy gets spoofed by a "Sesame Street" character.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GROVER: Anything is possible when you smell like a monster and know the word "on." I`m on a horse.

COW: Moo.

GROVER: Cow.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: This is great. Grover spoofs the Old Spice Guy. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

HAMMER: Time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - these are more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: J. Lo and Ryan Seacrest shoot down reports of a feud on "American Idol." Bristol Palin shares photos from mom Sarah Palin`s upcoming documentary.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Justin Bieber fans would obviously love to get their hands on him. But pretty soon, you`ll be able to get Bieber on your hands. Did you see this? Justin Bieber is actually joining forces with the leading nail polish company called Nicole by OPI.

He`s creating his own line of nail polish. The colors are inspired by some of the Bieb`s biggest hits. There`s "One Less Lonely Girl" lavender or "OMB Bright Red." OMB means "Oh, my Bieber."

Bieber`s nail polish will be in stores in December. I think it will make a great Hanukkah gift or a perfect stocking stuffer. In fact, I`m getting some for Brooke Anderson. Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT -

ANDERSON: Hey, thank you, I can`t wait.

HAMMER: You got it. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. Brooke Anderson is in Hollywood. And Brooke, Bieber is not the only big star making big buzz today.

ANDERSON: Yes, A.J. There are some big Lisa Rinna revelations today after she told the world that she got a lip reduction.

Lisa and hubby Harry Hamelin just debuted their new reality show, "Harry Loves Lisa." And they`re speaking out today about everything from Lisa`s lips to the possibility that they could become the next victim of the reality TV curse.

I got a chance to speak to Lisa and Harry today and Lisa tells me that she`s trying not to listen to critics who have anything to say about her brand-new lip.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

RINNA: You cannot read the blogs. You cannot read the message boards.

ANDERSON: Yes.

RINNA: Or - seriously, it`s detrimental.

HARRY HAMELIN, ACTOR: The truth is, Brooke, 24 years ago Lisa and her girl friend saw a movie. They got inspired to go out and get what was essentially a tattoo, you know. And so Lisa had Billy Bob -

RINNA: Tattooed on my top lip.

HAMELIN: Injected into her top lip, right?

RINNA: Thinking it was cool.

ANDERSON: What did you say to Lisa when she told you, "Hey, I`m going to get my lip reduced"? Because it sounds like you are in enjoying Lisa and Billy Bob.

(CROSS TALK)

HAMELIN: No. I love Lisa. I just said - "It`s time to get Billy Bob out of the bedroom," I said, you know. So I was fine with it. I was really fine with it.

RINNA: No, he wasn`t so fine. He wasn`t so fine because he`d only known me with my Billy Bob tattoo. He`d never not known me with it.

HAMELIN: Well, let me see. Let me see.

RINNA: How does it feel? Do you like it better with Billy Bob or without?

HAMELIN: I like it better without.

RINNA: OK.

HAMELIN: There`s something just weird about not having him in the room.

ANDERSON: And Lisa, you recently puckered up with our very own Joy Behar.

RINNA: Yes, I did.

ANDERSON: And she said it felt nice like pillows. What did you think of the kiss with Joy?

RINNA: All I can tell you is I kissed Joy Behar and I liked it.

ANDERSON: OK. We`ll leave that there then. OK. Lisa, You`ve had company, basically, in your decision to reverse your plastic surgery. Heidi Montag wants to reverse some of her surgery, namely her breast implants.

You once revealed that you ripped the cover the "People" magazine for featuring Heidi`s 10 plastic surgeries because you didn`t want your young daughters to see that, to hear about it, to be influenced by it.

People called you a hypocrite because you yourself have had plastic surgery. You publicly apologized to Heidi. So what is your ultimate message about plastic surgery?

RINNA: That`s a heavy duty question, isn`t it? I was trying - I think it was interesting to come out with that because I was really trying to parent my daughters in a certain way. And as you see, the journey that we take on this show, my daughters, our daughters, get to see it all.

ANDERSON: Not to worry you, but, guys, there is something that has been called the curse of reality TV. I know you`ve heard about it because there are so many examples of couples who had a hard time after doing this, maybe have broken up.

Here are just a few of the examples. Jon and Kate Gosselin got divorced after their reality show. Jessica Simpson, Nick Lachey - after they did "The Newlyweds," we know what happened. Hulk Hogan - his son went to jail. He got divorced. Travis Barker, Shanna Moakler got a divorce after their show.

So Lisa, when you look at that list - and I`ve got to tell you, there are more examples. How do you avoid becoming the latest victims of the curse? I know you guys have been together a really long time.

RINNA: Well, this is the thing. If that happens, we`re just going to call season two "Harry Hates Lisa."

HAMELIN: Yes, we have got it planned out. And the only way that that could happen is if Lisa sells more copies of her book than I sell of mine, because the show is not going to do it. But if her book is more successful than my book, that could cause divorce. And so, you know -

RINNA: Wow! You heard it here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

HAMELIN: You want to keep us together, all right? You buy my book before you buy her book.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: A little bit of friendly competition there. Harry`s book, "Full Frontal Nudity," and Lisa`s book, "Starlet," are available now. And their brand-new reality show, "Harry Loves Lisa," airs Wednesday night on TV Land.

HAMMER: My job knows no bounds. I`m here to tell you there`s something smelly on "Sesame Street." It`s Grover. Did you see this? A furry blue muppet in a towel spoofing those Old Spice Guy ads.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GROVER: Look down. Back up. Where am I? Oh, I am on a boat.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Oh, he`s such a hoot. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: George Michael out of jail after serving four weeks of drunk-driving sentence. Singer Ben Harper files for divorce from actress, Laura Dern.

ANDERSON: And now, the SHOWBIZ buzz list. Here`s what the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT staff will be buzzing about all week long. Book them, Dano. "Hawaii Five- O 2010" is one of our favorite shows of the new fall season.

We`re also buzzing about Robert B. Parker`s new book, "Painted Ladies." Parker is the author of "Spenser: For Hire" books and TV series.

Yoko Ono and John Lennon`s albums remastered. We are totally digging this. And hey, show off you poker face this Halloween. Lady Gaga, Snooki and Justin Bieber costumes are going to be big this year.

And we cannot wait for the season finale of AMC`s "Mad Men." We`re hearing big changes are in store for Peggy and Don. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: What Don needs to know is, what exactly is your concern?

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: Well, I must say I`m getting tired of saying this today.

UNIDENTIFIED ACTOR: Next time, just have one meeting.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Charlton Heston, no question about it, a legendary actor - "Ben Hur," "The Ten Commandments." And today, there`s actually an online petition out there to get Charles Heston his own postage stamp. The two- time Oscar winner died in 2008.

Well, Brooke, "Sesame Street`s" Grover is doing a hilarious spoof of the Old Spice Guy tonight. This is fantastic. Now, Brooke, you`ve got to love the Old Spice Guy. We`ve had him on this show.

ANDERSON: Yes, A.J., absolutely, we have. Isaiah Mustafa is his name and his ads are really popular. This that we`re about to show you is his most famous one. It`s called "Smell Like a Man."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ISAIAH MUSTAFA, OLD SPICE GUY: Hello, ladies. Look at your man. Now, back to me. Now, back to your man. Now, back to me.

Sadly, he isn`t me. But if he stopped using lady-scented body wash and switched to Old Spice, he could smell like he`s me. Look down. Back up. Where are you? You`re on a boat with the man your man could smell like.

What`s in your hand? Back at me. What I have is an oyster with two tickets to the thing you love. Look again. The tickets are now diamonds. Anything is possible when your man smells like Old Spice and not a lady. I`m on a horse.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. I want to you watch Grover`s version now. This is called "Smells Like a Monster."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GROVER: Hello, everybody. Look at yourself. Now, back to me. Now, back at yourself. Now, back to me. Sadly, you are not a monster. But if you listen to Grover, you will know all about the word "on" just as this monster does.

Look down. Back up. Where am I? Huh. I am on a boat. What is in your hand? Back to me. I have it. It is a clam with two tickets to the thing you love. On my nose!

Anything`s possible when you smell like a monster and know the word "on." I am on a horse.

COW: Moo.

GROVER: Cow.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I think that`s fantastic, Brooke. But here`s my problem. You remember Katy Perry recently had appeared with Elmo and that got pulled from "Sesame Street" because she was scantily clad? You see this now?

You know, there was Grover wearing nothing but a towel. I mean, is that a double standard or what?

ANDERSON: Somehow it`s just not the same, A.J., seeing a shirtless puppet and seeing Katy Perry in that dress?

HAMMER: I want answers.

ANDERSON: I just hope Elmo gets in on the Old Spice action next time to redeem himself after that whole debacle.

All right. We got to move now to this. Friday, we asked you to vote in our exclusive poll. Just moments ago, we got the stunning final results - "Bristol versus Levi: Who`s got a brighter future in Hollywood?" Sixty- four percent of you think Bristol; only 36 percent of you think Levi has a better chance of becoming a big star.

Here`s some of the E-mails we received. Deidre from New York, "Bristol and Levi should fade out into the darkness and not be heard from again."

Noah from British Columbia, Canada writes, "I believe Levi has a brighter future. He has appeared on many television shows and was even featured in a music video. Sarah Palin will always overshadow Bristol."

A.J., Bristol has now been in a music video as well.

HAMMER: That`s correct. And she`s got so many people watching her on "Dancing with the Stars." That`s it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is live at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Monday through Friday.

HAMMER: And still TV`s most provocative entertainment news show seven days a week at 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific.
